Long ad breaks. It is a wonderful brain exercise but not good exercise for patience. . ad breaks in the middle of solving the word game is not fun coz it breaks concentration plus the very long long long long ads for hints. . I’m sorry but patience is a virtue I haven’t acquired yet. . I might delete this up . . any day . . thank you. . Today I deleted the app

Quickly becomes tedious. I enjoy cryptograms, but this app doesn’t seem to have an “auto-fill” feature. So the longer the puzzles (and some are quite long), the more tedious they are to fill in every single E after you have already deciphered E. Just for example. Then repeat for every single letter that is repeated in the puzzle. Every A. Every N. Every S. See how tiresome that is? Really, really, really tedious. I’m deleting it.

Please update or something. I love this game, I play it everyday or at least I used to. I would handle the occasional freezing but there has been a problem that has stopped me from getting on the game, I checked everyday to see if it is fixed but it hasn't. Lately the daily puzzles hasn't been showing the picture, even after finishing the daily puzzle it won't show me the picture, it has really annoyed. Please update the game or fix it the issue so I can at least see the picture.

Was five stars until….. I thoroughly enjoyed playing Colorwood Words… until very recently. Of course there are far too many ads interrupting play, however, more frustrating is how glitchy and jumpy the game has become. This causes errors while trying to enter a letter on the board. Perhaps it is due to the fairly new small Google ads that are constantly running at the bottom of the screen?? Either way, it is beginning to make me not want to play the game any longer. Another new and very frustrating problem is the game will stop at 98% while loading. It hangs and will not complete opening of the app. The only way to remedy this is by resetting network settings on my phone. I did not wish to do that each time I open the app, as this is very frustrating and time-consuming. It’s too bad really, because the game is otherwise very enjoyable.

Fun game, but number of ads will test your patience. Before the developer tells me ads is how they make money, they must be greedy or don't pay well as with the number of ads you'll encounter. Bottom of the screen is a static ad, that's fine. Entering a level plays an ad, that's fine, too. Now this is where they really push it - use up your three lives/guesses? Ad. Finish the level? Ad. It even gets to the point where it starts to play ads IN THE MIDDLE of the level. Four ads MINIMUM just to play ONE level. Even in a perfect world, you'll encounter the same cycle; static ad, start game, video ad, try to solve the quote, get a (or multiple) ads, beat level, video ad, start new level, video ad. Not even the option to either disable ads forever or through a dumb weekly subscription. A simple game should not have this many ads.

It freezes frequently. I enjoy the game but it freezes ALL THE TIME. It gives you an error because you think you didn’t click the right button. So you have to wait several seconds to see if it will register what you put in. Plus it’s a battery hog. My phone is fairly new but just playing one round my battery loses 8%. I’m considering getting rid of this game after I complete the mystery story.

Decent game with issues. This a decent game with issues. More often than not I found the game locking up on my tablet. It became so frustrating. This caused me to have incorrect letters picked. As much as I enjoyed this game, I finally gave up on it and uninstalled it. Hopefully someday they will resolve these issues and I can come back. I play much more intensive games with no issues.

Trouble with the game. Since playing this game it has been fun but now the past couple days I have had to uninstall the game and install it because it would load to 23%-98% and freeze and it is very frustrating I really enjoy the game even though I see a lot of ads but just the freezing and having to stop I may just quit the game I am in the 256

Annoyed. So three updates and still, you haven’t fixed a glaring issue, which is no ability to go from the everyday daily puzzle back out to either of the bonus puzzles, do you do no testing at all on your app before you release it because there’s no way somebody wouldn’t have noticed this. It’s been through at least two releases that this has been happening. The other issue is who thought 13 days for a mystery game a was sufficient for what’s going to be around I’m betting 100 puzzles. I don’t know the exact number cause I’m on stage four and there’s 25 and just stage four there weren’t that many in the previous ones but they’ve been escalating in numbers so I can only anticipate stage five is going to be 25 or more. And I’m sure I’m playing more than average per day and I’m doing three or more puzzles a day and I’m not sure I’m gonna make it within 13 days again who market tested these things before it feels like no one or someone who is got nothing else to do and they just expect somebody to play from the time they get up in the morning till the time they go to bed that’s ridiculous. The other thing that’s not working is Bonuses after you win getting the extra letters the lightbulb hence now I don’t generally need them and yes, I’ve got a few stock piled, but I still should be getting them even though I’m winning on occasion it’s probably been two weeks even though I’m winning every day four or five puzzles or more, I’m getting nothing in return other than the answer.

One of my favorite games. BUT. I have tried to play this game all day yesterday. But it wouldn’t t load past 98 percent. Then today I tried deleting it and downloading it again. But it only loads to 22 or 23 percentage. It worked perfectly before you guys updated it. Please fix it so I can keep playing it soon!!!!!!

