Glitch 😞. I love the app and have been using it ever since wink got removed, but now it keeps glitching? Whenever i use the quality retouch effect it keeps getting stuck at 80% and just won’t move. i’ve seen multiple people write reviews on it so i hope they fix it.

80% glitch. I’m glad I’m not the only who’s been getting stuck at 80% while the video is loading for quality😕 I’m an editor so of course I find a way to make the quality of my edits better. I used the app Wink but couldn’t find it in the App Store later now that I deleted it? Had to find a replacement so I found this app. Just the exact same like Wink with quality until it started to glitch😭Please fix it

Great video editor - together with its sister photo editor. I enjoy using this as it’s easy and simple to use. I like that it has options to smooth the face just like the sister app that edits pictures

Best app for artists.. I am a hair and Makeup Artist working mainly on bridal. I often find that while the client looks absolutely amazing when I finish with their hair or make up the lighting is just not great in the spaces that we have to get ready. I love that in this app, I am able to adjust the temperature and brightness of a video while keeping the rest of the video intact. This has significantly helped my social media accounts. We all know that as an artist, you have to also be a content creator. Which is the most stressful part of my job. I don’t always have time to take the bride into seven different rooms to get the best lighting and photos. Often times I only have about 30 seconds to grab content after spending 3+ hours on getting her ready.I love that. I can use this app if I need to adjust the lighting because where we were just wasn’t right.

Just purchased. Have yet to find video eraser option. No remove watermark as they state, no remove object from back ground, all they features they advertise here or in photo app for this app aren’t available and I paid. Huge disappointment.

No Eraser. I bought a subscription because i have videos where i need to edit the backgrounds. The Tutorial even tells you how to do it, but IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. It is not included. Shame! I’m disappointed, i feel cheated.

Easy tool to Use. Love using this tool. Wish when you applied the makeup it would not move around during playback. Also would like for the enhancements to upgrade faster.

Fix asap!. It’s glitching! It goes all the way to 80% and stops, I fell asleep waiting for it to load and when I woke up the next morning it was still at 80%, I had been asleep for over 12 hours. IT WAS STUCK AT 80% FOR 12 HOURS!! So this app is useless bc it doesn’t load. Plz fix.

Remove water mark. This app look easy to use , but absolutely is not for remove water mark is not work , for 3D animation doesn’t work waiting almost 1 hours to upload only 70 percent, quality for HD video is clear.

About app. I heard about this from my freind so I went to go check it out and I have been using it for my edits it just makes them at least 4k quality but yeah go check this app out

IDK What's going on with this glitch!. Recently downloaded the app. Tried it, and it was ok. But the next time I tried, it was stuck at 20%. I really need it to enhance my videos but it won't ENHANCE! You guys need to fix this glitch IMMEDIATELY!

It's amazing. This app makes your videos look crazy good. Even if you only utilize the HD portion, but there's so much more to it! Totally worth it.

It’s ok just one thing. When I picked I think 2k for quality it seemed almost the same does 4k make it better otherwise it didn’t seem like it made the quality better I wanted it to be like how most modern phones take pics and videos Im not hating I understand if im being rude just a small little issue. Won’t load for HD past 80%. First of all customer support is non existence! They don’t even respond to your reports. The app worked fine when I first downloaded it. Now it fails to fully process HD videos and stops processing at 80%!

Stuck at 80%. This is a great app, I even purchased premium to get unlimited quality enhancement. But it gets to 80% then doesn’t move, please fix this because I spend money when it doesn’t even work.

I love it but... I love this app I use it for quality and a coloring for my edits but.. lately when I try to do my quality it loads but once it hits 80% it just stops and I really need it for my quality and coloring and I don’t know what’s going on. Thank you.

The sound. Helps me enhance my edits well! But my biggest complaint is that sometimes its alters my videos sound by bass boosting it and making it sound extremely crunchy when the original vidoes sound is fine. Please fix this!
