It’s the subscription for me. I got the app because I wanted to be alerted when Taylor starts the surprise songs, just to find it locked behind not only a pay wall, but a subscription service! So it’s not even a one time payment, you have to pay $2 every month. Like yeah it’s only $2, but that’s 2 dollars I could have saved just for some notifications. Do better and curb your greed. Otherwise the app is good if you don’t need the notifications, it mostly quizzes and twitter alerts for Taylor swift accounts. But if that’s what you came for you will enjoy it.

Swiftly Run To Download This!. This app is so fun!!! My friends and I have joked that this has needed to be a thing, and it finally is! The livestream links are a nice touch, no more running to the TikTok Live feed to scroll through lives of people sleeping, weird guys selling you clothing from 2012, or weirdly-specific ASMR to find an Eras Tour feed. Instead, it’s just all there waiting for me to click on it!! 10/10 from this swiftie (and all her work friends who she forced to download it too) 🫶

🫶🏻🫶🏻. I love it so much it’s a app that tells you real time what’s happening but it’s for swifties I love it I know when a show starts when anything happens on tour I think it’s smart it’s a very good app and you would never delete it love this app so much 🩵🩵🩵👸

A useful, fun and helpful app about tour. Such a great app! I’m a busy mom who can’t always watch the streams of the tour so this is app is incredibly helpful in keeping me in the loop while I’m unable to watch the tour. Thank you for making this app.

Not able to scroll down on trivia. This app has been great so far, the only thing I would fix is the fact that on the folklore/evermore lyric trivia, on the last page you are not able to scroll down to submit your answer and move on to the next page.

Swift alert!. This app is the best! You know what time the show starts. Put on a timer for rep era. I gave me the alert. It was the best when I was doing homework. Then I didn’t have to do two things at once. Plus I can look up tour dates. Works like a charm. It is worth the 2 dollars. Yes I think so. I don’t how it gets better than this! 🫶🏻

WAS really great. this app was amazing at first, you got to see all the updates on which era taylor was performing and fun surprise songs. now it’s barely worth anything unless you’re willing to pay for “premium stuff” which is annoying considering getting these updates was the whole point of having this app. definitely not worth it anymore.

Disappointed. Well. I downloaded this app right before it blew up on TikTok. Super excited to keep updated with Taylor alerts as I live in a different time zone and it’s hard to keep looking at a livestream. But like all apps the second it becomes famous you have got to start paying for it. Opened to app to learn that all the alerts are now premium. Anyone can look up livestreams or look at taylor nation/taylors account. So sad.

great app for swifties!!. This app is perfect for swifties who don’t want to wait on grainy, glitchy livestreams for suprise songs or a certain era. It updates you on everything you need to know and has so many amazing features! The layout is so cute and the app is amazing!

Pay ?. It is a great idea, being alerted for things such as when the surprise songs are, when different eras start, and new outfits. It’s perfect, until you realize you have to pay to get notified. At that point I might as well look online for the answers. The entire reason I got it was so that I could see what the surprise songs were at work or when I’m out and not have to worry about missing it. Guess it won’t work. Again I love the idea just feels capitalized since you need to pay for anything useful

Was great… until it took my money!. This app was really great until the most recent update requiring you to pay- it immediately stopped giving me the updates I wanted and when I deleted and redownloaded the app, it now doesn’t recognize my purchase. I don’t recommend until they fix those issues unless you don’t care about losing your money.

Money Seekers. This app was great when I first got it. It worked for the first night of this leg of tour and I could get notifications when Taylor got on stage and when the surprise songs were going to start. I like the idea of this app a lot. I went to look at the app and now I have to pay for it. It was originally a free app for people to use to interact with the tour more instead if just guessing when to find a live steam to watch because of time zones. Now when you go on the app they’re making you pay for a premium subscription in order to select the notifications you want. They shouldn’t make you pay for something that is the whole reason the app was created. There’s so many features they added to the app in the last day that you now have to pay for. The people who made this app just want money and don’t care about real fans and the reason they made the app in the first place. I guess I can’t use the app anymore for its intended purpose since it’s not free anymore…

SO COOL!. this app is amazing, i no longer have to track time zones and set alarms to make sure i don’t miss surprise songs because this app does it for me! the quizzes are so cute and fun too and its all around been such a fun app to use!🩵🩵

Great app for swifties!. My only gripe is that it’s now not a fully free app, you have to pay for additional features when originally it was all free. I thought it was an app made by swifties to help other swifties but it seems like another person wanting to profit off of the Taylor swift success.