UGH!!!!. Sometimes you find a really fun game like this one however….there are SO many ads that it ruins the fun of the game. I understand the reason there are ads however, when you have to watch an ad EVERY time you begin a new level, AFTER you win or lose a level, etc, it isn’t fun anymore. This could be a great game but they have ruined it with so many ads!! I stop to play games when I need a break or when I’m stressed or when I have extra time and this game just creates more stress because if all the ads. It’s ridiculous! If you don’t like ridiculous amounts of ads or ridiculous length of ads, my suggestion is pass this game up! It will only frustrate you!

Extremely frustrating. This game, even though it is challenging and a lot of fun, doesn’t work right. Sometimes it puts letters in that you did not do. It frequently freezes. And it has an advertisement after every game. At level 60 I finally gave up that they were ever going to fix it. I am very disappointed in the people who control this game. Other people have complained about it also but they have done nothing to fix it. So I’m deleting it. Aargh! Oh, one other thing – even the advertisements freeze sometimes and the only way you can get out of it is to turn off your iPad or whatever you are playing it on. Now that’s just too much to put up with.

Colorwood words. I love this game and have played it for quite a while. But now it will not open in my iPad can you please halp, I have deleted it and reinstalled it ,but to no avail . I’d have to say this is the best. Although it is the best of its kind , it has a few problems. So let me explain. First the good #1 this is absolute best to give the senior brain a workout. I ‘m 70 and play this minimum 1 hour every day. Just depends how bad I want to "get back to Minecraft. Days like today’s it’s been 3 hours. I do find since playing this, my poor little l brain is faster at remember facts, remembering the name of things I’m talking about. (You’ll understand that when u r 70.) good for brain, reminding u of good times like going to theater to see gone with the wind. All-in-all, lots of fun. Bad things: (related to being a senior and makes me angry at the game. Main reason I don’t play longer). It tries to help U out by jumping to a different spot in the puzzle thinking u want to click that spot. But I figured it out so I’m filling it in, in order. I move fast and by the time I realize it, I’m at the top of screen instead of bottom and I click my letter in but it is now a the bottom of the page and I gat a no-no “X” I don’t deserve. Many times this happensmore than once and I get undeserved 3 “x’s” and have to watch a stupid ad. That is usually when I leave to play Minecraft. I don’t like being punished when it is the games fault. Please, please fix that. Then I’ll come back and give u 5 stars and a raving review. Have a wonderful day.

Not worth the crash. First off, waaaay too many ads! I get y’all need to put ads in to make money. But before, after, and every 30 seconds of each level!! And then want to charge $8 to remove ads?! Absolutely NOT! I test and play alot of games and I haven’t played any other game that has the extreme amount of ads y’all are putting in! Second this game constantly crashes, it freezes up causing me to constantly have to relaunch the app multiple times. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled, yes my phone is up to date! The game is a cool concept, but it’s not worth the headache of only playing 1 or 2 levels in 30 minutes

Would be a great game. It would be a great game that I could play for months if it weren’t for ALL the ads. I don’t mind watching a short ad between rounds, but these guys are ridiculous! You finish a round… AD, then you click on the next round and watch another AD! About every 2-3 minutes during the puzzle you’re playing will be an AD BREAK! So the moral of this story is, if you enjoy watching ads, rather than playing the game you have downloaded…. Then you’re going to love this game!

Paying weekly to stop ads is crazy. I’ve paid to get a game without ads, but I refuse to pay weekly to avoid ads. On top of that they bomb you with ads, even while on the middle of solving a cryptogram ..boom ad! I’m sure it’s done to make you want to pay to stop all the ads, but it just made me delete the app. I play a few of the same type games, not one interrupts you in the middle of the game to play an ad. I like the way the game is designed, it’s really cool, but not cool enough to pay weekly just to avoid ads. Game deleted.

Favorite game. OK, this is got to be my most favorite game of ever. I love the challenges. I love the daily challenges the holiday challenges the quotes and the sayings are my favorite. I share one quote and one saying to my daughter every day. And she loves it. I pick out certain ones from the game and I share them with her and it’s just a little thing we do with each other we all bond in different ways but anyways, I just want to thank you for the game. Keep it going. Don’t change nothing. I love it ,no complaining I’ll watch ads all day to be able to keep playing the game for free mind You ,everybody that complains about ads. It’s free. Anyways my favorite game of all time and the longest game I have had so thank you

Wow!. Thank you so much for this very beautiful cryptogram game! I love the wood blocks and the colors. Very relaxed game, can be a little challenging but too bad or I watch an ad for a hint which doesn’t happen often. And the star puzzles are a treat and I just love the different symbols as a slight change from the regular puzzles!

Good game, but…. You have a good game, challenging and informative, but once you hit level 100 or so, you start getting “ad breaks” in the middle of a game. By level 200, you are getting ad breaks every three or gour minutes, PLUS what I think of as “bonus ads,” ads that interrupt the game but are not tagged as breaks. And around level 259, you are getting ads every 90 seconds of play time… and the ads are two minutes long and unskippable. As I said, good game, but this “we’ll be back to cur ads after this short word from our game” business model just lost you a customer.

