Wonderful Game But…. I would’ve loved to give this game a 5 star review. The concept of creating your own store and stocking it is great. My only problem is the Ads! Every 3 or 4 minutes you would get an ad, that’s entirely too much. Because I hated the ads but loved the game I went ahead an paid for no ads. Low and behold, there’s now a new issue. The deliveries for your products. WHY do I need to wait almost an hour for my full delivery? 7 minutes for an individual item to be delivered is crazy. Why wouldn't you have it to were a truck delivers all your products at one time? By the time I get the notifications (because you get a notification for each individual item delivered), hours has passed and I don’t even feel like getting on the game. I don’t like paying for no ads but still having to watch ads to speed up those annoying deliveries. And I’m only mentioning the speed up ads because there’s NO WAY I’m spending more money to buy the energy to speed them up. Please find a new way to handle deliveries because what we have now just isn’t it.

It has potential. It’s a fun game to play to pass the time but I feel more can be added on. For starters, when your store grows, it becomes extremely tedious to have to stock and backstock everything yourself. Cant there be an extra employee for that, with a dolly to grab multiple boxes at once? I also feel there should be more challenge and daily goals. Each day is a 12 hour shift that lasts maybe 5-7 minutes in real time, it goes by too quickly. I’d like to see customers getting upset and potentially leaving due to long lines. Id like to have more than one register open and hire more than just one cashier at a time. Also, can we hire once a week instead of once a day? I see potential in this game for it to be better. I’m sure there’s other suggestions in mind but this is it for now. Edit to add on: There needs to be either an undo button when accidentally throwing away products, or preventing it from being thrown away if the box isn’t empty. I also would like to see sales happening off the app and not just on the app, and not pausing when ads play. Also, allow us to rotate storage items on the rack. A lot more can fit than what the game allows. Boxes shouldn’t be placed horizontally unless theyre too long. Some boxes only allow 3 to fit per storage shelf when 4+ can easily fit if placed vertically.

Could use some chsnges. Don’t get me wrong, I loved this game. But just starting out the upgrades are EXPENSIVE. Especially for just starting the game. Because of this I just simply lost interest. I could NEVER get enough money to make reasonable upgrades. Sure I could keep restocking my store with the money I made but once I was able to have enough money to buy a new license, I couldn’t afford another shelf to put the new food on anyways. Don’t even get me started on the $600 storage shelves or the $1900 expansion when I only make $200 profit in a day because I’m trying to keep my store stocked. I just gave up on the game because I was GRINDING but to get more things the prices were just unreasonable lol. Also having to buy a new cashier every single day for like $200 AND energy??? Not to mention the energy you can only get more of if you watch ads or pay for it (which I did do btw) and you’re constantly watching ads anyways lol. There really should be another way to earn energy. Maybe I’m just playing the game wrong but maybe every time you level up you get a little bit of enegery? And maybe bring down the prices so when first starting out you can get those upgrades and make the prices of the items gradually go up the more you buy?

My gameplay never saved. I’m so disappointed in this game…. First off, it started out amazing. I had fun and grinded my way up to level 21 with a hired cashier and expansion of the store. I closed out of the game after closing the store but when I opened the app again, it didn’t save my gameplay. It says I’m still at level 21 with the same amount of money I made but it started me all the way back to the beginning… even with my hired cashier still standing there, its not recognizing that I already paid the 50 Lightning bolts for the hired help… It wants me to pay AGAIN for another license…. I bought a ton of expansion, opened extra slots for new food and the app is literally not recognizing any of it. I paid money for what? Disappointed.. Not to mention, it’s super buggy & laggy. I cannot get ahold of anyone who runs this app to fix it. The least I can do is try to get my money back but I put so much time into this game and I’m just mad at this point.

My Advertisement Simulator 3D. What a fun game! I get the opportunity to run a supermarket while watching ads every 30 seconds! When I finally get the hang of things, they also want me to watch ads to get my items quicker as well! If I choose NOT to watch the ad to cooldown the timers on the items I need to put on the shelf, I will have to wait as long as an actual irl supermarket would if they bought a 40,000 lb shipment from Cali to NY! What a fun game style! I like that I can roleplay as a cashier and check people out, so satisfying! I also love being able to check 5 people out before getting another forced ad! My personal favorite is when the games make a currency that you NEED to play the game, that they make you watch ads for! I also find it humble that the game developers let us remove these ads for $7…. Seriously there is an ad after everything you do in this game. No good game would ever put a “remove ads” in app purchase. If you ever see this in a game, it’s a strong indicator that you should expect ads every 30 seconds or so. So ultimately you’re not playing a game, you’re harvesting ads for 80% of the time then getting gameplay here and there. Get this game if you love ads, otherwise, assuming you want to play a game, stray from this. God bless you all ! :)

Best Mobile Game I’ve EVER Played!. I am absolutely obsessed with this game and cannot stop playing it!! It’s so addictive and feels so fresh, fun and colorful compared to other games like this on the App Store. I love the incorporation of the basketball game and arcade games you can play across the street while waiting for deliveries to come in. Also, with deliveries, when I order a lot of items at once, why does it have to take sooo long? 😩😂 I be so ready to stock up my little store lol. But anyways, I have a suggestion since you guys seem to be active in updating the game (which I love as well) but can we get a stocker in the game as an option like with the cashiers? That would be amazing especially as stuff gets a little hectic. Overall, I’m in love with the game and don’t think I’ll stop playing any time soon! P.S.: Can you guys make another game like this one? I’d definitely buy a fast food version of this game SOOO fast!!!!!

Fun game. I’m really enjoying this game. I have found it hard to put down. I don’t always run my register but when I do I have my son help as I feel like it is going to help him learn to give change. The world is really big which is neat. You have about two blocks on the one side and a block on the other. I think it would be cool for this to be expanded and have other offerings in the other areas of the game. I had placed an order and didn’t realize that the deliveries keep coming even when you are off line. I had a huge mess to clean up but learned my lesson. Unfortunately I had some boxes land on the roof. Most I was able to grab through the roof but I still have three shadows and can’t get to the product. My one recommendation would be to have a “what’s on order” tab so I can see what I ordered and where it is in the queue. I did purchase the no ads right away mainly because there was an ad In the corner that blocked my view and made it hard to do certain things (one of which was to close the do you want to purchase the zero ads package pop up). All in all a fun way to sit and relax after a long day 😊.

Incredible. This game is probably my favorite mobile game I’ve ever played. Everything about it is so fun and it feels so realistic most of the time and the best part is they actually listen to their consumers!!! A few weeks ago I had been scrolling through the reviews to see if anyone else had been encountering an issue that I had and I read some suggestions that people were commenting for better gameplay. A few days later I noticed that some of the things people mentioned were in the new update! They even have a discord you can join to get some behind the scenes stuff and get kind of more personal with the players. I purchased the option to remove ads because it was offered to me for only $5 and it was honestly the best $5 I’ve ever spent. Without the ads the gameplay is so smooth and effortless and I don’t even mind having to watch ads for deliveries because I can just put something on in the background and watch that while I binge the ads. The only thing I find tedious is it moves my storage product around after closing the app or not playing for a certain period but it’s not too bad because I haven’t gotten all the licenses yet. But it might get a little harder soon because my store is getting kinda big 😅. Great game though! I really hope it keeps growing and adding more licenses and features.

Great Game with Minor Issues. Firstly I want to say the game is amazing to play. You can order your food items and add furniture, play as the cashier, you can even shoot the basketball outside the store. The ads are horrible, they pop up at least every 30 seconds which makes this game a bummer to play but at least it warns you when they are about to pop up. Second when the pop ups pop on the screen it sometimes blocks your view because they have no way to exit out of them you may accidentally tap it. Thirdly, it lags extremely bad after ads and makes your phone hot so i’m pretty sure it has a couple bugs. It doesn’t have a way to reload energy so you would have to watch so many adds just to refill your energy so i think they should refill the energy everyday after a certain amount of time and change the delivery time for when you order something because if you are out of stock you would have to let it deliver offline because at that point it’s no fun to play. Other than that it is a great game and only needs those minor issues to be fixed to be even better!

PLAYER BEWARE - WILL OVERHEAT YOUR PHONE. I’ve been playing for two days now. The first time was when I first downloaded it and it was fine! My phone was a little hot but I figured it would be fine. But after my recent play, it’s gotten more and more hot. My phone is slowly cooling down but definitely needs to be put to sleep and not touched for at least 10 minutes after playing for a bit. This game is genuinely fun. But it needs some help and rework. It’s definitely for the money, as there are ads every minute or so, especially while you’re cashiering and you have no warning. Sometimes they’ll even bug out while I’m trying to close them and have to restart the whole app. You also have to wait a while to get deliveries or else you have to use energy which doesn’t replenish on its own, which you also use to set higher prices then the market price. The only way to replenish the energy is to watch an ad for 10 of them. It’s $5 to go no ads, or $6/7 to get the starter pack. It’s a little much for an app you’ll probably play a little bit and then not touch again. It was definitely made with the success of the pc supermarket game, trying to get off from that and make money. So really, play/download at your own risk.

Good Game, But It Could Be Better. This game is enjoyable, but I believe it has the potential to be even more engaging. For example, the daily cashier purchase is a bit annoying—most of the time, I end up ringing up customers myself. It would be nice if cashiers could receive raises periodically, and to avoid giving them a raise (or to lower their pay), we could spend energy to manage it. Another feature that could improve the game is adding the option for a stocker to help fill the shelves. The same concept could apply here: use energy to avoid the need for a stocker, or to give them a raise. I also think it would be great if other locations were unlocked for gameplay. Maybe there could be a trade feature where you can exchange stock with another store in return for energy. Additionally, instead of having packages drop out of the sky, a delivery truck system could be introduced. Players could have 10 minutes to add items to the truck order, and once completed, the truck would take about 5 minutes to deliver. Once the truck arrives, we would need to unload it before we could place another order. Players could spend energy to get a new truck or to automatically unload it. These are just some ideas I hope the developers will consider. Overall, the game has potential, and with a few updates, it could be even more fun and immersive.

Would rate higher but... This game is truly remarkable and amazing for a simulator game. I’ve never downloaded a simulator game where it isn’t a copy and pasted tycoon and I have free range to choose the layout of my store. Most tycoon games or simulator games have a limited amount of options and freedom as well as low graphics. This game is spotless and easy to control without much lagging or glitching. There is only one problem, one big, draining, brain rotting problem… THE INESCAPABLE ADS 😭. Please developers of this game, spare us the insanity of Bitlife and Poly buzz ads. Let us play this game peacefully instead of throwing an advertisement every minute. I would kill to EARN energy points by shooting the basketball instead of having to watch more of those dreadful 30 second mind numbing clips 🥀 I’m pretty sure I wasted more time watching ads than the actual game play itself. Im so SICK and TIRED of great games like this being nerfed by the amount of ads inside of them 💔 as soon as I see that they have toned down with the ads, I PROMISE TO RATE THIS GAME FIVE STARS!

