The upgrade killed it!!!. I PAID for this app, did the upgrade now it wants me to pay again!! NOT gonna happen! If you hit the support link above you get PAGE NOT FOUND Oh well, I guess this app gets trashed…..

Handy tool!. I love this toolbox! I work nights in a hospital and the flashlight is perfect for both finding my way in a dark room as well as for physical exams. The ruler is also useful for a variety of things. I haven't used the levels yet but I have used the protractor and the stopwatch. Nicely done and convenient to use.

This app is crap, yes, it is a crap app!. Don’t waste your time with this. Fly a kite instead!

Best app in existence. This app truly changed my view on life, I honestly don't know how I was able to live without it. I can rest easy now that I know I can measure up to 7 inches. I went from being a nerd to popular the next day. My parents are actually proud of me now. People call me "cool" now, I finally fit in.

Everything works except for the ruler. All the tools are fantastic. However, the ruler is not calibrated for iPhone 13. Can that please be updated. I would absolutely give 5 stars if this could be fixed.

Does not work. Don’t waste your money

Complete waste of money. The description of the app made me believe you could measure a room. If you can the instructions do not give you a hint how to do. Had to pull out my tape measure. It’s only $2 but enough fools like me and someone’s making some bank on a grade school coding homework project.

Now it works!. Prior review found ruler markings not accurate. Tip calculator was not readable. After checking settings on iphone I found that display settings must be set to STANDARD , not zoomed. All fine now. Hope this helps others.

Flashlight doesn’t work. Downloaded this app because of the adjustable flashlight and surface level. Flashlight only worked once, until Intried the strobe - hasn’t worked since. Surface level is +/- .2 degrees off, randomly in any direction.

Great utility app!. This app is like the Swiss Army knife of utility apps. It's awesome! The flashlight is handy and the strobe is fun. The levels are useful too. I'd like to see the protractor double as an inclinometer and it would be cool if the front camera could be utilized as a mirror. Great app! Looking forward to more creativity.

iMetalBox is a handy tool on iPhone 7 & iPad Mini 4. I wanted an accurate ruler on demand. The iMetalBox ruler measures up to 4 inches on my iPhone 7 and 6 3/16 on my iPad mini when just opened and I haven't gotten to the end of the tape measuring capability. I relied on a similar app for years until the iPhone 7 when the ruler on the other app could not scale, i.e. 1 inch on that ruler was 1 3/8 inches on a wooden ruler. I've only begun to explore the other capbilities of this tool and I am delighted. Thank you.

Use your stuff. I have had your app’s for some time and used them from time to time, just thought I’d get a few more AND up grade a few of them, you have time and money into them I thought it would be great if I helped you out a little Great job with them ( all work great) Thanks again

Handy to have. Like most folks I have my phone with me always. When you need a level or ruler it is right in your pocket.

Run away from this. Waste of money. 3 of the tools do not work and only bring up a black screen. I have to turn off the app and restart if I want to use another tool. Click on the App Support button and it takes you to a dead 404 message page. Why Apple allows apps to still be sold when there is no app support is beyond me. Big friggin scam.

Replaced multiple apps. I have been trying to reduce the clutter on my iPhone by removing unused apps, consolidating folders, etc. This app consolidated some utility apps that I infrequently use buy like to have available. For example, 2 levels and a flashlight reduced 2 apps into 1 plus added a few utilities that I may have use for like small ruler or the protractor.

Retired Gent. This is the most elegant app I own. The simplicity and functionality of its design floors me. Everything on it has worked well for me, including the small compass. The SOS feature on the strobe function, while not something one would use every day, Is nice to have on one's phone – just in case. I appreciate the hard work that went into making this streamlined yet very functional app.

Very useful.... If you need to visualize how long a centimeter is, accurately measure a small part... lots of things... this is a great app to have in your toolkit.

Flashlight. I don’t like that the flashlight turns off on its own. It should turn off when I want to turn it off.

Schon. Does not work like it should. Measurement tools do not lock when you push lock button. Ruler is not working right. Put on 1 in and it is way off. Put on 3 in and says 0 in. I am using on I phone 6 plus.

Used Daily.... Thanks Guys (and Girls) for authoring this utility. It seems as if I have to use it Every Single Day for some reason or another, mostly for its magnification capability and it’s flashlight... Thanks Again, and God Bless...!!!

Eli. I am trying to use the Protractor bathroom some reason I cannot set it up to zero when I turned my iPhone to the 90° So I guess there is no adjustment

No Countdown Timer. Disappointed there is no countdown timer. The other tools are useful and the user interface / layout is nice.

Love it, but.... A nice set of apps that mostly work well. I have 2 issues. 1 a bug, the other a suggestion. On the flashlight, once I turn on strobe, I can't seem to turn it off. It always strobes. Second, on the ruler, it would be awesome if the precision could be changed for standard. Like /8, /10, /12, /16, /32, etc.

Thin the herd. Everything works and it's all in one place now. Time to thin out the herd and clear the clutter with one well built and useful app. Thank you.

Great set of utility programs. This is a wonderful set of utility programs, that I use almost every day in my line of work.

Ruler scale is wrong. The ruler measurement scale does not adapt to the iPhone 12 screen size.

Ruler is way off. I bought the full version of imetalbox quite a while ago and found it pretty handy. But I just discovered that the ruler is way off now. IDK if this is because of a phone or iOS upgrade but bogus. Reinstalled the app etc but nothing fixed the problem.

