There is no wishlist!. I kept visiting the website and thought it was time to get the app, but I noticed the app doesn’t have the wishlist the app website does. Even when my account is attached, I have no idea why this is a different feature online but I do wish it was the same so I could look at all the things I like instead of searching one by one.

don’t buy. This brand is horrible customer service is horrible i ordered something about a week ago their are no shipping updates are not even updated they don’t have a phone line which is a major red flag when you email is says that their too busy it’s insane how expensive this stuff is just for it to have this kind of treatment kim kardashion has to have started a business for the aesthetic because this brand is pathetic.

Stellar quality and Amazing fit!. I was hesitant to give Skims a try for so long! One day I took the plunge and haven’t looked back! The clothing quality is amazing… even after multiple washes. The fit has been perfect no matter the style I choose. Shipping is smooth, and the app makes navigating products a seamless (pin intended) breeze. Overall, I would give 100 stars if that were an option! Thank You Skims!! The Kardashians truly have a knack for clothing quality and style!

Designed Well. I’ve been a fan of SKIMS for a long time and I was very excited to see an app was launched. You can tell it was made with care. The app works very well and is user-friendly. So far, I’ve had no issues.

I LOVE SKIMS. i literally can not wear clothes i feel uncomfortable in. i live in loungewear. skims saved my life. All the money spent and wasted on clothes i thought would hug my curves right and make me feel confident JUST DIDNT CUT IT THE WAY SKIMS DOES !! it is all i will wear!! I dont know what miss Kimberly put in these fabrics but she popped offfff!!! WHEN I DIE BURY MY IN SKIMS !!!

No-Annual Sale - signed up for Rewards. Going onto the website and shopping and then noticing that I could download the app and sign up for rewards. This is been the worst shopping experience I have had in years!!! The website does not recognize the app and the rewards information, such as a rewards number provided to me, does not exist. I have had to go back-and-forth from the website to the app, multiple times. I have been working on this shopping list for 2 1/2 hours. This is totally unacceptable. I went to add items to my cart via the app, and it would not update, it would freeze, it would not have items in my basket once I added them and then deleted items that I already had, and nothing is matching the website or the app. It does not recognize my loyalty on either page or website. This was a terrible terrible experience that I would not wish upon anybody. I am extremely disappointed.

We Need A Favorites Option. There are a few frustrating things about the app but over all it’s a fine experience. Im a frequent shopper but I’m not buying everything all at once so having a little spot where I have all the things I like, like a favorites or starred album feels necessary.

Never works. I downloaded this app a few days before the bi-annual sale. I tried it then and it didn’t work. Nothing would load. Now it’s the early app only bi-annual sale and of course nothing will load and I keep getting blank pages or “something went wrong” pop ups. Had it had only not worked today, I would brush it off assuming there’s too many users on it right now. But I was having the same troubles before the sale. I love skims but this app is useless.

A little confused. I saw from Kim Ks instagram post that she had created an app for SKIMS and that past purchases would be included in our reward system for her brand! Obviously I was excited because I have made lots of purchases and was wanting to explore their new app. When I went to login it said my account wasn’t found. It’s a bit ironic that my login now won’t work for the app but will still work on the website? It’s confusing that the login would work on one platform but not another. Is there a reason why my login won’t work when there’s rewards on the table? Quite confused

Body Shaper for Upper Arms. Could you possibly design a shaper that goes a little pass the elbow for women who has large upper arms and want to wear a blouse with sleeves a little pass the elbow? Also the shaper won’t roll up when a person bends the elbow.

Wonderful app but needs wishlist option. Finally the skims app. This is wonderful !! I have been waiting for a long time for this to happen. The app just needs a wishlist option so that you can save items you like and later on it's easier to find and purchase them

LOVE. long time skims buyer and i love the app it’s so user friendly. her clothes are such good quality, even though the price hurts me a little bit i think in the end they are so worth it. if never had a problem with holes or snags or anything. i think she’s true to her sizing although the pants run a little big on me (no bbl here) love kim and skims!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and gave the wrong address. I noticed it right away and wrote to them to change the address, since the order had not yet been shipped. They did not want to do it. The postal service did not want to do it either. And my order was not delivered at all and the postal service returned the order to the sender. They tookthe money from my card and did not return it. And you know that the money for their products is considerable to receive such a terrible service.

