Says rain when isn’t. Like the app but its never correct on temp or weather . Time to find another app

Stopped working. Have used this for a while but the map started dropping me in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa and wouldn’t move. So I reinstalled and it’s even worse and immediately crashes. Don’t bother.

Channel 4 weather app. Great App!

First Alert weather. Whatever they did to change the WSMV weather did not work. It is much harder to find anything. Don’t like it.

Review. We really need to read the weather alerts, not just video. Many times we are in a meeting or busy and cannot watch a video. If you can make that happen the app would be great. Thanks

Goodbye Old Friend. Used to be my favorite weather app but no longer loads. Displays much longer range of hourly forecasts plus 10 day forecasts vs 7 days on most apps. But now all I get is a failed to connect message. Reviewed all settings, deleted and redownloaded but problem remains. RIP...

Neglected App. Crashes all the time even after upgrades and reinstalls

Not iPad friendly. Not iPad friendly. Only displays in portrait. My iPad keyboard case doesn't function standing up on end. Please fix.

I don’t have time for your “commercials”!!!. When I go on the app it’s because I’m looking for urgent/important/of imminent relevance information!!!! I DO NOT have time to listen to a COMMERCIAL!!!!!STOP IT!!!!

Way too many notifications!. Went to setting to receive notifications for severe weather and tornado warnings. Gives me notifications for basically everything.

Radar no longer actually shows.... Radar!. Was a great app until the latest update. Now the radar display no longer actually showps radar! Pretty useless now.

Help. I live in Westminster South Carolina I always keep getting alerts from the Tennessee Kentucky area. Wish it was easier to find a closer area to my location to reflect the weather in my area.

Weather. I think Dan Thomas is not only the best weatherman, but also the dearest, nicest young man on Channel 4. Keep in mind that I have never met him. Lisa needs a new, shorter hairdo. She too old for long hair. Love Channel 4 and always watch it😘🌦☀️🌈

Didn’t work when it mattered most. Early Tuesday morning around 1 am March 3, 2020 tornados touched down near downtown Nashville and continued west for almost 50 + miles. Not. One. Notification. from this app! Thank God I heard the outside neighborhood sirens and ran to the bathroom for cover. Waste of time to give false sense of security with this app.

Terrible non-working app. Never had so much trouble with an app before. I just deleted it. That was the second time I’ve installed it & it still doesn’t work correctly. Half the time it is stuck on the ad page. Or the radar is completely wrong. It’s raining outside & when I go to the app it shows no rain around us. We live in Franklin and it seems to give me the weather for Nashville. I’ve complained to Lisa Spencer about it and she just says to reinstall it. I love the channel 2 app! The radar on channel 2 app is great also! Don’t waste your time with this app.

Should be ashamed. App is horrible!!!!! Went to App Support and what comes up?! A 404 page saying “page you are looking for cannot be found”. We were actually thinking about advertising with Channel 4, but never will now if this is how they operate.!!!!!!!

Radar. 4 out of 5 times I go to check radar it doesn’t work

Good App When It Works. Frequently when the app is opened it stays stuck on the ad page. I wrote to voice my frustration; and all I got was a response that said nothing can be done!

Ad App. Get a notification for a story. Click on notification. Watch a ridiculously long ad. No story comes up or some totally unrelated story. Total waste of time. Love Chanel 4 but their app is horrible.

WSMV WEATHER TEAM. I agree with WSMV having the most accurate weather reporting team in this market. Dan Thomas and Lisa Spencer both seem very knowledgeable in their profession. Don’t get a warm fuzzy feeling about any of the others. BTW, in my opinion there is nothing wrong with Lisa’s hair. She’s a very attractive middle aged lady and should wear her hair any way she darn well pleases.

Overlaid of notifications!. Every day it’s multiple notifications 90% of them is just prompting you to watch the newscast, has very little or almost nothing to do with some kind of weather alert. I have multiple times gotten notifications to watch the news this morning. It was 4:30 in the morning, it only said, watch the weather report this morning. It’s useless.

Warning 1hr late. Current storm warning issued by NOAA at 2:45 didn’t receive it in app or notification until 3:55 over an hr late. We had high winds, heavy lightning & heavy rain for at least 45 minutes. Only warning posted for our area was a heat warning. Glad I also have AccuWeather & The Weather Channel apps to help keep me safe.

So sad what weather report?. To many adds to try and get your report and when you get to the end of them the report is missing. 🥲😤.

