What's the word. I like the game it makes, well actually forces me or whoever would play the game think. If you don't get the answer, you're stuck until you do. In a lot of ways it irritates me because I think there should be a way to move forward if you can't think of the answer, even if you take coins away. If you're out of coins, you can't move forward, that sort of thing. Otherwise I play this with my six year old grand daughter and in some ways she can be better at it at times than I am. I love the game.

A nice mind diversion. This is a great game to play when you have a few minutes to kill or want to warm up your brain. Since game play can be resumed at any time, you can play whenever you want. I have only two minor issues: the puzzles start out extremely easy, but then suddenly get much harder--it would be nicer if the progression was more linear. Also, the in-app purchases are far too expensive. Removing letter costs 59 coins and 250 coins costs 99 cents. First, that.'s far too much, and second, that's rude to price the options such that coins will be guaranteed to be wasted. Price the options at 25 coins to remove letters and 10 coins to reveal a letter.

Helpful hints (please read) you can save your coins. For those that are stuck and hasn't noticed, you can exit out of the game and close it completely, then re-enter for the letters to be re-shuffled. Repeat the step few times and you will notice certain letters will stay constantly. Those are the letters used to solve the puzzle. All you have to do now is unscramble those few letters and you have the word. For example, if the word is oil, letters O L I will stay with rest of the letters keep changing. This was long but hope it helps solve the puzzle without using your coins.

Good brainwork! BUT.... Ok, been almost 2wks since last review. was fun, but still waiting on update. Read all below. Deleting & on to better apps. Wrote ⭐review below 4 days ago after finishing all puzzles . Read this now because it will disappear under all the freebie 10 coin comments. U will run out of puzzles & get a message that u get "more on the next release". I still haven't gotten anything. FREE COINS WON'T HELP ANYTHING IF U CAN'T PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! ⭐ Got this app yesterday evening & have solved all. Creators ask you to rate 5 star & give u 100 points - points for WHAT? After "completing all puzzles" (not many), I got a "great job" comment along with message that I will get more challenges later. Let me guess; update will cost$$$$... & no, I didn't devote all my time on it. Should allow enough puzzles to at LEAST let you play a few days!

No Updates. I really liked this game but apparently the developers have stopped updating it and it will no longer work with iOS.

Short, but Fun!. Like said, it is a short game (finished 188 puzzles). After I finished it, I could no longer solve any puzzles, so I had to delete it. However, it was pretty fun while it lasted. There were only three puzzles that completely made me go blank, but after a few minutes of actually observing, I finally got the answer (one of the three words was the word "soft" because I couldn't put a soda and a stuffed toy together in my head). Once you get the hang of it, it becomes fairly easy to play. Other than that, it was really fun while it lasted. P.S. Please release the new one already!

This game.... Is VERY addictive. You get or two words right and you feel like you can't fail! Then, you get stuck, and you spend FOREVER trying to figure out this cleverly hidden word, until a friend points it out within a few seconds. :D (Oh, and the game bribes you. If you rate the game with 5 stars, it rewards you with 100 in-game coins, which has around a 40 cent value. I would rate it with 5 stars anyway, but this is a good motivation.) *OH, and "Red Spell"? Couldn't help but notice that the SECOND I clicked the "Rate Now" button in your app, the 100 coins were put to my app... Before I had even typed a single letter of the review, let alone gave you any stars. Thought you should think about fixing that so you can get the max amount of "5 star ratings". *

App shuts down. App keeps shutting down every time I click on it please please fix the game I like this game it didn’t do this when I had the 7+ and now I have the 11

No pictures after a short time of app use. So loaded this this game app twice— and ended up stuck with word puzzle with no pictures. Reloaded app - thinking a one time problem. It worked okay for about 12 puzzles and again - stuck at no pictures.. software issues. Don’t get this app.

Sadly missing the mark. This could almost have been a great game for me. Sadly it started off too easy and after it quickly progressed to a puzzle I had to actually think about for a minute it was a puzzle that one of the clues was just terrible for the answer they expected a person to give. Well I still happened to get that one relatively quickly but a few puzzles later I'm back to a stumper, stuck for quite a while and have discovered that not only does the game not allow for skipping a puzzle but their shtick is to sell you "hints" for real money. Yeah right. That's a sound decision; 99 cents here and 99 cents there while learning to give up on thinking through a puzzle on an electronic toy could never add up and become a mindless plan you would later regret!

