Garbage. Ive owned turtle beaches several times at various points in my gaming tenure. Every time has been an extreme let down. You would think for $200 dollars, you would get your money's worth, this is not the case. Ive had my 700 gen 2 MAX for maybe 4 months, and they dont work. They connect to the transmitter no problem, but not the controller anymore. It started happening infrequently, and got more and more frequent as time has gone on, until they no longer connect to the controller at all. Its not a controller issue as Ive tested with another set of wireless headphones. After updating the firmware in the headphones I still have the same issue. Whats really frustrating is that the headphones work fine, they still have volume and function as headphones should, they just simply can't connect to anything. Will definitely never purchase another pair of TBs and I would extremely advice others against them as well.

Terrible reporting system. Can’t leave reports of bugs with my headset because the report tab itself is bugged. Can’t even report a problem with the software they have on reporting bugs. Spend $200 on a headset that auto switches the programmable wheel every time it’s turned on and then can’t report software issues on it is very frustrating

BUG. It consistently resets my audio. When I play chill games that don’t really need audio I play with voice chat louder than game volume. When I play games that need audio I play with game volume louder. For some reason it is constantly resetting itself to whatever it’s at when I first turn on my device. I’ll be mid game and the game volume will just drop without anyone touching anything. It’s been issue ever since this recent update. Master volume on the amp itself stays but in the app drops.

Won’t connect to app. I’ve tried hard resetting my Steath 700s gen 2 multiple times,deleting and reinstalling the app,doing every troubleshooting imaginable and still won’t connect to the app so I can adjust settings . If they don’t connect i guess you are screwed out of $170. I can promise I will never own another pair of Turtle Beach’s in my life ! Absolutely trash along with the technical support

Major Bugs/Needs Improvement. Headset has many issues. First of all. Sometimes it takes turning the headset on and off multiple times for it to actually adjust the volume. There are times where the volume is barely audible with the wheel scroll turned all the way up. When you connect to a secondary Bluetooth device after the headset is on and working, the sound will turn off but the headset will stay on and neither the Xbox or the phone is audible. Other times when connecting with the wheel scroll turned all the way down, you will get a small (but MAX volume) spurt of sound which can be extremely loud. Turtle beach released these prematurely without any real world testing it seems. I had a set of stealth 600s that were half the price but at least they worked when I wanted them to.

App refuses to connect to my stealth 700 gen 2 for PS4/PS5. I’ve had these headphones for a couple of months now. They’re fine, apart from occasional static. They connect to my phone without any problem. I can listen to music or make phone calls while connected to my PlayStation. It this app has not once been able to recognize my headphones for some unknown reason. I’ve contacted support and have tried everything they’ve suggested and still this app can’t seem to find my headphones when they’re already connected to the phone.

Review. I wish I didn’t have to constantly press “get connected” when it’s been connected but otherwise than that, good

Honest Review. When these headphones work they are freaking amazing. However 30% of the time they cut out and you lose audio. You have to turn them off and back on again then they will work for 10 or so minutes then you lose audio again! The weird part is they are fully charged. It is the most annoying thing ever when you are playing online with friends.

Changes. Please make it so it doesn’t reset the mic eq every time! I don’t want to have to turn it off every time so I don’t hear my own voice

Disappointment. Headphones have not been working properly for quite some time. Have to power them on and off to make audio volume correct. The app has not been working or pairing to my headphones in quite some time either. Heard good things about turtle beach before i purchased but have not had a good experience with this equipment yet. And all the names are taken on nick name list....all to leave a simple review lol wow

Elite pro 2.. Awesome set of gaming head phones. Love the audio app. Ppl. Complain about it but. What would you rather do. Exit your game to get to the audio hub? Or grab your phone and adjust it? Obvious answer. Some games quit after a set time of being into another app. Like adjust elite controller and coming back to game and it exited.

Stealth 700 Gen 2. Great fidelity, clarity and balance. However, I’d enjoy this headset much more if the audio didn’t drop out and I have to physically turn it off and back on. Very annoying and inconvenient. Please issue a firmware update to fix.

