Renewed Experience. This new version is fresh and extremely easy to use. Amazing updates!

It’s ok. Can no longer get the app to connect with Apple Wallet. Also, some of the estimate features do not work, especially for eye care.

Unable to see the complete security questions. No way to see the whole security question when you set up account

Most frustrating App. Very frustrating app. Every time I open the app, it sends me to the website and the website gives me dead end links. I was excited for the thought of getting to use this app, but will just delete it off my phone and just call to BCBS instead when I need help.

Great app. Everything just the way I wanted in an app

Why. Every time I need on this app it won’t work right it keeps getting stuck on log in with Face ID instead of using your pass word it just gets stuck there

It doesn’t work. Every time I’ve used the app, it always says it is under maintenance. I downloaded it months ago and it has never once worked.

No Face ID. Please add Face ID as a login option. Otherwise happy with the app.

Under maintenance for over a week. Cannot log in and view my id card since I got the mail. Always under maintenance.

Problem. My app has said it is doing maintenance for the past 3 months I can’t even log in

Doesn’t work. I can’t even get past the set up page. Once Info is put in and you click and read the agreement.. nothing happens past that. Just stuck there. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled several times.

New Version is Great!. This new version is great and so easy to use. I like the new home screen and being able to chat with customer service.

Great App!. It’s easy to find the info I need on my claims or search for a doctor. Looks better too.

Can’t log in. You can’t even log in the app anymore and obviously they don’t care.

Unresolved bug issues. I have reached out to BCBSTN in regards of mobile app issues. Was contacted back stating it was resolved and still not resolved. I went ahead and deleted it. Very frustrating

Chat Disconnections. I love the new app! It has a great user interface and the live chat helps stay up to date. When you switch apps, it disconnects the chat and you have to start again which is annoying when you are trying to get answers. The app desperately needs the background app refresh function on iOS. If there wasn’t that issue, it would be an 5 stars! Grateful for them investing in the development of the app and have faith this will be resolved

Horrible App. The app does not work, I try to register with my member ID, Group Number, and the other information needed, but the app just says please try again later. I have tried several times to register with no success.

Under maintanence. This app is constantly under maintenance. The only time I’ve been able to log in was the first time I downloaded it 2 weeks ago. Useless since then.

Seems to be always under maintenance!. Almost every time you're at the doctor, it seems it's under maintenance and can't log in. You would think weekends would be a better time! It's very Frustrating!

Simplified my health insurance!. This new version of the app has helped make my overly-complicated health insurance plan much easier to understand and deal with. It also seems to have resolved a lot of the issues that some of the negative reviews mentioned. Hopefully they’ll continue to improve the complex web of health care that’s been created!

It’s been 2 months APP STILL NOT WORKING. I downloaded this app. I can open it up at the initial download but as soon as I get in the app & navigate back to the home screen, it locks up EVERY TIME & it won’t let you move out of the screen. I have to get out by opening another app & swiping up in order to get the app to close since the screen is frozen/locked up. I have deleted & reinstalled this app 3 different times and it still freezes/locks up. I would have thought over the period of a few months this would have been corrected but has not. Very dissatisfied & frustrated with it as it would be very beneficial to use for my healthcare.

Not Working as Usual. Seems like this should be an important app to make sure is working correctly! Very frustrating and also not surprising considering there is almost always an issue!

Digital EOB Confusing. Millennial here. I was excited to finally have a digital option for EOB. The opening front page of the app is wonderful; however, the EOB did not match up with my several of my paper bills. It showed patient responsibility owed $8k on one bill for bloodwork. Even after calling two different BCBSTN representatives, I was told I was responsible for the $8k. I did NOT owe that much and the Lab company confirmed the EOB was wrong and misleading. Don’t believe I can trust the app just yet. So don’t get too excited about having an app… Fix the kinks please.

Under Maintenance. Every time I have tried to use the app for the past several months, I have gotten an error that says “under maintenance. Please try again later.”

Unable to add new card to apple wallet. Last years is expired and when I go to add my new one it wants to open the chic-fil-a app 🤔🤷‍♀️

Awful. When it’s actually up and running it barely works. Then you try and use the website instead because the app won’t do what you need it too and the website is just as bad. With the amount of money they take, you’d think they could provide at least some sort of usable resource

Crashes a lot. Often crashes and shows “down for maintenance “. Not really reliable for real time use. Screen shot any important information to protect against App unreliability.

Easy to use. The new app is very easy to navigate and makes managing my health plan incredibly simple! I love being able to see my claims on my phone instead of having to pull out my computer every time. Having the ID card available is very convenient at doctors offices and I also like how it’s so easy to find a nearby doctor whenever I need it.

Unable to view ID card. Updated. Problems have spontaneously resolved. Thanks for reaching out and fixing the problem. I am suddenly unable to view my ID card. I was able to do so last week now I am not. There is not a link or a button in the app to do so. Please fix ASAP please. Thank you. I will update my review once this major issue has been resolved.

Love the update!. The 2021 update is awesome. Love the cleaner look. So nice to quickly be able to see my claims and account balances. Great job folks!

App down for maintenance for days. I still haven’t received my Insurance card and don’t have access to the app as it has been down for maintenance for the past week, I’ve tried deleting the app, re-downloading and still no luck. I’m hoping for a better experience in the future, United Healthcare’s app was far more reliable and useful.

