Family time while social distancing. My kiddos (19, 17, & 17 yrs old) agreed to use this app with me every other day. I used it yesterday. I barely got thru the “full body HIIT” beginner workout...totally feel it in my upper & lower body. Love how the exercises are intense & short. Not long enough for me to lose focus & motivation. Plus, it’s set up where each set of exercises changes after the 1 min rests. BIG fan of this app!

Best app hands down!. I love this app because- it works! Easy to use, great workouts with videos to ensure proper technique before starting session. My favorite is the ability to input your own timers and build customized workouts. There new and exciting workouts added from easy to hard, but having the ability to mix and match your favorite exercises, circuits and time is invaluable. Thanks for this app!

Love love Workouts for all levels. This has to be my fav app. Although they’ve changed things up a bit and seem to charge more for workouts that use to be free, they are still my go to app. The HIIT routines are great whether you are a newbie or seasoned. You can go at your own pace for whatever kinda day you’re having. I just finished radiation and chemo for breast cancer and I’m back on here again! Thank you for a great app! The data is on point with my Apple Watch !

Wish there was more variety and a higher intensity. I am an avid fitness buff and was looking for an app I could do on vacation or when I’m away from my regular gym. The advanced 20 min was a good medium-level HITT workout for an advanced level person. Was also looking for more exercises and haven’t found it yet but brand new to the app. For more advanced users most of these exercises are ones you can modify or add weights with to increase difficulty. I like the timer though

Lets get fit. I have never been a really a person who jump out of bed and wants to workout. This app allows me to do this inside my house and burn lots of calories! I love using this app during off-season because i am still getting fit. People are always noticing how i have changed and tell me that i look good.(in my opinion that makes me feel good) i would recommend this app to anyone who feels not comfortable going out in public because of there weight or they really want to be more fit

Great for indoor exercises!. I have inconsistent motivation because of my shyness (it’s hard for me to go to the gym). So this app really helps me keep it consistent because I can just do it at home. Thank you! I love that there is a variety of HIIT exercises, and that it tells you what level and how much calories is supposed to be burned. I can also adjust the rest time (perfect!)

Easy to use, made for effortless tabat timing. It’s pretty intuitive, they thought of the active adult with this one. You can convert a simple Tabata into a custom timer in a snap. The great thing is that you can play your music and playlist from your phone and the timer dings and bells over top in those needed timer moments. 💪🏼Well done, good job development team.🤘🏽

Great App for HIIT. I use this app about three times a week and it is great. I love the premade HIIT workouts in the workout library. They range from 7 minutes to 27 minutes and from easy to hard. I do wish you could customize my custom workouts more. You must choose three from each muscle group and it should be what you want. Hopefully that can be added as a feature.

Love this. I don’t usually bother to review stuff, but I really love this app. The wide variety of exercises in each workout make the time fly by, and I feel myself getting stronger each week. Plus they don’t try to fool you by having the free version contain one workout, and then having you have to pay more $ to get more variety. I highly recommend this app!

Awesome. So much about it that I love. This app works with my music. The screen doesn’t continuously lock after a few seconds and mess up the whole workout. As you’re going through the workouts there’s a small little video at the top of the screen that shows u the gist of the particular exercise you’ll be doing next, Incase you’re unsure of how to do it. There’s countdowns at 3 seconds so you know when you’re almost done and little breaks in between each exercise to give you time to transition. So many good things. I haven’t come across anything I don’t like yet.

Love this app!. I recently had a baby and I have neck problems. I’ve only been using it about a week but I’ve wanted something to help me to get toned after having my baby and give my muscles a good workout without over everting. This is a great app for me. I love that you can choose your workouts, they let you know the difficulty and length of each one and my favorite feature is that they show you what exercise moves you’ll be using AHEAD of time. This allows me to determine if a routine is suited for me before I find out after struggling half way through. Also the short break in between moves allows me to catch my breath and prepare for the next reps. This app has been awesome and challenges me to work up a sweat without over complicating things. Definitely recommend!

Quick but challenging for this busy mom! Love!!. I love the fact that I can listen to my music and do my workout with just my phone and I don’t have to look at it. Just listen. So efficient! I am a fulltime mom and work fulltime! I love my family, and job and so that doesn’t make much time for quality workouts to take care of myself. I believe if you don’t use what you have, you’ll lose it and I am talking physical! I can’t stop my age, but I don’t have to feel my age! Great app!!!