I don’t understand.. When I use the superhuman hearing feature, I don’t exactly notice much difference with this headset. I am very impressed with how comfortable it is and the sound quality is great, but it makes something more noise canceling would be much better. I have an exactly looked at the new headphone model yet though.

Buggy. Some of the settings always revert to default every time i turn back on the headset and it will not let me turn of the voice monitor and a big change we need is an actual eq instead of presets the stealth 700 max would have way mor potential with a legit custom eq please update this app and fix the bugs

Sound volume is a consistent issue. Great headphones, terrible support and terrible interface for audio hub. The lab top version allows nothing but updates and the mobile version doesn’t connect to several phones even when already paired. Had numerous issues with fixing a quiet sound quality after the headphones turned themselves off and wouldn’t restart. After finally getting them back on via the update they’re now too quiet to hear even at max volume gameplay with super human hearing on. Trying to get into the app to adjust it, has been hours of awful experience with various levels of bad connection issues.

Bait and Switch. These headphones are great except for the one reason I bought them: to use for wireless Xbox voice chat. The mic always works fine. The headphones play game audio perfectly. But Discord voice chat is not working any more. They played discord voice chat for a few months, then one day they suddenly stopped. There is no help for this, no support, no nothing, just headphones that don’t do what I bought them for any more, and a silent internet black hole with no solution. I’m sad.

Doesn't connect half of the time.. At first it would connect to my Stealth 700 headset but beyond a few months it refuses to connect to a connected phone to customize the settings so I haven't been able to use it. Redownloaded it and verified my headset it up to date. I don't know what is going on but it seems like it should work but doesn't. Would be a 5 if I t worked like it should.

Volume Settings Won’t Save. Every time I turn on my headset the volume settings revert back to their default. Which would be fine except for the fact that the beep volume - which beeps every time you start the headset or mute your mic - is RIDICULOUSLY LOUD. I tried submitting this as a bug through the app, but of course the app kept crashing and wouldn’t submit my report 😑. It’s been this way for months without being resolved. This will be the last time I buy another headset from Turtle Beach.

Turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 firmware update/recovery. First and more once again the turtle beach audio hub/app is outrageously complex. I selected 1/5 star review for this. It selected 5/5. It is not a 5/5 experience. The instructions seem simple to solve your issues for updates/recovery issues. I spend I’m not sure how much time trying to recover and reset the headphones just for it to identify correctly on Bluetooth pairing options. The mobile audio app is worthless and doesn’t tell you what needs to be done. So you must reach out to turtle beach support. They never respond to emails. You can’t really call them for phone services to explain your problems and get help. Absolutely insanity to try and navigate issues on your own when it comes to poor integration throughout desktop/mobile prompts. God awful

Simple yet good. Got my new headset for Xmas love the headset and the app it’s simple and convenient but I would like it if you could already be signed into your headset because sometimes I have trouble connecting but other than that there’s no issues

Baaaaad. I’m not sure if the app is buggy or the headset but there’s no way to permanently turn off mic monitoring. I can connect to Bluetooth through the app but can’t play my phone sound through the headset. It’s over all just extremely buggy and glitchy. Sometimes working, mostly NOT working. Turtle beach headsets were great! But they need to reevaluate either their IT department or the people who developed the hardware because this is a fail. 👎🏻

So far so good. It’s nice having an app you can use to fine tune your headset settings instead of having to plug into a computer you might not have. Lots of options. I was honestly surprised. Only been using for about a week but it’s smooth so far

Well the headphones are…. Phenomenal, the app I’m not exactly sure the point other the equalizer, well could be way less complicated and BT could be explained a little bit more simple. Well worth the first connection struggle and the headphone blew me away in the store and did not let Down at all when I got home. My 68 y/o stepfather bought himself a pair even tho he has no idea what an Xbox or PlayStation could possibly be other than an inappropriate term. Lol

Needs a control for party chat. Frustrating to not be able to control your team mates volume. Outside of that, could be a little louder but overall it’s a solid headset.