Notifications and surprise song tracking used to be free until app developers got greedy. I downloaded this app when there were only five reviews for it and it would give me notifications when the shows would start, which openers were performing, and when my favorite eras were starting for FREE. I even got notified if a show was rescheduled! I also got to keep track of all the surprise songs that have been played for FREE as well. All of a sudden this app must have gotten very popular because it now has 100+ reviews and the developers now want me to pay for PREMIUM access just to get notifications and surprise song updates. Unbelievable.

The best app for swifties!. I love that this app keeps track of surprise songs, the setlist, and provides live streams to watch if you can’t make the concerts. I love that it also notifies you about when she takes the stage and when she enters certain eras and sings the surprise songs. This is a must have app for a swiftie to have! Please download. You won’t regret it!

Useless. Unless you want to have another pointless subscription charge to come out of your bank account each month… don't get the app. They market the app as if it's an alert app for swifties, but that's only of you pay for the “premium version.” The free version is virtually useless as it only does stuff I could easily find with a Google search. But the notifications of the tour and surprise song tracker are features you now hav to pay for.

In love. I love how this app notifies me when Taylor goes on stage!!!!! When I forget there’s a concert that night or I’m in class or something like that, it reminds me what’s happening. It’s accurate tik which is one of this apps best features.

Love this app. This app makes any swiftie’s life easier from tracking what era she’s in during concert to what surprise songs are left to guess. Only thing missing is a way to track what outfits she is wearing at the concerts. If they add this it’s five stars for sure.

You can’t spell “awesome” without “swiftalert”. I love this app! Bought the premium as soon as it was announced and after a few kinks got worked out, it’s now a well-oiled machine with notifications beyond surprise songs and into major news events, merch drops, and games the app creates. It’s so much fun— I’m not someone who spends money on apps, ever, but this was cheap and an incredible value for the price. Thanks, Swiftalert, for the great app but also the prompt customer service, even in the first few days when I know it was chaos 🥹🫶🏼

AMAZING. In this app to have all the features you do need to pay like $2 for a lifetime access (good deal in my opinion) but this helps me so much bc I’m never on social media so I’m always outdated on my swiftie knowledge but now I can know all her surprise songs and see all her posts it is an overall great app

Eras Updates All in One Place. This is so convenient for keeping tabs on Eras shows and remembering what songs have been played as secret songs. Thank you for doing this and saving us from doing time zone conversions lol

Pretty good. I was enjoying the app a lot. It’s very nice to get a notification during eras tour shows about whether or not there’s new outfits or what the surprise songs are, especially if you don’t have time to sit down and watch a live stream. I am however disappointed they moved the surprise song tracker behind a paywall. When the app first got started I enjoyed being able to go through that and the fact that we can’t anymore without paying is disappointing.

I have an idea of what to add. I love this app! It tells you when all the eras during the tour starts (which is so nice if you like to watch livestreams of surprise songs like me:) What if on the calendar part you also put when chiefs games are so people can watch those too:)

Disappointed. Loved the app at first, but now that it has gotten some traction on TikTok the creator has made the alerts a premium-only feature, essentially defeating the purpose of the app. The surprise song tracker is now a premium feature as well, so everything that’s left is easily accessible online (tour dates, twitter posts, and quizzes)… I understand the idea of having premium features, but now the app is basically useless if you don’t pay. Disappointing that this has turned into another greedy attempt to take money from Swifties. Do better!