Rating. Good

Game keeps shutting off. The game shuts off every time I push the “play” button

Too time consuming. The idea is great but this game quickly goes from ridiculously easy (shake) to difficult from one puzzle to the next. The help option is not an option because it requires too many coins, and the fact that the help option icon shakes and makes noise every 10 seconds is annoying. You should be able to scramble the letters or at least rearrange them, and be able to skip a puzzle that is stumping you and come back to it. I don't have time to look at 4 pictures (some of which seem to have NOTHING in common) for 20 minutes until I figure it out, I'd rather play something else...

Crashes and Won’t Play. With the last update being two years ago, it seems this is incompatible with more recent iOS builds. It ran fine on 12.4 on my old phone just recently (as I put off updating till last week when it then tanked my battery and reminded me why I had never updated), and now it won’t run on my new phone on 14.1. From the other reviews, it likely disagreed with iOS 13 as well. Don’t bother to download this game unless your updates are way behind like mine were.

Keeps kicking me out. The first time I played this game it was good in the first round. But when I wrote “play” it just kicked me out I joined like a million times and it just keeps kicking me out FIX THIS ASAP

Fun. A very fun way to exercise your brain

Challenging but there are no incentives. This game was free however each time you get stuck and need help guessing the word you have to use at least 39 coins and there is no way to earn coins, you have to buy them. The game was free but I spent at least $5.00 on the coins which is ridiculous! There are no incentives for guessing the word except for earning stars but you can't do anything with the stars!! I would not recommend this game to anyone if no incentives are created and I am deleting this game from my phone. It's fun but costs too much money because a lit of the words are nearly impossible to guess without buying coins out of your own pocket. If I wanted to buy coins to play a game I'd go to the arcade.. If this game is updated I'll definitely look into playing it again if I don't gave to spend money with no incentives.

Good but needs changes. Hey so I really like the app but there is one thing I would like to recommend that I think most people would agree with. See most people find a puzzle that every once in a while they cannot solve. I know this from all of the pictures on iFunny and such. So I think people would like a puzzle skip button that would let them skip the puzzle for idk maybe a max of five times a day. Hopefully if you dot this that it wouldn't cost coins because other wise people wouldn't have enough like all of your other hints. They cost too much and people can be very cheap with their money (I being one of those people). So please at least consider using this for your next update on the app of you see this. Thanks! -CSB

Good Idea! With Drawbacks. As a word game lover, I was delighted to find an altogether new type of game. And I really enjoyed the challenge of this game. But it wasn't long before two things impeded upon my pleasure: first was the perpetual irritation of the jumping red square which constantly tries to get you to buy clues, and second was the offer of 100 free game coins in exchange for a 5-star rating of the game, a despicable strategy (buying your rating!) which should be forbidden by Apple, but which has apparently bought this app a good many 5-star ratings. But, trust Grandma, this game has NOT earned all those 5-star ratings. I'd be amazed if it EARNED any of them. It's just too irritating. That said, I WILL say that this game has real potential. If the developers removed the jumping red box and took the whole "coins" thing out of it, it could be a truly enjoyable game and challenging game. I think there could even be one version for adults and one for children. [A wonderful HBO children's tv show has a game just like this.] I should also mention that there were a few sets that raised the issue of varying regional meanings for words. One example was a group of four pictures which absolutely defined (for me) "meatloaf," but the answer was "hash." "Hash" has a completely different meaning for me - well 2: one culinary (chopped meat - usually leftovers - with diced potatoes and onions and sometimes vegetables) and one illegal (Oh Grandma! For shame!)

Ran out of words. Was my favorite app until it ran out of words:-(. Said they add new ones everyday but it's been three days and still no new puzzles. Hopefully back up and running soon

Not working. I used to play this on my iPod in 2014 and later downloaded on my iPhone around 2016. Currently, in 2020, it’s not working on an iPad. :( Was a good game.

