MST. This app has been a wonderful addition to my program. My sponsor recommended it to me and I in turn have recommended it to the folks I work with. I keep using more and more features. The link to the AA daily reflections book is so helpful. I've sent out a gratitude list everyday for almost a month. Simple to use and password protected. I would request an auto save as you type function incase you get interrupted. I did lose one gratitude list when I left the program for a brief moment. The inventory function and share feature are easy to use and a great addition to my program!!!

THIS APP HELPED ME SAVE MY LIFE!!. Thank you Nathan this app is so amazing, I’ve used it for over a year and it’s changed so much about me and my journey! At the drop of a hat I can review my inventory get it to my sponsor, make sure I can visually see my own inventory which heightens my awareness to so many character defects I may be facing at that time it’s been a game changer especially when I was doing step six and seven. I absolutely love this I can’t thank you enough for building it. If you’re new to the program, relatively new, thinking about being new, spend a few days on this app and you will just stay.

Love! Would change 1 thing tho.. I use this app daily as part of my sobriety tool kit! I’m grateful it lets me do an inventory, and have a journal. And the awakening reading each morning is inspiring, and I’m really glad they have all the prayers available! The only thing I would change is, when I go into my settings and it has the toggle for changing color scheme, it’s just red. When I push it to the left everything is gray and frozen, I can’t do anything on the app when it’s not red. I mean, it’s not a biggie, just a color lol but I really enjoy my other apps that allow me to customize the colors to fit my “girly girl” personality! Just something to think about!! Other than that it’s a good app. Thank you 🙏🏻

FINALLY. I've never left a review before, but I'm so happy with this app that here I am! This app changed the game for me. I was struggling to stay organized with my daily step work. It was just not practical for me to carry a notebook. In addition to my books and everything that I do for work, it was just becoming too much to keep track of. Now I have zero excuse!

Great little app. I love this app! Being new to sobriety, this app gives me all the tools I need to help stay sober! I am finding it keeps me focused and organized. I use this in the morning for my daily reflection. Set daily goals and intentions in the journal, I do wish there was a goal setting section, but no worries journaling works just as well. I enjoy using daily inventory . Download this great little app you won’t be sorry! Keep on keeping on!!

Perfect all. I downloaded this app that a fellow roommate had showed me. I truly love it and I love having it on the go. I am able to share my sobriety time with ith my other social media accounts which is good because my family and friends can see how I am doing. My favorite part is the journal because why I am on the go I can go to journal and write down my thoughts or even how m y is going. I can go back on it and reflect if needed too. It is a must have app that you should use to help with your sobriety. I love it and it helps me a lot.

Wonderful tool. I use this app daily for prayer and meditation. I also use the Nightly Inventory to help me review my day. I didn’t give it five stars because if I accidentally click out of the inventory I’m working on, I lose it and have to start completely over. Then I have to add that to my resentments. This is a rare occurrence, but frustrating when it happens. Thank you for helping on my recovery journey.

A wonderful tool set. These daily tools are great for starting and ending the day with practices that bring more serenity into my life. The dev is very responsive to requests There are even hardship grants for those that want the premium features and cannot afford them! Daily prayers, different forms of note taking, and daily readings all provides lovely routine to add to one’s life. 10/10 would download again.

Please Move the Delete Spotcheck Button. Perfection, except the location of the Delete button when you go in to edit an inventory. It’s incredibly poorly placed. Intuition would say that a save and save/send button would be at the bottom as it is in the normal screen. Maybe put the delete button beneath a save/send button. Nothing is more frustrating than finishing an inventory to accidentally delete it and have to write it again! And please remove AA from the name of the app. The original name was stealthier and better for anonymity on my phone.

Perfect!. My Spiritual Toolkit has been of great help to me through my 6 years of sobriety! It’s got everything I need to start and finish my day sober, one day at a time! I love all the different tools and prayers, especially the “morning reading” and the link to the AA daily reflection. The prayer of St. Frances really helps me with my most challenging character defect, self-centeredness. I feel that the price for the full application Is very inexpensive for all the benefits I receive. What a blessing!!!

