Dungeon Nightmares Review. Ok so this is by far the most terrifying game I have played. I have seen the PC version and there’s one, maybe a few hallucination jumpscares from the PC that I haven’t seen on IOS. I’d like to see those jumpsacres occur on the IOS version to make the game more scary and more fun. Overall, very well done game.

Ad issue. I love this game. I’ve loved it for years. But I’ve been getting an issue lately pertaining to the ads. Every time I load up the game I get an ad. I watch the ad through, and when it’s over there’s an image of the games being advertised, and no exit button. I can’t play the game because I can’t click off of the ads.

Omg. I just downloaded it and played the first night i opened the door and screamed after seeing the red human. So i freaked out and closed the door then i opened it back up and there was a skeleton looking at me so i exited the app and now I'm writing this review

Awesome game BUT.... Even though i gave the game the four stars it deserves there is just one bug.... When i beat any nights, go to the main menu screen, and close the game it never saves the game making me start all over whenever i open the app PLEASEE FIX!!

Wow,.... Just wow. Still got them stuffed animals you had to sleep with when you were a kid because you were afraid of the dark?.... Bring me back out cause You'll need Em! This game is freakishly scary. I don't get scared or startled a lot but this game REALY really makes the atmosphere realistic. I give this a 10 if possible this guy needs to make movies the steam from the pipes will make you jump it's so intense!

A confusing scary maze !!. Ok so I will admit I'm not giving this 5 stars because each level is the same dungeon and it is VERY hard to beat this whole game but it is soooo scary ! I'm still scared of the graphics and atmosphere and the way the fog is in each corner of the maze so you can't see well...oh and great pop ups :)

Love the game but......... I love this game I play it all the time on my iPod but if I download it on my iPhone it won't play please fix this so I can play it on my iPhone too while my iPod charges.

Ugh. This is a great game but I was having trouble passing the first level . It's difficult to find the artifact and if I do then I get killed before finding the exit . I feel like the first night should be a bit simpler therefor I could get more interested to go farther . Yet good game when you're looking for a heart beat .

Where's the weapon for goodness sake. Game is great but wouldn't it be better if along your journey you can find a gun or something to destroy your enemies. Running is an option, let's have a choice to run or confront the enemy!

Scary game but.... This is one of the scariest games I think I have ever played it adds a fear factor that you really can’t get from playing any other mobile game my only problem with it is that once you get an advertisement the ability to exit out of it is completely missing so I spent ten minutes looking for the x and there was no x I love this game but it would be really nice if you could fix this

Read pls. HOLY CRAP! This is terrifying! I walked out the door of the first room in day one and a creepy little girl in a dress was there in the hall!!!! AHHHHHHHH! I walk in, close the door, and hide for five minutes and come back out to a bloodied flesh like skeleton screaming at and killing me! I WAS SO SCARED I EXIT THE GAME! Great game. I passed the first night in my first try, yay. But seriously, this game is scary. After finishing the night, my heart was beating really really fast. I only got jump-scared twice: when I opened a door and saw something red and humanoid standing (I instantly ran away), and when I got hit and turned and there was a skeleton. The sounds of doors opening and footsteps are very unnerving and make me turn a candle on. Also, the portraits on the walls are disturbing, I stare at them to see if something happens (one time I started hearing footsteps when I stared at it). Overall, a great game.

Scary and Unnerving!!!. This game is scary the atmosphere makes the pipe smoke give you a jump scare. When you play this you'll know what I mean. This game is intense and unnerving. The funnest part of the game is putting the story piece by piece. It is an endless nightmare that's all I'll say. I recommend this to people who think slender isn't scary enough. Well, this is for you.

Terrible. Opened the game and it immediately took me to a download for part 2 for $2.99. Close that. Ad runs for some slot machine game. Close that. Another ad runs. Finally get into game. Black screen (dark room), can’t move, can only look around. No instructions, no settings. Screen flashes (character dies). Another ad runs, game freezes. Close game, write review, delete game.