Great Radar, when it works. I’ve had to delete this app, it never works. It always says network error.

Not accurate. Lately every time I look at the app it is wrong. I now go to Twitter to get my weather from a different weather team.

It keeps moving my location 1000 miles away!. I’ve been getting notifications of rain nearby when there are no signs of rain in the forecast for my location. That’s because this app continues to set my location as Andover, Massachusetts, which is nowhere near where I am. I’ve never been there & I’ve never purposely searched for it. I’ve deleted Andover from my locations in the app but it keeps appearing as my only saved location. Very frustrating! Can’t this be fixed?

App. WSMV channel 4 has the best weather app going. I love the live radar.

WSMV4 Weather App. I’ve only been using the app for a couple days, but I’m suspiciously questioning if the “live radar” is actually there’s. When I look at where the radar is, it suspiciously looks like it’s close to the TBNA radar in Nolensville.

Too many videos. I like the radar videos as a supplement but a quick message about the conditions is preferable

Decent App Could Be Better. A decent app with weather alerts... Would be better if the closings tab actually listed the closings in effect.

Spectacular. I never rate apps, but this one is too well done not to give a pat on the back. Maybe the previous editions weren't that hot--I don't know. What I do know is that the current one is wonderful. Definitely worth your time.

Great App!. Thanks for the 4Warn app-- it's a great companion to the News app. It would be even better if the most recent weather video forecast was added to the video section.

Asking for bluetooth every time. The app asks to turn on bluetooth every time. Why?? It doesn't need it to run, just to connect to other devices. That is my choice, not some programmers whim or fantasy. Removed it from my machine. Fix the bluetooth problem. You did for news app, why not the weather app?

Won't Open On iPad. Worthless. How could you release an app with such obvious defects?

Awesome!. I have an iPhone 4S. Works perfectly! Love the features and having the 10 day forecast right at my fingertips is great!

Crashing. Since the last update at the beginning of March the app will no longer open on an iPhone 5S.

Not a fan of the update. I really liked this app before the update. It WAS easy to use and find everything I wanted to see. Not so much anymore. This update is right up there with the first 2 versions of iOS 8.

Crashes. Won't open. I have iPhone 4Gs OS5.

Not a fan of the update. The new layout is difficult to follow. The font is difficult to read. Bad design decisions. It also gives you a limitation error every time you swipe between screens.

Very Good App!. This app is easy to use and the forecasts are very detailed, especially in the 10 day outlook. The main thing missing is a 24 hour live stream of 4WARN Live Doppler. Add that, and I will add a fifth star! Very impressed with the ease of use, especially being an iPhone 3GS user. Well done! (Update: in response to the review about the app crashing on 3GS with iOS 5.1, I don't have that issue on mine. Update to iOS 6, and you shouldn't have that problem)

No school closing information. I added this app because WSMV discontinued their text updates for school closing. The closing are not listed in the app and don't appear to have been updated since 2014???

Poorly designed app doesn't work. When trying to navigate through this app it closes itself without warning. This is very frustrating causing me to think about going to a competitor's app.

Ok, Needs Some Changes. I like this app, but I'd rather pay a few bucks to get it ad free. The ads are annoying and take up screen space. Also, the layout of the app looks a little jumbled. Seems like it could be visually more appealing and less haphazard.

Worst app ever. If you download it, it will not open. I have deleted & reinstalled it 3 times still doesn't work. Hate I even have to rate it one star.

Weather app. This app loaded flawlessly works great, have an iPhone 4 running the latest software and it's flawless.

Crashes. Can't even get it to open! Please fix.

Failure to launch!. The app displays its initial screen for a fraction of a second and then closes. This is consistent behavior on my iPhone 3GS with OS 5.1.

Ad-free version?. Really like the new weather app. I would pay a dollar or two for an ad- free version that would take advantage of the extra screen space on the iPhone 5, then I would give it 5 stars.

Does not work with 5.0.1 on Iphone 4. Launch the icon and it crashes right away.

Dislike. Very unhappy with update! Now all info is in a different spot and have to go hunting for what I'm looking for. Everything used to be on one page!

Good Weather for Middle Tennessee. Always give up to date info.

Useless on iPad. App on iPhone works fine. However on iPad the Hiller banner takes up so much space and is badly positioned making it useless

Not broken, why fix?. After this "downgrade", I've gone back to using WBIR's version of this app. It works great. Just like this one used too.
