Love the app and the band!. This is an awesome app that works with my Xtreme Xfit band! Makes tracking my steps and activity fun and exciting. I'll be looking out for more Xfit apps and products in the future!!

Not impressed. I've started using this 3 days ago and my information does not carry over! I've synced the device multiple times & have had to go through the hassle of putting my information in. I also bought this through Living Social & like another review I just read I should've bought the real FitBit. I may just do that!

Good app. Not bad at all..... Worked the first time I synced it.

So far it works but. It's a nice and not too expensive way to track some basic things like steps. Anything else is user entered of course. My main problem is the very hard to read display. Come on folks, how hard would it be to have chosen a better background color. On my iPhone 6+ it's almost unreadable. The type is simply lost in the background. Fix it please. Then I'll raise the rating a lot. Hey, just make text all black. Problem solved.

Deletes info/stats. The band and app would be great for the price, however, I've had to re-enter ALL of my info at least 2 times daily and lose all previous data as the app resets itself randomly. This app/band is completely useless until this issue is fixed. Save yourself the headache and wasted money and get a Fitbit!

Functional. Syncs and pairs well. App was easy to find and navigate.

Frustrated!!. The band and app work well together When they decide to work!! I've had to reenter my information 8-10 times in the last month. I opened it this morning and again my information has been deleted!!?? Can someone tell me why or how I can fix this!!?? At this point I feel like I've waisted money on a bulky house arrest looking band that doesn't even work!! 😖😒😡

Great Deal. I just purchased this for an amazing price and I LOVE it! Have had no problems at all like some others have had! It syncs perfectly...I'm using an iPhone 4S....am wondering if those having trouble have made sure that their "Bluetooth" symbol in their phone settings area is turned ON..

Zero stars would be great. This has been a waste of money and an abject failure. The app loses sync all the time. The sleep feature DOESN'T WORK. If you press the 1 button too "soft" the unit resets. I should have just spent the extra money on the Fitbit. Oh and it looks like you're on home monitor with its large and unwieldy shape.

App needs to be updated.. Seriously looks like an app made in 2000. It's not very appealing. The colors are dull, and doesn't have a good vibe. You should change it up a bit. You need to make it more attractive.

App needs immediate improvement. My husband purchased this device for me as a Living Social deal for my birthday. I am so glad he didn't purchase it at full price! The app is complete junk. I've just now been trying to set it up so I can potentially sync the device to the app. I'm not able to simply get past the personal information in the app. It wouldn't be so bad if other apps recognized the device alone. First world problem, I know, but when I spend money on something I expect it to work. Just might be returning my device.

Works for a while then you can't sync. I received this for Christmas and I've had to reset the device and/or the app a few times, and then all data is lost. What a waste. There has to be an easy fix to keep recognition between the device and app at all times, right? So do it already. Very annoying.

Keeps losing my info. My grandparents got me the tracker as a gift, I was so excited to start wearing it and downloaded the app but in the two weeks I've had it, my info has been lost at least 5 times. It's aggravating that I have to keep reentering my data and not have the ability to go back and compare today's stats with previous ones.

Upgrade. Why hasn't this been updated in over a year? Really? C'mon! It was actually decent and helped me lose weight! Please update!

Worked fine til now. Been using the band for several months now. All of a sudden it resets itself every other day. Was tracking my miles weekly but having to renter all my info and having to write down the prev day info to keep track!! Please fix!!

Application. The band is good but the application is awful I lost 2days worth of information. Please fix!!!!! I just started 2 days ago. 😩

Annoyed or disappointed or both? BOTH!!!. The YouTube video doesn't give much info. Just about flashing lights. Plus the "app" the woman in the video uses isn't even the same one the website takes you to. I was really excited to open this as a gift for Xmas but now feel bad that I want to send it back. Annoying. I wish it worked

SO ANNOYED!!!. The app or band has lost my info a number of times and it's getting a little ridiculous. I've never been so disappointed with something like this. I will definitely be send it back and telling my mother not to even bother with hers just send it back.

You get what you pay for. I should've have known when I bought this on Amazon for 29.99, I was going to have problems with the app and the band. Instead of me listing about what is wrong with this band and app. I am ready to purchase a Fitbit band. Don't even bother with this band or app😩

Bluetooth?. I haven't even started using this yet, but can tell you that using your Bluetooth constantly will drain your iPhone battery quickly. Ugh.

Band is great... Not the app tho. The band works great and I like it way more than a real Fitbit. The app is really bad though. Every time that I go into the app, it tells me to re-enter my information and I lose all of the data that I had ever recorded. I love the band but I am getting really annoyed at the app.

"Xtremely" helpful. See what I did there hahaha App works great. Pretty accurate. Can't complain.