Ear force tango 720x or whatever. These headphones are the most annoying things to use. I have the Xbox accessories adapter for the pc- it’s a usb dongle to connect devices that are synced with Xbox products. Anyway, the headset drops packets of data constantly. It’s created more anxiety and stress then the price these are worth. I’m moving on after these and never looking back. Best of luck to all- hope the sets you have work better for you and the app is able to update major fixes along the way.

Steel 700 gen 2. It just doesn’t want to connect device thru the app ( It does connect tru bluetooth tho), it can’t find it. Tried trouble shooting like forgetting device to uninstalling to re install app and even restarting my phone but the headset work fine with my ps4 no trouble is just the app im having these issues with, i would like to use the app im really curious, it seem pretty cool to have a mini EQ on my phone for the headset.

App doesn’t work well with new firmware. I bought a new pair of stealth 700 gen 2, and the firmware in the headset and this app don’t communicate well with each other. I try setting the wheel to another setting like blue volume or superhuman hearing, and on my previous (now broken) headset everything worked as it it’s suppose to on old firmware. This one nothing works, and has to be manually adjusted within the app.

Functionality issues. For reference i have the stealth 700 gen 2 for xbox… Headset functionality is horrible. When i first received my headset (which was around $200) it was a complete dud and didn't even turn on, i waited another 2 weeks for them to send out a new one and it worked, for a little bit. When the headset does work i am only getting system sound from the console, party and chat functions are completely null, you'd think they’d have a fix in their app, firmware is up to date. In order to update firmware you go into the app and touch "update firmware" which then tells you that the device cant be updated through the app and to use a computer instead. Having everything up to date you'd think you’d be able to customize different audio selections or applications in their "convenient app" but it’s the opposite, you can basically change the equalizer setting and thats it. There’s no mixing with game/party audio, no real volume control, and don’t even get me started on their "superhuman hearing", i always give them the benefit of the doubt because xbox isnt without its own issues but these seem to be fixes within reach for TB. Until they make some real changes and put some real effort into this app, i'd steer clear of turtle beach for the time being… I’ll be editing this review appropriately with updates and fixes

Cannot use app !. The app doesn’t connect to my headset no matter what I try to do. I’ve looked online spoken to turtle beach support via chat and the app still doesn’t connect . The headphones work great but I bought the headphones hoping I can use the audio hub to improve quality. Have a sense of control over what I’m able to hear and not hear . It’s a real dissatisfaction not being able to use a major feature of these headphones because the app is simply not working . Wondering is there a real sure fix out there or is this app working only for the lucky few?..

Bluetooth Issues at every Corner. I’ve had this app since launch it actually worked when it released too! But now bluetooth connectivity seems to be rocket science for them to figure out its been 3 years since the app worked the best solution i could find is if you reset your device to an old update (in my case the audio mix amp) & connect that way but even so the app work correctly sliding the slider to chat makes the game louder & sliding the slider to game makes the chat louder. All this to say is that the app doesn't work at all unless you can get the bluetooth to connect than it works well

Still having issues after firmware update. The hardware is great. The quality is there and they sound amazing (when they work). Although the software still has some bugs. This is the third pair of headphones I have had replaced because of the issues they have. I was told the firmware update would resolve them. The firmware has been updated even though there was no prompt stating so. After the loading and updating screens finished, the transmitter and the headphones continued flashing green simultaneously. I waited for several minutes for this to stop, but they just kept on flashing. Then I tried plugging the headphones and transmitter into the Xbox to see if they worked any better. Unfortunately not. These are the issues I am still having: 1) occasionally upon start up the headphones power down automatically. 2) when turning on headphones and connecting them to the Xbox, many times the Xbox sound volume is nonexistent or very low. I need to turn the headphones on and off sometimes two or three times before the sound volume is correct. 3) when using the headphones with my iPhone via Bluetooth. When I finish dictating a text The media player/music player starts up automatically. So as soon as I finish dictating a text, music starts. I thought the firmware update was supposed to resolve these or some of these issues, but still having problems. And this is my third pair.