Love the game but... There is a lot of room for growth. I’ve played the game for hours and hours. A lot of really cool things i love about running the store. The controls are nice. I like that you’re operating the cash register, stocking etc. makes you feel like you’re really running a store lol. After playing the game for about two weeks, I feel like I’ve gotten a little bored. You can only go so far, there isn’t any room for growth. You can’t hire more people to stock/ get deliveries. Expand the store or buy other stores to start and build. That would probably keep me on the game. But currently I feel like I’ve gone as far as I can go. You have to keep it entertaining. The carrying one box at a time is time consuming and gets old after while. You should be able to carry at least 3 or 4 boxes at a time. Also would be nice to see other businesses/ cars/ people out in the would. More realistic. Anyway, I have high hopes. Hope you guys continue to improve the game!

IT DOESN’T SAVE MY PROGRESS!!!. I really liked this game at first despite all of the ads, I even got to level 15 or 16? Anyways. Yesterday I opened the game and noticed that some of the stuff I had purchased previously, were just GONE! I thought maybe it was user error and that maybe there was an option to save the game before you log off but I looked everywhere and couldn’t find an option. I brushed it off and just assumed it was a one time glitch. Well to my surprise, I got on again today and MORE OF MY PROGRESS WASN’T SAVED!!! And this time I had spent real money, I bought the starter pack that comes with 100 energy and with that energy I bought the cashier license and the storage license. And now it’s just GONE!!! I had also bought some expansions for the store and some more shelves, freezers, fridges, etc as well as food licenses and products and general and it’s alllllllll gone. It’s so annoying and normally I wouldn’t care if it hadn’t been for the fact that I used my real money to buy some in game stuff just for it to be gone and cease to exist. On top of all of this, it’s impossible to contact support for this game. I looked everywhere and I can’t get in contact with the game developers or someone, anyone. They have a “support” button in the game, but for some reason it just takes me to the Discord and in the Discord I can’t find anything regarding support. Don’t bother with this game… seriously.

Great game but…(suggestions). The game is great but there can be a few improvements. There are way too many ads that happen within every 5 minutes of playing, i understand the ads need to happen but maybe make a prize after watching the ads so it doesn’t make it as grueling. Even if it’s like 5 energy for watching an ad, would be cool. Also please make a queue for when you order stuff so you can see what’s upcoming in the next delivery An option for making carrying the boxes easier would be nice, only being able to take one box at a time especially with big deliveries can be a bit more of a chore than a game at times, especially time to pack away. Maybe also making the storage shelves be able to hold 1-2 more boxes would be nice Also how do we get energy? Is it only through watching ads? If so, maybe this can be improved upon as well, maybe within 24 hrs we get rewarded with 5-10 energies? Overall great game and I enjoy playing it, just wanted to give some of my suggestions! Hope you all see this and take some ideas into consideration :) overall it’s an amazing game but I feel like certain additions would make it even more enjoyable, some days it really does feel a chore/job 😅

This game is awesome!!. I hate being catfished by mobile game ads, we’ve all had it happen before. you get shown a segment or what you would assume is a mini game on an ad, you very obviously assume they’re accurately representing what the game play is like but unsurprisingly, a lot of games will advertise better looking versions or fake mini games. I really love simulator games and i’ve tried so many different super market and retail ones. I love the cashiering part but any other game i’ve found has either catfished me in the ad and then I download it and its a completely different game or I found it on the app store hoping it would be a good game and it was in fact not. I saw an ad for this and was like ok i’ll give it a go, and it was a shocking experience. for the first time in forever, the part that I was shown in a game ad was in fact in the game ON TOP of other segments of the game. I like the graphics a lot and how the gameplay feels. it’s really fun and i honestly can’t stop playing. it was especially a breath of fresh air that the gameplay of the checking out i was shown was a one for one of the game and not some better animated segment for an ad then the game having cheaper graphics. thank you for fulfilling my need for a GOOD supermarket/retail simulation game. there was a gap in an oversaturated market and you guys filled it.

Fun, logical, and addictive. The game is great, it’s simple but challenging, in working to grow and expand your store you have to actually think about your income and expenses and all those little details. I think the graphics and gameplay are high quality plus the in game challenges and prizes feel like the work always pays off in some way. It is pretty time consuming but you could also do it while watching tv so if you want something going on with your hands and in the background this game is perfect for it; plus ordering groceries can take from 30 seconds to 15 minutes depending on what you’ve ordered. If you’re a person who can’t play games all day, this game gets so much faster when you’re not on it 24/7. My only qualm is when you partake in the month long challenges (lunar year; last month), you get prizes but sometimes they’re useless and you can’t throw them away, place them in storage, or sell them, which can cause some crowdedness. You do have to pay ($5 I think) to remove ads and I did that the second I realized the game was worth it, and there are some things you have to pay for to get more of (like the lighting strikes to speed up ordering time) but I feel like they’re pretty reasonable and affordable considering some other games are asking for $15-30 for the alike things.

Love game, too many adds !. I love this game so far except there is too many ads. My thoughts were if I have to watch ads for perks why are you making me watch more I’ve already watched ten to get diamonds now every minute or less I have to watch more with no reward . I understand ads need to be played but it’s excessive. I also have bought out all the food don’t need any more storage…the storage situation is, I spend sooo much time organizing my products just to have to leave the game to do everyday things just to come back to the game and alll my products are knocked over and unorganized without me doing it myself ! Other than that the game is super cool I’ve definitely spent more time on this game than I need too! Oh one more thing we need more products, there is no where near enough . I’ve been playing for like two weeks and I’ve bought them all . Still great game and I’ll continue to play, so much fun !

I 💯% 💖 it!!! 😻😍🤩. First, in every other game I’ve played everywhere you look it just pops up on your screen, just, ads! Ads! Ads!😫 In this game, there are advertisements, but only a few! 🤩Second, it is SO realistic! 😍 I mean, think about it; how realistic would you rate the other games, huh? Well, compared to this game 0️⃣/🔟! This game is SO SO realistic, take it from me! I really do recommend this game, so download it and TRULY understand how realistic and fun it is! 🤯Third, I have heard some people complain and say that the events take some time to come out and I agree BUT, holidays are HOLIDAYS🎁, holidays don’t come EVERY SINGLE DAY!! It takes time! ⏳Besides the more you wait for something, the more glad and excited you are when it comes out! 😆🥳🤩Finally, this game is so much fun! Once you start playing this, you will realize that it’s “Goodbye” to your regular LAME games and “Hello” to your new and improved FUN games! 😻This game is so fun, cool, and challenging! 😎You get to run a business, avoid bankruptcy 🏦and… have an AWESOME super market!!!! 😆😎🤩😍🤑😻🤯💯 This game is an easy 10/10 for me!

Cool concept, but ads & glitchy. So yeah there are a lot of obtrusive ads and notifications that pop up in the middle of game play, this is my biggest pet peeve. This type of game design has that similar game fonts/theme/haptics. You know what I’m talking about because every viral game is designed the same (whether it’s bolts, wood grinding, sorting, doing nails, etc), with that ad that cuts you off right as your in the thick of it. They think it’ll make you pay to remove ads, but really I delete it the first time I see a game-oppressive ad. Some even have the audacity to predownload ads so you can’t even do airplane mode, which is also in this game, as billboards. HOWEVER, I like the concept of the game so much and it’s execution, that I was willing to deal with the ads, the obtrusive notifications about licenses and expansion (why can’t you save it till the results screen? We don’t need confetti while ringing a customer up, it really breaks the immersion) until it started glitching like a cricket. It’s almost unplayable. I don’t how to fix it. And I’m sad.

Potential. This game had potential to be a ton of fun. It misses the mark with a few things. I’m not even gonna say anything about the ads that pop up, that’s to be expected. You don’t want ads? You gotta pay money. If these things get taken into account, I will bump up the rating to a full five stars. This one is mainly for people starting up their store. You start with just two shelves. One specifically for fruits, and one for the cereal. You start with $40, fine. Don’t make the customers flood in at the start. Make only a couple only be able to be in the store at any given time. You fully stock those two shelves and the products are gone in just a couple of minutes. When you add on the fact that when you place an order to restock the shelves, you gotta wait up to 2 minutes, for the box to even show up, so on day 1 you are constantly closing and opening the store so you can get your shelves restocked. My second place of complaint is that there are no stickers on the shelves when you place a product. Especially when you get a really good store going, it could be VERY difficult to remember what is supposed to go where, cause when that product is gone, there’s nothing to indicate what was there. Honestly, if those things got fixed (Starting off with a few customers, not having to wait so long for a product to arrive, and having a sticker remain when the product is out) I would pay to remove ads, and give this a 5 star rating.

Paid for no ads, still have to watch ads. How does this game have the rating it has??? I’ve spent about 50 bucks only expanded once and now I literally cannot go forward, I’m waiting on my products which is about 15+ minutes per product. You can watch ads to not have to wait the 15+ minutes but the ads are over a minute themselves. When you get fully stocked, the product flies off the shelves which means when you open the store, pretty much you are going to sell your store out by the end of the in game day. Which also means you will be waiting for product to reopen. There are so many customers you cannot order in between customers. No down time while your store is open. I would spend more money in the game if I didn’t have to wait so long for even apples to come in. There’s no way to check what’s coming in next as well as not knowing how long each item takes to be delivered. To give context to how long you wait I ordered 30 items went to bed, I still have 17 items in queue to be delivered. Such a shame.

Only giving this a four star for one reason. I love this game like you should definitely download it, but the only reason I’m giving this a four star is it has too many ads like who likes ads really so I’m gonna take a risk here and say this game needs LESS ADS❗️ and I know I’m probably exaggerating, but this game has a ad break every like two minutes whenever I’m about to buy something new it distracts me with an “ ad break “ and it’s not fun and one time I got a 55 second ad which is not good I hate the ad part but overall the game is very fun and I know I used a lot of fun in this review but that’s because this game is really fun but yeah it’s kind of too much ads so if you’re reading this tell the Developers to put an ad break every like hour or something because if you play for an hour straight you’re gonna need an ad break so just fix that one thing and I’ll be really happy with this game thank you.

Game just like adds. Downloaddd this game as was curious. Really enjoyed it but there are several things that make it very hard to play and have made it almost unplayable. For one even on the lowest setting my phone struggles to keep up and will freeze or lag when playing it to the point I have to close out of the app. But make sure if you close out of the app you didn’t just purchase anything in the game as it will take it from you and not give it back. Several times I bought extra shelves and kept playing and came back and it’s not there. And last the ads. I get they need ads to get paid. But the inconsistency is terrible. They have a feature where if you need to watch it and they’ll have a countdown. But that countdown only happens 1/2 to 1/3 of the time. The rest of the time it just randomly gives you an ad. Until they can get some of these issues resolved I can’t give it a higher rating of more than two just because the game is really fun, but the features make me not wanna play it.

Love this game, battery issue. It’s a great game, very addicting. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the ads. You have the option to stop the ads by simply paying for no ads option. It takes time but you will eventually see an increase in profits, depending how you raise prices. It gives you the option when you stock each item on a shelf, freezer, fridge. The only thing I dislike is the cost and energy to hire a clerk. Be nice if you had lady clerks, or could hire a clerk to work daily, A clerk that did more than stand behind the counter. Like help stock shelves. If they want to be paid high salary like $200+ more a day, than they should do more. Lastly the playtime makes the phone to hot. Be nice if there were a way minimize that issue. Overall I love it!