Worth downloading. This work out the app has everything you news to sculpt your body at home. And it tracks your calories During your workout and hours you spent. Many workout varieties. The workout is super easy but trust me it will make you sweat. I have been using the workout app for 3 weeks now and trust me I see a big difference. If you have 4 or 10 minutes to spare. You definitely need to try it. It is like having a personal trainer.

Easy to use and modify as needed. This app was a great find for me! I have multiple health issues and these workouts allow me to pick the level my body can handle any given day plus I’m able to modify as needed for when my body/joints just won’t quite cooperate.. plus it’s free, which is wonderful for those of us on tight budgets!

Awesome App!. This app has a wide variety of workouts with different levels and varying times. It’s great for working out on the go because there is no equipment needed. It’s also great for those times when you only have a few minutes for a quick workout. Times range from 4 minutes to 45. There are videos and written explanations for each move in case they are new to you. They add new workouts on a regular basis.

Potentially good app, no offline mode, Devs don’t reply. My workout space is in the basement of my building, with no Internet at all, so I can’t use this app as it wants to stream the videos for each exercise from the Internet, either through wifi or data (if you have no wifi). When I contacted the devs through email, they did not reply, so I guess they have no interest in hearing from users. If you have wifi and don’t mind the “use in vertical mode” requirement (if on an iPad), it’s not a terrible app.

Awesome simple HIIT app. The only thing I’d change is more workouts and maybe the option to have the computer explain the exercises. The current videos work pretty well but it would be nice to have the exercises explained automatically if you want them

Great. This app works great. I love working out but don’t like socializing that much so I don’t go to the gym. I haven’t worked out as much as I wanted in the last couple of weeks but this app really works. It makes you feel like you’ve done great and might hurt a little after or a lot but you know that’s what’s supposed to happen. I’ve read some reviews about how it’s not beginner but you know HIIT does mean high intensity interval training so it’s supposed to be intense. Make sure you stretch so you don’t pull muscles as easily and umm, stay safe.

Awesome quick HIIT workouts with kids!. This is a great app for quick HIIT exercises to do as a family or with kids! It’s fun, simple and easy to start - with easy to hard workouts, depending on what you want to do. The illustrations and photos are fun fitness photos that are good for all ages - men, women, boys and girls. Great job on the app! We love doing family workouts with this app!

Been using this for over a year!. This is my go to app every morning to kick off my day. Wake up, do a quick 10-15 minute hiit then yoga. Weights in the afternoon and cardio every other day. This app is simple and love how you can change your workouts as needed. Highly recommend

Pleasantly surprised. I’ve heard about HIIT all over the internet and I’m just now getting to it. I saw this app and it’s rates were really well so I download it. I click on the first and simplest workout for only 4 minutes thinking it wasn’t that big of a deal WELL YOU ARE WRONG. I’ve never had such a simple workout make me gasp for air like I have asthma in my life. It’s simple but exhausting I think it’ll definitely get you the changes you need if you let it.

AWESOME!! (. I used to do CrossFit, boxing, 5-8 mile runs. And just 4 years later (and 5 kids) I’ve been SO out of shape. From my experience with fitness and training- I HIGHLY recommend this app to the novice and experienced alike! It is high intensity but also gives you time to rest between each rep. It works out your entire body. 5 stars for sure!

Just challenging enough. I do quite a bit of working out, but what I really liked about this one was how comfortable it was, even though it kept me goingaWhat would really be wonderful is if the description op the moves could be spoken during the exercise. I know quite a few, but I had to guess a bit with otrers. I can’t see the screen, so video doesn’t help me. It is very time-consuming to try to find all the ones I’m not sure about and write down the instructions. Thanks.

Probably the best workout app I’ve ever used.. This app is definitely one of the best, if not the best workout app I’ve ever used. It works my whole body, and isn’t too hard to do either. After the workout I don’t feel completely dead, but I’m definitely working up a good sweat. Honestly, if your looking for a trustworthy workout app, this is it. I love it so much.

So Far So Good. I’ve had this app on my phone for a few weeks, but never got around to using it. This morning I woke up and said something has to change so I opened the app and took a crack at the 10 min HIIT. Let’s just say that I’m currently sitting on the floor hot, shiny, and breathing heavy as I write this review. Excited to see changes that should occur if I stick to this daily.

i love this app. This app is absolutely amazing. Oh my life I have been told that I was too fat or I wasn’t good enough. And after a while I started to believe this. So I searched up a bunch of workout apps.......... this one seemed to work the best. the workouts are amazing and they have different difficulties for beginners or advanced people. so they aren’t all hard. i recommend getting this app.