Pointless app. This app is so pointless for my turtle beach headphones that are required to use this app always force change what i have my second scroll wheel too from chat audio to mic monitoring at least twice a month i have to spend 5 minutes trying to go back because it also never works the first time you do it. Infuriating how annoying it is.

All there. It’s all there plenty of customization simple to use perfect interface switching to landscape for equalizer I mean there isn’t anything they missed with this app.

Needs lots of improvements. The app needs to be better organized, very confusing to many sub options. Syncing your music while playing is inconsistent. Bluetooth is spotty. Connection period is spotty. The Xbox version I have for my Xbox series x works better on my PS5 ! This app overall is very frustrating!

Perfect. Simple and intuitive. I like being able to make quick adjustments without having to go to Xbox Settings.

Pretty good with a small issue.. Great app, works well. Connects to the headset pretty fast but the when changing the button presets options, my selection won’t save after turning off the headset and I need to go into the app every time I turn on the headset to change the secondary button option to my preferred selection.

5 star. I rated this 5 star because the headphones are nice high quality even if they cost more they are definitely worth it in my opinion the audio hub assists the headphones myself I would recommend turtlebeach headphones over almost every other brand the headphones block out all other noise so good it gets annoying but it is a great brand

Inconsistency. I just wish the settings would save every time I open the app and turn the headset on. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. Amazing product otherwise!

Won't connect to my Stealth 700 gen2. This app has become useless because for some reason my headset won't connect to the app. It just stopped working out of the blue even though I take great care of my headset and updated it just before it stopped. It still connects to Bluetooth for whatever reason. I really want to be able to use the mic gate and EQ settings please fix these issues.

App stopped working. Suddenly the app on my phone to control the settings stopped working. I called customer service and told me they were not under warranty and the were not able to help me with the issue. I mean, spending $150+ on a headset that stopped working i don't think its worth it. Maybe i got the bad ones but not even a discount to buy another headset.

700 Gen 2 Max. Only down fall is, I had to update my firmware and the gen 2 max has a USB transmitter. In order to update the transmitter and headset have to be both connected. My laptop only has one USB port. So I had to wait and borrow a buddy's laptop who had two ports. The hub should maybe let you do it simultaneously to avoid having to do it at the same time. Other than that everything's good

I wouldn’t expect someone on salary pay to have a lick of honesty left in their overinflated ego anyways. Thanks for the hassle, I’ll be sure to look elsewhere next time. Had to wait 2 years before my headset was fully functional. I’m sure you want to flush the app that looked like it was programmed by a vocational school student for a senior project down the memory hole though dontcha?

Mirage. I finally decided to buck up for some wireless headphones and I choose TB 700 Gen 2 because of the design and features. The hideaway mic was perfect and they looked cool too. I bought them in November and all was well until 2 months later. They don’t work. I get a red solid light then later a solid green light on the USB. No matter the mode XBox or USB, same results. The headphones seem to be ready for BT but I don’t know which one is the problem. Customer Support is soooo very slow via email. Every third day, an agent asks me nearly the same question making me be every more detailed then the last time and it’s been going on for about a week and a half now! Either the dongle is bad or the headphones are. So, I can’t recommend this to anyone because a headphone used about 7 times in 2 months should be be having issues like this.

Will not connect. I’ve had my PlayStation 700 Gen 2 headset for a couple of years and it was great. A couple weeks ago, the headset was unresponsive. I had to go through many steps to try to revive it. After many, many tries it finally powered on. Then I tried connecting to Audio Hub. It would not even after dozens of tries. Contacted Turtle Beach and they are painfully slow in responding. After 4 emails, of back and forth trying out their methods without working, the emails stopped. This app either needs updating or their firmware does. It looks like many here are having this issue as well.

Great!. I can do any adjustments that I need to make right from the app! I no longer have to go to Xbox settings and deal with their stuff that is so deep in the menus that it’s hard to find in the first place!

Doesn’t support 600 Gen 2 Max?!. Terrible that TB has the worst support. They’ve been like this for years but are only getting worse. No reason for them to create a HUB for only 1 headset model. I’m out of options now because not only does this not work for my 600 Gen 2 Max but the App for Mac also doesn’t work. I’m stuck with an “updated” headset with no way to customize settings. Worst of all I have NO mic monitoring. Returning headset and done with TB for good.