Was good but turned bad. When I started playing it was great! Had lots of fun, usually played it where I didn’t have good service so ads wasn’t really an issue until I had good service. It got really annoying when the ads just randomly started popping up WHILE in the midst of doing a task.. sometimes it warned me and most times it didn’t. The game randomly started getting really laggy and sometimes made me turn the opposite way of where I was trying to go. Everything is expensive right off the bat and felt like it was hard to keep up with space because of the expenses. The part that really broke my patients is not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR times the game DIDN’T save my progress and the next time I opened the game not only was the new items/ furniture that I bought not there, but all the money I had put towards those things was LOST and had to save up all over again for those items and furniture!!! A better system for the energy things needs to be done other then to watch many ads.. most of the time it would make me watch/ sit through TWO ads and STILL give me 10 of them which I also found annoying and a waste of time!!

Great Concept. It’s a great fun concept but it wasn’t t thought through at all, there is no rewards whenever you level up no energy or money. So it’s pretty pointless to have levels when you still have to buy stuff. It’s hard to get energy without watching ads which the ADS NEVER STOP, they make the app crash and lag and it’s ridiculous. Waiting for products is ridiculous an hour for 24 items and that’s if you get the whole order. The customers get old pretty fast the same five people and they come in herds all at the same time no separate rushes nothing. You shouldn’t have to use energy to set prices of products what’s the point of trying to learn how to make a profit in the game to order more product and new product. I deleted because of the ads I’m not paying 4.99 to get rid of them and the fact that I didn’t get my whole order multiple times and the cashier that you have to pay daily for didn’t stay a full 12 hours he stayed through the night and then left mid day which is pointless.

Almost fun, but it’s a money grab.. I’ve played the real game on the PC and so this version definitely falls short—mainly due to the wait time when ordering product. I get it, the games a money grab, but come on. I paid the $5 to have ads removed and the game would still require insane amounts of money to be enjoyable. It takes up to 2 minutes for products to arrive and you can only receive 1 shipment at a time (unlike the real game). So if you order 6 different products, that’s about 12 real minutes you have to wait to receive everything. The products go off the shelf quickly, so you’re constantly needing to restock and wait. It costs energy to speed it up, which from what I’ve seen you can’t even earn energy? Not to mention it takes energy to set prices too—like what????? The game should just be a flat rate to pay and then you shouldn’t need to purchase energy constantly to make it playable. It’s more waiting than playing. When the energy they start you with runs out, you have to pay to get more—meaning this game is a huge investment with minimal payout. The upgrades are almost unachievable due to the price they’re set at. If you’re interested in this game, look into the real one on Steam.

only cons are the cashier & delivers (so far). I only started playing a couple days ago after seeing how it was the most similar to the pc stimulator. Maybe it was bc of my excitement that I just went ahead and paid to remove the ads that I think cost about $10 to do. The only things that annoy me is the 2 minute wait times for groceries, honestly the wait time wouldn’t be as bad if the entire order came together but having to wait 2 minutes for each item gets annoying real fast. Then there’s the cashiers… You have to “pay”/trade 50 energies to even unlock the option to have a cashier so I paid money to get extra energy just to find out that you have to have 5 energy to hire them every single time??? that makes no sense to me so I don’t use them. Pretty please with a cherry on top, at least fix the delivery wait time to either not have any or at least have it to where the entire order arrives all together after the 2 minutes

Fun but missing some stuff. This game is pretty much how to ad showed it and it is really fun BUT definitely lacks some major details. First off the ADs are terrible. I get ad breaks every couple minutes PLUS random ones when I try to get off the register or check someone out. Really ruins the game and once I get too many Ads I just end up closing out of the game for a while. Second is how fast the customers shop. After restocking all the shelves they are empty in minutes. Leading to the next main issue is how long it takes for stuff to be delivered. The costumers shop way faster then you are able to order the products. They will buy like 8 items in 45 seconds. Causing you to constantly close the store and restock. Finally is how fast you level up. It is hard to make money and keep advancing ( which is good it makes the game a little hard). But constantly leveling up and still buying the expansions and funiture you earned on level 5 while your on level 14 is makes the game more boring. Leveling up doesn’t feel like an achievement when you’ve gone up 4 levels getting the money to buy a shelf you unlocked on level 7. Game has a lot more potential if a few small changes are made.

5 stars i love it. I love this game, the graphics, the set up, and the freedom. The only issues i have found is that there are ads every minute but that doesn't affect the gameplay and every game has ads, but the number one issues is that the deliveries take a while to get to the shop and the inly way to fix it is to watch an ad or use energy to pay for the delivery to get to the store, and there is not too many ways to get energy, so i would say to add missions so that we can get energy and maybe money, and lastly i wish there was more of a plot like having to clean the floors and possibly wipe windows, just the basics of keeping the store clean. I really wish i could clean the store it would add onto the gameplay and make it so much more fun. Other than those issues this game is amazing and i don't really go a day without playing it, its so much fun and if you upgrade the game some more it would be even more fun. Good passtime. This game is overall really well put together. I purchased ad free pretty quickly after downloading and have played it regularly since then. My biggest complaint is delivery time, sometimes its three to four minutes for one item when I ordered ten. By the end of the in store day I only have half of my deliveries which alternately makes a cashier useless because I have nothing to run around and stock. You don't get a very detailed description when using energy to purchase the service licenses which makes me skeptical to buy them. I would have personally not wasted my energy on the cashiers license had I known it came with an additional daily cost that can only be decreased by using MORE energy. There is no way to get energy in game that I have seen other than watching an ad for 10 so it essentially requires the few people who pay for the game to continually spend more money to be worth their time. You can purchase energy or cash, but there are no bundles, weekly, or monthly deals or real additional benefits to purchasing.

Nice. is a fun game that does have a pretty good balance of gameplay and advertisements. The advertisements come up about every five minutes, which, considering the rate most mobile games display them, is really not as frequent. There are still a few more features that would make it more interesting. First is a Food Cart feature that allows players to restock with more than one box moved at any one time, which will drastically speed up the process. Second, an additional feature could be a Delivery Truck that would deliver boxes with goods from time to time, and the supply would go smoothly without the player's intervention. Finally, Employees would be added: virtual staff that could help players with tasks like restocking shelves or managing the cashier would be a great way to take some workload off the player and create opportunities for more upgrades strategically. These would not only add some variety to the gameplay but also make it more dynamic and entertaining.

Room for improvement. Instantly got addicted to this game, it really is great and has so much potential for future updates. Like many others have said, the ads are absolutely ridiculous. I suffered thru so many to see if I’d like the game and since I loved it I caved and got the season pass with ads for $5. But they should really adjust it because the ads every 20 seconds can really deter people from playing a great game. Also a big thing that needs to be addressed is the energy. You have to watch an ad or pay for energy and every game puts in ways for you to earn energy or it least regenerates every however many minutes. FORCING people to pay for it or not making a way for it to build back up outside of the season pass is insane. I’d love a stocker to be added to at least bring stuff from the back storage if the item is on a shelf in the front. Having a cashier is a huge help but a stocker is needed so players can focus on loading up storage room from the delivery area and ordering inventory. Would also be nice if we could color customize our shelves and coolers etc like we can with the walls and floors. Overall a great game with tons of potential to grow into an even better experience.

This game is okay but has many flaws.. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been playing this game on and off for many hours, but there’s just a lot of things that don’t make sense. Since I’m playing on an iPad and have a phone, I don’t need to look out for calls and messages since it will all also be delivered to my phone. I have the ability to just shut off the Wi-Fi on my iPad to reduce the amounts of ads, they don’t provide you with money or the little lightning things after you level up, which I think it’s dumb so I have to turn on my Wi-Fi and watch unnecessarily long ads to get the things I need. Everything is extremely expensive and it’s hard to upgrade your store, you have to relying on ads to give you the things you need since they just don’t bother giving you it after leveling up. What I also find dumb is the packaging shipment and how it takes so long for things to be delivered. You can tell this game it’s heavily made by AI so my standards aren’t too high on it but if you’re going to try to re-create a popular PC game, do it right.

Grr 😖. I really like the game and I enjoy playing it, even with the ads. One thing that does really grind my gears is the fact that lately when I close out the game and go back to it, it has taken all my storage items and thrown them about as if the cops came and raided. There will be boxes of product thrown through the store, storage area, and outside. I thought it was because I was being cheap and didn’t expand the storage but nope. I expanded the storage and it still happens. It’s really frustrating because I spend the time organizing everything in the storage room just for the game to toss it around. At one point I stopped organizing and just threw them in the storage area but that to is pointless and a waste of time. Idk I’m really thinking bout deleting it because I haven’t played in 2 days because I have to reorganize over $1000 worth of product….again🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

WILL SCAM YOU. please be cautious when playing this game. don’t get me wrong, i LOVED this game like i spent hours playing this game. i upgraded my store, played for hours watched way too many ads to count just to skip having to wait. i watched so many ads that i went and spent $8 on 1000 energy just so i could avoid that. after i spent my actual money i spent the next 3-4 hours having so much fun upgrading everything and just enjoying this game. i got home today and logged on only to find my entire game progress lost and reset to before i purchased the energy. but all my energy was gone. all those hours and all the energy used to upgrade my store, buy items, expand my store GONE. the only “support” you can contact is from DISCORD and if you read the THOUSANDS of other people who said the exact same thing happened. they literally do this on purpose and choose not to contact you. this is a universal experience and want you to be aware of what you’re getting into. super fun game but don’t get mad when you spend hours working and it be gone the next day.

Pretty Good!. Overall I think this game is pretty awesome, the only critiques I have about it would be, first, the amount of ads, and the ad that blocks the X button. I haven’t had any issues with the ads other than the one that blocks the X button. Other than that I feel that there shouldn’t be a pop up ad like that with just how many ads there are in the game. Secondly, I think that the energy should be able to be replenished once the “day” is over so you can start fresh the next day. Also my last issue is the shelves. I’m not sure if I’m the only one having this issue but I can’t move any of the shelves once they’ve been put down. It makes it very annoying especially when it comes to the expansions. I bought multiple in a row and then discovered I was unable to move the shelves so I can’t access the space for the store which I find disheartening. Other than that I think it’s a great game and definitely a fun way to kill time!

