Not working. I’m getting the notification that it is “Not running Mobile threat defense solution properly”. It wants be to go to alerts to fix the issue but there are no alerts to remediate. Please help

Battery draining!!!!!. The app highly recommends allowing it to see your location data. When this is always on, you will go through almost doubly the battery in a day. It’s a little after 5pm and I’m already at 50%, when I haven’t done much all day. I charged it up yesterday and unplugged it overnight only to awaken to it already being under 90% when all it did was sit on the counter. By far biggest issue.

Uses too much battery power. Although battery under settings shows only 2% usage, somehow my standby and usage figures are identical when Skycure is open. After I deleted the app, standby and usage figures were dramatically different as they should be.

service unreachable. doesn’t work

On my iPhone. I’m able to run 2 of 3 scans. Not sure what it means but I get the “no mdm” app manager message. A rep was supposed to get with me about 3 weeks ago but haven’t heard anything.. other than that great app awesome on Android just not so sure on apples THANX!

Super mobile Security App. Excellent enterprise cyber security app to keep an eye out on all threats. Detects all kinds of mobile attacks and notifies the user when under attack. Love it.

Impressive. Very cool app!! Warned me about my iPhone connecting to a suspicious wifi while walking around DC. Nice threat detection when my phone automatically connects to wifi

Love Skycure, but.... If we have subscribed to Skycure, and have received pop-up messages on our iPhone screen, "Cannot Verify Server Identity," and Skycure was aware of this as a security problem, then why weren't we warned not to tap on "continue" even before the iOS 10 update that addressed the issue?

Battery Power. This application worked fine for quite awhile however recently it has become a major consumer of battery power at 10 to 20 times more than any other application. Someone needs to investigate this issue.

Robust and Polished. Can use this to send all my mobile traffic to a cloud proxy which helps with phishing, malicious links, etc Good stuff

It works and more. I am not sure where I heard about this, but it is a slick app that works in the background. It is not a VPN, more like a watch dog. After you open the app, you don't know it is there - until you get an alert. The alert will tell you that a portal you are using, say at a restaurant is not secure, perhaps because it is routed thru an alias. Also, when there is a change in IOS, you get a message even before Apple's warning comes up in settings. As one company says about their product: don't leave home without it.

The emails are annoying. It would be much more appreciated if myself and the group I support cease to receive these messages. Typically the trend is when the App is updated I or if I am testing my device for recording enrollment procedures and changes. Just not satisfied at all with this. If I could give negative stars I would. People who have upgraded their phone have received emails regarding the status of their old phone nearly a month after. Repetitive email response. ANNOYING Thank you for contacting Skycure Enterprise Support. I have applied a fix for this matter, and from this point moving forward you should not receive the mentioned notification anymore. It works!. At first, I didn't think this app worked because I have it running most of the time and nothing really happened. Until I got a pop up text message about not being able to identify a text message with a running program called *activatemymodem and I some how clicked "continue" and a few seconds later, my internet & modem no longer worked and had no internet. I had the app closed but open it to see if it could see anything. It found that my information over the Internet could be intercepted by and to reset modem or contact ISP. I did and explained everything to my ISP and they tried to reset my modem but couldn't. It was escalated and the tech was able to finally access my modem to reset it after 4hrs. Now, I keep this app active every time I'm in Wifi (secured). Oh, and it also alerts you if you need to update to the latest update!!

error 9155. continuously showing error 9155 despite all attempts to resolve, unenrolled my device and uninstalled app and tried process again but error still occurred

Battery hog. Why does it make my phone sooo hot and run my battery down so fast? My employer wants me to run it all the time. I sure they would love it if my phone caught fire and burnt the place down. For now I’ll pass on leaving it open.

Thanks for resolving issue!!. With the most recent update I cannot get the app to stay open. It automatically closes when you click on the icon. Please fix ASAP!!!! I am not compliant with security policies if the app won’t stay open!!!

Error Code. I have to have this for my work, but it’s not even letting me set up. It pushes error code #1955 and I have tried everything to troubleshoot this error. I can’t access my company’s apps on my phone because of this error.

Fast updates. Alerted me on iOS update before apple. That's cool!

Keeps Me Informed. This App Keeps Me Informed and up to date with not only the latest threats out there but notifies me of updates even before anyone else.

How Secure is Skycure Ltd.?. This app says it is doing what it claims to do, but how can I know what it is actually doing? The developer appears to be located in Tel Aviv, employing 10-15 people. But, it seems to be privately owned. I find almost no info on it. How can I know whether the company is safe? Given that, how can I trust it's "always on" app is safe? I'm removing it. Skycure has sent me three of their own weblinks to answer my questions. A typical example has a man with an acronym title at a firm with an acronym name saying ... I know we are safe with Skycure ... I trust them. They also list their "Partners" but the examples they list do not appear to really mean "Partners". Is Microsoft actually a "Partner" in Skycure? I don't know. They list investors. I searched a random few online, but their sites did not mention Skycure. So, I still don't know. My questions and doubts remain unresolved. I don't trust something or someone on the web to access my location and wifi links just because they say they will keep me safe.

Doesn’t always acknowledge latest updates. Updated to iOS 17.1 while requires a restart. SEP still keeps giving warning about out of date iOS. It is the most current but app is not updating their warning.

Haven't gotten it to work. After seeing it on the Today Show today I expected it to be really slow but it keeps coming up error, check back later and that's AFTER it accepted all my info and verification code added. Will give an update once I'm able to actually use it...if I'm ever able to.

Terrible performance. It takes longer for SEP Mobile to finish scanning apps than it takes to restore an entire phone from an iCloud backup. I got a new phone and restored it in about an hour with all apps installed. SEP Mobile has been “analyzing” for 90 minutes. Meanwhile, I can’t log in to my company portal because my device isn’t yet in compliance. What a crappy application.

Good but could be Great. I like this app since day one then they started taking away features like the map showing hijacked WiFi hotspots and content manipulation incidents. That’s no good. Lately it’s alerting to content manipulation but even hours with Symantec tech support couldn’t tell me how to address that. It eventually went away but I’ll never know if it was real or false positive. Also you need an mdm subscription for app analysis. If you run your own equipment you can’t get this feature either. I keep it running for peace of mind but with so many features reduced and not avail to home users I’m not sure it’s worth it. It gets. 5 stars for alerting when an iOS update is avail though.

Logout option. How to logout from the app

Battery issue. Installed this app on my company phone. This is the worst app ever as it drains a lot of battery. Even with power saving mode on, overnight it would drain 20% of battery. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have to use this app.

Great for catching wifi eavesdropping. This has revealed wifi eavesdropping on 3 locations this month (a hospital and 2 different supermarket chains). Works silently in background unless it detects a threat, even on my iPhone 4. Recommended!

False positives. Keeps alerting me that my iPad is jail broken..it is not..

App analysis takes FOREVER. Like others have mentioned, app analysis is a time consuming process. Don’t expect to get into your company portal in a realistic time period during your work day. Plan ahead and have SEP do it’s app analysis over night. I’m 2hrs in and still waiting..

Poor app. Works very slow and doesn’t seem to work well with other applications. Forced to use this by job, bad app

probably good for corp environments. docked a star because it won’t use its location based stuff unless you enable it always. as in, even if you turn on “while using app” it refuses to give you the results until you give it full access. no thanks, my battery and privacy is more important.

Don't Feel Safe. I don't feel safe when I turn off an APP and find it turned on its own a minute later.

Useless. Error 9155 pops up every single time I try to activate the app. Been reinstalled so many times. My account on comp portal is fine but it’s not gonna work unless I activate SEP but that error keeps popping up