Inventory issue. I’ve been having troubles to see the out of stock size combined with color. It will let me add it to the cart then when I check out, it shows the item is out of stock. The website is showing the correct info though. Hopefully there will be a section for sales only for easy browsing/shopping.

changing the skims game!. I buy so often from skims and am constantly on the website so this app will be much appreciated by me. The benefits of being a rewards member are something I am looking greatly forward to as well. Thank you!

Very efficient. I love that it pulled all my previous orders in o be I signed up to become a member. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it would not pull my shopping cart or wishlist from the internet to the app & I had to search again for the items.

I’m with Keith Sweat, “MAKE IT LAST FOREVER” or at least past 1 wash!!!. The SKIMS platform is strange. There is no phone number. The products are not meant to withstand normal washing and drying. I’m at a loss. I would like to continue to support the brand, and I have already spent thousands doing so, but this needs to change. The quality needs to improve. I love the comfort, but I hate to wash something once and it looks 30 years old!

The #1 clothing website for curvy girls!. I just bought a hoodie and a pair of boxers. What made it so unique was that I was able to use my Aftercare account. Which helps me build up credit and let’s me make by weekly payments that I can actually afford. Love this website. It’s my go to for all things athleisure wear!!!!

Skims. Even if I didn’t like Kim Kardashian, I would like this brand. Everything is well-made and everything fits really well. I’ve never had an issue and I enjoy buying from this brand often. so once in a while, I get my husband to give me a couple bucks so that I can buy some thing and make myself feel pretty is either skims or Victoria’s Secret. I love everything that I have gotten from this brand.

This App Needs WORK!. While I love the bras that Skims offers, the Skims app is very lacking. It constantly freezes up, forcing me to delete and then re-install the app in order to use it. Sooo frustrating, especially when their website heavily suggests that customers download and use the app for purchasing and returns.

convenience. I’ve been waiting for this app to launch!!! i’m on the browser so much to the point where this app is so convenient for me!!! i’m so excited for the new rewards program in place too :)

Doesn't let you log in. I've had an account for over a year now with many purchases made, so when Kim came out and said previous purchases were going to count towards the rewards program I was so excited. Now everytime I try and log in it gives me an error message. I try changing my password, and it still doesn't work. I wanted to like this app but I just can't be bothered with this bugginess. So unfortunate, please fix this

Needs wishlist. This app needs a wishlist or like feature so we can keep track of when things on our list are in stock and especially because the waitlist option does not work and I’m never notified when things are back in. I think it would also benefit from having customers add their body weight height etc so we can see what sizes people ordered that match our body size.

The cloth electrifies me. The app is running smoothly and easy to navigate. They also handle returned orders promptly. Kim is definitely thinking about utility and style with these products. The way Skims feels on your skin is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend - Nu

Love. I was excited to receive the early access email to try the app and royalty program! The app works well, is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate! I placed an order today and am excited to see the benefits of the rewards program considering I spend most of my money on SKIMS. :)

App has a lot of defects. Several things don’t work properly in app - when adding an item that shows in stock in some place get an error, in other parts of app it tells you it’s out of stock - when trying to join if you already have an account it just gives you a generic error and leaves user to figure out what is happening - several more defects to many to note

Missing functionality. You make it so hard to pay that it’s a wonder you do any business at all. Gross functionality just trying to change a payment, and for goodness sake stop pushing ShopPay and making it the default. Not to mention the actual shopping part where I have to start over every single time it moves through pages

Changed my life 💎🫶🏻🩷💯😍. Live in skims I barely wear anything else but skims Started making tik toks and reviews hopefully skims notices and contacts me would love to do PR for skims I’ve never put anything I absolutely didn’t love and live in. Is their a support group for I spend all my money on skims 🤷🏼‍♀️🫶🏻💯 Kim you did that I am 5” 115 pounds I’ve always never found anything so comfortable and confident. Even though I am petite I have curves and I definitely don’t get any I need to put some weight on when I wear my skims! Thank you Kimberly!