Very Useful. I’ve seen the eras tour a million times, and i am a very busy person , but sometimes taylor changes outfits and of course i wanna see the surprise songs because that’s always different too. So having the option of like turning a notification on that surprise songs are about to start, and them notifying you each time there’s an outfit change is really nice. They have really cute little phrases for each notification that are themed around the album or song for which era you got the notifications for during the show, and i also really appreciate being able to see which songs have or have not been played as a surprise song yet, cause it’s too hard to keep up with that on my own. The layout of the app is really cute , however there’s an issue where i can’t see the bottom of the quiz to continue to the next question unless i change my font size of my phone to the smallest and that was kind of frustrating. Also, it could be cool if we get a notification for if she changes a note or if it tells us what other celebrities are in attendance. Over all pretty cool, and i think the 1.99 $ is worth it because it’s obviously fan run and they should be able to have compensation for helping us this much. Really recommend it.

AWESOME. I love this app so much especially because I do not have any social media. I like to see everything people post and the quizzes are so much fun. I bought the premium for a $2 one time payment and it is totally worth it!! This app tells you when all the eras start and all news.

STOP CAPITALIZING OFF SWIFTIES. why is it that right after the app is released you have to create a “premium” version that includes features that were available for free before this??? the only reason i downloaded this app was for the surprise song tracker and the notifications! i would rather track the songs myself than pay an unnecessary fee. this was supposed to be a free option for swifties who cant afford even the worst seat at the eras tour. but yall turn every good thing into a way to exploit people and make more money.

Swift Alert is the best. This is like amazing and when they’re shows it gives you like live stream links. It is so cool and it told you whenever Taylor posts on Instagram and like what’s going on in Taylor‘s life right now and it’s amazing. if you’re a swiftie download it.

Highly Recommend. This app is great! I don’t have to wait around on grainy livestreams anymore for Taylor to perform the surprise songs! I also love how it gives updates on Taylor herself- like for the new Eras Tour movie. Highly recommend to any swiftie!!

Notifications. Notifications don't work properly, and I get random ones that I have off. I assumed that meant that I actually had them on since the shaded squares maybe meant they were off instead of on, so I swapped and same issue. Turned them all off, still got random era notifications so I turned them all on, same problem.

LOVE IT 🩵🪩. This app helps me so much if I’m not able to watch the full concert since I’m working. I just put the notifications on and it lets me know every detail about the nights concert.

Your Tracking Era. I’ve been keeping up with the Surprise Songs for a while and this makes it SO much easier. I also got updates on costume changes for this new leg which was cool! There was a one time charge of 2 bucks, which I would consider very generous! RECOMMEND WITHOUT A DOUBT for any Eras Swifties!

Worth Premium!. This app is definitely worth the premium subscription. $2 gets you lifetime access to alerts, the surprise song tracker, quizzes, etc. You can tell how much thought went into making this app for Swifties! 🫶🏻

Why pay?!. I got the app the first weekend of the international leg of the tour and I LOVED it!! It worked so well for me the first night. Then the app automatically updated the next day and it told me I had to pay to get the notifications and features, why should I have to pay if I already downloaded it before it updated?? I know it’s only $2 but that’s really unfair considering I got it before the premium stuff got added. Super frustrated and disappointed I can’t use the app anymore because I did like it, please make it free again so the real fans can enjoy without the hassle of having to pay!!

SO GOOD. The people complaining about paying TWO DOLLARS like please. This is SUCH a good app they’re so on point!! Not 2 minutes after taylor cancelled her show on Friday I got a notification - also such great features in here!!! Keep it up

Update. I understand the time tess has to put into making this for everyone. I have to admit though the update has a premium option its only limiting things like notifications which tess has to input if you watch her lives. The $1.99 is worth it if it's something you want

Swift alert. Even though I know a lot about Taylor (A LOT) this helps me build up some levels! It has quiz’s, and if you charge $1 (one time charge only) then you can keep track of the surprise songs every night, watch live performances, etc, you also get to see the dates for every show, 10/10 recommend !!

Swifties you need. This app is amazing! It fills you in on all of the latest Swiftie news! It even tells you when surprise songs are and what they are. Keep in touch with the latest T swizzle pictures and updates 😍💗🫶🏼

swift alert. i absolutely love this app. its has connections to live streams, so you can just tap on one you want and boom your on. saves so much time rather than trying to find livestreams. gives notifications at the exact times like when taylor is entering the evermore era. also shows when surprise songs were played and at what shows!!

amazing app. absolutely love this app and the mastermind feature. i would love if there was a feature for when you’re guessing surprise songs that before you guessed each one it would ask whether you thought it would be a mashup and if you select yes, you can then guess two songs and two albums for each surprise song.