Keeps you on your toes!. Love this app! These workouts are short and sweet - all you need is 10-20 minutes. They show you how to do each exercise as it comes up on the screen, and you can pick from a wide selection of workouts depending on your skill level and how much time you have. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get moving, but especially for busy people who have a hard time fitting workouts into their hectic schedule!

Not for true beginners. If you’re new to working out or coming back after a long time away, the rest periods are too short- I’m out of shape and was hoping the beginner workout would be appropriate since it was so short, but some of the breaks are only 5 or 10 seconds- not enough time for me to recover. I’ve done other HIIT programs and prefer 20-30 seconds so my heart rate actually has a chance to come down and I can catch my breath. Again- this is my opinion as an out of shape beginner, I bet this app is great if you’re already fit.

I used to love this app!! Hate updates. I loved using this app every day for a quick workout. I’d put my own music on and pick one of the 5 ot 7 minute hit workouts (love the hiit and abs one) and jam while hearing her voice “you’re almost there” and “up next standing kicks” etc. Now you’re blasting your own music at me. Yuck! Also, it seems there are more ads and prompts to pay for premium. I regret updating. Is there a way to play my own music again without yours blasting through? (otherwise I may start using my Apple fitness and see if that’s better.) If you have the old version, don’t update!!

Love this app!. This app is great! There’s a few ads that pops In sometimes but does not bother me at all. What’s also great is it’s free! The only complain I have is theres 2-3 videos that does not work or play and says its null due to owner only shares it to few I tried to click it but it led me to another app that wants me to join or pay for subscriptions which not in my plan right now. Over all the exercises are easy and with videos to watch. Excellent app

Awesome app. I am new to working out and this app has been so helpful. Really takes all the thinking out for someone who has never really worked out before. A good pace even for me. I am 260+ pounds and this is doable. Very slight modifications are easy because the videos show the regular version and the modified version. So excited to try more!

Great for quarantine. You can get a great workout at home without weights. I used to go to F45 but I’m not going back to any gym anytime soon with the pandemic raging. These workouts are great to do between my runs. I like the varying lengths offered so there is no excuse not to do a workout. I also love that it does not have any music of its own. It allows you to play whatever music you like while still hearing the voice prompts to rest or switch movements. I hope they add some workouts with commonly available free weights like 5-25lbs — or make another app for strength — that would really help us quarantine fitness fanatics.

Sweat!. So I downloaded this app a while back but was procrastinating with my fitness. Finally gave it a try and did the 15 minute beginners workout to burn 100 calories and boy can I tell you you def get a workout! It’s only 15 mins but you realize how out of shape you are lol you can def build up a sweat. It’s nice because there are rest breaks in between each set and you can also pause when needed. This is good to help build up stamina and prepare for the other workouts available through the app. Instead of wasting money on a gym membership I’d recommend trying this first and see how you feel. It’s nice because you can do these workouts anywhere you take your phone! You just have to stop being lazy and give it a try!

An amazing app for workouts!. This app is absolutely marvelous! Great for working out when your at home especially during quarantine! This is my first day using the app and with only 2 workouts I’ve already burned 126 calories! I totally recommend it! What are you waiting for? DO THESE WORKOUTS.. This app is incredible. It’s completely free, and it now has a function where it can track your streak of workouts each day and even build your own workout/HIIT timer. I use this in my everyday routine for a short burnout or as the main workout I do, and choose a longer set like 15-45 min. There’s one ad that pops up before each workout starts, but then you just click the “x” and start the workout. Not bothersome at all. Works with your music. Awesome, simple exercises with no equipment. I LOVE this app!

This is amaze.. As an avid lover of a good workout on a daily basis, I’ve never seen results like with HIIT, and this app makes it super easy to get into. Just a warning tho, I wouldn’t recommend HIIT to someone starting out. It is INTENSE. Combined with just intuitive eating and portion control, you can have an amazing body. But I would recommend being somewhat accustomed to exercise and a healthy lifestyle before doing this.

Pretty good. I’ve only been trying it for a couple of days, but it seems to be a great system for aerobics, I’m having to catch my breath at the end of 4 minutes when running a mile wouldn’t do much to me. I imagine as I get better the exercise will level with me (faster pushups, whatever) looking forward to being in good enough shape to try he longer workouts.