Scariest iOS that's not VR. This game is amazing. It should of had a VR compatibility, but it still deserves 5 stars. This would of been better with slightly updated graphics on a pc. Tips to newcomers: Explore every inch and run, because you can't hide.

My Thoughts on Dungeon Nightmares. This game is very very F#*%*%# scary and there’s like scary fearful monsters like the red blooded woman that screams like she saw her biggest fear and it’s so scary as F#*% and I can’t believe you guys rated this game 9+ because it’s probably too much for a 9 or 10 old child to play unless they like horror games but no it’s too Violent! It should be rated 12+ for Teen because it’s so Scary and has Mild blood, Scary fearful violence, and no language! Oh wait. Did you guys not rate it? Did the ESRB rate it or someone else or something??? Well tell them they need to change the rating because it does not look like a game that mature for a young child to play unless they like Horror games! And my final words are.. This game is AWESOME!

OH MY GOSH!!! 😱😱😱. This is so cool!!! It has AMAZING graphics, creepy letters, and scary monsters! The first monster I saw was a bloody body with a white tank top run in. But he didn't hurt me! At least, I don't think he did, because I had already turned the game off! It is kinda gross, with the bloody bodies and stuff. There are also weird paintings on the wall. I LOVE THE GROSSNESS OF IT!!! I lovveeeddd those creepy letters, and the monster that screeches, then kills you! I haven't met the girl from the letters yet, but I bet she is creepy! Is she the creepy girl with the long neck from the painting!? O my gosh, I have SSSOOO many questions! I have FALLIN IN LOVE with this game!!!!! The smoke and pipes are totally creepy, and the bloody dude under the light you see sometimes when you open the door and you walk that way and don't see him? SOOO cool! I only ask that there be spider webs in the graphics! And maybe make a 2? Well, that is all I have to say. I llloooovvved your game!

It’s ok. After playing the game all I have to say is that it wasn’t that scary I mean the first few jump scares were kind of unnerving . But the rest was easy only that girl that sounds like like chains when she runs is hard to escape at lest for me I didn’t even pass the first level but the game was ok I guess

Ready to give up. I'm new to the game (complete version on IOS), and I liked it- but now I'm too frustrated to care. I can't even get to level 3. there is deff a problem with skeletons getting in the way. I had to exit a few times because I was in a loop with a door opening and closing, unable to get around a skeleton. I hate that you have to start over each time you die. I suggest that all the gold we collect can be used for buying clues or continuing on.

I’m impressed. I’ve tried quite a few horror games on the App Store but for the most part come away unimpressed. This one got me shortly after I started. Creepy figures jump out, skeletons are in each room. If you get killed beware the crunching tearing sound that comes with the screams.

Amazing! But.... This game is incredible! The tingling sense at the start that something is awfully wrong plus the atmosphere makes some of the most simple scares (like the hissing pipes) cause you to jump out of your skin! I am currently on Night 4 (this is my 7th run overall) but one thing i noticed is that sometimes the artifacts are sometimes unbelievably hard to find. It would be nice if all of them were on tables or the chest they were in glowed or something. The exit usually stands out so its fine but in night 1 and 3 it took me over 20 minutes just to pass the night and my arms started hurting. Please fix this one annoyance and the game will be one of my favourite horror games! Never the less, heres the well deserved 5 stars.

I LOVE THIS GAME and I have a few recommendations,. I loved this game since the first time I played it and in my opinion it’s one of the best horror games on the App Store but I have some ideas that I really hope get implemented into the game 1 More monsters the painting, skeletons, and bloody mummy thing are getting kinda boring and repetitive. 2 some form of multiplayer whether it be one player is hunting the other as the monster or they work together to escape I feel Any form of multiplayer would vastly improve the game. 3 This is a weird one but I feel like there needs to be an opening cutscene such as you falling Down a pit and into the dungeon or You getting locked down there. Spooks. If you're wandering, I'm 99% sure they made it freeze and exit you out right when you complete day one, because obviously they know you want to keep playing and if you want to keep playing, you need to buy the full version and thats probably what I'm going to do tbh. This game is really fun and will give you the spooks. The first time I played this I exited out of the game 10 seconds in because I was terrified but now I think it is really fun and exhilarating.