Saying I didn’t complete the mastermind quiz when i did. I definitely did the mastermind quiz for Tokyo n1, but just checking it now, it’s saying I didn’t do it at all. I checked it mid show and my answers were there. Not sure what happened Love the app anyways x

This is my favourite app!!. I am a huge Taylor Swift fan, and so this app if just perfect for me!! I especially love the mastermind game, because it’s really fun to see how many of the questions you got right. I love the outfit and surprise song tracker, and it is so helpful to have links to all the eras tour shows. I’ve only had this app for about a month, but so far, only good experiences!! 10/10 recommend to any swiftie.

Cheap tactic to make money.. Baited everyone to download it and then made it cost money after only one day. It’s not the fact that it’s not free anymore that bothers me, it’s how it was done.

Awesome. This is a great app for Swifties. You can keep in tabs on what is happening with the Eras Tour, there’s a calendar where you can see all of the upcoming events. You can even quiz yourself on your Taylor knowledge and rank songs! Totally recommend for Swifties!

Lasted one concert and then. It was a cute simple little app that helped you track surprise songs, get notified for certain eras, and find livestreams, and literally two days later all those features got locked away and you have to pay for them. Nice while it lasted.

Everything useful is premium content. I just heard about this app and thought I’d try it out, but it’s useless unless you’re willing to pay. All of the features that are described are premium content. Annoyed that I wasted my time for some false advertising and never even got to try anything out. I didn’t have it before today, so it’s an easy delete.

Impressive. Premium is so worth it. I don’t know how they get the timing right, but this app is everything I needed. I encourage the creators to up the price. I would have paid up to 9.99 for this subscription.

Swiftie? are you though?. as much weight as taylor puts in integrity and artists owning their own work i was so disappointed to see that i spent money on an app that originally developed its brand around people wanting to be able to see exactly when each era was starting because we were all playing a game and then y’all have now capitalized on that and made a knockoff inclusive on your app without the creator’s permission.

Very Disappointed!. I thought this app was really cute! Until they required you to pay a subscription for tour updates and other features. I first downloaded the app for the updates and was disappointed to see a subscription added to get them. I immediately deleted the app when that happened and I was very disappointed.

Love it!. This app is so helpful for fellow swifties! The lifetime 1.99 is definitely worth it! The only other thing i could ask for is updates on the outfits for swiftball!

Highly Recommend. This app is great! I don’t have to wait around on grainy livestreams anymore for Taylor to perform the surprise songs! I also love how it gives updates on Taylor herself- like for the new Eras Tour movie. Highly recommend to any swiftie!!

Disappointed. Well. I downloaded this app right before it blew up on TikTok. Super excited to keep updated with Taylor alerts as I live in a different time zone and it’s hard to keep looking at a livestream. But like all apps the second it becomes famous you have got to start paying for it. Opened to app to learn that all the alerts are now premium. Anyone can look up livestreams or look at taylor nation/taylors account. So sad.

Kinda disappointed. The creator made it premium to have to surprise song tracker! 😡😡😡 One of the main reasons I got it was because it was free and I have no spare money to spend on premium! If they made the surprise song tracker free I would actually love this!!!! But for now it’s mid.

Love this app!. This app is so easy to use and perfect for the Swiftie who doesn’t want to miss a moment of the Eras Tour! The livestream suggestions are so helpful and the Surprise Song tracker is so cool. Can’t wait to use this to follow all of the international dates!

LOVE IT 🩵🪩. This app helps me so much if I’m not able to watch the full concert since I’m working. I just put the notifications on and it lets me know every detail about the nights concert.

