Wonderful, simple, loving app. This app is awesome because it's simple. My toddler loves it. The graphics are nice too. It never freezes or has any technical problems.

Inappropriate. I played a lot of 22learn games when I was a kid and I like most of them and think they are good for toddlers. However, this one is a huge exception! This app (toddler aquarium) is great for learning the alphabet, but the letter “U” has depictions of words that are not appropriate for toddlers. Underwear. Ugly. How are these words in there. Replace them with better words PLEASE or else I will never suggest this app to a toddler ever again.

Great app. This app is the best way to learn the English alphabet for children. And especially, it's free to use. My son loves this app very much. It has a lot of small games to play. Thanks so much!

Great Alphabet learning tool!. This app is super easy to use – and the mini games are great for keeping my little ones’ attention. I don’t know about your child – but mine likes to jump from thing to thing. This app lets you chose which games are available to your child, so you can stress what areas they focus on. We have had good success with each of the mini-games. The letters puzzle reinforces letter shape and name – and leads to easy early successes to celebrate! It doesn’t seem like memorization at all. I like the ‘Animals Puzzles’ best because it teaches associations between the letters and fun objects. The beach theme is light and fun and the cute creatures celebrate with your child at each achievement. The games also have a puzzle aspect that are fun - but challenging enough to keep the little one engaged and interested. I recommend this app for your little learners!

Great tool for parents!. This newer version is even better! I use the apps from this developer every day with my son. He loves the games and learns from them at the same time! Unhappy mom. I loved this app for my 18 month old son until today. We got to the letter "U." One of the words in the matching segment was "ugly" with a photo of a dog. How could someone allow this word to be used in a children's game? This a learning app, am I really going to teach my child "ugly" is an ok word to use. Absolutely not. I am so upset that the developers would even think to put this in there. What about unique? UFO? Ukulele? There are plenty of better options than ugly is all I am trying to get at.

Recommended. This is a didactic way to my kids learn the alphabet in a fun way.

Enjoyable. Very entertaing app with gorgeous illustrations. I've found it to be quite educational while being enjoyable at the same time. It has clear instructions and is simple for children to use. It also has many great features.

This app offers four unique game modes which includes puzzles that my children can relate certain letters to objects that makes up an entire word. Wish there were more like it. My soon to be 2 year old loves this app. She likes that she can drag everything to the right place. She will play it for yours and really concentrate on what she's doing until she gets it right. Then she yells "I did it!". I can't seem to find any other apps that have the same features as this game that allows the child to build letters and animals by dragging the shapes to the correct spot. My 2 yr old is a twin and has still picked up this app super quick and learned how to play it within a day!

Easy learning for kids. Great app for kids learning their alaphbets, this app goes beyond just teaching the the letter and the order they go in it also shows them how to write it and the sound the word makes and it also lets them create an image that goes with the letter so your child learns the letter in many different ways. The app is also easy to use for kids and I like that when they do something right it tells them positive things like "great job" that can go a long way with helping them want to keep going. My kids love this app and they play it pretty much all day long.

Fantastic learning game!. Finding a good educational game is hard, finding a great one for really little kids is even harder. This game is fun and my daughter was able to figure it out with very little help. I would highly recommend this app to any parents with young children.

Entertaining and educational. If my son is going to be glued to his ipad I'm glad hes using this app. He's learning new things and having a blast while doing it. Amazing. I love this application. I am impressed with the graphics and the learning structure in the app. I am able to watch my 2year old cousin contently play this game for hours! He loves it! I would recommend this app for mum and dads with children around preschool.

Educational!. This is such an excellent app! My son has been playing it for a while now, I’ve been testing him by asking him to tell me the different numbers and visuals that he sees on the screen. My daughter loves it!. Another fantastic game by 22 Learn! I bought their Basic Skills version and now this one and I have to say my 4yr old girl loves them! She loves building the letters and matching objects to their silhouettes, the little crabs are so cute! I feel she is really gaining some really important memory skills and she loves to name animals and objects when quizzed on a letter! The bright colorful graphics keep her engaged too! Thanks again!

Glitchy. My toddler loves this game, however, it has been glitchy since the last update and closes out which is frustrating to both of us. Please fix so we can go back to playing a great game.

Smart and so much fun!!. This app is by far one of our favourites, our daughter just loves it and we have seen great results.. She is teaching herself and having a ton of fun at the same time. I have to admit there is something that makes the games challenging yet so much fun!

Fun & educational. What an engaging app! It has many smart features that children will adore. Additionally, you can adjust the types of games that you want to appear in the main game using the settings menu. In my case, my two year old son showed signs of struggling and felt the beach puzzle was a bit too difficult, so now he only plays the other three puzzles without requiring assistance from me and asking for help. In fact, he's become so adept with the app, he has not only learned the alphabet, but also how to select the games he wants to play himself!

bug Needs fix/content great. App content is great but there is an issue with the app. It stays running with sound if you lock your iPad with the power button. You have to hit home button then lock button to shut app off. If my kiddo locks it or sound is off you don't realize it till your battery is dead. 2 stars for functionality 5 stars for the content

What a joke. My daughter was excited to practice her alphabet but it only let her do the first several letters before I had to buy the rest.

Confused and freaked out. My 22mo old daughter loves the app however pretty frustrated that the pictures you drag to words under the letter U is underwear and its a picture of a woman in her underwear.. I don't feel this is appropriate at all.... I gave the app 4 stars cause it is educational and my daughter loves it just that pic is gross!

Some level of inappropriateness. Overall, this app is a good learning tool. Unfortunately, associating the letter 'U' with words like "ugly" and "underwear" (with a female wearing a skimpy underwear) is not good for toddlers. There are many words in the dictionary to help TODDLERS make associations; the company has to do a better job in this area if they care about their customers.

Great For Early Learning. This app looks and seems like a great opportunity for toddlers/pre schoolers to learn their alphabet and more for the early head start that everyone wants for their child. A great education app overall.

Makes learning super easy and awesomely fun!. The Alphabet Aquarium is a fun and innovative way for little ones to learn their ABCs! As I sat beside my niece to watch her play, I found myself wishing that they had something like this when I was kid... The game itself is beautifully colorful and possesses adorable animation that'll surely capture the curious minds of children everywhere. Yet luckily, not only is it lovely to look at, but it's also easy and pleasant for children to navigate. The game starts out by prompting your little one to build an alphabet letter. To do this, they must connect different pieces of the letter together. It also asks the player to drag and match the letter to its rightful shape. I think this REALLY helps children learn how to properly construct the letters of the alphabet and it's such a fun way of doing it! In addition to these awesome features, the game also has an adorable animal for every letter. Your child must drag and piece together each animal, such as "A" for "Alligator". My niece especially liked the "E" for "Elephant" :) It also has several words that fall under each letter category, all of which must be matched to their proper shapes. And let me tell you, my niece and I had a lot of fun putting them all together! In fact, one of my favorite parts about this game were the narrative voices that praised her whenever she did something right. I must say, not only was this game fun, but it did an excellent job of familiarizing my niece with her ABCs as well as shape identification. I really believe she took a lot away from the experience of playing it. Overall, the Alphabet Aquarium is a cute, educational app that makes learning fun! I'm sure children everywhere will have a great appreciation for it and I'm positive that parents will too. This app is truly an effortless way to educate our toddlers and I have every intention of investing in the full version for my little sidekick.