No help at all?. Every time I want to change to human hearing system, in the app my headphones don’t connect despite the headphones being connect to by phone by Bluetooth. The paring guide doesn’t help and the help button doesn’t do nothing either because it brings you to a site of support and none of the types of support or issue I have. It’s getting annoying, I get lucky if it even works.

Great audio. The audio is very good compared to the $100 Xbox wireless headset. I like them both if I had to choose these would be it. I just don’t like how these turtle beach don’t connect rapidly although it says design for Xbox. There are times when I turn them on I have to power off then on again to connect to my Xbox.

700 stealth gen 2 is a money grab. Bought these on sale and didn’t realize they were trying to off load a product that seized to function after two months. Great headset if it works. They tried to get cute with it and made some beta software on it so it can connect through your phone. They weren’t ready and your wallet will notice that. I used to have the 600’s and it was a more reliable product. Always get a warranty when you get a turtle beach.

Decent but missing a important feature. The app serves its purpose well the mixer is nice for adding bass and being able to adjust the tone volume is good as well but I wish there was a feature to manually change the chat volume from the app because my chat wheel is broken on the stealth gen 2 and it’s a common issue with that one

Amazing, but annoying.. Amazing headset, the extra battery and charge station are super helpful. The sound is amazing, and the tuning capabilities are incredible. Top tier in regards to sound for gaming (or anything you want)…but..don’t expect the Bluetooth function to work very well. The headset sound is very customisable, but you need Bluetooth to access those settings, and in this case, Bluetooth rarely connects. Great headset, but annoying.

Elite 800. Does not recognise my headset

Great app for Stealth 700 headphones. I have the Xbox set of Turtle beach stealth 700 headphones and this app works flawlessly and I’ve never encountered a bug or glitch. Ignore the bad rating this app receives because the bad ratings are given by people trying to use non turtle beach brand headphones with this app which obviously won’t work :) a note to the developer team, this app should be updated to support the older turtle beach headphone models if possible.

Won’t connect to audio hub. Same issue as most people here. Purchased brand new elite pro headset. Nice headset with great sound but the audio hub app does not work which means you cannot make any adjustments to the sound settings. Super frustrating as that was half the reason I purchased the headset and Turtle Beach tech support team have no idea what to do about it. Very disappointing

Rubbish. Purchased an elite pro headset and app can’t connect to audio hub even though my phone is already connected to it via Bluetooth. Now I can’t adjust any of my in game sound settings cause it’s all through the app

XP 500. Doesn’t recognise my XP 500 via Bluetooth. Can use them but mic is very quiet and can’t alter settings without the hub recognising my headset.

You need Bluetooth Headsets. Wouldn’t recommend this on iOS, not sure about the windows version it’s might be better but don’t use the iOS app it doesn’t support much headsets at all

Headset. Headset microphone isn’t working anymore on my Xbox

App has stopped connecting device??. Bought brand new and have been working perfectly up until this week when the app stopped connecting to my headset? Bluetooth still connects from my phone to the headset but no longer connects to the app, sounds were perfect and superhuman hearing worked a treat. But now after multiple troubleshoots like deleting and re-downloading the app, connecting and disconnecting the device and unplugging every port multiple times I’m still having no luck connecting to the app.

You need to use Bluetooth headphones. You need to use Bluetooth headphones. You can’t use and other pairs

How I got this app to work!. When I first got my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 headphones I got this app on both my iPad and my iPhone neither would recognise my headphones. How I fixed it: I started playing Overwatch and Mid-Game I opened the app on my iPhone and it recognised my headset. Try this it might work for you too.

Elite 800x not supported on iPhone?. Got the xbox one elite 800x for Christmas and I have tried to use the app to connect my phone to the headset to adjust settings but it won’t find it via Bluetooth? Why is this not supported???

