Awful app. This app is awful. The formatting is wrong, the whole picture is not visible. When you go to the next chapter, the sound from the previous chapter replays. Bad actors, bad plots, and I am sure that once you’ve wasted your money and sat through 5 chapters, you cannot get a refund. This app has many bugs, and would not be worth a penny per chapter. Save yourself the bad movies and frustration. Try a different app.

Not ready for prime time!!. There are lots of very basic features that are lacking in this version of the app. 1. No Search capability 2. No closed captioning ** 3. No ability to move back and forth within one episode ** 4. Formatting is terrible, pictures do not resize to fit the screen correctly on my iPad. Entire titles do not fit on the screen, only the top half of one word. 5. The option to Write a review doesn’t actually link to anything. I’m a series where one of the main characters has a heavy accent and I am unable to follow the dialog because of the lack of closed captioning. Very disappointing. Appears to have been rushed to market when it should still be on alpha testing.

No support help. I paid for a week to watch a couple of shows. I was unable to watch anything. I tried their support three times with no Response.

Can’t log in. I bought the yearly subscription. But the app won’t let me login it says no user with that email. I have the emailed receipts from Apple to say I do. Not happy if I don’t hear from the support with in 48hrs I will file a complaint with Apple

Reel rubbish 8 episodes!. Do not buy this, it’s awful. Most of the short films are 8 episodes long! They have no story line and finish up in the air. They are absolutely terrible. Most of the short film downloads at least have a film more than 3 minutes long. Spend your money on ‘Reel Short’ they are so much better and have lots of episodes. This company clearly has little money and can’t afford to create full storyline’s. I made a huge mistake buying a year subscription…. Terrible

Not what you pay for. I am still waiting a reply about a refund for my purchase that I made. I made this purchase to receive all access to all movies and I can’t still only access 11 episodes which is exactly what I could access for free. This isn’t fair and I’d like a refund!! Have contacted costumer support 4 times and get no reply ** Update ** It’s been 4 MONTHS and still no reply let alone a resolution to this