Ads Freeze Game. Good concept, decent execution, horrible programing on ad experience. The game has 3 main ads: periodic, oops retry, and screen footer. The periodic stops gameplay about every 3 minutes. The retry ads are about a minute long. The footer ad freezes the game about every 2 minutes as it rolls over. So you end up waiting more than you do playing. I enjoyed the game concept, and gameplay. But the ads made me uninstall it. High ad revenue = high player turnover. Less ads and fewer ad glitches would have kept me at it.

Too many ads but a great game. If the ads were more limited to just providing a hint, or just one ad per game, this would be perfect. But, an ad is generated it seems like every minute of game play. Like it shows an ad before you enter the level, then every time you do about 5 letters, another ad pops up, then when you complete the game, another ad pops up.

I love the concept, but the ads are oppressive. This game is great! The colors are pleasing and it is fun to play. But the ads are smothering. Not only at the beginning and the end of every. Single. Round. But they also interrupt in the middle of a round. It detracts from the game experiences. And often it is the same ad over and over again. If you are forcing me to watch ads, please sell a few more so that there is at least a little variety.

Good game, poor execution. The game is fun, but is constantly lagging as the pop-up adds change makes playing more annoying. Several times I would tap a corresponding letter to number, but the lagging causes you to either wait until the letter actually appears. If you make the mistake of tapping the letter again, then it often jumps to a different number, so you get a strike for choosing the wrong letter. I’d be happy to pay for an ad free subscription, but they don’t offer it.

Moving game from iPad to iPhone - Improvement. I love this game but was getting increasingly frustrated with it freezing and causing errors. I decided to try my iPhone vs iPad. Unfortunately, the game doesn’t sync between devices, but I was able, with help from the support team, move my iPad user ID to my iPhone. The difference is night and day. (And the smaller screen isn’t an issue.) Kudos to the great support team.

Fun game, but…. I’m really enjoying this game, but there are some updates that need to be made when it comes to the actual gameplay. For one, unlocking a block should be instantaneous. The lag is quite noticeable and unnecessary. And two, when you select a number and enter a correct letter, it should automatically move you to that same number next instead of the empty space in there sequence. Forced to hunt can be time-consuming and it’s how mistakes happen. Beginning with these small changes would make the game play faster and less frustrating for the player.

Fun Game! Needs phrases that are more familiar to most ppl. I love this game. BUT I think the phrases and categories that the phrases come from are too rare for my level of knowledge. I think phrases that are more common and categories that are more familiar to the general population wld be more fun to figure out. There are too many ads and going ad free is WAY too expensive.

Awful. I hate this game. It isn’t bad. It isn’t even hard. It just lags the whole time and freezes. The amount of ads is appalling. How can I even play the game if I get an ad every 20 to 40 seconds…if it wasn’t for the Benjamin mission to get $75 playing this game I would’ve deleted it on day 1. However I don’t even know if it’s worth it at this point. I have to get to level 800 which I would’ve done already if not for the lag and ads but I’ve been playing this game almost a month and haven’t even gotten to 200 because of the freezing, lag, and ads. Don’t play this.

Fun, but….. I like this game a lot. It’s a combination of figure out the words and wheel of fortune. They give you a couple hints. It’s not too easy, but it has its difficulties to make your brain work, especially if you don’t pick up on the hints. Even if you don’t get the hint, it’s still solvable. So why the 2 star rating? Way too many ads. It wouldn’t be so bad if they allowed you, at a minimum, to finish one game uninterrupted, but there are anywhere from 3-9 ads per game. It makes playing the game frustrating and repeatedly breaks your train of thought.

Scam ad. I have enjoyed your game immensely, but have trouble with your game not accepting new letters, then because i have had to push/select the same letter twice, it will fill the next two empty spaces causing an error. This happens on all longer puzzles. Even moving away from yourgame and reselecting it does not fix the problem. I was extremely disappointed to see a SCAM ad this morning (11/3) for Joanns closing. Joanns completely closed a few months ago. There are no deals left. A neighbor lost over $100 on a similar ad. While i keep hearing you cannot select your ads, letting your sponsors use absolute scams is truly unthinkable!!!

Ads affect gameplay - also some bad grammar. Removing ads costs $7 so I decided to put up with them. The frequent break aren’t so much a problem as the banner at the bottom of the game board. It takes up enough bandwidth that sometimes it takes a second to register that I played a letter. That lag is enough to cause mistakes. It’s also 3 stars due to some poor grammar and incorrect hyphen use.

Lags. Serious lagging. You can't even scroll without it freezing. And then when it unfreezes and actually inputs your letter, it will put your multiple attempts to get it to input your letter as multiple and there goes at least one of your allotted 3 tries. Without these issues, it's a 5 star app. With them, it's not even 3. And get rid of the stupid bouncing letters that just slows everything down even more. And make the game actually recognize when you input letters instead of skipping them half the time. Horrible.