Nonexistent EQ. I purchased the Elite Pro 2 headphones to replace my old Turtle Beach PX5. The sound quality is fantastic for playing music but I don’t feel like I’m getting very good results in games like Destiny 2 for example. I’ve changed Bass, Treble and Mids in the EQ settings but the alterations aren’t changing at all. Even if I shift the slider from one extreme to the other. I have saved the EQ settings before you ask. I just can’t bring out more detail in the sound. Guns firing sound muffled and interactions with NPC are dull and boring with no detail in their voices. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to change?

Useless. I updated the software on my 700p gen 2 and now i cant seem to connect to the app with my headset, therefore making the app useless. Please fix this !

Stealth Pros. Headset is great. As far as the app, it’s good, but a couple of issues. The submit feedback feature is broken (send link doesn’t work). And whenever you switch between game eq presets and saved advanced eq, it won’t actually load the advanced custom eq unless you go into edit and hit save again.

Audio not adjusting. I just got to turtle Beach stole 700 GEN two and it’s way too loud turn it all the way down and it’s still super loud is there anyway to fix this

Sound cuts and and out all the time. My Turtle Beach Stealth 700 sounds cuts out ALL THE TIME!!! I have to spend time repeatedly connecting to their app or contacting their service line instead of PLAYING! BRUTAL! So disappointed. If your wireless doesn’t work the sell a wired one! Don’t live upto expectations. Great Marketing! TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

Good app. I think it would be cool if I could adjust the chat volume through the app since my headset chat volume takes me about 5 minutes to turn the volume all the way down and 2 seconds to make it max volume.

Over rated. I’ve never had more issues with any headset then I do my turtle beach. Don’t get me wrong when they work, they’re the best headset. But the disconnection issues I experience and the headset just losing audio all of a sudden, it’s very annoying for such a highly talked about headset.

Wired headphones. My headphones were wired and SO QUIET. I turned everything onto max and it was still quiet and there is nothing else I can do to adjust this

Only connected once. Connected the first time, completed a quick set up, then tested it. Wanted to change a few things but won't connect to the app. Says could not find your device even though I'm listening to music with them lol app needs some work big time!

I’d rather have AIDS. Don’t waste your money on any new expensive Turtle Beach headset (i.e stealth 700’s) because this app has been broken for about a year. 7 months ago they released an update and it only fixed about 30% of the issues this thing has. In a nutshell, your sound changes now FINALLY stay applied to the headset (before the update you had to stay ON the app), but you still have to relaunch the app and play with the dials each time you turn on the headset. Been a Turtle Beach customer for 10 years now, and this is making me consider running straight to Astro or some other company. What a disappointment from a behemoth of an audio company. What a waste of $250 for a headset and broken app.

Doesn’t work. It just doesn’t work along with headset the audio just sounds like everything was recorded under water and sometimes the other earmuff just won’t work

Poor quality. Keeps disconnecting and readjusting my audio during gameplay. New update for audio hub app is awful.

Help. My turtle beach stealth 700 connects to the app just fine by Bluetooth but it won’t connect to Bluetooth in any other way (it doesn’t even show up in devices when Bluetooth is on)and doesn’t play sound on the device even if I pair it through the app what should I do

Won’t connect. Everything connects to my ps4, phone at the same time but the app still says “searching” and can’t ever find the device lol. Fix your app literally one of the big reasons I purchased was cause of this feature.

pointless lie. literally no useable options that matter and no customization dont waste your time and just power your headset on and off to troubleshoot.

Turn off then on again as you’re in app. It does work. Just turn off then on. Just left a garbage review because I can’t connect. Best of luck with this 2 star app at most lol

Love them. I would say this is the best turtle beach headset I ever had. I would recommend this to anyone that is into gaming and I love the app that comes with. It makes it nice and easy Thank you for this technology. Aaron.

Doesn’t work. Just says getting firmware version and never loads. Also, I definitely don’t trust this company anymore after downloading the firmware update for Mac since this didn’t work... on my computer, TurtleBeach requested key logging! That’s so incredibly sketchy that I just can’t with this company now.

Mic monitoring and game preset!!!. Ever since I upgraded to 700 max Every time put down my mic on the headset mic monitoring will automatically turn on. Constantly have to go on the app and turn it off. Game preset does not change from signature sound. Other than them issues love turtle beach!

