Bad app, wish to have the old one back. There’s not error description. I already had an old account that I didn’t know about. I was trying to set up another one it kept getting a loop. Turns out my email was associated with an account and I needed to change my password. I spent way too much time setting up this account that was needed when it could have been an error message. Also now that I have the account I can’t setup billing. Anytime the keyboard on my phone needs to be used it disappears. Not everyone has access to a computer.

Great App. It's a simple yet functional App. I like that you can log in with your face ID. As soon as I'm logged in, I'm able to view my current bill details. I can easily pay my bill—I'm literally in the app, less than 60 seconds, and my bill is paid!

Nice improvements!. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The app is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing my energy usage and payments a breeze. The app also allows me to easily pay my bill, set up auto-pay, and even report outages directly from my phone. Overall, I highly recommend Xcel Energy's new mobile app to anyone looking to simplify their energy management and payment

Statement missing. New app is worthless. Cannot view current statement.

Great app!! What a transformation from the old app. Very straight forward such a massive improvement

New App Less Function. With the previous app I could monitor my usage. This is an important feature since I have solar and would like to ensure that my production is accurately reflected. Hopefully this gets added before the old app sunsets.

Sign in page blank. This app is completely unusable. It's impossible to sign in because the sign in page is blank. Glad I didn't delete the old app

App function is broken. The app doesn’t let me pay my bill? It says “sorry we couldn’t fully load your account data” it’s not on my side either, I’ve tried multiple internet connections nothing works, this defeats the whole purpose of having a convenient app.

Not impressed. It was hard to make this app worse, but somehow they managed. All the 5 star ratings must be company employees, because this app is still terrible.

Old app is better. The new app is ridiculous and not as easy to navigate as the old app. The old app looked better and was much easier to navigate than the newer version. I don’t like Xcel as is and I’d rather have a different company but they are the only company where I live so that’s why I have them. They are constantly changing things so once you get used to something and have a way to get things done they change things. ( the app changes less than the rates so I guess they are trying to keep up with the rate increases)

Where is current energy consumption. While the new layout seems intuitive, it is missing the current energy consumption, which is ‘my energy’ in the old app, or it is too hard to find. Please correct.

App doesn’t work. I just downloaded the new app. When I try to sign into my account I get a blank screen. Some improvement… Using the old app I can still log in and pay my bill. At this point I’d have to say the new (improved) app is useless!

Incorrect usage data. I just opened your new app. Meh! The usage data jumps from September 2024 to December 2024. We Just started November and October doesn’t show. Tested? 😵‍💫

Non-sensical Usage numbers. I have solar on my roof. During the summer I generate more electricity than I use so I ‘deliver’ electricity back to Xcel. But in the new app it shows those kWh’s as “usage”. It actually adds what Xcel ‘delivered’ to me to what I ‘delivered to Xcel’ and calls that my “Usage”. That is a non-sensical number. My actual usage is what they delivered to me plus what I used directly from my solar (that Xcel actually cannot see). The app should show as my usage only what they delivered to me. And my ‘net usage’ should subtract what I delivered to Xcel, not add what I delivered. Someone else used that electricity.

Great app!. Very slick - fast, simple, easy to use!

Way better. All I can say is thank you. I struggled quite a bit previously and this app is so much easier to use. Love the improvements in how I can see my usage in connection with when power is cheaper and that my account shows my credit card payments immediately.

Useless. This app used to have current usage information. Now it is just a rehash of the information in my monthly bill.

Just want to see real time usage. Annoying web site/app I have deleted it C.D.

UI Updates. UI is nicely streamlined, but you went a little too far. I regularly use day and hour graphs to track usage. Please restore capabilities.

OLD APP WAS BETTER. Missing a lot from the old app that was helpful . No longer can find the savings dashboard , no way to start/stop/pause service anymore & the usage charts seem way off . No longer using the app , only thing you can do is see/pay the bill from it . Unnecessary switch

App doesn’t load on demand readings. Old app worked fine for on demand readings so please fix.

Signing in issues. When I try to login in. The app won’t even allow my keyboard to pop up to type in my username and password.

Fix it!. "Sign In" loads a blank page. Old app was subpar. New app doesn't work at all; impossible to sign in