This isn’t a game, it’s an ad app that very poorly allows some play in between. This game is barely playable. I am being paid to try out this app and it isn’t worth the money. I am good at this type of game, but every 30-60 seconds there is an ad. In between every level there is an ad. It doesn’t matter how fast you complete it, more ads. The ads significantly slow gameplay and cause errors. Again, it is not worth being paid to play. Quit at level 116. I really tried to give it a fair go.

Annoying ads. The game is fun, but the ads are annoying. The ads are long and they are the same ones over and over. I also hate the fact that an ad is played at the start of every new level and many times during the level. I understand that the advertising pays for the development of the game, but it’s overkill and spoils the game

Fun App, But …. Totally enjoy the app. I find the games lots of fun as well as challenging. But I agree with other reviewers, way too many ads. And too expensive to opt out. My biggest complaint though is that it seems to eat up my iPhone battery! After about 10-15 minutes of play, my phone gets really hot and my battery will drop from 80% to 10-15%. It’s because of this that I’m going to have to delete the app. Thanks, anyway.

Great game! Ads ruining it. The puzzles are creative and fun. Really love this game but sometimes have to watch TWO long ads just to progress and it’s a huge drain on my battery. Hope the developers see this review because their work is great, it just needs some serious tweaks. I couldn’t find a way to play the game without ads either as most games allow you to do with a subscription.

Fun game makes you think. I played this game for several months and I would still be playing but the ads make you crazy. One minute of play and a 2 minute ad. Just slow down on the ads already. I couldn’t take it anymore. More than half my play time was ads. Find a fun game and it is ruined with ads.

I love this game. Another update: they have fixed the game pausing problem, Yay! But from some other reviews I see, they have added ads in the middle of games. I will not be upgrading until they make it a requirement. Who has time to watch many 30 second ads? I would pay a one-time fee to stop the ads gladly. This is an update from my first review. I still love the game but it keeps pausing, locking up, and causing mistakes. It is very frustrating and I am getting to the point where I may have to stop playing for a while until it is fixed. This game is so well made. It is fun and educational to play. My only wish is that it does not become so difficult that it is no longer fun. I want it to be a challenge but not impossible. Love this game!. Thank you for creating such a beautiful-looking cryptogram game. If I can’t figure out a word, then I watch an ad. And that’s not so terrible because it doesn’t happen that often. It’s fun to play and the colors are lovely. And I love the wooden blocks. It’s nice to look at. I’ve tried other cryptogram games, but this is my favorite and the nicest. This is a challenging and fun game! Highly recommended!

Freezing. Colorwood Words is one of the better “new” word games I’ve found in a while. The problem I have is, about every 10-15 letters, the game freezes. Nothing short of coding the game will hurry the game back to play mode. Usually it’s only for a minute or so but, I have had to close the game about 4-5 times to get it up and going again. I have closed the game, turned my phone off and refreshed the app. None of these have worked more than just restarting the game. I have reached level 127. The first 100 or so had no problem.

Lags too much. I enjoy the game but the lagging drove me crazy. It isn’t enjoyable to have to wait for the game to catch up. It lets you click on a box maybe 5-8 times in a row then stops. You have to pay attention or you make a mistake thinking you didn’t hit the letter correctly and hitting it again only to have it fill 2 blocks with the same letter. Or… it won’t scroll and you wait for it to unfreeze. It takes twice as long to play the game waiting for it to unfreeze.

Obnoxious Ads. This game is nearly unplayable! Not only are there ads after every single puzzle, there are ads IN THE MIDDLE of your puzzle! Often numerous ads (3-6) while you're trying to complete ONE level, depending on how long the cryptogram is. Some of the ads are SO LONG that you forget where you even were. There's also a stationary ad bar at the bottom of the screen, that randomly will pop-up in the middle of the game. These reviews saying they love this game have to be either old, bots, or fraudulent. One recent review somehow has 5 stars but it ONLY complains about the ads and said they're deleting the app! How is that?? The puzzles are also repetitive. On Valentine's Day, the second time I even opened this app, I got a puzzle about New Year's Eve??? Which I already had last month!

The more you play the more ads they play. Great game. Have had the game for a couple months. Was almost to level 90. Ads before and after each game is bad enough but sometimes there’s 2-3 ads that pop up repeatedly out of nowhere while you’re in the middle of playing the game. I paid for a 1 week ad free subscription which still had ads in between games and every time you used a clue. When I declined to pay for more “ad free time” the ads were longer and even more frequent. I love the game but the endless ads took the enjoyment right out of trying to play the game. Seems as if most games have way too many ads anymore. Big waste of time.

Why so many ads????. This game has way more ad time than game play time and the ads are longer than the matches and the matches are also interrupted by long ads the game would be good without all the extra unnecessary interruptions. I tried to play this game but I just couldn’t get through the 6 min of ads for each round of play with each round being interrupted with an ad an ad to start an ad in between and an ad to end then another ad to start they are all one minute or more and hard to even click off of the game itself would’ve been great without all the unnecessary ad interruption and not even an option to purchase no ads battery drainer!!!!

