Global Entry. The app made it easy to schedule an appointment.

I want my money back. Does not notify of available appointments. I would like my money back.

Doesn’t give you notices. This app does not provide any notifications for open appointments which is what it’s advertised to do. It’s a scam. Don’t buy.

Very helpful. In just three days after purchasing the app, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a notification of open appointments at the airport near me. I quickly booked my appointment and the process was incredibly easy and stress-free.

Useless for busy locations. Had this for a week and did not receive a single notification for Massachusetts. Different service sent a few dozen in the same time frame (most of those were gone by the time I clicked on the link, but one or two were good). I had the best luck just refreshing the website on my own-got an appointment a couple of days out. Maybe it works for places that have ample availability, but for appointments that go within minutes it’s a waste of money. I don’t think it queries the database often enough.

Lightning Fast. It’s hard to get an appointment in California. I was looking at 6 months plus before I could get in. This app found my wife and I appointments the very next day and we are now good to go!

This is a scam. There are other apps that actually help you find an interview. Terrible.

Worth it!. Snagged an earlier appointment a day after downloading the app. I’d say worth the fee!

Good, but not intuitive. The app is good, but it isn’t intuitive enough to use. For example: 1. When you set a state as primary, there isn’t a confirmation that it has been set. The state isn’t pinned at the top of the list either. 2. There is no ‘Settings’ section where you can confirm things like State and Notifcations

Worthless App. No Notifications. Was a complete waste of money. Despite turning on notifications, I got none in 24 hrs. Kept checking the actual website and got an appointment on my own that wasn't even listed as available in the app. Don't waste your money on this.

Does nothing. I was really hoping this would be a huge help and after a couple weeks, it hasn’t done anything. I am not even really able to set my primary state.. it basically just reflects what is on the gov website. waste of $$$ i wish I could get a refund

Great Resource. Finally found the appointment that we were looking for at a location 30 min away. Without this app we probably would’ve had to drive 5 hours away.

We got the appointment. After three years for trying to schedule on line and only accessing appointments in other cities this app allowed me in two days to schedule appointments in St. Louis. Five star review

Only shows one time available. Terrible user interface. Only shows next available appt but it doesn’t allow you to choose the city within the state: terrible app do not purchase. Also, does not allow you to look at future dates that are available like next available. Useless.

Just what I needed!!. I have been attempting to get an appointment with GlobalEntry for over six months after utilizing this app for five minutes I was able to secure an appointment for next week

Totally useless “Money Grab”. I have this app installed since Dec 2023 and to date i have not received any appointment information. When you tap to see what’s available all i get is a blank screen with a spinning cursor. No results have ever been displayed. Thank god i had a buddy who used a different app that gave reliable information.

Unhelpful. I’m super disappointed in this purchase. It literally did nothing. Didn’t send a single notification when appointments would open up — and would only show me San Diego appointments even when I know (from other apps) appointments opened up in LA. I wish there was a way to request a refund but I don’t think there is. Don’t waste your money, there are better apps.

Don’t bother. Doesn’t update. Doesn’t notify. Don’t bother if you depend on this app to notify you when there is an opening in your state it won’t. You are better off checking the website frequently.

don't pay for it. you will just spend your money, this app and only for scheduling that can be done on the website itself….

Worthless. Want a refund. Just check the Govt site. I thought this was supposed to notify me of cancellations and available appts. It give the exact same info as the Govt website. I’d like my $5.99 refunded that I just spent yesterday. Apple won’t refund it. Ridiculous

For applicants, not holders. The app title was truncated. "Global Entry for..." I failed to drill down. My bad. This is NOT the anticipated Global Entry app to expedite Customs. I already have Global Entry. Six dollars for nothing.