Modify please. Thanks, the app is good. Easy to navigate, rep and timer options, tracking that helps keep you motivated, and lots of options for different experience levels. For those of us with bad knees (and there are a lot of us lol) the app would be even better if there were low impact options. Or a way to swap-out one particular move for a modified version, or videos that included modified versions of the exercises when available. Modifications are offered in live classes, but it would be nice if more apps like this one included it for home workouts.

Working out. I just started recently working out again as a 25 year old female. The app has really helped me set up workouts that I like to do and it’s so easy to pick your moves and go. I wake up, get my workout in and then go about my day sometimes I’ll even do a evening exercise. This app is great for me.

Amazing!. This app has helped me become a better me. I sincerely thank the creator, because I have been in the best shape of my life after using this. You start to see results just after only 2 weeks! If you really commit to this, you will be the fit, lean, fighting machine you never thought you could be. HIIT workouts.. I love the reminders to workout. The workouts are challenging. But doable. I love that it shows us how to do the workout. And gives plenty of time to get ready for the next workout. And also that it lets you know you’re half way there what’s next and when you’re on the last thing. I love it. 5 stars from me

Old Dog New Tricks. I definitely like these HIIT workouts!! I am able to do different workouts and walk in my treadmill! Still in the baby stages but I can feel myself getting stronger after each exercise!! Love that I can control the amount of time to spend on my workouts! If I Inly have time for 5-10 minutes I do one circuit, if I have time for more I up the circuits!!

Exercise. I like it but the intermediate work out is hard for me. You’re not doing nothing wrong. I have knee issues so it’s hard for me to get to the ground and get up. I wish there was a better way to get my exercises from waist up I know it’s impossible but it’s hard for me. I’m 60 years old. Any suggestions because I need this in my life. I’m committed to learning about eating healthy and exercise.

Love it. This is a great app. Tracks how many times you use it in the calendar portion of the app. You don’t need an additional timer and you really don’t even have to look at your phone during your whole workout because it tells you the exercise, when your halfway done, and counts out loud the last 3 seconds. I love this app.

Just what you need!. Could not be happier. Just what we need in this no-gym, brain can’t work because the world is on fire quarantine home thing. An easy to follow series of exercises that get the heard pumping without having to plan a whole elaborate thing or sign up online. Just you, music, and working out. You won’t be disappointed!

Great app, Great price!. I used to pay $13 a month for other workout apps. While they had some good features they would still have problems that messed up my workouts, like freezing up, incorrect exercise displays. This app gives me a good workout, has enough variety of apps, and besides some ads,is free! Fantastic.

LOVE. I love this app. I’ve tried some of the bigger “brand-name” workout apps and programs, and their fees always frustrated me. Here I get a BETTER workout without the flash or bells and whistles and I don’t have to pay a thing. I don’t mind the ads one bit. Super easy to click out of. My favorite workout, after trying a few of them over the course of the past week, is Burn 100. I love the set-circuit and rest time feature. Love the short explanations of unfamiliar sets. More than just a workout. Man, I just finished a session and I’m sweating more than I do than if I went to the gym. The app is great and I’ve tried other HIIT apps and this was the best. It is very manageable. If you can’t do it, you can just skip it or sit through it. I’ve had a traumatic brain injury and it was very doable for me. There were some which I couldn’t do or just try be in the starting position and workout a muscle. Any muscle. I like this app and I hope I see more updates on this app.

Easy good for strengthening. I like that this exercise app is geared towards women and women’s bodies. I’ve been doing 4 & 7 min workouts for 8 years and I use this one the most. I used to use the one from The NY Times then the Johnson & Johnson app which I also really like the customizable aspect of it but I still feel like the exercises in the app target areas and have done more for strengthening my legs. I do wish it had the option of a warm up and cool down cycle.

10/10. This is an amazing HIIT workout app. It has different time lengths on workouts and it goes extremely quickly. I was planning on doing a short one, but ended up doing two of them because it was fun and made me feel good. It didn’t feel like it dragged on, like it normally does when I force myself to exercise. I highly recommend it. No accounts or payments either.

Motivating. Great platform to kick start and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Lots of options (albeit many paid) are there plus an option to create your own hiit workout. This is part of my daily exercise routine as a once ‘growing’ now healthier and fitter middle aged man.