Not perfect but good. This is one of the best cryptogram games with decent graphics, but I have two gripes: 1) It frequently freezes, causing me to have to literally turn my phone off to clear it, and 2) The ads option is awful. I’m willing to pay a one-time fee for no ads, but the only option is $3/week. I stopped playing out of annoyance once and am about to give up. Please change that and it’d be SO much better!

Good game, but buggy and so many ads. I enjoy playing the game and like the quotes and the daily puzzle. But there are so many ads, between levels, every few letters you solve, sometimes one will keep popping up from the bottom of the screen. And it will stick so your letter goes in the wrong spot, or freeze entirely so you have to close the app. At least they have fixed it so it doesn’t overheat my phone anymore, but still uses a lot of battery.

Game is great, but the ads are NOT. I really enjoy the game, and I can deal with some ads, but these are EXCESSIVE, enough so that I may not be playing for much longer because it’s utterly tedious to watch sometimes TWO 30-sec ads per level. Maybe consider making a paid version? I would happily pay for this game to get rid of the ads.

Not a bad game. The game is fine in itself. There’s just WAY too many ads. I complete the level there’s an ad right after. then once i’m done with that ad and i go to click the next level there’s another ad. That’s honestly crazy to have back to back. especially because we already need to watch ads if we fail a level or need to watch an ad for assistance.

Great but lags and closes. The game itself is fantastic. It’s enough of a challenge to keep you in it but not so hard you can’t pass levels. But the higher up in levels you go, the more it lags, which in turn causes you to make mistakes. It also may lag enough that it completely shuts down the game. I have to close it all the way out and reopen it after a few minutes to correct the lag, but it only lasts long enough to do a few letters then does it again. It’s getting frustrating.

Freezing. This is my favorite game. The only problem I find is that it freezes all the time. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to play the game and it locks up. It causes you to make mistakes when it freezes, and it takes a while for it to unfreeze It’s challenging it keeps my mind active and it is fun, but I am preparing to delete the game because it’s getting too frustrating. It’s this problem of freezing could be fixed. It would be a top notch game!

Was a great game.. This was such a great game. You had a ad at the end of the game or if you were clicking on the hint button. Didn’t mind that. But in recent days, you are in the game, a ad starts, 2 minutes later another ad starts, then again and AGAIN. The ads are so long too. I get that the developer needs to make money, but it is just now the most frustrating game because of greed. The ads are longer than the time of between ads that you can play the game. I will now be deleting it and find something else to play

Remove the temo advertisement. I like the game a lot but the “temo ads” are too long Plz remove this awful advertisement

Bug. Dans les niveaux 200 ça gelais très souvent. Au début des niveaux 300 ça s’est résolu. Je suis au niveau 345 et depuis 2 ou 3 niveaux ça recommence à geler très souvent encore. Le jeu est intéressant, mais épuisant de toujours recommencer à cause des bugs. Nous sommes le 11 décembre 2025. J’ai dépassé le niveau 2000 depuis 3 semaines. Je continue avec les niveaux aléatoires, mais il gèle toujours, le bug n’a pas été réparé. J’ai hâte que d’autre niveaux arrivent, mais j’espère que le bug sera enfin réparé.

Spammy ads. Love the game but keeps freezing on stupid spammy ads

Too many issues. I enjoy the game but I am deleting it as it is constantly freezing, overheating my phone battery and way to many ads.

It’s horrible with ads interrupting gameplay. Until today I loved this game. Having to work out the patterns. Today they introduced ads during the game. It was horrible. There were 3 or 4 ads interrupting my thoughts each time.

Greed. Once again, another app where the developers have destroyed it. This game used to be fun, it is now FULL of ads. Sometimes 3 ads in one round, it is lagging so much as well, it freezes. You spend more time watching forced ads, than playing the game. Will be deleting, was fun while it lasted.

Why no Purchase Option. I really enjoy the game, but will never keep a game app on my device that I haven’t purchased. You give no reasonable option except an in-app purchase for a few days. Really - that’s the best you can offer? Good bye app. Too bad because it’s a great game.

Great game. But it stalls. I am playing and tap a letter. Nothing happens. I wait 2-5 seconds tap a letter again. Nothing. Then it suddenly puts the letter in the next two places giving me an error and an X. I have waited up to 10 seconds before I touch the letter again but the same thing happens. UPDATE. THEY ADDED MID GAME ADVERTISEMENTS AND ALONG WITH THE FREEZING ISSUE, Its sucks NOW

Too much time watching adds. This games has too much time watching ads than actually playing the game. Then while playing it interrupts you for a freakin ‘ad break’ WTH!😡

False advertisement as usual. Not as advertised

Won’t open. Out of the blue the app stopped working so I tried redownloading it and it still won’t open

Would be a 4 or 5. Ads are game breaking. In themselves, ads are annoying, but it’s a free game so fair enough. The problem is having a crazy number of ads per puzzle. A puzzle will likely take 5 or so minutes to complete, 3 of those 5 minutes is spent watching ads. There is an ad after every puzzle, there are typically between 2 and 6 during the puzzle. Making things worse, those ads often fail to load, come up saying no ads available to play (this freezes the app) or the ad simply freezes, forcing you to restart the puzzle and it’s infinite ads. An ad at the end of puzzles, maybe one during a puzzle if it’s a long puzzle, thats okay. Whatever this is, is completely broken

Add come to often. Enjoy the game, but when you get one set of letters on the board, there is an add. Adds come too often.