Necessary. If you are in recovery and don’t have this app, you need to get it along with the lifetime membership add ons. The gratitude list alone is really great but it makes inventory and journaling so convenient. And the ease with which to share the lists with your sponsor with the click of a button is fantastic. I use it with an iPad mini brydge keyboard that makes it like a little laptop. Great job Nathan - Bob and Bill would be very proud and AA owes you a huge debt of gratitude for putting this app together so well. All recovery programs should adopt your talent. The world of addiction is better with apps like this. 5 out of 5 isn’t enough this is a 10.

amazing helpful app! i highly recommend it.. I just turned 18 and got out of treatment and my friends recommended this app to me. I have no job or anything yet so no money but the hardship 100% discount is a thing! I explained my situation and applied so I could get the premium and helpful features and was quickly responded too and taken care of. Makes nightlies easy and counts your days sober. Customer service is also phenomenal, couldn’t ask for more! Thanks y’all.

10th step daily inventory simplified!. This is great for new and veteran AA members alike. It breaks down the text in the Big Book describing how we do our nightly inventory step by step for easy reflection at the end of each day. Great way to keep up on self-awareness and strongly suggested in AA as essential to emotional and spiritual recovery in addition to the physical recovery from alcoholism. A must-have that even includes a “spot check” inventory section for little maintenance check-ins to help stay on track and continue to do the next right thing.

Makes working a daily program so much easier. Wow, this app is fantastic. If I find myself stuck in anger, resentment, etc all I have to do is pull up the app and do a 4th step. If I’m in bed and realize I’ve forgotten to do a 10th step inventory, I can quickly do so on the app. Anytime I need a prayer in a triggering moment, I just pull up the app! So helpful, my sincere thanks to the app developer. You’re doing a tremendous service.

Finally I’m Journaling. I Love this App! I’ve been a friend of Bill’s for 20 yrs and finally sober for 5.86. It’s great to have D/R’s on hand, as well as all of the prayers to start my day off with. And then I journal! OMG, I’ve never journaled like this before. My spelling is corrected, I can dictate, I can do it in the car, there’s no excuse NOT to journal. And it helps get the craziness and poison out of my system before I blurt it out in public!

Makes my routine and practice so easy. I am so grateful for this app. I find myself doing morning meditation more regularly. It is so easy, knowing that I have everything right on my phone, which I’m usually already looking. As soon as it occurs to me, I’m able to get going right then and there. I find myself doing nightly inventory regularly and having it all saved allows me to look back and see my progress and my patterns. I’m currently writing my fourth step, this app has helped to establish a 12-Step frame of mind. Keeping me in rhythm, so that when I do sit down to write it’s not that big of a deal. Very grateful, 10/10 would recommend. I would also highly recommend purchasing the premium membership. I think it’s 9.99/year and the tools are worth so much more than that.

Great place to put everything together!. I love this app! It is secure, organized, intuitive. I can put my resentments in quickly and all of the options are available to me without pulling the book. I use this app in the morning when I wake up to walk through upon awakening and to do all of my prayers. If you’re a person who needs organization and a quick and easy way to record your gratitude, iventory and find prayers easily, then this is the app for you! You always have your phone with you so you can stop and pray, journal, take inventory, or do a gratitude list wherever you are! If you’re on the cusp of whether to use this app or not just download it you won’t regret it.

Such a great resource!. I love that I can write in the journal, use the gratitude list, and other parts of the app to record what’s going on and remember to use the tools of AA. Being able to look back at it later reminds me of where I was at at that time and the changes that have occurred. It’s simple straightforward and easy to use. A ready resource wherever I am right here on my phone. Really a great resource!

Just what I needed!. I want to journal every day and this app has journal pages. My mind moves faster than the pen but I can type pretty fast and this app is great for the journal pages. For the $10 I unlocked the pro features and was able to share my gratitude list with my sponsor and sponsee sisters on our gratitude thread. I haven’t tired the spot-check inventory or the 10th step inventory but I’ll be using those as well! I love that they added the Thomas Merton prayer to the prayers offered. They could add the Set Aside prayer. That would round out the prayers nicely. Great App. Thanks so much!

