Tasks live in Apple Reminders, so they sync with iCloud and work alongside your existing lists. Add them in this app, in Siri, or in the Reminders app itself — everything stays in sync.

REAL APP BLOCKING

Uses Apple's Screen Time framework — the same one Apple uses to enforce Focus modes. This isn't a trick that stops working after a day. Picked apps stay shielded until you've checked off your list.

DAILY ROUTINES