Compliments & Suggestions. Thank you to the programmers for the update to this game. I appreciate the tip jar, new customers/characters, additional furniture options, the added license/products, and for fixing the bugs. So far, this has been the best supermarket simulator game I have played. Very addicting yet relaxing. But with anything good, there is always room for improvement. Suggestions: Additional licenses/products Additional store sections - health & beauty section, deli area, bakery, flower/balloon section and coffee area. Maybe a self-serving coffee area where we can refill the coffee and buy things for it like cups, lids, stirrers, etc. Please don’t forget to add more store expansion whenever you add products. I know you have fixed the sticker for the racks, but please do the same thing for the stickers for the racks inside the storage room. Optional: Possibly more color and design choices for the interior and exterior improvement. More characters, maybe a grandma, a mom with a child/baby, people in uniform like nurses, etc. Being that I have purchased everything there is to purchase, it can get monotonous so please, please keep making improvements. This game has shown potential but it can do so much more. Thank you again for this game and I look forward to your next update. ☺️👏

Good idea bad execution. I had high expectations going in to this considering the rating but was very disappointed. This game is the definition of my title. There’s a lot of good ideas in the game but two things really kind of ruins the whole game for me. Everything is pretty much locked behind a PAYWALL, both in game and irl. The expansions and upgrades are expensive and takes some grinding to get but that’s something I don’t mind. First, there’s a stamina system (lightning bolts) that you can use to do insta-deliveries AND purchase upgrades. BUT there’s no in game way to generate it except watching ads for 10 per ad or making some real dollar purchases. Second, ADS. I purchased the ad removal deal after realizing that an ad plays after checking out 4-5 customers. Plus, there was literally an ad in the way of the screen that prevented me from playing the game. There’s no way to remove it except if you purchased the option to remove ads. Maybe the screen is better on a bigger screen. I usually don’t mind paying for the ad removal but it soured my whole experience when I realized the stamina didn’t regenerate. Seems like a major design flaw if you’re gonna include a currency used for important upgrades with no way to regenerate it except buying it or watching a ton of ads just to be able to use it.

The best game EVER!!!!!!!. This Game is amazing! there is literally no other Supermarket game that is better! this game allows you to manage and grow your own supermarket. You can order items for your store, ring up the items, and serve the customers. you can adjust the price on the items and buy furniture for your store, such as freezers, fridges, and shelves. There are several different customers, and even John Wick comes to your store sometimes lol! One of my favorite parts about the game is that it is so realistic! it is like an actual grocery store! And, there are other features in play, such as: 1. You can go out of your grocery store, walk across the street and go to the basketball court. There, you can actually play basketball and shoot hoops! 2. you can also walk across the street and go to the arcade, where there are two games: Flappy Dunk, in which you fly in airplane and try to avoid obstacles; and Skate Run, in which you ride on a skateboard and jump over boxes and traffic cones and other obstacles. This game is super cool and I totally recommend it! if you want your life to be better, get this game!!! thank you, thank you, thank you to the creators of this game!!! Implementation. I would like them to put employees of those who put products and fill the store as well as the original PC game, and that they were paid per day but not so much money as to the cashiers, also reduce the price of the employees of cashiers that only have to be paid once and daily like 120 but that they do not leave or anything, and that they add an option to add to more ATMs to be able to expand the market well, it lacks many things, but if they implemented what I asked for there will motivate me more to play the game and So you can advance more efficiently the game I'm a streamer and currently I'm shaking this game so include more things so it will improve the experience and efficiency of the game... ha and a truck wouldn't be bad and the gun that scans the products so you don't have to go to the computer to buy them Manually. I hope you get my review. I give it 4 stars because I feel like I'm stuck in that game to not have things that help the experience

Stagnant, No Incentives, Not Motivating to Play. I had to wait 12 minutes just for one box of peanut butter to come to my store and everything else in the store sold out before it even got there. The long wait is ridiculous, especially once you have a decent amount of product in the store, and I spend most of the game just watching ads to try to get product in quicker. This could be a really fun game if I didn’t spend my whole time playing it just waiting down a clock. In addition, I’ve sat through a minute of adds just for the add not to let me close it, so I had to close out the game and it doesn’t even grant me the reward, despite watching the adds. Furthermore, since we have to wait so long to get product in, I think it is pretty lame that we don’t get free energy when we level up. If we didn’t have to wait so long to progress in the game I would understand why we don’t get rewarded energy, however in order to get product quick we have to watch an add or spend energy, but in order to get energy we have to watch adds. The main reason I want energy is so I don’t have to watch so many adds to play the game. Due to the complaints I have made above, I have found no incentive to continue progressing in the game. Truly, this game could be so much fun if players didn’t have to wait so long for deliveries or even if they gave us small rewards to keep the game moving.

Great with potential. This game has potential to be great if the developers make some much needed changes. 1. Allow items to be place on the top shelf of the storage shelves. I can throw boxes up there and get them back down but I can’t place boxes on the top shelf by walking up to it and selecting it. 2. It can get very laggy, which is very frustrating. 3. Allow the Game Center to sign into the app so progress can be saved. I accidentally deleted the app and had to start over. 4. The ads are a bit ridiculous. A huge improvement would be instant delivery of my orders. I understand this is a free game but this would make me less likely to search for similar games that have this feature. Or keep the ads and provide an energy regeneration feature allowing 1 energy to be replaced every few minutes. 5. Placement of ads (in top right corner) sometimes shift down and block my check out payments. Thanks for the consideration!

Love this game but…. I absolutely love this game but it does need improvements. More products not just food but even adding other lines of products u can find at supermarkets: office supplies, party supplies, housewares, utensils, toys, children items, skincare, etc. The store is bigger than the products available so you end up having to repeat product very often. Also suggest being able to buy signs for the store, being able to clean your store, incorporating new people who enter ie. families/children. It’d be fun if u could also buy another store and expand or have events in store; u reach the end/maximum potential of this game quick. Also there’s still some bugs such as boxes moving out of storage room, wish price tags would stay longer after spending long time designing etc.

Addictive. Absolutely love this game! It reminds me of the old sim’s computer games. However I’m taking a star because of a few reasons. 1. I watch an ad all the way through & still will not get the money or energy bar that I’m supposed too it happened multiple times already. Also the ads be so long I suggest we get more according to how long the ads are because that can get annoying quick. Oh & it’s also way too many ad breaks when you already watching ads for money, energy, and to receive your products quicker. I actually deleted the app before because it was too many ads coming before I could even watch one on my own. 2. I think it’ll be nice if we could carry more than one box at a time at least to throw them away. Oh just a quick suggestion your energy should fill at least the 10’xs every couple hours or so. Instead of having to watch ads all the time. Especially since we need to use them so much.

Loved this game, but can’t save :(. I was truly obsessed with this game, but there is literally no way to save. I paid to have no ads, got more shelves, a lot of the grocery options, refrigerators, storage, etc. When I was done playing I noticed there was no option to save, so I assumed it would auto save because I feel like that’s a pretty basic component that any game should have. Went to play again and all of the things I purchased was just gone. Money or energy for those things wasn’t returned. The only thing it saved was the level and day that I was on, which essentially means nothing when I would’ve been expected to re-purchase everything I had already gotten with all my progress. Very frustrated because after removing the ads, I genuinely enjoyed this game but now I don’t even want to play because it seems pointless to never know if it’s going to save my progress or not. Please fix this.

Addicting but Laggy. Love this game it is a great time passer and I got addicted just on the first day of playing, I find myself spending hours just collecting money and upgrading my shop! However, the gameplay is a bit laggy now that I’m progressing further into my save and it gets a little irritating and hard to progress. Regarding the energy system, I wish there were more things to do to get energy like maybe using that open world to the player's advantage or playing the basketball game as a way to get energy. I also wish for in-game time to pass more when I’m watching ads so I wouldn’t have to wait extra long for whatever action I’m waiting for to happen. For example, I will watch an ad to boost my energy and or, use it to increase my money while I wait for my delivery to arrive. But once the ad is done no time has passed and everything is the same as it was before I watched the ad. Besides that, I enjoy playing and I hope to see more future updates!

Great Game! Needs a cart to move merchandise more efficiently.. Ive been playing this game for MONTHS now, ive bought the no ad deal, which is needed because you will get a lot of ads unfortunately, but its a fun relaxing game once you get rid of the ads. I love how they come out with different themes like chinese new year, Christmas, and valentines. Its a great way to offer us new fun ways to decorate and personalize our stores which I enjoy. I do have a idea that i think would help game play be alittle better. Once you upgrade your store and storage to be bigger, it does get alittle annoying to go back and forth to grab boxes one at a time when you have a ton to move. If the game could allow you to buy a cart, that holds atleast 4-8 packages (depending on size of boxes) at a time, and be able to move merchandise more efficiently, I believe that would make the game play experience so much better.

Great game just needs an update. I actually really like this game, the ads were very annoying and were sometimes placed right over the x button to close the shopping tab. But I paid to have the adds removed and it was a lot better but I feel there could be some additions to the game that would make it a little better. Like adding some kind of system that allows you to take out loans, and maybe even some side missions that make it easier to gain energy. It would also be nice to be able to have the employees work longer than just a few minutes, like being able to pay them daily or weekly. I do think this game has a lot of potential, it runs smoothly and it’s quite satisfying to play. But if you don’t pay to remove the adds then you may have a more difficult time playing and finding enjoyment in the game and I think that’s the biggest issue this game has.

fun at first. it was good at first, but i’m at the level now where it would really improve the game if i could hire a restocker, it feels like it would be impossible to manage the game with any more products than i have now beyond this point as i’m flooded with things to store/restock as it is. feels impossible to grow my supermarket any bigger from this point because of this. but, ideally, make an option for them where you can mark a shelf as “for x item” to keep things from getting chaotic

Delivery time. This game is pretty good, but If I’m honest the wait time for stock and whatever else is just pointless, there is a lot of ads but I have managed to stop them, just deactivated data allowance to the app and they stopped after a while. But back to the wait time, it’s unreasonable, could you guys please remove weight time or at least decrease it to a max of like 20 seconds? Good, but so much work!. I really like the additional licenses that have been made available, as well as other changes. I would prefer to have some softer colours available for the walls, not just strong colours. One major addition I would like to see in the game is to be able to hire an employee to pack the shelves. As the store increases in size, it becomes increasingly more work to unpack all the boxes onto the shelves. Its weird to be doing that as the store owner while you have an employee standing at the checkout doing nothing while you’re doing all the work getting the store ready for the day.

Addicting but way to many ads. My Superstore Simulator is an addictive and fun game that offers satisfying gameplay as you manage and grow your virtual store. However, the frequent, intrusive ads can be frustrating, often interrupting the experience. While enjoyable, the constant ads may deter players unless they opt for the ad-free version.

Saving Progress. I spent so many hours last night buying expansions, setting up my storage & the shop (took me around 7 hours because i was so into the game) i’ve now deleted it because my progress didn’t save and it keeps taking me back to the beginning. What a waste of a day. Was really excited to download this when i saw it in TikTok but now i 100% regret my decision.

Ad Problem. I love this game but when I watch an ad to get cash or energy, even when it says reward granted, I don’t get the reward.

⭐️⭐️ because... I am only giving this game 2 stars because it has a lot of glitches in it and a lot of ads. If you want to put ads in it that is fine but not too many…as we want to play the game and not want to watch ads all the dam time.

ADDICTING. It took me a while to figure out how to move around on the phone, which is more suited to a game controller I.e. game boy, PlayStation or Xbox controller. It’s a fun game to learn how to play in a business environment and interact with customers and give and receive money. It is also a costly game to buy energy, money, products, furniture, employees, and expand the business. I’ll give it a 4/5 game, just don’t spend too much on it because it’s an addiction and time fades away the more you play it. EDIT: the “price tags” with the previous item that was on the shelf show up (with the previous items there and no price just $ - -) even though there are no items on the shelf, fridge or fruit/vegetable shelf/rack, please fix this bug as it’s annoying.

