Good but bad. I’ve loved this app and have used it for many years now! BUT recently when I make a invoice they stay for awhile then disappear. This might be a phone problem or an app problem, I’m not sure. However whenever I send and email to support I get no reply or help? Unless this changes I would stay away from this app as I’m planning on switching! Maybe someone will help me after this review….

Great App. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and it’s absolutely perfect never any issue and very easy to use keeps my business up and running with everything I need

Straight to the point app. If your looking for something simple and easy to track how much u making a month and year to date. This is for you. Been using this app for 4 years. Few changes here and there but I adjusted to the changes and all good. 5 stars ⭐️All Day

Great for any business. I use this app daily and it definitely makes life easy in my business on the go. I do wish it were more visible as a whole when updating sections however I still appreciate the ease of this app.

I use this as my farm invoice app. I’ve used it a few years for all my wholesale invoicing. It’s fast and easy. I enjoy using it and will continue using it and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Invoices made easy. This is an easy to use professional solution. Invoices, parts and services all stored with unit price. Simply add the quantities and click add. Automatic totals and comments section. A word of caution. If your description is long winded this is not the app you need. That section is limited to the amount of characters.

Great app for a small business. I’ve used this app for a while now for my estimates, invoices etc in my tree removal business. It looks professional and is worth the price. I wish adding contacts was more streamlined however. When you add a contact it doesn’t add the email or the phone number automatically.

Used the Invoice Maker Pro for years now and really appreciate its simplicity.. This app is simple, oops proof, user friendly and makes our business so easy to manage.

Awful. This app has awful support. I have reached out many times to get my issue fixed and have been let down with no response or fix. I have sent over 60 invoices and now they will not go through. I use gmail as my business email and I am now getting messages that say my email has been blocked. They will not do anything to fix this or even get back to me with reasoning. I would highly advise everyone looking for an invoice app to stay far away from this one. You can’t even cancel your paid subscription. It says that in the terms which is insane.

Great app. Been using for 4-5 years now. Great platform, great functionality. Gets the job it suppose to do, done. It could had be made more flexible with other apps. No functionality updates for a while now but works greats.

I love this app!!!. This app works wonderfully. Anytime I need an invoice on the fly it’s right there. You can input, edit and change fields, add line ect. This is my go-to for all of my invoices.

The IVP. Is a great tool if you are in the look for making invoices is flexible but takes some time to figure it out things around. Would be useful if there are some white peppers to set up or use the app.

Horrible customer service. All my invoices for the last 6 months got erased off my app, I emailed customer service for 2 days asking for assistance with recovering this. Only response I would received is to update my app. My app has no updates to download.I have emailed them letting them know and still no response. Very disappointed, this is hours of work and will take a lot of work to get this all sorted out and make new invoices as I now have no record of any of them.

Gone to subscription. Very disappointed with this app I purchased the app several years ago and now they require a monthly subscription fee to continue to use it. I have contacted support and they have informed me all user must pay a subscription.

Not a bad app to use at all. I use this app daily for invoices and it works quite well haven’t had to many issues when I did it was sorted pretty quickly only thing sometimes invoice disappear older ones done but usually I trace it back through my emails if needed other then that I’d recommend the app to others 👌

Cannot open on iOS. Lately it’s really lacking and today I can’t even open the app. I’m really disappointed, I have been using this app since 2016.

Inconvenient for small business. I have purchased the subscription, as email option was not activated. But after purchasing the subscription, the issue is still the same. It does not send either quotes or invoices to clients. Waste of time and money!

Not value for money NO SYNC. **** just told my Internet is too slow??? 2weeks I waited and have watched countless movies. One thing to have troubles with your app, it’s another to dump it on my ISP. Please explain?*** The app was good but one day it forced me to buy it. It said I could sync on 2 devices. Can’t see my invoices, they said it takes time to down load be patient. Still can’t see them after a week. That’s too slow for a business. Not worth purchasing. :(

Didn't work. I really didn't even get a chance to try this . The first thing I did was try to make a time sheet and it would not allow me to put in the times I worked .

App not working!!. Ap worked fine until I paid for the pro version...now I can't change any of the money amounts!!! So frustrating!!!

Garbage. Refuses to let me email my invoice. Used to be great. Don’t waste your time. They also took twice as much as I agreed to pay.

Nothing like the pictures. The receipts and invoices that are created using this app look absolutely nothing like the pictures shown in the App Store previews. The fonts were all different sizes and it looks very unprofessional. I could make something better, and faster, using Microsoft word. Waste of time.

Terrible!. This app started glitching and closing while I was in the middle of creating quotes. I just purchased the $50 yearly subscription to sync all my documents with my iCloud. I cannot find them and now the app is saying I do not have an account. I have lost 3 years worth of documents that I depend on to maintain my business. Horrible. Don’t waste your money. I’m screwed because of this app.

App purchase ruined it. The app worked perfectly until I paid the $6 to have unlimited documents and now the app crashes every time I try to open it. I have restored the iPad, deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing is working. Not impressed at all.

Wish it had more options. This app is pretty decent. I wish it had an option to see each clients invoices separately and by date. This seems to lump them all in one main category and you have to scroll through the whole list to find one particular invoice. Then you have to open it before you can view thing like the date. This app is bad. It constantly erases my invoices or will not save clients name onto invoice. At one point it deleted ALL my invoices and I had to go and put together 3 months worth of invoices. I switched phones and downloading added the app again and the only invoices on it were 3 outstanding invoices.

Quick and easy no support though. The app itself is great. One of the few invoicing apps with PO and many other titles to add onto the invoice. Only downfall is if there’s a problem it’s not easy getting a hold of anyone to help. I will say that over the 4 years I’ve used it every week and only needed that support twice. Ended up having to figure it out myself. Regardless. The app works well enough that support is not often needed.

No longer works. After buying the app and using it for a year, im now being asked to pay a monthly fee! And it no longer works! Ridiculous. Worst waste of money

Great little app but.... You set up tax and the invoice that gets shipped doesn't present and add the tax. The "templates" show it, but the actual invoices only send the hours x rate. No tax calculated. That's not gonna work

Frustrating. Won't work with bluetooth keyboard, only with in app keyboard. Editing entries is a real pain, especially without ability to use bluetooth keyboard. Correcting or deleting entries also not intuitive or easy to accomplish. Runs you around in circles. Could be good app but definitely needs some work. Also dearly in need of landscape mode. (Please!) (IPad Air 2, iOS 9.3.3)

App purchase. I purchased this app in August 2017 for $7.99, still have the receipt I go to “restore purchase” and I’m not allowed to log in or recover any of my invoices or contacts. It appears I’m not the only one who lost all their purchased property. Very terrible customer service it’s unfortunate because I was comfortable using it before they screwed me