Skims Forever. I am a big girl so it is nearly impossible for me to find comfortable underwear. And no one carries my bra size. Enter Skims! Not only do they have the most comfortable underwear around in my size and bras in my size, but they have amazing customer service where real life people take care of you. The app is so easy to use. I feel like if I’m bored I’ll start ordering underwear ha ha ha ha Kudos to Kim and Team Skims for being a cut above!

Love. I love my Skims bralettes! The are comfortable and wash well. I wish you would make a front close bralette. I am 69 years old and have arms that don’t work well. A front close would be easier for a lot of us older women that want a sexy bra in great colors. Thanks, Shannon

For the app, not the clothes. I’m writing to provide feedback on my experience using the Skims app, which I was enticed to download based off the Skims website. Shopping was easy, nothing I remember wanting to write about. But I just created my first return and found it frustrating. You open your previous orders and start a return from there, but then you’re prompted to add an order number and email address. It would be nice for these fields to auto-populate from the order I started the return from. (There is also instruction language on this page to “download the app”, but I’m already here!) I had to go back a page, copy the order number, and then start the return again to paste it in. Second, when the printable return labels are provided, they appear on your screen in the app but with no obvious options to print or email them; if they’re there, I didn’t see them before I got annoyed and left the app for my email. I then opened the return labels and printed them from the Gmail app instead. Lastly, I receive push notifications, but there appears to be nothing new when logging in. I had notifications on for shipping/tracking but will be turning them off now. Again, this review is for the app. The clothes have been great and set the bar high for the app! Thanks

Love!. The app is super user friendly, clean and organizes items in a way that is easy for the consumer to find. I particularly love how items are grouped by specific collections and the custom filter capabilities which allow you to filter the reviews to those that are your exact size. I will definitely continue to use!

App is not ready for prime time. App is really lacking in features: your bag does not sync with your bag on a browser, even if you are signed in on both. If you add more than 15 items to your bag, it just removes the earlier items without telling you. There is no way to move products from the bag to the wishlist. Really frustrating experience.

Doesn’t work. I’ve tried to log in to the app on multiple occasions. Nothing I do is working. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, tried to activate my account just to get an error messages that reads “something went wrong try again later.” I’ve tried requesting a password reset and never get an email for the reset. I’ve reached out to customer service just to be told to “try all of the above again later.” I can’t access the app and I can’t access the website via my account, only as a guest. Seriously needs to be looked into by IT.

Customer Service. I had an issue with my order and customer service was quick to respond & resolved the issue quickly!

Great to have an app! Need a bit more features though. Really happy to can finally have an app for skims. Would love to have features below after 1 day of use only lol: 1. Like&Save the item for later(or now) 2. Review link with my acc so I don’t have to retype my info again. If can add pics, would be great! 3. Costumer service/Chat link with my acc so I don’t have to re-enter my email address again.

Random fit = too many returns. I like the material but have had to return almost everything I’ve purchased due to faulty fit. It seems each garment fits differently even thought the sizing is general. It would be much more appealing if these were in stores and less of a waste of time to continue guessing.

Decent. Looks nice, similar to the website. It’d be useful to have a liking option and wishlist available though… I’m beginning to prefer the website over the app. Availability of products differ on website and app as well. The app claims a color is available, others unavailable or low stock and is the opposite on the site.

Charged my card before I hit complete my order. This app charged my card before I could switch from paypal to klarna. I never submitted my order. I never received a confirmation email. Definitely would rather use the website for future purchases, clearly theres some kind of glitch. Very disappointed although i am disputing the transaction.

The best quality ever!. I legit have been shopping with skim’s since she’s been skimming and I must say I’ve convinced so much women to just give it a try because once you go skims your life changes! Your confidence reaches a different height. I love the fact that it’s mostly an online shop because It makes it hard to just get your hands on. And if you’re a true client as I am you’ll take the time to get an online account and explore. Skims is def a life/game changer. As always I’ll be back!

