Terrible. I was excited to play but I have never won anything on the slots. They just take my money and don’t even let you win $20. I will not be playing on this app, please don’t waste your money it feels like a scam.. with each spin it’s never smooth it’s just something weird and I don’t like it.

Horrible no play time. I enjoy playing the slots but not on this app must have put in over $500. No playtime just takes your money every once in a while you may get a small hit very small. so I switched to a different app better at least I played for hours and not constantly dropping in money

Payout. i just start pay this game last week I won over 400 and last night I won again. The only things is you have to wait 2 to 3 busy day for ur payout. I didn’t get my bounce match and lottery credit right away. Once I email support I got my credit and bonus immediately.

I would give it NO stars if I could. Stay away from this app. Terrible experience. The slots are glitchy and get stuck. I played for 1/2 hour. Tried to check my account to see if I qualify for the bonus money to be released and I get a blank screen. Then it logs me out constantly….10 times! Customer service told me to delete app and try again and make sure no vpn is on. I also downloaded on my android to see if was an apple problem on my iPad. No luck. I Did what they said. Now it says can’t verify my location. Really? My location is on and other casino apps and Google maps is verifying my location. Now the question is….how do I withdraw my funds? This could be a scam? I really hope not. I emailed customer service. See how long that takes and what they come up with. Good luck if you give this a try but I would stay away.

Took my money. Charged my bank account 2 times without adding the funds to my user account. Emailed them to get a refund for my money and never received a response.

Needs improvement. App freezes way too often, in middle of bonus round logs/times me out. Force close app and restart app still can’t get in. App just stuck at logo screen. Took 15 min to even get back in and my bonus round was gone.

Deposit issue with app.. I had an issue depositing funds to my account. I contacted customer service and they fixed my issue. Once the issue was resolved I enjoyed the app.

This is a scam. They advertise deposit match up to $500 and a $10 lotto credit. It’s been a while since I downloaded the app and made a deposit and I’ve neither got a match nor a lot of deposit and have it won anything on this app scam.

Great promotions!. I originally only had a lottery account with Jackpocket, however I decided to use the promo code and get a Jackpocket casino account. They really had a good promotion and have my favorite slot game 88Fortunes. I have had a good experience with this casino compare to other online casinos.

Scam. Started with $200(Put $100 and matching bonus $100) played slot but never won. Put another $400 after and they just took my money away. Played two or three different slots but never won. Scam.

Jackpocket Casino’s No support!. I just made an account and excited to log in after all the set up, already Im locked out😤 I haven’t even logged in at all. Contacted support that says 24/7. You mean to say 24/7 no support at all. It has been a week. It’s the worst, This is not even worth a star.

Forecloses a lot. The app constantly logs me out during game play and then I have to close the app completely and log into thru Jacketpocket to get back into the casino app. Then making a deposit , the ring just spins and spins to the point I, again, have to close the app and open back thru jacketpocket. So far, not so good.

Malfunction. I deposited a good chunk of money and both games that I played (slots) froze, glitched, kicked me out during play and malfunctioned. Contacted customer service no response. I want a refund. Adding that I contacted the casino AGAIN and no response on their end. SCAM- stay away

Needs major improvement. This app is beyond glitchy. I can only play for 5 to 10 minutes before I’m logged out with no warning and then can’t get back in for another 5 minutes. This needs updates big time, it’s not user ready.

SCAM. Gave it a chance despite reviews. Deposited 25, they doubled, so I had 50 to play with. But that also means I need to play through 250 in order to keep anything. They didn’t even let me win a little to keep playing that out. Don’t throw your money away.

Slow mo. When playing games to get stuck in transition before stopping. Slows the game down.

100% thieves.. Multiple times now playing BJ games whenever you split or double down and win they pay you, then when you play the next hand they take away all your winnings and your bets. Twice live chat had to add the money back. Now it’s happened multiple times more and no one to chat. Now my money is gone and no one to talk to. How many other times did they take my winnings away when I didn’t notice? Lawsuit is being processed against them.

Gaming commission. I will be writing to the gaming commission about this scam of a casino. You NEVER hit. Also, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have 2 bonus symbols and need a third, the third one is about to land, the game glitches/hesitates and it forces the bonus symbol to pass. I have played on every casino their is and I have never seen any one ever behave like this. I gamble over $250k+ in money every year and this is outrageous. Buyer Beware. I deposited $100 for the 100% match, unaware of the requirement of terms that require you to bet 10x the initial deposit before you can withdraw any of YOUR OWN INITIAL DEPOSIT. I would totally understand not being able to withdrawal the bonus credit, but my account now has $300 and I cannot withdraw a penny. I have bet THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, (sometimes gaining and sometimes losing, but now at the $300 balance with no further deposits) on Roulette and am still showing only 24% accrual for the credit. I should be well past the 10x requirement and again, cannot withdraw a penny. I have contacted the support email and they keep sending the same generic email telling me to read the terms and conditions, which I have read and met.

Yes reduced to 0. You still owe tax on any hand pays end of year, but they reduce bonus money to zero. Ie your 1200+ hand pay you won is gone. I have never called the NJ gaming commission before, but I plan too. This cant be legal.

Junk. Since I downloaded the app about 5 days ago all it has done is pissing me off. I be playing for 10 minutes and then it automatically log me off. I go back on and it’s says it can’t verify my location. They need to fix it. I’m going to delete it.

Glitchy. I really tried to like this app but overall it’s not good. My reels skip and games randomly glitch out. I had massive issues logging in and out with the log in often just locking up. Unfortunately I have to tap out. On another note, payouts not good but not as bad as some others. Average at best. Jackpocket gave it a shot but it falls way short compared to some others.