Way too loud. The startup sounds are way too loud that they hurt my ears. Changing the levels in the app do not save, so the next time you turn them on it will be ear splitting again. Looked everywhere for a solution. Not acceptable for such a high priced headset and the support level from such a big company is laughable.

Satisfies. Pretty good app, helps with what you need help with. Still some things that could be easier to navigate, but you can’t have everything 🤷‍♂️ 8/10

Terrible. App is terrible. Won’t connect to my headset at all. My phone will list fine and can listen to music and make calls all day on it. However for some reason the dumb app can’t see the headset. Troubleshooting on website is like dElEtE tHe ApP and retry. Terrible

Auto hub not connecting to phone. I bought the stealth 700 gen 2 and the auto hub is not connecting. Tried several times and still nothing. The pairing to my iPhone works but the pairing to the auto hub says can not find the device. Has anybody found a solution to this?

Needs to be updated I can’t control the headset. The headset can not be accessed properly due to it only wants to show hardware information not control settings

Headset wont disconnect. So the headset runs fine. I just have to constantly go into the sound and switch it manually because it won’t do it itself and for $200 that’s kind of deterring.

Not enough detail. Only reason for 3 star is because I had to look up my more detailed questions on the internet and couldn’t figure them out through the app.

Great software has what’s needed. It’s a great software it also has some cool boosts for sounds , nothing bad about it tbh

Terrible Headset. For 200 dollars it not worth it it pretty bad considering the fact that the first time you turn it on it does not turn on so you have to turn it on again. And the audio app doesn’t do anything to the actual head set.

T.B. Lost their touch. My girl bought me the gen 2 for my birthday Dec 2022 and I’ve bin trying to connect the app ever since but no luck. The Audio app to configure the headphones simple can’t find my headphone. The headphones volume is super low during gameplay( No good for competitive shooters like Apex N Warzone due to inability to hear footsteps

Audio issue. The audio in game gets changed when you kill people sometimes

Headset Bluetooth issue. The Bluetooth audio and game audio isnt seamless. If im playing xbox and someone calls my party chat cuts out and i cant hear the phone in my headset either.

Poor quality headset and even worse app. Bought the 700 since it was supposed to be one of their best models. It has a hard time connecting to my PS5 and even with the app it’s a nightmare connecting it with my IPhone. This is my first try with Turtle Beach and at this point will be my last. Try a different brand!

Love it. Use the videos out there to customize your sound and these are the best out there... The new Pros anyway

Happy with product, but updates require a PC. Everything would be perfect, but I need a PC to get all the features/updates.

WORSE APP. WORSE APP IN HISTORY OF ALL APP Doesn’t function properly, does not even connect to my headsets. They keep making updates but for what if they are all trash. Hardware that makes the headsets are okay not the best be ready to replace them within a year or less. Their customer support is the worse, i get faster response from the dmv on their busiest days then turtle beach on the slowest.

Never stays connected. Ever time i try to connect the app via bluetooth, the first time, the app fails to register the amp. I can listen to music still listen to music and take phones, but every time i have close the app and try to reconnect i must unplug the power cable and plug it back it then connect pair… every time I close the app.

TRASH. Bye bye turtle beach. Used to be my #1 headset company. My only 1 but your products are trash now days. My favorite ones where the elite800 but U guys stop making them 🥺 after that tried 600, 700 and now 700 2generation but their all trash 🥺 sadly im done. Stealth 700 won’t connect to app. I’ve used the stealth 700 headphones for almost a year and I love them. But I’ve never been able to connect my headset to the app. It’s frustrating. I’ve tried contacting customer support and all I get are emails that don’t help. Let me talk to a real person. Y’all know your headsets have had multiple issues. Help us with your broken hardware!!