Minor improvements. Hi there, love the game but I think there should be some minor improvement. In regard to the empty boxes and creates I think you should be allowed to use them to take any item off the shelf baring if it is the same item. It can get annoying trying to re shuffle your stock when it requires the box to be the exact item. Another thing is the recycling hit placement when you throw a box needs to be more wide. The amount of times I’ve thrown a box at the bin and it hasn’t gone through is very annoying.

Its a great game but... The game was so fun i even lost track of time, but at some point it gets a little boring like you use up money so fast its too expensive and after a bit of time you just hate the game and get annoyed. It gets REALLY BORING. And i HATE THE ANNOYING ADS THERES TOO MUCH!

Too many ads. I quiet enjoyed the game but there were just too many ads pop up while playing I ended up deleting it cos it was getting more annoying than anything. I get that free games need ads but that was getting beyond a joke.

It’s fun but TOO MANY ADS. Please I’m just trying to scan the customers items and out of nowhere a 30 second ad pops up, why not have 1 ad at the end of each day when it tells you your profits instead of in the middle of me trying to stock up on items, thanks

You could add a shelf restocker along with the cashier… and please make it so you can buy the cashiers for the full day or make it a combination of power and money… like 10k cash and 750 power to permanently keep a cashier there along with another lot for the restockers? It could boost the game and get more people to play ❤️

Didn’t receive purchase in app.. I purchased some stuff in the game for my son and he never got it. If anyone can reach out to me so I can get either a refund the products purchased that would be awesome. My kids don’t have much screen time. But he seriously like this game and usually uses this app when it’s screen time. So please. I have the invoice and everything I need to prove that I have made the purchase.

Deliveries take too much time. I watched a Markiplier video about supermarket simulator and this game is exactly like that and i really like it but the deliveries take so much time to arrive for example I have to wait 10 minutes to get 1 package and another 10 mins for another package. Can you make it like I receive them all at once in 10 minutes?

Copy of Nokia Games Supermarket Simulator and polluted with ads. This game may be enjoyable, but it is just a terrible version of Nokta Games’ Supermarket Simulator on Steam for Windows. This game is fun, but the deliveries take 2 minutes to arrive which is disgusting and makes the game almost unplayable. But the worst thing is you get an ad during gameplay, and also when you leave the checkout. I hate this game and it’s absolutely terrible.

Too many ads. Honestly really fun game but, way too many ads. I understand you have to make money but don't make the same mistake all these new games make and bombard your player base with ads. Might i suggest the little banners that play constant ads, the free choice options to boost your gameplay by watching ads, similar to what you have now but things such as an ad for a boost in customers for 2 minutes, or watch an ad for high spenders who come in and spend more than the average Joe. Other than the too many ads addicting game. Would love to see more content though further progression, more items to stock etc.

I Think this is the BEST game i have ever played in a while, I really like this game other than you get an add every 30s, but in that case i like to put on my airplane mode so it doesn’t give me adds! I really like how you have a WHOLE BUNCH of suggestions of food and expansions. My favourite thing about the game is that you can get different food packs/licences, Right now i am saving up for the one that is 900$! Overall, this game is the best i recommend downloading it!

4 Stars!. Hello game dev’s i just want to say, amazing game pretty much no imperfections. However, there is a few things i have to say. Number 1 being; There is wayy too many ad’s. I know this is how you make most of your income however i get an ad pretty much every 30 seconds which is quite annoying. 2: Please make it so that the whole store is fully customizable for instance, i want to move the counter and computer to another part of the store to make it look neater, but i cannot because it wont let me! If you can make the store fully customizable it it would be greatly appreciated and i will give 5 stars. Nice game too many ads. I like the game but I’m not 100% sure if I want to pay AUD$10 yet. Too many ads makes it hard to determine if I like the game because there’s no flow. So many ads with so many boxes that keep popping up when you try to skip it is so annoying.

Was enjoyable. The game has been quite enjoyable for about a week then suddenly, it has just become a disco of ads. They appear way too often now and there are also banners that cover most of the top right corner which blocks the close button when ordering new stock. Another thing that start to make the game less enjoyable was the fact that you can’t just hire one continuous cashier that you continue to lay, every day you gotta go out and pick a random cashier which wastes time as they are all practically the same. Also, why can we automate the check out process but can’t hire someone to stock shelves to make it more automised.

It’s ok. It would be nice to have different customers not just the same ones every time, and having a stock person to stock the shelves would also help a lot. There are way to many add. These changes would make the game perfect. This game is amazing but it would be so much better if you could receive your entire order after the wait time? I don’t understand why each item comes separately even if it’s in the same order. Even if there was an option to save up money in the game to unlock that as another feature? I don’t see how it’s possible to keep your shop stocked unless this is an option. Like what’s even the use for the storage room? Or am I missing something ? I also wish there was a button to see what you have ordered (what you’re waiting on).. there is obviously also too many ads but playing on airplane mode sorts that out. Besides these things, I absolutely love the game.

Hey, I would just like to say that the game was very fun but after a while a started getting a bunch of ads and that was really annoying and also when needing my stoke fast I realised that there was no way for me to get energy unless I were to buy it or watch and ad. So I think you can make a better way to make energy to keep the game going better. Apart from that it was fun while it lasted. I will come back soon to check the game out again.

Can’t even play it lol. You need to collect ‘energy’ to make any sort of profit in your store. Only way of collecting ‘energy’ is by watching ads.. And you can’t do that with an ad blocker. Without ad blocker, there are so many ads it’s unplayable anyways lol They should make the energy regenerate overtime at least, but of course, they wouldn’t be able to gouge your wallets that way. Potential. This game could be quite fun if not for the incessant ads that abruptly interrupt gameplay every 30secs-1min. Also, the shipments take so long to arrive, especially in comparison to the length of the in-game day. Wait times too long. I paid for the app to remove the ads because I was really enjoying it. It however is still not playable for very long unless you watch many ads. Paying for the app removed the constant ads that would randomly start but the wait times between deliveries in the game is so long it’s impossible to keep playing unless you watch ads to speed them up. You run out of goods so fast and then are stuck and have to just come back to the game in a few hours to play for another 5 minutes or watch 15+ ads to get enough delivered to continue playing for 5 minutes until you run out again. Not worth paying for!

Ads erased progress. Spent a few hours playing and getting up past level 15, only to have one of the countless ads (which play automatically with little to no warning every 60 seconds of gameplay) fail to load, causing me to need to exit and restart the app which erased all progress I had made.

Neat Game. The game is pretty cool! I like the fact that you can set your store up the way you like. The only reason I gave the app 3 Stars is because I pay for a storage to keep extra products that I buy so customers don’t have to wait for long; however, when I set my storage up neatly and stack boxes according to my liking, when you come back the boxes are literally thrown everywhere! The boxes would also be all over the floor in the store and in the street. Why is that happening? Is that a bug that needs fixing within the app? I could’ve just saved my time and energy buying only what could fit on the shelves. I hate feeling like I’m going chores on an app, cleaning up after I’ve literally stacked all my products neatly. My gameplay never saved. I’m so disappointed in this game…. First off, it started out amazing. I had fun and grinded my way up to level 21 with a hired cashier and expansion of the store. I closed out of the game after closing the store but when I opened the app again, it didn’t save my gameplay. It says I’m still at level 21 with the same amount of money I made but it started me all the way back to the beginning… even with my hired cashier still standing there, its not recognizing that I already paid the 50 Lightning bolts for the hired help… It wants me to pay AGAIN for another license…. I bought a ton of expansion, opened extra slots for new food and the app is literally not recognizing any of it. I paid money for what? Disappointed.. Not to mention, it’s super buggy & laggy. I cannot get ahold of anyone who runs this app to fix it. The least I can do is try to get my money back but I put so much time into this game and I’m just mad at this point.

Loving it !!!. I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I really enjoy it—it’s super relaxing and a great way to pass the time. I do have a few suggestions that I think could improve the experience even more. First, it would be great to have more variety in items to purchase. I often end up with empty shelves (for example, the flower stand). Adding extra options—like additional flower types or more soda variations especially for the dry rack —it would help keep all shelves fully stocked and make the gameplay feel more complete. Second, I’ve noticed some glitches when logging in, and also when moving items around. Sometimes it kicks me back to the same spot, which can get a bit frustrating. Lastly, I think adding a visible item count for the fridge and freezer would be really helpful. That way, players can know when to restock instead of guessing. It would also be useful if items showed when they’re running low (like when only 2–3 sodas, fruits, fries, etc. are left). If possible, maybe low-stock items could even be grouped or merged into a “half-stocked” state so it doesn’t take up unnecessary space. Overall though, I really enjoy the game—just a few quality-of-life improvements that would make it even better!

Delivery times are ridiculous. I actually really enjoy this game and purchased ad free shortly after downloading. After unlocking a good amount of items and expanding my store the wait time for delivery makes it impossible to play more than 2-3 in game days before having to wait an hour+ to get deliveries and restock. If I order 15 items at once I shouldn’t have to wait or pay for each individual item to come before the next delivery begins. Im waiting for 20 deliveries while writing this review and have already been watching ads and using energy all morning to try to keep my store stocked enough to be worth spending time playing. I dont mind spending a little money on games I enjoy but the way this game is set up is a total money grab energy isn’t worth the cost and is gone within a few minutes of buying unless you want to constantly watch ads after paying for ad free.

Love this game but…. I absolutely love this game but it does need improvements. More products not just food but even adding other lines of products u can find at supermarkets: office supplies, party supplies, housewares, utensils, toys, children items, skincare, etc. The store is bigger than the products available so you end up having to repeat product very often. Also suggest being able to buy signs for the store, being able to clean your store, incorporating new people who enter ie. families/children. It’d be fun if u could also buy another store and expand or have events in store; u reach the end/maximum potential of this game quick. Also there’s still some bugs such as boxes moving out of storage room, wish price tags would stay longer after spending long time designing etc.

Supermarket Simulator!. I think the game over all is an absolute masterpiece but.. I have seen other reviews saying they paid for no ads and yet we are still getting ads? Perhaps a glitch? Perhaps a money issue? I’m not sure. I also purchased it and only got 1 video after purchase so it could be just what you click on. I’ve played multiple simulators and this one is by far my favorite! It does need to get rid of the valentines update… I’m not sure if they are coming out with a new one. But I noticed they are getting rid of all the bugs which is a good sign. My recommendation: come out with a new event, fix the money issue with ads! Overall the game is sooo fun, it isn’t laggy, it doesn’t crash. It isn’t slow atleast for me. It has great potential!