Colorwood words. I love the concept of the game but with ads and unexplained lag, I spend most of the game just waiting. It also seems to drain my battery.

Won’t open anymore. I played this great game and was about level 400 when it stopped working. It’s on my icons but when I open it, the icons come back on. I deleted it and it won’t let me download it again. It just says “open” then it does the same thing. I would like to get the game again, even though the adds keep going around and around. You watch one then click on the level then it goes to a brown screen, then over again. Often I’ve waited between 3-5 minutes to get back to the game. It also froze a lot, which it does on my husbands iPad to. Very annoying. I hope I get an answer, Thanks

No landscape mode. I downloaded the game with hopes that I could play it in landscape mode. It doesn’t have that option. Sad. The games looks fun.

Great Game. So far it’s an awesome game!! I would recommend this to everyone!

Fun game. It needs a clear cache option as soon as I reached level 100 the game kept crashing in the middle of the level. Or it needs some sort of way to clear memory. Game is great and fun though!

New Update. I have played and enjoyed this app for a very long time. Before you would only get an add after finishing a puzzle. Since the update there are more adds which sucks but now the app is always freezing sometimes for a minute sometimes I have to close and restart the app. Very frustrating.

Ads Interrupt moves. In the middle of a move, not even that far into finishing the crypto game, you get a 2 minute ad. So you could get 3 - 2 minute ads in one crypto game. It was at the end. It’s frustrating enough, but in between well I have no words. So very very very frustrating. Takes the enjoyment out of playing.

Freezing. Freezing Why does it keep freezing between placement of letters!

Love the game but now i have issues.. I recently downloaded this game and it’s a good game but while I was playing it the game would freeze but would be fine after. Now that I have updated the game I can’t play the game anymore because it keeps kicking me out when I try to open it. When I try to open it again it would close it. Would love to get this fixed. I have emailed the game developer twice now and I have gotten nothing.

To many ads. Way too many ADS they even pop up while you’re doing a puzzle. Also, the game freezes during play. I’m about ready to delete the game even though I enjoy the concept of it. Two ads interrupted one puzzle! I’m done! Deleted the game.

game freezes and so many ads. the game constantly freezes i can play for about 4 minutes then the app with glitch or freeze and the constant ads are probably the problem since there ads every 4 to 5 minutes, i like this game but its annoying having to constantly open and close the app

Wanting to delete it. This game lags way to much wether I’m trying to place a letter or even just scrolling, but the game is fun. And don’t ask if the app is updated yes it is. Overall this is just a $h!tty game horrible.

Freezes. Was okay except for freezing, but now you’ve added ads in the middle of the game as well as before & after. Now it freezes so bad you need to exit totally. FIX IT or at least remove the ads in the middle of a gam, give us a break

GAME LAGS BADLY AND THEN FREEZES UP. I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now, but the game has started lagging really bad and then freezes. It’s so annoying to keep having to close the game and then reopen it over and over just to complete the puzzle. Can this be fixed soon? Thanks!!

More frustrating than relaxing. I enjoy playing the game but I’m getting frustrated with it freezing up while I’m playing causing me to make mistakes. I also am annoyed by all the “AD BREAKS” I get on a roll with solving it and then pops up another ad break. I have been playing this game for months but sadly I’m uninstalling it due to the excessive ads and the freezing up.

Game. The game is great. One of my top three. The problem is the screen locks up. All. The. Time. When you finally get it back, the letters don’t fill as normal play. It takes the last letter you tapped and fills that space and the next one also. Creating a “wrong” answer. It’s not me, it’s you. Wayyyy too many ads too.

Freezes/ to many ads. So after playing for several months it might just be time to delete this game. Have made two reviews regarding the game freezing and that issue has not been addressed. Now instead of have to watching an ad after completion of game now the ads are popping up in the middle of the puzzle. Just took over a half hour to complete one puzzle due to these issues. Very disappointed!

Freeze!. I really could have liked this game a lot, except for two things: 1. WAY too many ads; and, 2. It freezes up constantly. I would often get a “miss” because the freeze would cause me to input a letter twice, or it would freeze completely and I would have to restart the game. I played to level 75 and stopped there. It’s a shame, because it’s a challenging game.

Same daily puzzle. The daily puzzle is the same every day. I thought I needed to update the app but that did not change anything. This is one of my favorite games to play but it is very annoying to have the same daily puzzle everyday.

Too many ads. I really enjoy the game but there are way too many ads. I’ve also noticed that the letters freeze up and then cause me to make mistakes which is frustrating. There should be a feature to pay to remove the ads.