Support for iPhone SE (Second Gen). Just discovered that the ruler is not accurate on the Second Generation iPhone SE. The new phone is the same size as the 6, 7 & 8 but the app doesn’t not recognized it as the larger SE. Love the app. It has a easy to use spot on my home page.

iMetalbox. iMetalbox is a simple yet effective utility application. The design is better than many all in one apps as you have a stone gray color background which is a good neutral color to look at when performing functions. The main screen has a large icon button which can take you to any utility. The app includes a flashlight with SOS capability, a ruler, compass, multi dual stopwatch, protractor, split level and surface level tools, battery indicator and a unit converter which can be used to convert information of all types from miles to foreign men shoe sizes. The app is easy to use and the features packed in aren't gimmicky except maybe the battery which gives you a reading of power left on your device and how much goes to various activities. If you need a battery application it is best to get a fully featured one but you can still get something from the one provided. The rest are for the most part fully baked or will get the task done.

Be Warned! All upgrades, ZERO SUPPORT!. REQUEST RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER ASAP: submitted 5 stars to simply get this posted and warn others as the lack of functioning “tools” even after purchasing ALL UPGRADES ON TOP OF A BOGUS DEVELOPER WEBSITE AND ZERO APP SUPPORT is simply UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve had the PAID/PRO versions of nearly all the developer apps including iMetalBox, Unit Converter, Ruler and Binoculars and suddenly there is absolutely ZERO APP SUPPORT and basic functions, such as currency converter, DO NOT FUNCTION WHATSOEVER! The app developer link takes you to a 3rd party web hosting site with NO OTHER options to REQUEST SUPPORT!! I’ve used your apps on a daily basis and have PURCHASED ALL UPGRADES only to have ZERO SUPPORT the one time I actually need it. Below is a screenshot of the currency converter doing nothing and if anyone cares to assist on this please provide any feedback as I’ll spend my money on another “toolbox” as this is simply UNACCEPTABLE!

Tools “rules”. Been using the ruler to transfer measurements from computer to real objects using spring calipers. Indispensable tools.

Wasted $. Don’t waste you money, promotion design gives you the impression you are getting Carpenters Calculator as part of the package... then you find out that will cost you more. No compelling reason to buy this app as everything you you already have on the device...move on to something else

Great Toolkit with Intuitive Analog Interfaces. I've only used the timer thus far and would like to see a larger (more readable), discrete-hand minute dial (since the second hand is already sweep-second). Ruler is accurate on 12.9" iPad Pro and iPhone 6s+. Surprisingly difficult to find a ruler app that's accurate - until now. Bought it as soon as I tried the free version.

Photo measure missing unit conversion. While your stand alone photo measure app does have unit conversion from inch to cm, the photo measure tool within the toolbox does not. Looks like a bug as the “settings button” doesn’t work on the photo ruler (within the toolbox). Please fix and I’ll be happy to change rating to 5 stars.

Recommended. This is an extremely useful app, especially if you need to level anything, but even the flashlight alone is worth it with the instant on feature, compass and varying levels of flashing, making it great for emergencies or electric dance parties.

Good flashlight plus. Handy and does the trick as a flashlight. Has the features that I need plus some other tools that could come in handy

Camera Measuring Tool. The Camera measuring tool is not even close to being accurate. I followed the lengthy instructions but was unable to get accurate measurements. Perhaps I was not using it correctly but there is no app support to determine this. The other tools work well.

Ruler, Seriously?. The ruler is off by 1/8 inch EVERY inch so if you measure something 4 inches long it’s actually showing up as 3.5 inches. (On iPhone 8) The size of every iPhone known to mankind is set in stone, you should have an option to pick your phone so the rule is actually correct (or have the app do that automatically). Either that or remove the ruler from the app because its is WORSE than useless! I used this one time before I knew it was off so much, cost me money having the wrong measurement. Have some pride in your work developers! Brutal!

Clean and useful. I like the clean design. I don't use it every day since I don't do wood craft, but I know I don't have to go through my garage to locate a leveler or a protractor. It feels like I have a Swiss Army knife on my iPhone.

I Like it!. Fun app, has lots to offer. I like the levels and the flashlight, and the SOS feature is kinda cool. Hope I never have to use it.

Very nice tool. Really nice design and look and feel. Very accurate and easy to use.

Good app. Everything works fine for me. One thing to improve on would be to have a lock after you calibrate the levels. It is too easy to touch the calibrate button again and throw it off.

Not bad, but .... It works, but not on iPad. Well, it does work there, but for some weird reason, it rotates 90° from where it should. But the frame doesn’t rotate, so a third of each tool is hidden. A very strange bug.

MetalBox. Great app. Like having all of these tools- features under one app. Saves having so many icons on phone to hunt through.

Pod great, Pad lousy. Extremely accurate measurements on iPod, but in addition to other comments already listed, the measurements on iPad are grossly erroneous. Make the iPad version work & it'll be worth 5 stars.

Very handy!!. I use the flashlight feature a lot! The stop watch I've used also. I don't often need levels, but it's nice to know they are handy if I find I need one.

Protractor doesn't work. The reason I purchased this was for the protractor and its stuck on 90*. You can see for yourself on the free version. I thought I had to buy it for it to work. I will give this 5 stars when it's fixed.

Stop me !. This app makes me want to buy another iPhone just for this app and keep the phone in the tools drawer/chest ! Nicely done ! Clever design and a must have for all. Stop watches if your a competitive jogger with a flashlight if you run early or dropped your keys. A level for you dyslexic picture hangers to get it right and a protractor to see how far off you were without this handy little 'tool box'. Have fun and do it right with this tool !