I love this app. I’m pretty new to scams, but I’ve never knew they had an appetite. I looked on a site and it said something about rewards and they said download the SKIMS app and I was super excited to find out that SKIMS had an app because I wouldn’t have to worry about my card disappearing online, but the app the app is such a unique and cool and pretty design and it’s really easy not too hard. Download the app it’s so good and so cute.

I LOVE SKIMS!!!. honestly in the beginning i just thought it was another brand another celebrity made to scam people. But boy was I wrong, SKIMS has quickly become one of my favorite brands. The quality of their clothes tops all in my opinion and no dupe can beat it. I’m not even gonna talk about the sculpting spandex because they are literal magic!!! Activate Account. My only complaint is I had to use like 5 different links to activate my account. It kept saying invalid token. Tbh it said at the bottom go to the website on a pc to fix that, but I feel for the price of these products I should be able to use my mobile device.

awesome clothes!. i bought a shirt and a 3 pack of underwear for myself. the underwear fit really well, i felt like Kim K herself! I am used to wearing large shirts but the medium size compression shirt fit like a regular shirt, so i might need to get a small… but the clothes feel like they aren’t even there. i am buying more for sure!

Good, could be great. Functionality is a bit lacking. On the app, you can’t easily find the sizing guide to see what might fit you best. Also, when you go back to keep shopping, you don’t go back to where you left off, you have to start from the top, which can be quite annoying.

All about those INSEAMS!. Just made my first order and I’m so excited for it to be delivered to my house. The website was easy to navigate, however, not all bottoms had inseam attached to them, and for a girl like me at 5’9” and very leggy, I want to be able to buy the bottoms I want and know that they won’t be too short for me as I hate high waters. Idk what the standard on skins is and the inseams are not hard to put on size chart.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!. Babeeeeeeeeee Kim put her heart and soul in SKIMS. I absolutely love everything about SKIMS. They fit my naturally curvy body perfectly and my man has fallen in love with the men’s line of SKIMS! I bought him some for his birthday and now he is hooked, plus they look great on him. Keep it up SKIMS! You have a loyal customer in me!!

Female first responder. I had a lot of trouble finding underwear that I could wear while working. My twin sister did research and sent me several pairs of SKINS for Christmas. I can’t believe how much difference they made in comparison with other brands. Thanks so much for your product. Where is my love list on the app?. But where is my love list on the app? You give us the option to love an item but where does it go?? Is it only viewable on the skims website? So many questions..I have to search in my order history on the app to buy my favorites... This needs to be fixed ASAP.

More personalization. I like the app, but I would like it if the main home page would curate clothes for me like if there was an option to only see men’s clothes only.

Wishlist?. For the most part I like the app. One thing however is the wishlist. I can’t see it on the app and I have to login in through a browser to access it. Other than that it’s great.

The App Crashes. I had to attempt my purchase at least five times. Could not buy some things that I wanted because they were gone when I had to re-shop every time. Check out was miserable. Very slow processing time and kept crashing on me. very frustrating. Will attempt to use the website next time.

THE APP IS HORRIBLE. I don’t even want to cashout my cart anymore at this point, that’s how terrible it is. It continuously empties your cart. There’s no wishlist section, and it won’t let you pay with payment methods i’ve been trying all night. and during sales the app is extra glitchy

Slow. In order to get the rewards you are supposed to fill out text and online interactions which I have and it will not update to get points. Placed red bikini in cart and before I was able to pay it stated they are sold out.

Needs Ability to View Wishlist and Add Items to Wishlist. Major feature on the website that makes the app less appealing. App is cute and nice, just needs wishlist feature to be better.

Product quality. Each item I have purchased have been beyond my expectations. SKIMS are made with great quality.

Awful app. I downloaded this app because it has sales you can’t get on the website but logging in/signing up are terrible. It doesn’t recognize my account that I already have and doesn’t let me create a new one either. So there’s no way to check out unless you have an account. It’s an endless cycle and completely useless.

Product is great but the process of checking out is too cumbersome.. I wish one did not have to be forced to register just for buying a few items.

Favorites. Unable to put items in a wish list on the app. Still able to do it online. There are discrepancies on both sites. Some items do and don’t appear on either site.