Best app ever. The app is really good and enjoyable and sure the workouts hurt but you can always know that at the end you have lost calories

Great app. Great free app, gives you a great workout in a small amount of time. I’m trying to use every day. It’s a shame the paid version is a monthly subscription (which I can’t afford) rather than a one off fee (which I’d find the money for) which would presumably give me more variety of workouts.

Great Anywhere Workout!. Love doing this workout, whether I am in a hurry or have extra time I know this workout gets me moving, the heart rate up and feeling good.

Too repetitive. Needs a better mix of exercises to keep you interested. Seems to cycle the same 3-4 exercises for the middle 10 minutes.

Decent for a starter. Cool app. Decent for starter but there’s not much variety if you want to slowly move forward. If that’s the only app you use and want to step up it’s from regular intermediate to regular advanced. Got a lot of potential. I hope they improve it.

One of the best sweating work out apps. The 10 minutes routine ur my favorite. It’s only been a few days I can feel and see results. It’s intense but bearable. Makes me sweat more than an hour+ worth of jogging. I do this after my one hour jog + skip rope + abs work out . I love it!

Cool, and Free!. This is an awesome app! For school we have to log our workout time and this app is awesome for that! Also, this app is totally free! The workouts are a max of around 30 minutes, so if you’re looking for an app with hour long workouts, I suggest you look elsewhere. That being said, if you have less than one hour for working out, these workouts are pretty short and pack a punch. Sorry for trailing on for a while, but I thought it would be better to have more details!

Good but repetitive. I do like this app- I really appreciate that it’s actually free. But there are only two “beginner” workouts, and it can get repetitive. I just wish there were more. Otherwise it’s a good way to keep you going on tempo!

Perfect HIIT app..!!. I feel like the title says it all. I am new to HIIT, but there just as many advanced options! I love that you can skip specific exercises in the workout (my knees can’t do squats), I love the “halfway there!” and “3-2-1-rest” voice options (and that you can turn that off!), I love that there’s an option to have tricky/new exercises explained to you, I love that I can have music playing in the background, I love that there are so many workouts to try. It’s perfect!

Feeling good. This app is great. I really like the “streak” feature. It helps keep me motivated to continue my workouts each day. The exercises are great and really make me sweat. Overall I feel like I have my energy. Long term I hope this app will help me to shed some of my belly fat and make my upper body stronger. I definitely recommend getting this app.

Reviving full body after a long stretch... It was a great start up workout after missing being at the gym for many months now after the lockdown during the pandemic. Since I work at the hospital & don’t have much time, it was a Quick full body workout that left me out of breath & sweating. Was fabulous doing these moves with my German Shepard dog too😊

Love the App Updates!. I have had this app for a couple of years and am glad to see they updated the UI/IX! What a nice treat added some new workouts too! I wasn’t planning on renewing again this year, but if they continue this app upkeep, I might change my mind.

First HIIT Exercise: Killer!!. A friend introduced me to this app with short time exercise routines. I just did my first one for 16 min. OMG I’m sweating more now in 16 min than I would in a 45 min walk and stretch routine. This is the way to go. I’m gonna lose so much weight when I combine this with my eating routine. Awesome!

I love it!. I have been trying to find workouts or a few workout routines to get consistent with. I haven't been able to find one until this app. It keeps me consistent and even wanting to do more!! It also keeps me motivated! Great app in general!

Great workout app!. I’m an emergency resident. The combination of limited free time I have because of the nature of my work and the gyms being closed due to the pandemic, it’s been hard to get a good workout in. This app made it easy for me to work out in the on call room when I had a break.

Straightforward app for those who are not beginners. I like that it is free. No frills and no fluffs. I don’t have to be creative to know what exercises I can come up with to target my big muscle groups. This is not an app for beginners who don’t know where to start, but it’s a good working app for the ones who have guidance. Love it though! It works for me!

Best Quarantine Workout EVER. So I recently got on a deployment, and since then we’ve been stuck in a 2 week complete isolation quarantine, and I’ve been using this app for only a few days, but I’m gonna use it throughout the whole deployment due to the accessibility and flexibility of this app!

Other apps. I love these workouts on here and all but there is a different app you can download with these same exact workouts in the same order and more called 7 minute workout I still like the exercises but they are the same as the other app (even in the same order)

Great app.. I didn’t want to rate this to early in my trying it out so that I can give a more accurate review. I’m on day 3 which is still early but I’m really feeling the burn (sore) in my body so I’d say the app is working and 8’ve only been doing the 4 minutes this week. I must be out of shape but baby steps will get you there.

