Slight problem. They work perfectly fine for my leds, but when i put them on the color pink they glitch out. please fix it.

Awesome. I don’t know why this has such a low rating. The app works fine and it was very easy connecting to my lights. There’s so many different options and themes, you can even have your lights change to the beat of music and it’s like your own little rave.

Can’t connect. The app wants me to turn on local network access so it can find the device but when i go to settings to turn it on the option isn’t there

Eh. You can’t leave the app and play music also it doesn’t respond to my Alexa.

wifi and bluetooth. I wish i could review lower.. I got the LED lights. The app was not working and kept on saying to connect to local network, even though it didn't have a request for it.

Led lights. I can’t get this app too connect to my LED lights I bought the lights that suggested for this app but they don’t have any instructions on how to connect to it and I can’t change the color on the button because it will only going to rainbows or a flashing light so I can’t use the LED lights until I find a app that works or until I figure out how to use this app

It works just fine. It works just fine not a single problem. I connected all of my two cameras into the app and it works just fine. I don’t know why people are giving one star rating or two star rating.

Worked great. Amazing experience no bugs and was great.

Unnecessary. The box should’ve just came with a remote to control the LEDS. You need to sign up with an email/password, asks for your location and everything. Then you have to connect it via Bluetooth or manually which doesn’t work half the time. Very unnecessary for simply changing the colors of LED lights if you ask me.

Lights fall down and app says something went wrong. I got the lights not even 12 hours prior and already falling down and the app now takes forever and them says something went wrong and wont connect to the lights.

Bluetooth. is anyone else not able to connect? i got the Xtreme Lit LED lights and it says to download the “Xtreme Connected Home app,” not “Xtreme Connected Simple Home.” and whenever i go into the app, it has different things than the directions say to do.

Captain. Does what it needs to do. Not to be taken lightly.

LED lights. Won’t let me connect my 50ft LED lights I just bought

App doesn’t have LED options. I bought these LED lights for my gaming room and when I downloaded the app, there were no options for the LED lights nor any way to connect to them. The package also came with no remote so you don’t have a choice but to use the app. It would be a great product if it came with a remote and a functional app.

Bad new. I installed this app because I was told to but this app is made for motion sensor only

Trouble reconnecting. I had the old app and tried transferring my led lights onto this new app. I cannot connect it but I’m connected to the internet.

Flowing color LED lightstrip. app for not work for the Xtreme Lit Flowing color Light strip. i tried connecting to the app and it would not pop up when the app was searching for a connection, cant press the bottom either bc it’s not doing anything to the leds, don’t get why we need to do so much to change a color on Leds

A few small improvements?. Basically the app does what it should. I have a smart light bulb and I can change its color and brightness easily. But PLEASE can we have Dark Mode? It’s awful to use the app in the dark to turn on the light, and the app is a bright white screen, so much so that I can barely see the small power icon. Also a widget would be great. This company’s other app had a widget until an update a few months back. Having a widget basically meant I didn’t have to deal with that bright white screen to use my bulb, it made everything so much easier.

Doesn’t work. This updated app does not work. My camera isn’t showing me anything and the camera immediately goes into sleep mode!

Update Messed Up Connection. Not a big deal, but I thought the developers should now that after I got this update it wouldn't let me use my lights until I disconnected and reconnected the lights. After that, working perfectly again!

LEDS wouldn’t stay.. i got the LED lights. the lights fell down not even a day after we put them up. i’ve had led lights up before, and they were took off correctly, so i know it’s not the wall. maybe just a faulty batch but, mine just peeled off the wall by theirselves.

Not working with Siri in 2025. Everything it’s great but in the Options doesn’t appear the option to add it to Siri sadly

Junk products. Product is horrible and the customer service is worse. No help with issues on their products. I would never buy again.

Can’t connect to app. App continues to say my email address isn’t valid when I register. Can’t control my lights, luckily my favorite color is red🫤 should’ve came w a remote alongside the mobile app!

Got the notification to switch to this app. I got the notification to switch to this app and tried to but it is not detecting that I’m connected to WiFi so I can’t connect my doorbell I just went back to the other app since I got frustrated

App no longer working. I connected the app to my 100ft extreme lit flowing color light strip and was working the first day, I had only put up 50ft of the 100ft, today I put up the other 50 and the app no longer changes the lights.

Not good…. The led lights are horrible they won’t change color because you can’t connect it to your phone it says you can but you can’t actually and it didn’t even come with a remote. 2/10

What's wrong with this app?. The register button won't work, and I do not have an account already made. I thought it was my phone, and I restarted it. Still, doesn't work. I'm on IOS, but this is really disappointing. Please get it fixed.

Poor product. I got the led lights and they do not work with Alexa the microphone is delayed and the lights fell off the wall even after washing and letting the wall dry

Door/Window Sensor & app. The door/window sensor would notify me with a sound on my iPhone when door/window was opened. Since the app was updated 7 months ago there is no longer a critical alert or time sensitive alert setting making the sensor nearly useless unless I am home; for I have a light turn on when the sensor is tripped. The app needs a major update to fix this asap! Update - 6/4/2026 - This issue still has yet to be resolved. I called customer support and advised them of this issue and they said they hadn’t had any calls regarding this problem! The app still has not been updated!