Great, but.... 1. I hate the ads... they are annoying and you're losing players because of them; 2. I hate that if I multitask and quickly switch to a different app, when I open it back up I have to press the "play" button... why can't the game just wait for me to return without it restarting just because I glanced at a different app?; 3. If you get stuck on a word, there should be a "reveal word" option that deducts points or costs coins... I hate being stuck and not having a way to get past it; 4. Some of the pictures REALLY do not match the word... seems like a desperate attempt to make the game more challenging but it's just making it stupid.

I did this for the 250 stars. The game is good sometimes I think some random words are to difficult for the level they are on like cyan as level 18 of like over 100 and I don't think they should bribe players with 250 stars to get a 5 star review (stars are used for cheats an you get 2 every time you answer so I can see why it's in your favor to leave a 5 star review) honestly I'd give the game probably 3 stars since the difficulty is a little out of whack some times and hints are near impossible to receive and you cant skip questions but as long your some kind of spelling vocabulary wizard from the magical land of webster and pictionary it's a good way to pass the time

I love this app but.... I love this app, and I love to play it with my friends. The only problem I have with this app is that there is no way to play offline. I started playing this with one of my best friends, on the bus ride home, and she loved it. We played up to level 60 or so offline, but now it will not let me download pictures for offline play. I've tried leaving the app open for 5 daysin order for it to buffer pictures, but that didn't seem to help at all. The main time I play this app is on the bus ride home, but I can't since I don't get wifi on my bus. Other than that, I have no problem with the app, and I love it!

Good concept, poor execution. Although I like the concept of the game, and enjoy playing it, there are a couple issues that detract from the fun. The puzzle difficulties are all over the board and you will get super easy mixed in with super hard. The reward is the same 2 coins regardless of the puzzle (and you need to solve 20 before you can afford a hint!). The game doesn't have the concept of levels or lives so you really can't progress into the more challenging realm. The additional and main issue with this game is the inability to fail a puzzle. When you get a super hard puzzle that you don't have an answer to your options are limited. You can keep trying for several days until you finally stumble on the answer, you can ask for help in FB, or you can uninstall the app. None of these options are good. I don't want to spend 3 days on one puzzle, that's no fun! I also don't like the concept of FB help for two reasons: 1. Most people just give you the answer and that takes all the challenge out of it, and 2. You end up seeing solutions on FB to puzzles you haven't attempted yet and that's no good either.

Great game for kids and adults. I really enjoy this game and sometimes ask my 6 year old for ideas. I sometimes have to get out my thesaurus and dictionary to help come up with possible choices. I found alot of them make sense and some are a little more abstract. I was able to get about 20 puzzles then one stumped me: All four pictures showed a plate of piped/star cookies (not sure if merengue or not), and I ended up paying for 3 letters before guessing the word was zephyr. The dictionary says it's a gentle breeze or west wind. Only the 3rd definition says any various thing fine or light in quality. Very slight correlation between images and word. This was a horrible trick to get me to buy 3 letters! There was only one other word I had never heard of: cyan. They got me there as well. Very addictive and 95% of the time, the correlation between pictures/images and word trying to guess is pretty good.

I want to play. I used to have this game and i played it and i deleted it for a while but i got it back and now i open the app fine but whenever i hit the play button the app just closes down and goes back to the home screen, and I’ve tried deleting it and getting it again, powering off my phone, and i checked to make sure i have storage, but i still am unable to play the game. help?

Hasn’t worked since I got my iPhone 11 Pro last year. Doesn’t seem to work in latest iOS!

Fun!!!!!. This game is a lot of fun......... The only reason y I'm writing this, is because that thingy to me if I write a review I would get 100 coins......... So y not, it's free!!!!!!!!! But I just got this game and I think I may delete it soon........ But don't bother getting this game and forget what I said earlier about when I said it was a lot of fun..........lol ........... It's a good game. The game is good. There is a high amount of challenge in the puzzles, but sometimes the similarities in some of the pictures are too much of a stretch, in my opinion. It's not impossibly hard, some of the pictures just don't seem to have the similarity they want as an answer. Spoiler. The puzzle with the answer that was egret is not a challenge, the challenge is just knowing the actual word not finding the similarities in them. If the game had pictures that made more sense, had similarities between them that weren't such a stretch, and used words for answers that the common person actually knows, I would have given it a five out of five. And the puzzle with the answer "spade" did not have a spade in it at all (so misleading and wrong word).