Not syncing. Have been using it for a week and it won't sync with my iPhone anymore. My iPhone can't find the device. Should have bought a different brand!! When will this be fixed?

Works Great. NEVER buy a Fitbit this is basically a Fitbit but way less amount of money!But one thing that I don't like about the watch is how it doesn't tell you when it is fully charged but if you over charge,It Ruins the battery oh and how can I forget about this I CANT EVEN PUT IT ON!!!I have Tried So many different ways of putting it on but I just won't go on I have had my friends and family try to click it together And nothing so I basically just hold it when I run or walk!And on the app,I DONT KNOW WHAT STRIDE IS OR HOW TO MESSURE IT!!!!!

Won't link to IPhone HEALTH❤️- crashes. It won't link to IPhone HEALTH❤️, nor LOSEIT. The device that comes with it stops mid-day often, crashes actually, and the watch time function quits. I'm back to trying it again, but so far it's only fair to middling as a health tool. Needs to be seen by IOS as a health tool, and be better linkable as a data source.

Annoyed!. I received this band as part of a survey and it works okay, but the app never syncs to it! I'm glad I didn't waste money on this and would definitely get a fit bit if I were to purchase one in the future.

Doesn't sync. If there were a "Zero stars" I would choose it. I cannot get this app to sync to the band. I purchased 3 bands for my family and none of them work. Our phones won't even recognize the device to sync. I would like to send them back but we bought them from Groupon. I can't get an answer from anyone. So dissappointed, I thought for sure we had found a reasonable priced alternative to the really expensive bands

I should have bought a FitBit!. I just purchased this for a great price....well so far price is an indication of what you get! I can't get the band and app to talk to each other. I synced with no issues, but the app is not recording anything! What's the point of wearing the band if it's not going to update in the app? Is there any other place to check your data? Also, I had to re enter my personal information twice now! Very frustrating!

Can't see the app. The text or icons in the app are very hard to read. It makes it very difficult to use & there are no options for changing colors or contrast to make it more user friendly. Please change this or provide options in the next update!!!

Upgrades?. I've had no problems with this band. Inexpensive. Tracks steps which is all I use it for. Not sure how accurate the sleep monitoring is. There is no information on website to explain much of anything. Is this product still supported? Will there be any updates to make it more useful? Otherwise it's really only good for tracking steps.

Great. I know this product has gotten a lot of bad reviews. I took a chance on it anyway. I have had zero problems with it. Everything works as it is suppose to.

Unsatisfied and frustrated!. Item refuses to sync with my phone. I am frustrated trying to get the device to work properly. Do not spend your money on this device. It is worth it!

Keeping track is easy. Just got my new Xfit band, I love it and this app makes it so simple.

Don't waste your money. The band itself is easy to use, but I've had continuously re-enter my info into the app and I've lost all previous data so it defeats the purpose of being able to keep track. Fix this issue and the band is worth the price.

Very excited and then very disappointed. Once I figured out how to use it (very simple to use) it was great. I purchased from groupon and have only had it for a week and have already had to re-enter my info 4 times!! Please fix whatever bugs there are.

Will Not Pair on iOS. After several attempts and following the troubleshooting instructions, the wristband would not pair (bind) with my iPad. I wound up pairing (binding) it on my Droid phone, but even that took more effort than what should have been necessary.

Zero stars should be an option. Bought it yesterday,returning it today. Doesn't sync with phone, crashes after entering user info and wipes it out EVERYTIME!

Doesn't work. I have never been so dissatisfied with an app that I felt the need to write a negative review, until now. The band and app do not have good instructions, and is nearly impossible to use. Does not track sleep, stops counting activity randomly, I will be throwing away the band and deleting the app.

Disappointing. 1) have had to re-enter info into app 2) bulky in size--different than pics in advertisement (especially as compared to the Fitbit) and clasps are difficult to work 3) does not stay synced with device 4) app is subpar Don't waste your money on this one; spend the extra for a nicer one.

Xtreme XFit. Latest revision (64 bit) takes 5 times as long to update data as previous version.

Very bad app.. Does not save history Keeps erasing Have to always sink Always have to enter personal data like age,strides, height, etc. Does not allow you to send history to email Not worth effort

Not cute at all. The application is old. The price is so high for nothing. The bracelet is to big ! Not impress at all !

Not Apple Health or MyFitnessPal Compatible. It is not as bad looking as previous reviews say but it is not Apple Health or MyFitnessPal compatible. You have to manually transfer any data. It doesn't even take your pulse. It also only tracks your sleep time unlike FitBit and even other iPhone apps that obit or your motion etc while sleeping and convert it to sleep quality. A complete waste of my money.

Very basic. Current app seems much less modern and useful than app from box. Just seems very low budget and difficult to manoeuvre. Disappointed. Hope it's updated soon.