Great routines!. As soon as I have something for everyone. My online instructor was having technical issues so I resorted to this app thinking I wouldn’t sweat as much. I think I sweat twice as much and got my heart rate up really high. I will definitely be using this more often

Great family of apps!. The 7minute apps are just what you need. There are tons of sessions to choose from and the ads are limited and non-intrusive. Some of the apps have music, some don’t, but it allows you to play your music while the app talks (countdown, get ready, etc).

Needs update to work with iOS12. I downloaded this a last month and worked great! The workouts this app has you do are quite intense and in my opinion meet the definition of a high intensity workout. However, the day I updated my iPhone 7s to the new iOS 12 the hit workout app stopped working. When I open the app I get a red header and bottom with total white space in the center where the workout options used to be. HIIT Workout NEEDS to be updated ASAP so that it can continue to work with iOS12

Good. I am in between paying for membership and this works great for a substitute. Doesn’t have a lot of workout program options but if you don’t know what to do when you walk out to your garage gym - this is a quick way to get something going to the day

Great app. I wasn’t to sure about this app, since most workout apps require a subscription but this one doesn’t and the workouts are genuine and are great, I started to see results after a few days of using it and I recommend this app to other people!!

I love it, hate it!. I started this weight loss journey almost three years ago. I lost 15lbs when I started HIIT and saw amazing results from it. And it just keeps getting better from there. The blood is pumping, adrenaline is coursing, I feel alert, my lungs and my heart thank HIIT and from the apex of my heart, I’m glad this app exists!

Suggestion. I think that one thing you guys should do is to create this option where the user can pick and choose workouts and add them to their folder or their favorites list or something. I think that would be super helpful. Right now I don’t see that option.

Just amazing!. Out of all different kinds of HIIT workout apps, this one is by far my favorite. Aside from it being absolutely FREE, these workouts really make you sweat. I’m a consistent gym fanatic. I can do 45 minutes of intense stairmaster but a 15 minute of this app’s workout just makes me sweat like crazy!

Great Workout. If you are looking to keep your heart up without becoming totally exhausted during the workout and having to slow down or even quit, then this app is for you! I have been doing this for 3 months now 4-5 times a week and I still get a good sweat every time!

HIIT. I am never quite consistent with my workouts. Having 4 small children at home, 3 under 5 years old, not to mention an ER nurse’s schedule, it’s really tough finding space and time to stick to a routine. When I do find some time these HIIT routines are really nice and quick. Gets my HR pumping, I feel a little more energy after.

My background music keeps stopping.... Love the app in pretty much every way. Recently added workouts are great additions too. Only problem: with your most recent update it seems that every time an ad banner changes my background music (streaming through an app)stops playing. Super frustrating to be pushing through a tough workout and BAM! Motley Crüe stops telling me all about those girls, girls, girls.

Good Workout App. Love that there are so many free options! Would be cool if they added a new one each month though. I have my favorites that I’ve done countless times, and although they’re still great workouts and I can modify them, I would like to switch it up with something new every once in a while.

Nice and easy. This app is easy to use and the workouts are real. You can pause if necessary and pick up where you left off. During the 10 second breaks between exercises there is an example displaying the next exercise.

Great workout!. I loved that it was a doable workout for someone just getting started or someone who has been working out for a while. I took off one star because there was one move that was hard to follow because it was a computerized person. Other than that it was wonderful!

Great quick workout. It’s had to say you don’t have time for a workout when there are great heart pumping workouts you can do in about 15 minutes. As for results, I can tell you I’m as sore as I am after an hour at the gym. I’ll try to report more in a month

Awesome app. I was going to the gym, with a personal trainer watching what I eat. For certain situations I wasn’t able to go to the gym. Like other people I need to workout and this app reminds me so much of the exercise performed in the gym. App is Good. The workouts are great. The app is ok, but one issue is that I have it on 3 devices. iPhone will sync to health, but I cannot capture my workouts in the health app from my iPad or Mac Mini. I have to manually add the workouts to the apps. If you require a subscription to access workouts, then I expect the app to capture my workout data across devices and move the data into Health app in my iPhone.

Very saftisfied. Started with the easy HIIT workout. Ample time between each exercise to rest and get prepare for the next. Great exercises easy on joints! I like the voice preparations, not too lengthy but perfectly informative. Improvised a bit by adding a little more exercise time to each set.