Good app! But…. I think you should provide the long version of the serenity prayer. As a woman in early recovery I find the short version to be helpful during specific moments in the day (when I’m busy and things are chaotic). However, when things wind down, I do like to have the long version to use. It’s such a beautiful, meaningful prayer. And I think this update would help others app users too!

Gets me into action!!. This app was suggested by my sponsor and has been a big part of my recovery for three years now. So helpful having everything in one place…..and password secure. Inventories, gratitude lists, and journals are all here, and now I actually do them daily. I might miss a day or two, whereas before this app I was lucky to do a day or two. Definitely makes sobriety more fun. Heartfelt thanks to Nathan for developing and continuing to update this engaging and very helpful app!!!

Step review. I have been sober for almost 40 years and and once again as I do quite often, I’m going through the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. I was hesitant to use an app for this process. It seemed a bit sacrilegious. But I must say, it’s pretty remarkable and although I have never met Nathan the developer, we have exchanged emails and it seems to me he has his heart in the right place and is an honest businessman.

Ideal, simplistic and enlightening-. I can’t say enough about this application. The ability to hammer out a spot check in the heat of the moment and text it to my sponsor for review is unbelievable. Technology, used in this manner is truly a blessing. This app has taught me restraint of pen and tongue. I can spot check significant issues, fire them off to my sponsor and then turn my thoughts to someone I can help. I would HIGHLY suggest this application. It’s taught me how to inventory often and properly. It’s enhanced my program, recovery and life. Keep up the great work- I’ve seen a lot of reviews complaining about the money. As far as the money is concerned, can you really put a price on sober and serene living? It’s worth every penny as far as I’m concerned.

A Newbie’s View. The night I did a Third Step Prayer my sponsor introduced me to this app. I had no idea on many of the categories. For example; What is a spot check? However, as I played around and viewed the various items I soon realized what the value of such a simple tool can be and how useful it will be for my sobriety. It is very easy to use. Thank you for it’s development. The only suggestion is to provide a way to edit after an item is saved to correct “fat finger” spelling errors. Ed A.

If you are feeling lost and overwhelmed?. Please down load this app and use it for 2/4 weeks , and you will really see the difference. We all want to feel better, but don't know the steps to take. Tools in my recovery. This has been very helpful to me to get in a daily routine and praying as well as my gratitude list as well as journaling these are all practices that really help me and my sobriety and I’m very grateful that I have it on my phone because what I have my phone with me all the time so I think this app rocks. Nightly Inventories. When I exited rehab they said that people who were doing a written nightly inventory had a better than 90% chance of remaining clean and sober. I have struggled so much to do this. I either forget or just don’t want to pick up a pen. I spend so much of my time on my phone, that being able to do this here has been a great tool for me. It makes it easier to review my day before sleep, and to review my previous inventories. Thank you!

Renewing action. After years of armchair, or passive, sobriety, this app is helping me get back in for real. These tools may seem simple, but they’re neither easy nor effortless. But at least I’m back and with this toolkit, moving in the right direction. In my experience, standing still turns to sitting down, which then puts me to sleep. This app is my little guide out of paralysis and back into action.

Helps my recovery in so many ways. I have to want to do the work and this app makes it easier to remember to do the work! Having the spot-check inventory, nightly inventory, journal & gratitude list all in one place helps me get into a regular routine. Love it!. I recently started using this app and use it daily. It’s a great way to reflect on your day before going to bed. As well as on the spot during hard times. I also love the prayers they have included since I’m still learning some of them. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in sobriety.

Keeps me mindful. Using this app makes me mindful of the attributes listed in the 12th step in the Big Book. Because of my nightly review, I actually look for opportunities to be kind. I remind myself throughout the day not to be self-centered and self motivated because I know I’m going to have to do my inventory in the evening and will be asking myself those specific questions. It is truly a spiritual tool.