Loved This Game. This was my favorite app, now they interrupt the game, middle of the game to run ads. You have way too many ads now, what makes you think this will fly. Too many other games to play, ads literally in the middle of a level. Time to DELETE it! I will try again in a few months, see if anything has changed

Too many problems. Would be a great game, but the constant freezing is very annoying. Plus, adds that pop up in the middle of the game was the last straw. Fix the freezes and allow a game to finish before forcing me to watch an add. For now, I deleted the game and won’t be coming back

ADDS should be the name of this game. I absolutely love this game. The challenge and keeping my mind sharp. But OhMyGosh! The adds! Before and after each page, and Then intermittently while trying to solve a puzzle! Just randomly have to stop for another add. And heaven forbid you need a clue. Definitely going to limit my time here.

Scam ads, locks up, too many ads. So there are a lot of ads. And while I expect this to some degree, the issue is there are at least 2 scam ads I have seen (one is supposedly QVC selling a 100+ piece set of pots and pans for 30ish dollars, one is Joann’s which is CLOSED). I like solving the puzzles, but it is disturbing to me that the ads are scams. Not only that, but the game locks up a lot which causes mistakes leading you to watch more and more ads. It feels like a scam overall. I do not recommend.

Giving it up. I like the challenge of the game. I would suggest you give an option to buy out of ads permanently. I would also suggest to tone down the number of christian theme boards. The number of christian themed puzzles and answers is one major reason I’m leaving. Second major reason is I did one of your mystery puzzles and for solving 150 puzzles at least, I got 3 hints. That’s it. I’m out

Could be great. The ads are overwhelming with this new update. Ad break pops up in the middle of a game now. You have ads before a new puzzle and now you have to have ads interrupting the middle of the puzzle! Give us the option to just pay to remove ads and it would be great. I wanted to keep playing this game but I just can’t handle how many ads y’all are insisting on pushing on us. Sadly I am deleting it.

Lagging ruins the game. This is a great game, but the developers apparently don’t care based off the reviews to actually fix the lagging / freezing up issues that are abundant in this game. This coupled with the fact that at a minimum 3 sometimes 4+ ads PER level. 1 ad to start a level ,2-4 ads during the level , and one to finish the level. It makes it not fun to play… I will be uninstalling it.

Way way way too many ads. The game is great however the amount of ads you have to watch every single game is outrageous and is going to make me delete the game

Great & challenging. The only thing I complain about with this game is it sticks on a spot & then jumps to next space ~~ creating a mistake the game made. Other than that it’s one I enjoy. Over 1,000 games. Love playing

Horrible after update. I’ve been playing and loving this game for a while now but after it updated, it freezes and I have been forced to force close it. The letters glitch and get stuck flickering and my entire screen freezes-can’t do anything but force close. Please fix this! None of the other games I play freeze or glitch like this one does. Disappointing. If it is fixed I can update my review.

Way too many ads!. I love this app/game however the ads are way too long and way too frequent. I can see the reasoning for if I wanted another chance at the puzzle, but not after every single win. That’s insane!

Advertisements have become too much - good bye. Love the game and accepted that there would be advertisements. However, game now gets interrupted wits ad breaks and ad breaks are becoming longer and longer. Why is it necessary to click on 5 different screens to get out of the ad?! Tnx but no thanks, fo with your game what pleases you.

Too many ADs. I would really like this game but the ads are ridiculous. My IPad gets hot playing this game. I have other games and puzzles on my iPad but none of them have this many ads and my iPad never gets hot while I am playing them. If you could fix those problems I would give it a better rating.

Loving this game. This game is mind blowing the more you play the easier it becomes. But it seems to lag constantly with the higher levels and it’s very frustrating. Please fix this issue this game is to good and I don’t want to stop playing it

Love this game, but. I love this game but it is very frustrating that this game freezes and I have to wait for the game to catch up or load. This has happened time and time again.

Like it but. There definitely has been a change in this game recently. More ads interrupt than when I first started using it. You cannot play a round even if you are quick without AD Interruption appearing on screen. That along with the pauses and glitches has made me delete this app even though the game is a nice challenge.

Extra puzzles. Having to collect enough “candy”, “ snowflakes” or whatever the case may be, to play the extra or themed games is crazy. It takes forever to collect enough to play the themed games. You almost have to play 24/7 to collect enough. Please just let us play the themed games without having to collect anything to play.

Cryptogram. I enjoy this game also, but it is very frustrating when it locks up. It is to the point where it won’t even open. It would get to 98% and stop. Now it’s gets to 23% and stops. It’s too bad because I really enjoyed this game. Fix the issue and I’ll come back. Can’t play a game if it won’t load.

Fun Game to play. It’s a good game to play to pass the time, I would say it’s good for kids, it would help with spelling words for sure. On the down side, kind of would like for it to give more points for the long paragraphs to help teach the goals faster.

