App has not worked for months since iOS9. The app has not worked since iOS9. Updates are sent but we obviously not tested because they do not work. And it had worked flawlessly before that. Very strange... An employee gone?

Doesn't work on IOS9. Come on CIBC, It has been months now. Worked great, until it didn't.

Crashing on start. Started crashing with IOS9 update. Tried uninstalling and re-installing. Tried restarting phone. No luck. It's useless now.

Useless app. This is a useless app for the iPad!!! Get it together!!! Great for the iPhone!!😀

App Crashes Always. The business app always crashes now after new iOS update. CIBC hasn't got around to fixing this. Useless App now.

Great app!. Easy to use, great interface!

Crashes every time. Looks like a useful app, but unfortunately haven't been able to get it to open on an iPhone 6 (with all system updates). The initial screen shows up and then crashes.

Consultant. This is a great app for businesses to use. I am very impressed with the work. Not only is it responsive, but the aesthetics and visuals are incredible. The interface is also easy to digest. I'm a big fan of this.

Suggestions. Please enable pasting of clipboard value for token number input (copied from RSA token app). Also would be great to be able to save multiple user IDs along with description on both website and app (similar to how Online Banking works).

Garbage. Garbage, can’t approve or initiate any payments. BMO’s commercial app is infinitely better

IOS 9 Update Renders App Useless. Come on, CIBC. This is a business's app. You should have had this ready for IOS 9. Now it's 1 month post, and it still doesn't work. Get on it!

Cannot use the app. Now I understand what they mean by ‘App graveyard ‘ This app has been abondoned by CIBC. They forgot to remove it from the App Store.

CIBC DOES NOT CARE WHAT IT'S CUSTOMERS WANT!. I would give this app no stars if Apple would let me. I want Apple wallet and Apple Pay. I am beyond frustrated with CIBC and the way it is treating it's customers by refusing to work with Apple and implementing Apple Pay for Interact, Visa, and Mastercard. Thank God we have American Express Canada! If they were to open a bank in Canada I would move everyone of my accounts and investments to them. It is sad and a complete shame that CIBC would treat their Canadian Customers this way. You have lost all good will with us as customers. If a bank the size of CIBC can't keep up with technology, we might as well switch to a local credit union that we can own a part of and recieve good proper service.

Crashes on startup. Come on CIBC, either fix the app or remove it from ITunes. This is obviously affecting your brand and it baffles me that there has been no traction on this!!

Won't even open.... Unfortunately this app won't even open on my iPhone 5s

Rarely Works. This app rarely lets me sign in. I enter my credentials and then it takes me to back to the home screen. This shouldn’t be so hard for a simple banking app. Just want to approve payments!

App barely works!! Needs fixing!!. Cannot even log in, app crashes every time after trying to log in. Pure useless! How a bank can let this stay this way is beyond my understanding. Fix it please!

This app does literally nothing. You sign in, and can look at your accounts… and NOTHING else. Pointless

CIBC app - not reliable. It generally never works. The chances of working is 1 out of 30 times. I am sometimes on the road and need to approve payments and transfers and you think a major Canadian bank can get a simple app right!!

Simple. Should be easy enough for the business users to pick up and using it without much training. Get rates/trade could be addictive
