Problem loging in.. After logging out and logging back into my account, all of my video views disappeared. I previously had over 10,000 views, and my account balance is now showing $40. Additionally, all four of my posted videos are no longer visible. I have tried contacting support, but the contact option is not working.

🤬 I wish I knew this BEFORE posting content. Creators, read this first. When I joined, the app clearly advertised $30–$40 per video. I posted my videos, saw my balance, and thought everything was fine. Then an app update dropped, my balance disappeared, and suddenly you need 10k views to get paid — a rule that was never mentioned when I signed up. Support admitted the payout structure had changed but didn’t honor the original terms, and multiple creators reported the same thing: missing earnings, confusing updates, and unclear communication. If you’re a creator thinking about joining, make sure you understand exactly how payouts work before you put in your time.

Misleading app. I understand that policies change, but to make payouts only available past 10k views is a ridiculous and insanely obscure change from “instant payouts after hitting post. Of course, there’s still potential to earn here, but it’s just annoying how widespread and forced the instant payout angle is pushed. Disappointing and frankly sloppy work considering all these provided scripts.

Haven’t used much but so far is a very well app.. I have not used this app very much yet, but so far it as been extremely easy to create an account, and fairly easy to understand what the app is for.

SCAM. i was skeptical when i first downloaded this app ands realized its was in fact to good to be true. i made 2 videos that followed the guidelines they asked for and get 10k views on each. i even put in the account details of my personal info and my payouts been in review for almost a month now. there’s literally no customer support i can talk to either, this was very disappointing. I put my time and effort into nothing👎

Have to get 10k views on social media ??. I just started this app, but from what I can tell, you need to get 10k views on your video after posting it on social media in order to get paid. And then the more views you get, the more money. The whole purpose of UGC is not needing followers/views or even a social media account. This isn’t UGC. I should’ve known it was like this since they can’t afford to pay this many people. Unless you can guarantee your video will get at least 10k views, don’t do this.

app wants promo for themselves. just feels like an app that incentivizes users to create promo content for the app itself. the whole app is built around advertising to other people, so you are basically promoting an app so it can get more users who also promote it. i get that the point is growth and visibility, but it feels like there’s no real value. just a lot of time spent pushing an app whose whole point is to push themselves out there.