Excellent tool for every AA/NA Member. Each of us are sick just as if we had cancer but here on earth others do not understand so there is no sympathy or understanding. It's very sad to be doing the right thing and be on track but yet have no family. This helps me, as having cognitive impairment from 2 strokes! Alcohol has further caused me to live in a fog but I fight each day to recover! This will help you!!

Grateful Recovering Addict!. Trying to get familiar with technology, but being early in recovery I was afraid I would not have the same opportunities of those who have not lost everything to there addiction. Thankfully I was able to request hardship. Because of my acceptance, I was able to bring my mobile device out of my purse and put my feelings outside myself. In the mist of a high risk situation and not knowing what else to do I was able to overcome the obsession to use through this app. Modern technology saved me from myself and I was able to maintain my sobriety for yet another day. What a great addition to my daily program!. I downloaded My Spiritual Toolkit (MST) the other day and I am so happy that I did. MST makes it so easy for me to work my AA program everyday! All in one place, I can start my day with a meditation, journal throughout the day whenever I’m inspired, and wrap up my day with my nightly inventory. Keeps me organized!. “We alcoholics are undisciplined” I fit that to the T. After treatment I needed to keep a daily routine. I found this ap and it keeps me on track. I start my morning off with the daily readings, send a gratitude list to my sponsor every morning and use the journal for my morning prayer. Texting Email to Sponsor. I paid to be able to text and email my nightly inventories. I was able to send three night’s inventories and now the App is saying I need to pay again. I’ve contacted support via email 3 times with zero response. I’m not at all happy Update: I received a quick response from Nathan who resolved my problems and I am now able to use this app to keep in touch with my sponsor. For me, sending my nightly inventory to my sponsor is critical so that she knows where I am at the end of the day instead of waiting for the filtered version the next day. Slaying the demon within!!. Alcoholism is a demon that dwells deep in the mind, body and souls of so many of us. Battling this demon alone requires us to become warriors. When soldiers are drafted, some come to battle against their will and don’t have the mindset required to overcome this demon. When soldiers enlist, they have a completely different mentality and will train and fight with an open mind and the courage required to conquer this demon. To become a mighty soldier, requires a group of warriors, men and women that have been battling this demon for years, they have the knowledge and a higher power that can provide you unity, knowledge courage to prevail against this demon. This app shield stronger and sword sharper. This tool is knowledge and power.

Saves my life daily. I use this app every day it saves my life. I do a gratitude List every morning, the app makes it so easy and I can pin protect it. It’s my go to when I have a resentment I pull out my phone and immediately do a spot check inventory. I can’t live without this app and it has great prayers laid out in there real easy to access and read too :)

Terrific app. Well done. Easy to use.. Thanks for a great little app. Everything is right there for those days when my brain is chewing away at my serenity and I can’t even remember the simplest prayers. Tracks my sobriety down to the hours which is all I could get through at some points. My Gratitude partner and I have been exchanging lists for almost two years, I think. Totally worth it! My only complaint is that sometimes the app is completely unresponsive. I _think_ it’s related to the use-larger-text setting (I have vision difficulties). It’s like the screen hotspot is in the wrong place so when I tap the screen, nothing happens because the hotspot is elsewhere. Hard to explain. But it usually starts working again after a couple of days. Keep up the good work!

An indispensable tool to help in recovery!. My sponsor showed this app to me and I’ve been using it ever since. This has been an awesome tool for me and I use it daily. The prayers and daily reading are food for the soul and I find that every time I use the gratitude list before I’m halfway through I gain a new perspective and I am encouraged. I highly recommend! The only thing I could think that would be nice is if the big book was included. Then you would have an all-in-one!

A must have for those working a spiritual program. I'm currently using the free version of this app; I'm able to take nightly inventories and spot inventories as they pertain to strictly resentments. In my opinion, $9.99 is a little high of a price for pro features given the nature of the application (recovery based). However once I make it to sober living and I'm gainfully employed again I will most definitely be spending the money to unlock all features. My sponsor recommended it to me and she's a rigid "pen to paper" only kind of gal so the fact that she uses it speaks volumes about its usefulness. Way to go!