Ads galore worst money grab ever. More ads than gameplay. You may be able to play for 30 seconds or if you’re lucky maybe closer to a minute before an ad comes in again. And even when you’re not being forced to watch a full ad, there are ads being shown while you’re trying to play at the top of the screen. Basically they’re trying to annoy people to pay five bucks to get rid of some ads. Remember it’s not even ALL the ads. Just not even worth playing. I only played for about an hour and done. You’re betting off getting a supermarket simulator from steam and play it at home than this trash. It’s worst than the usual trash mobile games. Just really really really desperate for money to the point that the gameplay is even more lackluster and not even worth dealing with the aggressive ad pushing to again try to make you buy a “no ads” payment that again doesn’t get rid of all the ads. One of the worse mobile games I’ve seen - ever!

Can be fun but ads are excessive. I have been really enjoying this game. It’s fun to layout your store, price your items, and work the register. I would give it 4 stars if it weren’t for the ads, glitches and seemingly slow progress you make… I have never seen a game with this amount of pop up ads before. The ads make the game almost unplayable at points. You want to leave the register? 9/10 an ad pops up. You’re walking around stocking the store? “Ad break” pops up with a timer. Sometimes there’s no warning and the ad pops up. Not to mention the constant ad in the corner of the screen. I get that free apps have ads but I’ve never played a game with the ads like this. Also, I had the app glitch one day and lost half the progress I made. I had bought a new license (new foods to sell) and new shelves. I came back the next day to play and everything was gone as if I didn’t buy it was sad to lose my progress. Lastly, maybe I am not playing right but I find it pretty difficult to build up enough money to keep up with where I’m “supposed” to be in the game. I have a couple store expansion options but am not even at the point of doing the first expansion as it costs $600. Usually I only make a profit of $200 a day but then I have to buy supplies for the next day or new shelves to stock the new items. Just hard to keep up with each new feature that comes with the level up. Still a fun game but wish it didn’t have these issues. Also warning if you get motion sickness easily, this game will probably give it to you. I noticed after playing for about 15-30min I get extremely nauseous which can happen with 1st person games like this.

And as a 10 year old it is hard to find something to play on your phone when your parents are busy and can’t enertin you that’s when I found my super market simmalater I love it you can expand the shop and get new products to stock and the best part is it is free there are some in app purchases but don’t be alarmed by the money you make it’s all fake with is not to trustworthy in most games however all games have 1 problem like most this game has to many adds but there is a trick now you can ither pay 4.99 to get rid of or since yo don’t need WiFi in this game for anything you can go to settings turn it off and boom no adds I want to thank you owner for funnily making the but game in the world 🌍🌍🌍🌍🌍🌍🌍

LOVE game but…. I love this game and yes I paid the 5.99 for no ads. It’s life changing and if you plan to build a store it’s 100% worth it. And I’m sure they’re working on mods that feel more like the PC version but I do have a few current issues. 1. The Cashier is soooooo slow, and once you have to start cleaning you’re almost better off saving the money and just taking a break from the register for a bit to clean a few hours of the day. 2. The stockers only stock fully empty shelves and just put the product wherever they want, so if you want your store to look a specific way or want products almost out of stock shelved, it WON’T do it. 3. Is there going to be a cleaner available anytime soon? If the idea is for the store to start to be self sufficient it won’t ever happen with the player having to clean and run register because of how sloooow the cashiers are. Hope for more updates soon

Great with potential. This game has potential to be great if the developers make some much needed changes. 1. Allow items to be place on the top shelf of the storage shelves. I can throw boxes up there and get them back down but I can’t place boxes on the top shelf by walking up to it and selecting it. 2. It can get very laggy, which is very frustrating. 3. Allow the Game Center to sign into the app so progress can be saved. I accidentally deleted the app and had to start over. 4. The ads are a bit ridiculous. A huge improvement would be instant delivery of my orders. I understand this is a free game but this would make me less likely to search for similar games that have this feature. Or keep the ads and provide an energy regeneration feature allowing 1 energy to be replaced every few minutes. 5. Pretty Fun Still But Could Be Better. I really like the most recent update and the game looks and feels good. There are some things that need to be fixed like customers walking behind the cash register while I’m checking customers out. More than one box needs to be able to be held at once when bringing in boxes to shelve and throw out. It would’ve been nice to put the recycling bin next to the garbage. Or just get rid of the trash can all together and just have the recycling. And why is the Valentine’s Day event still going on. The game was recently updated and the devs were too lazy to add something Christmas themed or just winter themed. And why did the items I buy for this same valentines themed or just disappear if the event is still going on. I know I got my money back but I also have empty shelves I have to fill. And remove the ads from the items for this theme because why do I have to watch an ad to get an item I already unlocked. Please fix the game.

Paid for no ads, still have to watch ads. How does this game have the rating it has??? I’ve spent about 50 bucks only expanded once and now I literally cannot go forward, I’m waiting on my products which is about 15+ minutes per product. You can watch ads to not have to wait the 15+ minutes but the ads are over a minute themselves. When you get fully stocked, the product flies off the shelves which means when you open the store, pretty much you are going to sell your store out by the end of the in game day. Which also means you will be waiting for product to reopen. There are so many customers you cannot order in between customers. No down time while your store is open. I would spend more money in the game if I didn’t have to wait so long for even apples to come in. There’s no way to check what’s coming in next as well as not knowing how long each item takes to be delivered. To give context to how long you wait I ordered 30 items went to bed, I still have 17 items in queue to be delivered. Such a shame.

You guys really need to fix the employee for the check out. Okay I have to say that this is a really good game. I really enjoy playing it and it also teaches you how to run a store for the kids if they want to run a store someday. Now people now that the only way to get energy is to watch adds. As well as the forced adds you have to watch more to get only 10 energy. Now for the main reason I wrote this, you need to fix the employee you can hire for 50 energy. I decided to level up to level 10 and bought it, with energy, from you guessed it adds. When I bought it no one even came to work and I’m still missing it and it’s been a few days. Overall it’s a very good game with not many bugs and has future life instructions for the people under 14.

Great game, but needs work. The reason I say it needs work is because first everything is so expensive but on top of that when I buy stuff and I leave the game and come back the stuff that I spent my money on is gone I don’t know if that’s some type of glitch or you’re not supposed to leave the game, but I’m not able to play the game every second of the day so I do tend to leave it but why does my stuff disappear w or I don’t have the stuff I originally had on the shelf is like totally different things and the furniture that I buy is also gone and that’s like one of the most expensive things and why do we have to pay so much for the expansion and for the furniture I feel like that should be the cheapest but the food is understandable. The game is very addicting, but it just needs a little work. Great concept though

Love this game BUT... Firstly I’d like to say I love this game but there are some “I wish there was” moments such as; carrying multiple boxes or maybe a cart that we can use to carry them atleast two boxes at one time in hand , way more storage room, more food selections (because I’ve unlocked everything), I wish the cashiers were as fast as I am lol they are too slow my customers are impatient (and I lose money lol), more supermarket space and if that happens an extra register so I can actually hire a cashier and it feels worth it or just make the register longer for more items to be brought, stock person stocks stuff randomly and wherever if a slot is empty. They should stock whatever was on the shelf beforehand. That’s all for now lol

Has potential, but failed miserably…. I tried this game, and love that Mr. Wick comes in from time to time, but all the other reviews are correct. The ads in this game are absolutely ABSURD, forcing you to buy the ad-free upgrade. There are the normal ads, that interrupt you checking out customers (of which you might get three done before an ad breaks your flow), and then maybe you are picking up trash off the floor and there will be some text that counts down to an ad break. So you could be playing for 20 minutes, and you will probably get that many ads or more within that session. I get the game is free, but that many ads in that amount of time is simply obnoxious. And when you order products for the store, you can only get one item shipped for “free” and then you can use your energy to get the rest, or watch ads. The entire game is poised as a money trap. I want to like it, but I don’t want to pay money for every little thing.

PLAYER BEWARE - WILL OVERHEAT YOUR PHONE. I’ve been playing for two days now. The first time was when I first downloaded it and it was fine! My phone was a little hot but I figured it would be fine. But after my recent play, it’s gotten more and more hot. My phone is slowly cooling down but definitely needs to be put to sleep and not touched for at least 10 minutes after playing for a bit. This game is genuinely fun. But it needs some help and rework. It’s definitely for the money, as there are ads every minute or so, especially while you’re cashiering and you have no warning. Sometimes they’ll even bug out while I’m trying to close them and have to restart the whole app. You also have to wait a while to get deliveries or else you have to use energy which doesn’t replenish on its own, which you also use to set higher prices then the market price. The only way to replenish the energy is to watch an ad for 10 of them. It’s $5 to go no ads, or $6/7 to get the starter pack. It’s a little much for an app you’ll probably play a little bit and then not touch again. It was definitely made with the success of the pc supermarket game, trying to get off from that and make money. So really, play/download at your own risk.

Im giving it a 3. The game is fun, fast paced which I love, I love how easy it is, but my only complaint is it takes SO LONG for your products to come in because the energy runs out so fast, I already purchased a few times, hut I would go broke trying to keep the energy levels, please create some sort of boost for the delivery times, you can’t keep the store fully stocked and sometimes I have to stop playing for hours just to let the time pass enough to get deliveries. Please make this easier some how without having to keep buying energy and the 10 you get from ads is gone after one delivery, I love this game, but there’s just small things I would like different, maybe like an instant delivery boost where everything you order comes in at one time for one payment, I would buy it. Just a suggestion! Otherwise it’s a great game!

Love this game, battery issue. It’s a great game, very addicting. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the ads. You have the option to stop the ads by simply paying for no ads option. It takes time but you will eventually see an increase in profits, depending how you raise prices. It gives you the option when you stock each item on a shelf, freezer, fridge. The only thing I dislike is the cost and energy to hire a clerk. Be nice if you had lady clerks, or could hire a clerk to work daily, A clerk that did more than stand behind the counter. Like help stock shelves. If they want to be paid high salary like $200+ more a day, than they should do more. Lastly the playtime makes the phone to hot. Be nice if there were a way minimize that issue. Overall I love it!

Fun, Quick, some problems. I LOVE this game! The creators are also quick to make updates and suggestions! However I think there could be SOME improvements to make the game more fun. I think it’d be cool to have a rush day where customers shop faster than normal, or even shopping carts instead of crates so customers can have bigger grocery dumps. As side from the buy time, I think it’d should be a little lower; it gets in the way of buying in bulk. In addition to this, I think I’d be cool if you could over card the customer or have a card fee. It’d be a little more realistic with a card fee. I bakery section would also be cool, and more food varies for cereal and fruits. Alone with more snacks and canned produce! Otherwise, I love this game so much! So fun!

Don’t pay for no ads if you plan on not actually seeing ads.. I paid for all non optional ads to be removed from the game, the ads can be quite intrusive and get in the way of some of the features. The price to remove ads wasn’t bad and I liked the game, so I figured I’d go ahead with it. I watch the ads for energy and to speed up deliveries, that’s not the problem. They have these billboards with ad content on them and I will admit it’s a genius way to advertise in a way that keeps ads from becoming intrusive. My issue is that I paid not to see that. Period. That is a non optional ad is it not? Also the content on the ad occasionally just takes over the app and redirects me to the webpage for what is being advertised and I am not doing anything to like ask for an ad and I am definitely not trying to visit the advertiser’s website, I guess if that makes sense. The app would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for that one little thing. Love the game, I just hate paying for false promises.