Good but stupid marketing. I've tried multiple times and decided they purposely crash the game after you beat night one. If instead of doing this it said "congratulations you've finished the trial, purchase the full version to start from where you finished (starting from night 2). I wouldn't feel like spending money just to start at the beginning of night 1 once again. Also the planned crash is very frustrating. But besides this it is an incredible game.

Read!!. This game is great! Nothing bad to say because of how good it is. There are so many good points in this game and here are some. 1 variety in jumpscares 2 the navigation is easier with the map 3 good placing of notes and candles There are a ton of jumpscares and even more in full version! Some you might not even notice, like people whispering and little girls singing, as well as the ones that are noticeable such as, the lights going off and loud noises, scary flashes and the skeletons moving each time you turn around. Great game overall!

The ads.... I downloaded the game expecting to have an amazing and terrifying experience playing it for the first time. I click the app, feeling all hyped and ready to go to experience everything for myself, then a really stupid ad plays. So I thought, ok, I understand why they’d have ads in the game unless we payed to have them removed. So I waited it out, then it was over, but then, it just blocked the menu screen, so I can’t do anything unless I got rid of it, but guess what, it’s on the screen the wrong way, so I’m unable to click on any exit button. So I get off the app and restart it. I get back on, and, well, another ad plays. I wait it out again hoping it’ll work this time. No. Same thing happens. Can’t play because I can’t get rid of an ad. I try again another not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not even six, but seven times, because I really badly wanted to play, but the same thing happened every time. I could never get to the menu because I could never get the ad off. So unfortunately it’s just impossible for me to play at the moment and that makes me really upset because I so badly wanted to play it because I know how much of an amazing game this is. But what’s the point if I can’t even get to the menu because the layout of the ads on your screen make it so you can’t even get to the menu afterwards because you can’t close it out. Please fix this. I understand why you should have ads, but if they make the game unplayable because they won’t allow you to even get to the menu, then why even bother? So please fix this ASAP because I so badly want to play this game.

SCARY!!!!. Extremely scary

This game needs some improvements. I love this game, but there are something's I wish it had. First of all I'd like to have a "combat button" I'd like to be able to fight against the monster because there is no way around it. I usually get trapped in a room and no matter how far I am it will hit me and eventually end the game. The game is a bit glitchy too, I passed the game on my first try, it's simple, the exit is at the very bottom of the map, but the artifact changes locations, I like this, it forces me to explore all the rooms while keeping I mind where the exit is. If the developer make it to where the room changes as well they (in my opinion as a gamer) will lose a lot of people because gamers of any type like to know where the 'finish' line is. By constantly changing the exit you will force the gamer to look in every room thus making them frustrated, we already have to find the artifact so why make the room 'an artifact' as well?? Keep in mind the 'combat button' it would be EXTREMELY helpful. Other than that it's an amazing game. C:

So freakin scary. This game is so scary. I'm surprised that I could stand it. The way you find yourself in a small room with only one door to get and have the standing right there creeped me out. Also am I the only one with a mummy following you. Sure I everyone runs into the moving skeletons and the one weird image and the girl, but a mummy and that's makes this game so unpredictable

Amazing, but TOO scary. Dungeon Nightmares is a dungeon crawling indie horror title that will put you on edge. This is my favorite game on the iOS, though it is very simple. The idea of the game is that you are playing as an unknown man having a nightmare about being in a dungeon, and he has to go through the dungeon halls looking for an artifact in order to open his eyes. So you get into the game, and you start in a random room of the dungeon. Now time for the scary. In order to open a door, you first, must lock pick it by holding your finger on the screen. Once you have done it you don't have to do it again. I won't spoil it for you, but great job developer, 500/5!
