Lack of support. No list of compatible Bluetooth devices. Can’t get a straight answer. I will not purchase app until a list is provided and my questions answered that was sent to the developer. 0 stars for lack of information provided.

Looks and feels like an app that has potential. Overall the aesthetics and navigation of the app is good. Getting set up or finding a vehicle was seamless no issues. Would definitely like to try out the subscription and see what level of diagnostics detailing on my car the app can access and the benefits of DIY.

Bad experience need help. Paid for the lifetime plan and went to connect my vehicle and it won’t connect. It asked to use Bluetooth I hit allow and it still does nothing and just says connect and won’t let me hit the button

Don’t buy this.. The app opens to a page to take your money, and then defaults to an unresponsive screen without any options on it. Does not have the ability to connect to anything. Waste of time/money and likely just a scam.

Easy to Navigate. After downloading the app, I was able to choose my car make and model with no problems. The app gave an extensive list of car makers to choose from. I then selected the model and year. Overall the app was easy to navigate and clear about its function.

How are you stealing peoples money. $10 a month is a rip off when you cant even connect the device to your phone with out the app freezing, i want my money back now

Doesn’t work. With so many OBD2 scanners running around and an equal number of apps doing the same thing, how are we supposed to know what works with what? It’s all over a wifi connection but this does not work with Veapeak OBD2 scanner. What a pain.

Not sure about this one….. After downloading this app, it takes you to a screen to purchase so you can have access to scan your vehicle but you can not go back if you want to check another vehicle. It’s also has you stuck on one screen, so the link for customer support is not there. Not worth the money.

The app works but..... I just purchased this app. After entering my car details and connecting it to my obd 2 device blutooth, it hangs. Terminating and re-opening it, the issue persists. I then use other app which works fine. I want a refund. Update: I gave this app a second chance: after reinstalling, restarting and tryng again, the app froze for 6-7 seconds before it responded again and displayed some information about my car. Now I think the app works but freezes or appears so when reading the data. The car information showing looks basic, text only, unlike the other obd scanner I use that shows the information in a attractive interface. I don't know if this app can reset the warning/error indicator because I already fix the issue in my car and the error indicator has been removed with other app.

App didn’t work. Wouldn’t even allow me to select the correct car model, then would not connect to the car scanner. Used another app and had no issues. Refund me.

Don’t pay for it. It doesn’t work and I can’t get a refund. 25 $ in garbage

Junk. Does not work, I have used Blue Driver for a long time, I was curious about this one and it’s a mistake. Ripoff.

Great app for car owners!. I really enjoy this app. It helps me to understand how is my BMW X5 2013 doing. DTC and PID are great features the app has. Sensor Data pretty handy for drivers with not new car models. I would recommend the app for everyone who wants to know what is going on with their car before going to mechanics and pay big buck to them.

Didn’t work. I paid for full access but the app just sat there, unresponsive. Sorry to be harsh, but I feel ripped off.