Please help. This game freezes a lot for about 10 to 15 seconds and makes it hard to play. Please make it so I can restart. I am on level 405 or something like that. Addictive. This game is very fun and I love playing before bed it really helps me calm down for the night but recently it has been glitching and freezing and sometimes when it freezes It’ll say you click on letters that you didn’t click and use up your guesses :/

????. The play is backwards. I want an option to fill in all of a number/letter that I already know. If I have to do it manually, I might as well buy a crypto puzzle book. You also didn’t give me an option to skip the tutorial in case I’d been doing these puzzles for more than thirty years

Too Many Adds. It freezes constantly and you don’t get to play very long without having to wait for the stupid adds to stop playing. It’s constantly I get to find a letter then it freezes up. When I go to fill in the letters it stops again for adds.

The ads are annoying. I like the game but the ads are very annoying the make my phone hot and it stops working and please remove the ads after finishing a level and getting on a new one otherwise is good🤍

Update Issue. I love this game! I’ve been playing it for several months now. However, after I downloaded the latest update, I can’t get into the game at all. It gets to 98%, then a box pops up that says “something went wrong”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Now it won’t even download at all. It’s stuck on 0%. I’m done. Bye.

A great game that got money hungry. The concept is great, the graphics are great everything is great BUT the ads. Every five letter bam an ad, there is also a banner at the bottom that actually distracts you from a game made for focusing. Before you say “oh I will just pay to remove the ads” you cannot pay to fully remove the ads you can only pay $2.99 USD to remove them for seven days.

Would be great, but…... I love the game, but there are far too many ads. There’s an ad to start the game, there’s an ad after you win the game. And if you fat finger a letter and get 3 strikes, there’s an ad to take a way a strike. Then there’s another ad because you’re going back into the game. I’m not sure the 5 minutes of fun are worth the 10 minutes of ads.

Awful. The only reason it didn’t get one star is it is a fun game. The ads are absolutely ridiculous. One ad before game, 1-2 in the middle and one at the end of game. And I refuse to pay to remove ads! Plus the game has locked up several times and I’ve had to close and reopen. My time is more valuable than all that!

Great game. Love the game I can play for hours the only thing I wish would change is the size of the numbers wish they were a bigger.

iPhone overheats quickly. I have loved this app for months but even after optimizing my iPhones settings I can’t play it more than 20 minutes before my phone gets hot enough to cause lagging and crashing. An option to turn off animations might help manage performance expectations.

Freezing. Not only is there constant freezing but it takes quite a long while before you can continue. It’s so very frustrating. I really like the game and would like to rate it better but I can’t continue to play under these conditions.

Fun but freezes. I find this game fun and a great way to kill boredom. The only reason I took a star away is I find that the app will completely freeze and I’ll have to exit out and re-open it multiple times while playing.

the best BUT. best game ever BUT ITS freezing up after each letter now . Getting harder to play . I’m in the 2200 and it gets longer and longer between each letter . Like 30 are more seconds on every letter. I hope it gets fixed soon are impossible to play .

Unbearable Ads. The game is frankly not interesting enough to justify the amount of ads that they force you to watch. Sometimes two per level. You spend far more time watching ads than playing the game and even more if you need a hint. Quit after level five because it straight up isn't worth my time when there are identical games out there.

Need to have the same. You need to have the same for iPhone and iPad. I like the app on the phone better than the iPad, like the stars and shapes levels. Also I would love to be able to restart on my iPad.

Freezing frequently. I love this game and play it daily. Please patch the software or whatever you need to do to fix it. I may stop playing all together due to the frequent bugs and need to restart the app.

Freezes Too Much. I love this game but it freezes a lot. I hope the developers can find a solution. The blocks freeze causing you to get wrong answers and the whole screen itself freezes to the point that you are unable to maneuver the screen up or down. Not very happy with these glitches. I’m guessing the developers don’t care too much for fixing the issues with this game.

Love it - but. I love this game, but, when the ads last longer than it took to play the level. Well that knocks the rating down two stars. Please consider offering a paid version, as much as I’m enjoying this game. I hate how much time elapses before you can end the ad, don’t know how much longer I will continue.

Excessive ads, Ad-free too pricey. Seriously? An ad upon hitting start on a level. Interrupting ads during a level. Ads after a level. An ad upon completing a 10-second level. Ad upon going back to home to see how much ad free costs. Literally getting more ads than gameplay, and $8 is way too much for ads for this type of game. Stop being so greedy. I wouldn’t even be playing this game if it didn’t get me money from AttaPoll.

Great game, atrocious ads. This game is fun and can be a bit addictive, but at the start and end of each level you have to watch 60+ second long ads sometimes multiple times. Ends up going from an enjoyable time to getting irritable. Some ads are fine, but the sheer amount this game has is crazy.

Love the game, hate the pauses. I finally had to delete the game because they purposely pause while you’re entering letters to force errors. By pausing for several seconds it takes the letter you typed and forces it to the next blank spot giving you a strike for the error. Three strikes and you have to watch an ad to continue playing. It’s unfortunate because the game could be great.