Completely worthless. Nothing works on if. Can’t even get into the app now. It’s all premium and can’t even figure out how to pay if I wanted to. Total. Bait and switch. Worked for like a day…

Eras Updates All in One Place. This is so convenient for keeping tabs on Eras shows and remembering what songs have been played as secret songs. Thank you for doing this and saving us from doing time zone conversions lol

Swifties you need. This app is amazing! It fills you in on all of the latest Swiftie news! It even tells you when surprise songs are and what they are. Keep in touch with the latest T swizzle pictures and updates 😍💗🫶🏼

amazing but i have a one thing. The app is amazing and I absolutely love it because I’m a giant Swiftie. I am under 18 so my parents have to approve it purchases when I tried to get this thing it wouldn’t let me request my parents permission to get that’s the one downside.

Everyone needs this app. It is amazing it lets me know everything abt Taylor and meet other swifties. Only down side is that some things are premium so u have to pay! 🥲

WAS really great. this app was amazing at first, you got to see all the updates on which era taylor was performing and fun surprise songs. now it’s barely worth anything unless you’re willing to pay for “premium stuff” which is annoying considering getting these updates was the whole point of having this app. definitely not worth it anymore.

Love this app. This app makes any swiftie’s life easier from tracking what era she’s in during concert to what surprise songs are left to guess. Only thing missing is a way to track what outfits she is wearing at the concerts. If they add this it’s five stars for sure.

Paywalls and stealing work?. This app was cool when it first started and was free. I would’ve willingly had ads if the creator was that worried about profiting off Swifties. But deleted it bc I can google any of the info I’d have to pay to access on this app. And now they’re stealing swiftball which is a copyrighted idea? Kind of wild to back stab your fellow swifties but that’s just me I guess… follow Allie on X and google the information but don’t support a thief guys.

Somehow good. So yesterday I downloaded the app and it didn’t say anything about premium but I saw that I didn’t get the trivia options so today I wrote a comment and sent it but just now I updated it si now I have to pay to get notifications and it’s really annoying.

NOT GOOD MAKES YOU PAY!. this app was good when I first got it and now the next day they’re making us pay to get the notifications and stuff so there’s literally nothing you can do on the app anymore unless you pay the fee don’t buy unless you’re willing to pay and it’s not even worth it when you can just look on Instagram or TikTok.

Great app for swifties!. My only gripe is that it’s now not a fully free app, you have to pay for additional features when originally it was all free. I thought it was an app made by swifties to help other swifties but it seems like another person wanting to profit off of the Taylor swift success.

In love. I love how this app notifies me when Taylor goes on stage!!!!! When I forget there’s a concert that night or I’m in class or something like that, it reminds me what’s happening. It’s accurate tik which is one of this apps best features.

A useful, fun and helpful app about tour. Such a great app! I’m a busy mom who can’t always watch the streams of the tour so this is app is incredibly helpful in keeping me in the loop while I’m unable to watch the tour. Thank you for making this app.

Lily. SwiftAlert is so amazing because anytime I need to know about important stuff about Taylor Swift. I can just go on there and it does not pay a lot at all. It’s so amazing and I hope it is the top great apps I love swift alert.

SO COOL!. this app is amazing, i no longer have to track time zones and set alarms to make sure i don’t miss surprise songs because this app does it for me! the quizzes are so cute and fun too and its all around been such a fun app to use!🩵🩵

GREAT APP! If you’re a Swiftie get it.. This app was well worth the 2$. It really keeps you up to speed on Swiftie stuff. I’ve been a Swiftie since 2006 and I can honestly say this app is useful and great. Highly recommend!

Locked basic features behind a pay wall. This app was perfect until the creators got greedy. The basic features it offered to alert about the shows, what secret songs there were are now locked behind a paywall and you just get dumb news and trivia for free. Deleting the app and I don’t recommend anymore.

SO GOOD. The people complaining about paying TWO DOLLARS like please. This is SUCH a good app they’re so on point!! Not 2 minutes after taylor cancelled her show on Friday I got a notification - also such great features in here!!! Keep it up

I miss the free version!. It was fun and useful to use until they made it pay only for everything!! even just notifications of when certain eras or parts of the show start. that was the whole reason i downloaded the app in the first place. the only thing you can do is find a live stream, which you can do anyways without the app.
