Login is Impossible. I created an account a couple of months ago via access provided through my employer and I’ve never been able to log in. Every time I input my password it says network error. I’ve tried resetting my password. I’ve tried giving it time to resolve. I’ve tried emailing but they told me to take screenshots of what happens. Nothing happens. It literally just doesn’t let me log in after I put in my password and says network error below the password field.

Privacy settings do not work. My post-activity write-ups were made public despite having all privacy settings activated. I have reached out to customer service with no explanation or resolution thus far.

Cannot login on mobile. I created an account via web portal, but when I attempt to login on mobile, the system says my account/password don’t match. The app is unusable as a result.

So disappointed. I was looking forward to checking out this ap and using it to be the best me I can be but it would not allow me to change the date for my birthday and would not recognize my postal code instead of zip code so I could not even get past the demographics!!
