Anyone can come up with these excercises but these guys have pulled key elements for improving fitness fast setting achievable goals that increase intensity and workload while making sure the user gets feedback as well as using input for a virtual coach. A+++
This app lets me do a full body workout anywhere at anytime. It's awesome.
I've been going to the gym for over a year now, but this got me sweating. I recommend it.
The creators have done very good work with the exercise sequencing, no doubt. I am not a pro at sequences so I guess they are because the fit is just right and you can add , remove reps as you feel comfortable. Therefore I am confident I will develop a good physique in time & with consistency while also following the given instructions. Good job on the unisex trainers and exercises. Now, what I don't like is that I can't play the training videos while in the middle of the session. I have to cancel my session to watch the video and then restart my session. Although once you restart you can always go to where you left off. But still. Next, when I subscribe for training + nutrition , why does the nutrition have to be a separate app ? Also , why is there no indicator to being a subscriber vs a free customer ? When I downloaded the nutrition app, I was asked to login and I hesitantly used the Exercise apps login. Once I had access, I was confused if I needed to resubscribe on the new app. So please hire good UX / UI folks and work on the 'between the cracks' stuff because you've got something good going but customers must be baby sat with because we aren't all born body builders. Good Job thus far but I'll give you my money for these 3 months. If no improvements then I'm sure there is another hundred coming my way.
Great workout, good advice. The app is a little difficult to use at first and there are not a lot of instructions. it is easier when you sign up for coaching which I did last week. So far, l love the work outs using body weight only.
UPDATE: I contacted Freeletics again (after the first time) expressing my disappointed and was offered a complete refund. I have updated my review to 4/5 stars to reflect this. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is a great app in terms of design and user interface. But be warned: Freeletics offers poor customer service. If you are on a subscription basis, you will be charged anytime on the last day or your subscription (rather than the following day). Despite contacting their team less than an hour after this charge and explaining that I could not use their app for the next few months due to difficulties with travel plans overseas, I was told it was "against their policy" and they would not refund me. I had a tremendous experience with the app previously and was planning on returning to freeletics once I was again stateside, but they have lost a customer. I will be filing a dispute claim with my debit card because this is not only absurd (it was less than an hour after the charge) but also extremely disappointing. Don't use freeletics if you want a quality customer service experience.

Get the app and pay for the coach. This app is cheaper than a gym membership and the results are better
There is nothing free about freeletics! I can't access any part of the app without purchasing a membership. This should be clearly stated saving me a lot of wasted time.

Slick production, varied workouts, some tangible results, positive encouragement and plenty of community support. Not a bad gym membership alternative for the price of the online coach. Works very well for me thus far. *update* After using this a while, I'd like to see more integration with other applications. The user interface has some quirks that prevent easy switching between exercise sets. Also, I note that Apple Watch integration was removed. Why not fix the issues? I'd prefer to exercise with just my watch than having to carry my phone around with me.
I didn't know what to do when I moved countries and could no longer afford a trainer. This app has been integral in keeping me in shape.
I dont care about how I look as much as I care about how fit I am. Yesterday only after 3 weeks on the program I played soccer and could not feel better about myself. It really works.

i wish there were more workouts available for non members.
In the past two years I've gone from trainer, to programs, to the last program which worked very well T25 and now this. This blew T25's performance out of the window. With Freeletics I can actually feel physical change but strength change as well. Burpees are easier, push-ups I can do no problem and more this is my 3rd week and combined with a slight change to my diet I'm down from 240 to 225. My goal is the 212 area I'm 6'2 with a big frame and that weight with muscle is right for me. I love what it did to help me lose weight but more impressed with the physical shape I'm in!

I enjoyed to start my day anywhere with the app. No equipment required and I can practice anywhere.
The beginning can be a little too easy when u go by the coaches training but as the weeks go by they slowly but surely start making the workouts harder and more intense . Def recommend it as well as paying for the coach .