Perfect Companion for a Spiritual Life.. I really love this app. I paid for the full license a while back. Tonight, I went through all my submissions over the years, and it’s pretty cool to look back and see my progress - important reminders on days where I feel like no progress has been made! I also REALLY like the new updated look. The dark background and blue accents are very pleasing - the app really looks good. This is an app I can’t recommend enough for undisciplined lots like myself.

Great Tool. What a great tool for me in sobriety - sticks to what the Big Book says & keeps it simple. Love that I can follow the prompts at the end of the day & send straight to my sponsor. My only requerst would be to have access to the nightly inventory on the computer too. Thank you Nathan :)

It is a good app and tool to have for recovery making my gratitude lists every morning and nightly review in the evening also for the prayers to read them Issue: I purchased the add on for $1.49 monthly for email and text for the nightly inventory but it doesn’t give me the privileges saying I purchased it already but I can’t send off my saved nightly reviews

Life saver. This is so good to work your program I really like the gratitudes i do every day and email to my gratitudes group. The night inventory is a great feature too would recommend for your sponsees please pay the small one off amount to unlock all the features!

Great and useful app esp for our environment!!. Just started using this app after my sponsor told me about it. Am really enjoying it and how I can set a reminder to do it on my phone. Also great that I don’t have to waste paper as I hear of others who bulk photocopy the daily inventory pamphlet to use each night. I can also do my spot check inventory at the time and not have to wait til I get home and hope I recall it properly. I’m an NA peep but this app is just as relevant and I’m doing steps the AA way so helps me get familiar with the Big Book too. Only thing is it would be awesome to have a larger colour variety choice for app settings. Some blues/purples etc would be great!! Otherwise thank you for making this app.

Sobriety Tools in one handy spot. I’ve used this App almost on a daily basis for over 5 years. I travel a lot so it’s handy to have some simple tools so accessible without the weight of books etc. wouldn’t be without it.

Great Tool for Daily Living. A great app. Especially the daily prayers referenced from the steps. I have just started using it even though I have thirty years sobriety. Wish I had had it all through those years. Would have made a big difference to quality of sobriety. Only criticism is time zone is out of sync for Australia. For example, today is Wednesday in OZ but daily reflection is Tuesday. John M

Useful app for structuring your program. This app is great. I use it daily for on awakening, morning prayers and gratitude list, then at night for step 10. It’s helped me have routine in my program, something that definitely helps me to stay sober. Thanks for making it Nathan and for contributing something so useful to so many.

A. Fellow. Started using the app after seeking advise from a fellow AA member. Nearly two years sober and with AA but without real peace (a dry drunk), however, recently, the app has given me structure and direction needed to more effectively live AA one day at a time. The road to serenity is less confusing for me now. Great app.

Greatest tool kit ever. Great sobriety clock and I’ve been so pleased with app, it’s simple and there’s no more excuses to not do your nightly. I like to use it as a “Mini 4th step” in the resentments. I add “what it affected” with my resentments make things more thorough (1/2/3/4/5, self esteem, security, ambition, personal relationships, sex) don’t for to write you fears about the resentments. It’s easy to navigate thru the app, with the daily readings from “daily reflections” so you don’t forget to plug in. Font Size. There is no option to adjust font size. Always requires glasses to see the text for us older folks.

Deadly app. This App is very convenient for people trying to work a program. This App makes daily readings, prayers, inventory’s easily accessible.

Best App Ever. I have had a very difficult time over the years with writing, journaling, nightly inventory, spot checks etc. But with this app I am doing it daily and the best part is I send it all to my sponsor and then we meet for coffee once a week and go over the week. I paid for the lifetime membership, definitely worth every penny!

Best sobriety app!!!. Great app easy to use, great features. I will say that the day counter has been the difference between a slip and staying on the wagon. I’m amazed that I look at it today and it says 2163 days. Because if you quit you know those weren’t a easy 2163 days but you got through them. Sometimes just thinking about resetting the number can be that higher power keeping me in check. Thank you the creators of this app it’s been truly a life saviour! Now that’s something I’m grateful for.

