Renamer Comments & Reviews 2026
Fine start, but…. Works well, except for one glaring flaw. It appends the end of each renamed file with a ‘1’, so one is obliged to still go through the files one by one to remove this added ‘1’. I have not found a way to not have this happen.
Like HelotNet. I’m getting a 1 when renaming as well. I used a tiny renaming program over 20 years ago, for Windoze, to edit code and it had a ton more find and replace options than this AND didn’t give me more to fix after. This could be SO good. Please put in some more effort!

Adds a "1" to the end of filenames?. As noted, the number 1 is added to the end of all filenames, rather odd. Also does not support regex or wildcard matching

Terrible app. Was looking for something to change the entire name with something different. This app only adds to the existing file name. So the app name “Renamer” is misleading.