Decent but boring after a while. So I paid the money to get rid of the ads, which significantly improved my enjoyment of the game. But now that my store is level 25+… it’s boring. Other than making money and managing your stock, there is literally no other challenge. You can leave your boxes in the middle of the store and nothing happens. You can walk away from the register and make your customers wait for hours and nothing happens. There’s no consequences to poor store management. You could fill your store with one item and nothing will happen. You’re not forced to provide stock variety, you’re not forced to put products on sale. You have infinite chances to give your customers the right change because they don’t get angry if you short change them. I don’t know how much longer I’ll play it but it’s getting old fast.

Point of View. I mean this game is okay. I like that you can have a cashier and stocker but geez 300$/salary just for 1 cashier a day to make them speedy is beyond expensive. You have those people who fall asleep or get distracted in line.. kind of not something I would have added to the game I mean why? What was the point? Also if you hire a cashier and someone gets distracted/falls asleep in like the cashier doesn’t even do anything he stands there till I physically have to do it.. you’ll have a line of 45 people standing in line if you don’t. Not really exciting if I have to stand infront of the check out counter and wake everyone up. Products take forever for delivery (should have an option to pay a fee coming from your store money to pay fee) 2-3 hours waiting on a grocery delivery makes me not want to play this. Stocking shelf’s: why do some tags disappear after selling out? I hired a stocker and he was just putting products where he wanted.. even for the tags that did stay after selling out he just put whatever he wanted in that spot. Lastly, why are customers coming into the store complaining about products I haven’t even purchased the licenses for? And they stand there for 2 minutes complaining. That to also is annoying and they don’t even buy anything.

Fun, but could use some more in depth mechanics. This game is fun, but I feel like there needs to be more in depth mechanics. For example, while you can advance your store in size and product selection, as long as you aren’t running out of products (which is not difficult to achieve), you are going to make pretty much the same amount of money every day regardless of the quality of your store. Your income is pretty linear, but the costs of expansions are exponential, so you are paying a lot to better your store with little payoff. Clients are not more attracted to your store because you have a variety of items - there is essentially no benefit to expanding your selection. There is also no way to control your customer base or item demand, such as advertising and marketing. Customer satisfaction could also play into customer base. If they have to wait a long time to check out or you have items that they want out of stock, they would become less satisfied and less likely to come back. This would also incentivize players to stock a variety of items. If there was a client demand aspect, it could also mean that customers come to your store because you have an item that is potentially low margin, and since they are there, they will also buy other, higher margin items. This would incentivize players to stock more than just the high margin items. The dynamic market pricing isn’t very impactful as most rarely change, and when they do it is not by much. If you were able to increase the customer base, it would also make sense to increase the amount of registers you could have (this would also make hiring cashiers more important, as I find it better to bypass this currently since I can handle the customers just fine, and it means that I am actually doing something in the game as opposed to just watching the store run). Additionally, I get waiting for your orders, but I feel like if you place a big order, the stuff should come together on a pallet(s), so boxes aren’t flying everywhere. I’d be fine with the pallets taking longer than the standard amount of time for a single box, but it would introduce much more realism.

WILL SCAM YOU. please be cautious when playing this game. don’t get me wrong, i LOVED this game like i spent hours playing this game. i upgraded my store, played for hours watched way too many ads to count just to skip having to wait. i watched so many ads that i went and spent $8 on 1000 energy just so i could avoid that. after i spent my actual money i spent the next 3-4 hours having so much fun upgrading everything and just enjoying this game. i got home today and logged on only to find my entire game progress lost and reset to before i purchased the energy. but all my energy was gone. all those hours and all the energy used to upgrade my store, buy items, expand my store GONE. the only “support” you can contact is from DISCORD and if you read the THOUSANDS of other people who said the exact same thing happened. they literally do this on purpose and choose not to contact you. this is a universal experience and want you to be aware of what you’re getting into. super fun game but don’t get mad when you spend hours working and it be gone the next day.

Infuriating. This will likely get buried by the company, but don’t even bother with this app. The ads show up every 5 seconds. You need to watch 10 ads (that is not an exaggeration. Literally 10 ads) SEPARATE from the consistent ads in order to get “energy”, which you need to do anything. Even if you pay the $5 to remove the consistent ads, you still need to watch 10 ads to replenish your energy. So paying is worthless. The ads will also pop up mid-action, which will mess up your transaction or whatever you are doing. The ads are also broken half the time. They freeze, meaning instead of a 60 second ad, it’s probably more like 90 with the time spent frozen. There’s nothing you can do to surpass that. The game makers genuinely hate their players. Not to mention their Turbo Tax ad, which will TAKE YOU OUT of their game and open up your personal TurboTax app or site and urge you to sign in. Yes that’s right, they are literally trying to hack your tax app openly. Nothing you can do to block these either. Finally, although the game itself is fun, it’s impossible to progress because the ads (even if you pay for the freaking app) will interrupt you at every turn. You would have to pay real life money to buy money in-app to really completely their objectives. I’d say you’d need a minimum $15 to actually play the app for a little bit. As long as you’re okay with ads and your TurboTax account getting hacked, of course. I have never reviewed an app to my own memory. I promise none of this is an exaggeration. I’m upset with myself for wasting my morning on this app.

Grr 😖. I really like the game and I enjoy playing it, even with the ads. One thing that does really grind my gears is the fact that lately when I close out the game and go back to it, it has taken all my storage items and thrown them about as if the cops came and raided. There will be boxes of product thrown through the store, storage area, and outside. I thought it was because I was being cheap and didn’t expand the storage but nope. I expanded the storage and it still happens. It’s really frustrating because I spend the time organizing everything in the storage room just for the game to toss it around. At one point I stopped organizing and just threw them in the storage area but that to is pointless and a waste of time. Idk I’m really thinking bout deleting it because I haven’t played in 2 days because I have to reorganize over $1000 worth of product….again🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Good cool game. It is a good game but it has a lot of ads it is annoying i love having this game you get to hire people so you can make sure that know whole is getting mad some times the people get mad because you do not have the food they what I will give it a five star it like you are practicing to work at it in real life they will give you 10dollars just to whatch a ad known whine has time for that and you need Wi-Fi so if you have a iPad like me it will not work in the car beach hotel it is fun to put food up on the shelf❤️ it is funny 😂😂that I just do the ad if I do not have money that is only in emergency 😂 and if you what 700dollars it will cost 20 dollars I am not paying for that I have to save my money💴💰

ALMOST a perfect game. At the time of writing this review ive only ever played the game for 20 minutes since i got it and everything is great, from the graphics being as what could be expected, to the movement, to the simplicity in being able to play the game. The ONLY problem ive had is… the ads* they are constantly popping up which makes the game less enjoyable. I feel like the developers got ad happy and said “lets make a good game but load it with forced ads ON TOP of the ads you voluntarily watch to get rewards” I get it though, ads bring in money and help intrigue the player to getting other games AND if wanting get rid of the ads you have to pay but for those that dont want to or arent FULLY committed to the game to pay; i ask the developers, if possible dial it back on the ads please. Then id reconsider the 3 star review.

I like it, buuuut…. The game in itself is great. I paid for the add free experience, but I noticed they still lock you out of certain features with ads, that shouldn’t be a thing if I paid for no ads, and the game shouldn’t have ads as a paywall if I already paid. The game also doesn’t really explain certain features, why am I spending all this time upgrading my employee and watching ads after paying for no ads, just so my employee can go on strike and never return on their own, what’s the benefit in upgrading my employee if they’re just going to keep striking after every single workday without a cooldown. (Cooldown is also paywalled with ads despite me purchasing ad free) fix these issues for the people that pay for ad free and I’ll change my review. Also make a guide, there’s no information about this game and the tasks don’t show, you just randomly will complete tasks but you can’t view what tasks are available. 🙃

Stop giving 5 stars. Giving the game 5 stars to list things that rob you of enjoyment is counterintuitive. This game used to be enjoyable but it’s lost its spark. Honestly I preferred the old graphics to the new ones - The new cashier update was unnecessary, I don’t understand why they’re so slow. Quite frankly, it’s annoying. I believe since there’s a stocker role if you fixed the cashier the cleaning feature wouldn’t be such a grievance (with less spills) - Repeating the love event is kind of lazy, especially when you’re adding new features that aren’t adding or enhancing the gameplay. It’s been that way for months, you could easily do a fall event have posters and themes wallpaper and such for that, store items could be pumpkin pie/cake, pumpkin spice coffee or creamer, apple or pecan pie, caramel apples, maple cookies, cinnamon rolls. - New licenses; some creamers, different cleaning products, more snack options, sparkling water, almond and oat milk, nuts, seasonings, granola, canned goods, bottled juices, more soda flavors. - That new feature where customers fall asleep or are distracted by a phone call is cool. If possible to add like a thief feature where they come in with a thought bubble of something that isn’t out of stock and they walk around a couple times before attempting to steal and if they make it out with the item the amount is automatically deducted from our funds.

Enjoyable. I do enjoy the game, however I wish there were a couple more features which would make it closer to 5 star. First, we can hire a cashier but unfortunately not a stocker so you spend a lot of time trying to restock the shelves even if you have extra in your storage/stockroom. Second there is no way to see what you have on order for delivery and some of the delivery times are 10 min out so if you order multiple things it can be an hour plus waiting for them to drop. By then it is easy to forget what you’ve ordered. It would be nice to have a tab on the laptop to see what items are coming eventually. I did enjoy the holiday theme for xmas and hope they plan to do more things like that. Maybe even without needing a specific holiday.

Great game but changed from 3 stars to 2 since recents updates….. Great game! THERE ARE STILL ISSUES BUT…. Purchasing the ad free option is absolutely worth it! Loving that you are finally updating the game with new products, BUT…we need either the option to trash decorations we dont want OR open up the back storage area in the chain fence for us to put them when we dont want to use them!!! They take up too much room! And who wants a Christmas Tree in summer? And a store diorama?? Come’on! Give us trash or storage options with the deco! Especially the cat! Bad choice purchasing the tree!! 🤬 ALSO- the option to purchase more melons is GONE! My customers are mad they want melons and its no longer an option for us to purchase! Also- spills have become excessive again! Little ridiculous! I have such a love hate for this game! I really hope you see this and take these suggestions in consideration or I will have to quit playing…..

it’s good, lacks something’s. so I like this game and it is a good alternative to the one on pc, but it can be annoying at times. Of course there will be ads but there way to frequent. you get ads every couple of minutes and it genuinely takes away from the enjoyment. Plus, waiting for new orders takes WAYYY too long, and the only way to speed it up is watching 1 minutes ads every time. I also do not like the system of the speedy things that you need to hire workers, set prices up higher, and like other stuff that does not need to be bought like that. And the only way to get these things is you guessed it, ads. (or you can buy some but who wants to do that?) overall it can be fun and it is like the one on pc, but if your not willing to watch millions of ads or pay a bunch of money, i’d probably not get it.