Correction Needed. I only gave it a 2 Star Review so it would get attention !!! Please correct the error in the Thomas Merton Prayer. In the last paragraph, following the word Therefore, it currently reads ‘will I” and it should read ‘I will’ Thank you ! Aside from that, I love the app and am happy to give a 5 Star review !

Slowly warming up. I’ve had this app for a while now. Little by little I’ve been seeing more and more value in all that it offers. What a great spiritual tool. The prayers are so powerful and humbling. The accountability questions really help to show why we do the things we do.

Life changing!!. This app allows me to stay on track with my nightly inventory, making sure I practice gratitude DAILY by being able to jot down what I’m grateful for in minutes. What I really appreciate is the daily spot check. This brings on great self awareness. My sponsor was happy to hear I’m using that as one of my tools of recovery.

Practical and Unique. I was using another 12 Step app, and this one has more options readily available, like the Nighly Inventory and my friend keeps preaching about the Spot Check Inventory, but overall pretty open and useful for anyone ready to be accountable for their sobriety and living truthfully

Lost all entries. I have had your app for a few years and love it. A week ago all my entries were gone, wiped out. I did refresh nothing. Then thought maybe my year was up, paid the $9.99 this past week. Logged in again this morning and entries that I just put in are gone again. Please ....

Helped within an hour!. Less than an hour after I downloaded this app it actually helped me! I got into an argument with my husband and when I entered it into the app as a resentment the app prompted me to see my part in the argument. It made me really reflect deeply and I made amends to my husband because of it. Without the app I probably would never have seen my role. Five stars!

Sobriety Tool Kit. I love the app for nightlies and the quick check in. I do not do resentment inventory the way it’s set up in this app, but everyone does that differently, or I’ve seen it done many different ways. Love that all the prayers are on the home page. Finally the one click to send nightly to either sponsor or accountability friend. Definitely recommend.

Super Helpful. A sponsee introduced me to this app. I love it! The daily reflection is at your fingertips and you also have access to some essential prayers. The journal and spot-check inventory are incredibly useful and it does not cost much to upgrade. Another plus is that this not a subscription service.

Fake it until you make it.. Great prayers. Great way to start the day. If you don’t know how to pray or what to say, these prayers are a great place to start! These prayers help guide my day. Great app, essentials for working a serious program.. My sponsor and I send our evening reviews using this app, and it is so convenient. Great.. Whenever I’m feeling frustrated or upset with life in general, I sign into my spiritual toolkit, fill out an inventory and it’s nice to know that I have an extra tool that can help shed some light on what’s really going on with my diseased brain and thinking. Just right. This app has everything I need to make it on my journey. I have checked out quite a few apps and had settled on 2 to make ends meet on my sobriety, but everything I need from those 2 are all in one app.

Sobriety Check at the click of my fingers!. I originally downloaded the the free version of the app and then purchased the premium because I was utilizing way more than I thought I would. I love this app. I can do a spot check, journal, and do a nightly all at the same time! It’s what I need to stay on the beam and humble! I world recommend this app over and over!

Very Handy App. I just started using this app and I love being able to quickly add my thoughts in my journal or my resentments as they come up. Most features are free to use, the premium version will give you access to a gratitude list as well as some other list features. I recommend this app.

Wonderful app. I never actually did a nightly inventory until I got this app. This app makes it easy to do from my bed at night and gives me easy access to prayers and daily reflection. Love the gratitude list!. I’ve experienced so many miracles since getting in the habit of typing my daily gratitude list in the app. It only takes a couple minutes out of day, but it can certainly shift everything!

Enlarging Spiritual Growth. This handy little tool was not in existence when I joined the fellowship, but I wish it would have been. I use this all the time. I suggest everyone avail themselves of the easy to use nightly inventory questions from the top of Page 86. I suggest it it especially to new people.

Reducing rating to 3 stars...sadly..... This app is useful. However it desperately needs a field on the nightly review to write out corrective measures. This is the most important part of the 11th step review. Unfortunately it has been several months (March 2017) since the issue was raised, and still no field for corrective measures. I will wait to recommend the app to more sponsees until that's fixed. At that point I will rejoice and give it 5 stars!