It's good but.... I like the game. It really passes the time. But I updated the game and had to start all over even though I was so far. I kind of want to delete it now because I played pretty long to get that far and it's just gone. It's ridiculous. Also, many of the pictures almost seem to have nothing to do with the pictures I'm trying to solve. I encountered a puzzle for the word "dog" and there was a picture of a fox on it...a fox is not a dog...at all. Maybe more consideration of pictures to puzzles should be taken. Even my friend deleted this game because more and more puzzles began becoming nonsensical. It's almost a little pathetic and ridiculous.

I enjoy this game but lots of bugs. I loved "What's the word?" game, but I didn't enjoy it all when I got to level 310 (the max at that time), and when more levels were released, the level numbers were scrambled and I do use the Internet for help when I am really stumped. I search for that certain 310 + levels' number, and they have different pictures that I already saw on last level and when I look at the level area I see that it has the same level number that my iPhone currently has. I cannot even look at the Internet for help, and I am really stumped on a level that none of my friends have ever reached, and I'm stuck. If you could rescramble or whatever, so as to help others and me. Thank you for this game though! :)

No new levels for years with coins left over. I love this game however, I’ve been trying and trying to get more levels for several years and can’t and I have over 5,000 coins just sitting there. Have w-mauled this company several times and nothing changes.

Educational. I like this game... Wait correction LOVE this game for two main reasons. First of all, this game is so fun because it really makes you think and you have to be clever in order to get the word because our minds work in different ways so in some cases we have to change our point of view, and overall just basically EDUCATIONAL and that's what I love about it. Secondly, "what's the word" is fun and interesting because you have to keep guessing, and all though at times it may be frustrating when you don't get the word, that's what is fun about it! In conclusion, for any parents I advise this game to your children because it's appropriate, fun, and everyone's favorite educational.

AWESOME & FUN!!. This is a challenging/ yet very fun puzzle game that makes you think, and as you start to get into it; you start to understand how the puzzle works; and it gives you a whole new outlook on how you look at things; helps you to look a little bit closer W/ attention! It's not hard but when you finish a puzzle you think to yourself. Wow!! I did good with that! And gives you a good feeling of accomplishment! As well as leaves you wanting to continue! This was a very well thought out and designed game! HIGHLY Recommended!!

Good But Frustrating & Expensive!. Game is great, but they only give you 2 coins for a correct answer, then when you get stumped you have to buy coins if you don't have enough for a clue. Some of the pictures really confused you so it's inevitable that you will have to buy coins to keep playing, and to reveal one letter is. 39 coins and $.99 only gets you 250 coins. Seems like a lot but they go fast when you're stumped on a few puzzles. In addition, when you complete the levels they say, "new levels coming soon" after you've spent time, money, and energy solving the puzzles. The concept is great and the game is fun, but these items listed above make it frustrating. When you want to start new levels, the easy packs are 20 coins, but after that they're like 200+ coins to play. I would have rather paid for a version of this game and not have all these things to buy to keep playing. Just sayin'.. But the game concept is great..

Confused. I'm on the level with 3 cups, a light globe, a lady and an alarm clock. Every time I refresh the page totally different letters come up! Annoying and frustrating!!! I now can not play anymore because I can't pass this level. How do I guess the word if the letters continually change? Grrrr

Doesn't make sense. I got to a level which I couldn't figure out. One box was a light bulb, another 3 cups, another a woman and another a clock. THREE times I refreshed the quiz and each time different letters popped up for the same 4 pictures!! Completely different letters. ??!

Completely Unrelated.. Some of the pictures seem completely unrelated. You have to really look and think. A good way to keep your mind active or drive you crazy which ever you are more kindly disposed towards.

Fun and easy. It's worth the price (free) and you get what you pay for. It's a nice time waster guessing the word based on pictures. It has a coin based scoring system where coins can be used to buy hints. However, I never needed a hint. It was very easy. The transition between words is annoying. When you guess correctly, a chime is heard after which the word is shown. This presents a noticeable delay. You can't get into a rhythm due to this. Aside from that, the game does not get anymore fantastic than that. It's easy to get bored. With improved features and some variety in gameplay, this game could easily become a 5 star game.