The best game EVER!!!!!!!. This Game is amazing! there is literally no other Supermarket game that is better! this game allows you to manage and grow your own supermarket. You can order items for your store, ring up the items, and serve the customers. you can adjust the price on the items and buy furniture for your store, such as freezers, fridges, and shelves. There are several different customers, and even John Wick comes to your store sometimes lol! One of my favorite parts about the game is that it is so realistic! it is like an actual grocery store! And, there are other features in play, such as: 1. You can go out of your grocery store, walk across the street and go to the basketball court. There, you can actually play basketball and shoot hoops! 2. you can also walk across the street and go to the arcade, where there are two games: Flappy Dunk, in which you fly in airplane and try to avoid obstacles; and Skate Run, in which you ride on a skateboard and jump over boxes and traffic cones and other obstacles. This game is super cool and I totally recommend it! if you want your life to be better, get this game!!! thank you, thank you, thank you to the creators of this game!!! My Superstore Simulator is the #1 BEST GAME ON THE PLANET!!!! I hope this review was helpful. Have a nice day!

I really like it BUT. I really really like this game. I found it through Markiplier and it’s been really fun. One of the things that really do ruin it, though the amount of time it takes for all of your stuff that you ordered to get delivered. I would understand if maybe it took about 10-15 minutes for the entire order to get delivered that would still be fun and playable. But when you have to wait 5 to 15 minutes per item that you ordered, and you ordered 85 items it gets to be where I lose interest super fast because in order for me to sell anything I have to wait a couple of days. I really hope in the future they change it so i can continue enjoyinh the game. I even paid for the no ads as well as a couple of extra things so I can get the most out of the game but just waiting so long for my deliveries ruins it.

Storage Room. Ok so I’ve had this game for a year, I still love it and enjoy playing it especially on stressful days. I have been waiting for new licenses to be created and I’m happy to see they have with the new updates, But I wish they would make the storage room-bigger. I have unlocked the storage room to its full capacity and there’s no more room for shelves to stock up even more now with the new items. Also the new update for the stocker is thankfully stocking items where they are but sometimes it randomly starts stocking a certain item on a empty shelf and it keeps constantly trying too (even though the other shelves need to be stocked up ) and it stops and goes to stand outside without finishing the other shelves so I just end up removing the stocker.

????….. Love this game! Daily play and I’m always ordering and restocking. But the pass continuing constantly is annoying. The valentines one went on for a year and now the Christmas one is still going on but resetting without any of the prizes. I know it takes a while to do updates but you would think they would constantly be fixing and updating. I enjoy this game a lot. It lags quite a bit and sometimes when you run out of items and don’t stock fast enough the customers will not register when you do restock and just walk into the walls.. there’s a lot of improvements it needs but for now it’s still fun to play. I wish the store can expand more! I’m on the last one for $50,000 and the store is still kind of small if you want to fit all your prizes. Since the furniture takes up so much space. Hopefully an update will be coming soon!

Great Game! Needs a cart to move merchandise more efficiently.. Ive been playing this game for MONTHS now, ive bought the no ad deal, which is needed because you will get a lot of ads unfortunately, but its a fun relaxing game once you get rid of the ads. I love how they come out with different themes like chinese new year, Christmas, and valentines. Its a great way to offer us new fun ways to decorate and personalize our stores which I enjoy. I do have a idea that i think would help game play be alittle better. Once you upgrade your store and storage to be bigger, it does get alittle annoying to go back and forth to grab boxes one at a time when you have a ton to move. If the game could allow you to buy a cart, that holds atleast 4-8 packages (depending on size of boxes) at a time, and be able to move merchandise more efficiently, I believe that would make the game play experience so much better.

Good Game, But It Could Be Better. This game is enjoyable, but I believe it has the potential to be even more engaging. For example, the daily cashier purchase is a bit annoying—most of the time, I end up ringing up customers myself. It would be nice if cashiers could receive raises periodically, and to avoid giving them a raise (or to lower their pay), we could spend energy to manage it. Another feature that could improve the game is adding the option for a stocker to help fill the shelves. The same concept could apply here: use energy to avoid the need for a stocker, or to give them a raise. I also think it would be great if other locations were unlocked for gameplay. Maybe there could be a trade feature where you can exchange stock with another store in return for energy. Additionally, instead of having packages drop out of the sky, a delivery truck system could be introduced. Players could have 10 minutes to add items to the truck order, and once completed, the truck would take about 5 minutes to deliver. Once the truck arrives, we would need to unload it before we could place another order. Players could spend energy to get a new truck or to automatically unload it. These are just some ideas I hope the developers will consider. Overall, the game has potential, and with a few updates, it could be even more fun and immersive.

Play as a time passer. I love this game! It’s very interactive and I will play a shift then order my groceries I need restocked in a haul and pretty much close the game and once I get notified it’s been delivered I’m back at it again lol my only complaint would probly be like right now it’s Spring time and it’s still Winter time in the game so like being able to do different things as the seasons change and put new mini games out like the hot chocolate machine that was from Winter. Also I would like to be able to either delete or sell trinkets if I don’t care to keep them like the fish tank or the cat and the cat tower cuz all the Winter stuff I received I have it just sitting outside the store cuz I have no room in storage room 😂 so it’s just minor things but whoever moved the recycling bin closer to the store thank you! LOL

Great game but…(suggestions). The game is great but there can be a few improvements. There are way too many ads that happen within every 5 minutes of playing, i understand the ads need to happen but maybe make a prize after watching the ads so it doesn’t make it as grueling. Even if it’s like 5 energy for watching an ad, would be cool. Also please make a queue for when you order stuff so you can see what’s upcoming in the next delivery An option for making carrying the boxes easier would be nice, only being able to take one box at a time especially with big deliveries can be a bit more of a chore than a game at times, especially time to pack away. Maybe also making the storage shelves be able to hold 1-2 more boxes would be nice Also how do we get energy? Is it only through watching ads? If so, maybe this can be improved upon as well, maybe within 24 hrs we get rewarded with 5-10 energies? Overall great game and I enjoy playing it, just wanted to give some of my suggestions! Hope you all see this and take some ideas into consideration :) overall it’s an amazing game but I feel like certain additions would make it even more enjoyable, some days it really does feel a chore/job 😅

Too many ads and the new update. 😡. This game is so fun like I don't think I can get bored of it, but honestly, the amount of ads I have to watch jus to play the game is insane. I'm not going to pay $5 just to stop the ads either. I would get it if an ad played after the day ended, but it's all the dang time! Sometimes it won't even give me a warning 🤦🏾‍♀️ I'm in the middle of something? AD! There's even an ad at the top of the corner of the game! Like please remove the amount of ads that shows in this game it would make it so much better. So the new update completely messed with my licenses. I'm not able to buy the items I need for my store anymore and now I have to more licence to get each new item back. I opened up the game and I tried to order sodas and snacks for my fridge, only to see new produce,magazines, screwdrivers, and markers. Now I have to wait for these slow customers to hurry up and buy the items off of the shelves so I can replace them cause I can't buy them until I have over $1000. 😤

Loved this game, but can’t save :(. I was truly obsessed with this game, but there is literally no way to save. I paid to have no ads, got more shelves, a lot of the grocery options, refrigerators, storage, etc. When I was done playing I noticed there was no option to save, so I assumed it would auto save because I feel like that’s a pretty basic component that any game should have. Went to play again and all of the things I purchased was just gone. Money or energy for those things wasn’t returned. The only thing it saved was the level and day that I was on, which essentially means nothing when I would’ve been expected to re-purchase everything I had already gotten with all my progress. Very frustrated because after removing the ads, I genuinely enjoyed this game but now I don’t even want to play because it seems pointless to never know if it’s going to save my progress or not. Please fix this.

Only giving this a four star for one reason. I love this game like you should definitely download it, but the only reason I’m giving this a four star is it has too many ads like who likes ads really so I’m gonna take a risk here and say this game needs LESS ADS❗️ and I know I’m probably exaggerating, but this game has a ad break every like two minutes whenever I’m about to buy something new it distracts me with an “ ad break “ and it’s not fun and one time I got a 55 second ad which is not good I hate the ad part but overall the game is very fun and I know I used a lot of fun in this review but that’s because this game is really fun but yeah it’s kind of too much ads so if you’re reading this tell the Developers to put an ad break every like hour or something because if you play for an hour straight you’re gonna need an ad break so just fix that one thing and I’ll be really happy with this game thank you.

Great game just needs an update. I actually really like this game, the ads were very annoying and were sometimes placed right over the x button to close the shopping tab. But I paid to have the adds removed and it was a lot better but I feel there could be some additions to the game that would make it a little better. Like adding some kind of system that allows you to take out loans, and maybe even some side missions that make it easier to gain energy. It would also be nice to be able to have the employees work longer than just a few minutes, like being able to pay them daily or weekly. I do think this game has a lot of potential, it runs smoothly and it’s quite satisfying to play. But if you don’t pay to remove the adds then you may have a more difficult time playing and finding enjoyment in the game and I think that’s the biggest issue this game has.

Cute supermarket game. I was looking for a simulator to play to pass time and I’m glad I came across this game. It’s fun for what it is. I just have a few cons which I’m sure the developers will correct eventually. The helpers for the cash register and stocking are kind of useless because the cashier moves entirely too slow not allowing enough customers to enter the store. Also the stocking helper restocks multiple of the same item instead of what the customer is asking for. Lastly any time after 8:00pm the customer does not recognize that you have added their wanted item to the shelf and they will stand there angry until 9:00pm and then leave. Other than that the game is cute, I just look forward to more grocery items being added for example onions, carrots, watermelon, salad mix, etc.. I’ll continue to play until I get bored. 🙃

Tip jar broke, idk what to do after level 30.. Love the game, at level 40, adds are admittedly a bit much but 5 bucks solves that problem or just playing on airplane mode but ur game might crash if u do that. Only thing is my tip jar is broken and his holding over 600 dollars hostage and I wanna cry. Every time the counter ends it restarts. I’ve tried restarting the app, uninstalling and re installing and it’s still broken. I’m not sure what I should do. Also can we get more level rewards after level 30? 1000 dollars every level is nice but after you hit level 30 you stop getting prizes and decals and stuff. And once you hit level 30 you basicly make enough money to run no problems so the 1000 isn’t much of a motivator. Still a fun game tho. Exited for next update.

Compliments & Suggestions. Thank you to the programmers for the update to this game. I appreciate the tip jar, new customers/characters, additional furniture options, the added license/products, and for fixing the bugs. So far, this has been the best supermarket simulator game I have played. Very addicting yet relaxing. But with anything good, there is always room for improvement. Suggestions: Additional licenses/products Additional store sections - health & beauty section, deli area, bakery, flower/balloon section and coffee area. Maybe a self-serving coffee area where we can refill the coffee and buy things for it like cups, lids, stirrers, etc. Please don’t forget to add more store expansion whenever you add products. I know you have fixed the sticker for the racks, but please do the same thing for the stickers for the racks inside the storage room. Optional: Possibly more color and design choices for the interior and exterior improvement. More characters, maybe a grandma, a mom with a child/baby, people in uniform like nurses, etc. Being that I have purchased everything there is to purchase, it can get monotonous so please, please keep making improvements.