So much more useful. The new design is a huge upgrade. The dashboard-type initial page is super helpful and gives most of the info I need. Love the ability to add my ID card to Wallet.

Great for benefit information on the go!. The new version of this app makes viewing your benefit information convenient and easy. I love having a digital ID card accessible at any time and also being able to view my progress towards deductible and out of pocket amounts.

New App is Great. I’m loving the new app! All the features I need are still there and you added the ability to chat! It wasn’t hard to find anything and seems really intuitive! Excited to use it

Cannot login. Attempted multiple times over several days to login. Continue to get msg saying app is down for maintenance.

Such a great app!. This app is very helpful and easy to use!

Terrible user experience. The UI still needs a lot of work. Navigation in the provider search is particularly painful. The search results only return about ten listings at a time. When you reach the bottom of the list, you often need to wait about a minute for the next batch of ten doctors from the list. If you open a search result, you can't read any reviews. Save yourself the frustration and just search for doctors in Google maps, read their reviews, then go to the "get care" tab to search for the doctor by name and see if they're in network. The information about the doctor is quite out of date here, too. I found many listings which said the doctor is accepting new patients, but that wasn't true. I also have found several listings for doctors who moved away from the listed location many months ago.

Fantastic upgrade!. The new upgrade is amazing! Streamlined and super easy! If you don’t have the upgrade, get it now!

Great app!. Much improvement from original, all my information in one convenient location that I can easily access while at the doctor or pharmacy or anytime I’m not at my computer.

Maintenance. This is my second week trying to long into the app. I’ve even tried deleting and downloading it again and still I have no success logging in. At this point I’m not quite sure what to do.

Just downloaded. I was out of town and remembered about this app. Helped me when I needed care for my little one and was out of state. Great when you’re in a pinch.

Stopped working. BCBSTN has stopped allowing me access to my account. “The user name or password is not recognized.” Ok, I’ll change it. Change successful. Try logging in again with new PW.“The user name or password is not recognized.” The same happens on app and website. So where does that leave us insureds? We have no insurance card because BCBS no longer provides them, and at the same time, no one can access their account to show proof of insurance at a doctor’s office or pharmacy. What’s going on at this place?!

Easy to use!. The new mobile app is very easy to use and shows me exactly what I want to see right from the start!

BCBS APP HAS BEEN DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE FOR 2 MONTHS. This is crazy, I can’t login online. I can’t login on the app. This app has been down for maintenance for months. When is it going to be fixed??? I’ve force quit the app, I’ve deleted the app and nothing will work. The devs that have produced this app are quite literally getting paid for absolutely nothing.

Can't even create an account. Every time I try to create an account, I get stuck step 3 for no reason, I input all of my information and agreed to the terms of service (which had an error when I clicked it... so I couldn't even see what I was agreeing to) and when I hit continue, it turns grey, loads for a second, and does nothing. Unusable for me

Frequently stops working. The app won't let me view my ID card or any other information. When I delete and then reinstall, it shows the information, but inevitably stops working.

Terrible UX. I’m not even able to get past the login screen. The keyboard comes up but doesn’t work when trying to input UN or PASS. I can’t even paste the info into the fields. Useless app to me at this point.

Just Horrible Horrible. It is not integrated with my coverage properly and when you call to correct it, they can’t do it. Be better…. Do better

Never can login. Always bring your physical insurance documents because you will never be able to login to this app when needed.

Doesn’t work.. Never will let me login in lets me enter my password and everything then says error and try again later and later never comes because it never works!

Awful. Why have an app that is always down && never loads. You have to call and talk to AI for 45 minutes before you can get someone to assist you, but you want us to use this app.?.? Make it make sense!

Trying to register. I am putting in my information correctly, but it keeps telling me that something does not match therefore, I can’t even download the app. Why is this such a hassle? Every place else is so user friendly!

ABSOLUTE TRASH. This app is such garbage. It glitches 110% of the time. If you want an app that always crashes, this is for you. I literally cannot use this for anything and I wish I didn’t have to have this BS insurance. 0/10 do not recommend. Do better BCBS

Does Not Work Since Update. This app worked well until the most recent update. Since the update, I can no longer do any claims or any info tied to our medical account. The app is essentially useless at this time.

No Claim Details. It’s been several months and still get an error message when trying to view claim details! I tried deleting the app & re-installing, still no claims details.

App Crashing. I like how I can schedule an appointment easily but the app crashes within a minute I’m in the app and it’s super annoying even trying to schedule literally anything.

Never Workes. Every time you go to use it for healthcare you never can access it. I wish our company would find a different insurance provider. Today I needed to access it but again comes up loading error.

Can’t login. I give it all the information and it says “something doesn’t match please double check and try again”. It is insane my heath card is locked away in an app I can’t access.

Why bother?!. Adding my insurance card to my virutal wallet is nice although i would still prefer a physical card however nothing on this app ever works! So inconvenient and frustrating!

Buggy, slow, freezes. This app is hardly usable. It is buggy, slow, and frequently freezes on my up-to-date iPhone. You would think that $billion insurance company could do better.

Never works. Never works, always down. Cant find doctors in network or any pertinent info you need. You might as week expect to call the co and sit on the phone for several minutes!

Terrible. The app is always buggy, the layout is confusing, and most of all it never saves my login info. I have to verify logging into my email every single time and redo my login if I’m off the app for more than 2 minutes.
