I didn't have any expectations for this app. I have been trying a lot of different strategies to improve my life. This app was surprisingly helpful in pushing me to try new techniques and ask questions of myself. Easy to use and rewards completion.
I paid for what I thought was lifetime subscription and did not have time to use the app last year. It was actually just a year subscription. I asked for an extension on it since I barely used it and company said No. They also refused a partial refund. Hugely disappointing and rigid customer service.
I love all the great ways it makes me happier in a diverse variety of methods. It helps with gratitude, mindfulness, improved relationships and goals.
Thought it would be really cheesy but it's really helping me get out of a funk. I'm using the free version for now but I may upgrade if I want to try out the premium features.
I love this app! All that negative energy that contributes to self doubt and feeling incapable and/ or sad-- well this app seems to address this and it really helps-- really!! It gives you a few focused moments to wipe away the blue blahs. Worth every cent!
I enjoy the research-based exercises and regular feedback loop. Some of the graphics are pretty goofy.
I really enjoy the games and polls. Some of the written content is very helpful but some causes you to focus on what you don't like. Of course that could help you find the source of the problem but it may just leave you agitated and in a worse mood.
So I just found this like ten minutes ago and I already think this is gonna make feel more loved or more appreciated? Anyway I just got a lot issues with my mom and I think this is going to be great to have around ^-^

I didn't think the tasks and games could do anything but it really helps elevate my mood and calms down any anxiety that is troubling me.
Edit- So it's been a long time since I got the app back, and a lot has improved. You can do more stuff for free, but I'm still disappointed. If this app is about helping people, then why do people have to pay so much? It just goes to show that nothing is ever just to help people, but for marketing. I still enjoy the app, though. It has really changed my mindset and is making me a better person. Who knows? Maybe I'll purchase premium. Old- There's not a lot you can do in the free version. You limited and can't play certain things on your track. I guess that's all you get for free. Also, when I try to do the serenity scene, it won't load. That irritates me more than it helps me. If that could be fixed I would rate it higher. The
Hey, it's an alternative therapy to meditate. I've struggled with it in the past and it literally breaks it down for you. It's works it, helps and even if you can't at first, there are other things to do on this app. That eases you slowly into it. Have a great day!