Stealth 700 Gen 2 PS. Before the headphone went out, the experience was great. Since then, I’m having multiple problems that won’t resolve. From none of the mode options working (which is the most important) for gaming. It’s so frustrating not being able to talk to someone in person to get things resolved

Connection. I thought i loved the head phones cause sound was amazing. But it has wayyyyyy to many problems connecting. You can’t even enjoyed them. When i come back to get in and enjoy a game i want to be able to just start playing with no issues. Then the app is allwayyssss something. I honestly HATE this product and will be returning it TOMORROW

Gen2 700 max (PS). Lasted 3 months. Bricked. Waited 2 weeks with back n forth with customer service. Finally just downloaded the model before firmware. Now I have to reset the headset before every match because the volume slowly decreases as you use them. Never Turtle Beach again……even though I said that when I had the Gen1’s.

Mic monitoring. Why do you not have stealth 600 next gen on here now you are making me go through whole process of returning your headset because i can’t turn of mic monitoring please fix this please this headset was a birthday gift to me and I don’t even get to use it make it compatible not only for Mac windows and pc make it compatible for phone please

Great but flawed. I plugged the usb device for headset into computer and still could not update headset even through connecting the audio hub from computer side wouldn’t update

Fix your App please - BUG ALERT. Hello I downloaded your app on an IPhone 12 Pro The app is bugged. Mappable features means you can change the wheel and button on the headphones to your custom preference. However when you go to the middle screen/tab to change the wheel/button features it auto reverts back to the original setting. There is no save or submit button in the app and there is no way to change the setting since it auto reverts back to the stock feature. Thanks. I can send screenshots if you need more detail.

Stealth 700 Turtle Beach Headset. Honestly, this is a proven headset to exceed your expectations. I’ve bought this recently and I have no regrets on the sound quality.

Very nice app. The app it self very well designed just needs a little more creativity and customizable dials.

Fragile. The headphones always give the best sound and fit but their not durable at all and you go thru to much Fighting to even get an exchange . I literally have had 3 pair of the stealth 700 gen 1 and 2 and they crack in the same place each time

Do not buy. Constant connection issue. USB connection disconnect 10 feet away and then reconnects continuously hearing the annoying voice prompt reminding you of what idiot you are for buying this headset. Mine I use for PC. Checking to see if the firmware needs to be update is an act of god to get to work.

Never finds the headset. The app is basically useless, it searches but never finds the headset. My phone connects to the headset and plays music perfectly, but the app never connects. It would be nice to be able to use the settings described in the app, the headset seems to have many options I can’t access without the app. Very disappointed.

Future proof. I have been using the old stealth 700 gen 1 And it is live cosamisinsab even when the headset is connected to something else.

Easy and intuitive. Literally download the app and your headset connects. I’ve got the stealth 700 2 for Xbox and it took me seconds to get my specs set.

Default Superhuman. It’s a great and cohesive app. I identify Superhuman hearing as the best mode for the headset so why can’t I just have Superhuman mode be the default mode or already on when I turn on the headphones?

Review. Pretty straight forward app. I haven’t had any issues.

Make the app read better. Every time I want to pair my headset to the app it’s doesn’t even pair. Keeps saying can’t find device. I followed the instructions word for word and it still doesn’t pair. The crazy thing is it connect to my phone but the app can’t detect it make it make sense

Minor Issues. Headset can compete with the best of them. Only issue is after a few months in.. I’ve been experiencing this same issue with now the 2nd pair of not being able to connect the headset to Audio Hub app. I have no access to the features in the app.

Stealth Pro Xbox Headset. Nice headphones for the money. Only issue for me is the app on my MacPro does not load and this seems to be consistent from other buyers as well. Aka no firmware update. Otherwise they work great as is paired with my Xbox and cell phone.

Audio hub cant fine headset.. Audio Hub cant find the headset to save its life. Don’t now if its a bug on the app that needs to be fixed, but everything Turtle Beach support has told me to do doesn’t work.

Connection. Can’t even connect my Stealth 700 Gen 2s to this app. It won’t connect no matter why I try. Support has tried to help me but when I open the app, go to “get connected” and it’s searching and don’t do anything. Kind of a big disappointment bc I want to adjust my audio settings on my headset but you can’t do it unless you the Hub app which can’t seem to work for me.