Love it!!. Update: After playing my first few rounds the game made me use all of the 100 coins it gave because there was no correct answer. Even the game on a four letter word that I used to figure out what was going on said "wrong"!!? The game filled in every single letter at my prompting because there's an obvious glitch. I know the word, however it won't let me past even it's own "wrong" answer. Ugh!! I hope that made sense. I love games like this. Oh well. Love word games and brain teasers. Very cool!! 👍👍👍👍👍😁

Can't count. I have used the game currency "coins" to purchase several theme packs, and in none of the theme packs have I actually received the full number of levels. One of my theme packs shows 15 of 30 completed and two show 29 of 30 completed, but when I click on any of them, the game tells me I have already finished all of the levels in that pack. Good thing I didn't spend any real money on this game. I gave it two stars because it's mildly entertaining if you have a short amount of time to kill, like you're waiting for a friend or something.

Good game with a few flaws. This is a great game to play and is quite the challenge, however, I have to question some of the puzzles...on more than a dozen of them, the pictures given have nothing to do with the word. Four pics of dessert-like pastries, and the word is "zephyr"...really?!? Four pics of things that have nothing in common at all, and the word is "article"...what?!? Also, at times the pics won't load, and after completing the game, you have to wait for more new levels...good game all in all, but gets four stars for being incomprehensible at times

Interesting Game!. This seems like a pretty intriguing game! You have to use a lot of common sense in order to decipher the idea being hinted from the various pictures. The ideas may become quite fastidious in the levels! I think that this game would be ideal for everyone to play! Also, I would recommend young children to play this game since it's a good opportunity to expand their minds, creativity, and logical reasoning. I hope that anyone who has read this review will be encouraged to play this game!

Amazing Game!. I think this is a purely extraordinary, brain-working, and an outstanding game. This game allows you to think throughout all the levels. It surpasses all games due to its high-quality graphics and its entertaining level. I am 12 year old high schooler (9th grade) and enjoy this game. It can become quite challenging at times but with a little practice, you will be astounded by the amount of logic you have.

ADDICTIVE ASSOCIATION GAME!. This is a fun, addictive game that is hard to put down. I was watching TV when my daughter sent me a text message of a screenshot of four photos. She asked for help in solving the word association like scramble letters to find answer. Before I knew it we were both trying to outdo each other in solving each set. It was a lot of fun in not only the game, but in spending time with my high school teen!!!

Paid for good reviews. Don't trust these 5 star reviews. The game gives you 100 coins for a 5 star review. You need the coins for helps in the game. Not cool. EXTRA: the game actually gave me 100 coins for my honest 3 star review... But it makes people think they need to give 5 stars for the 100 coins... That's why so many 5 star reviews. They need to let people have helps without earning 39 coins. Some of the puzzles are really easy but some are crazy hard. I think people are giving those 5 star reviews to get the coins so they can get the helps. Again... Not cool!!!!

Unauthorized Push Notifications = Annoying. It's too bad this app sends push notifications despite not asking if I'd like them. Also not listed in the notification center. I contacted the app support and received no response other than the auto response "we received your message and will respond..." No response seven days later. Otherwise the app is really fun. Like I said, it's really too bad the developers decided they shouldn't abide by the notification standards. I've deleted the app and won't be reloading. There are very similar apps out there that don't send annoying push notifications all the time - download one of those instead!

Makes you think. It was good but some of the pictures don't make sense until you figure out what the word is. It doesn't give pictures that you could guess from the top of your head they don't have anything to really do with the picture that makes the word pop out. But I guess that's what makes you think and makes the game more addictive.

Frustrated. Some are more difficult than others. Addictive. However, I have noticed that the letters change sometimes when you leave the app and come back later. This makes it difficult to guess the word if the right letters aren't there or not. Also, not a fan that I have to buy coins in order to get hints. Make the hints cost less "coins" or do something to make the hints accessible to people that just started playing the game. I initially rated this game 5 stars, now 3 stars. Frustrated user

Great quick brain game. So far one if a kind. Nice to have something different. Makes you really think for a few seconds and focus, but you can put it down without worrying you'll lose as you do with other types of brain games that are timed. Don't get to train this part of the brain often. Try it! Only hiccup is that you start with no coins so if you get stuck in the first 10-15 rounds, there's no help you can ask for yet..

Fun!. This game is easy and fun. My little ones are even having fun trying to "help" me guess. And hubby and I have been racing to see who can get through them the fastest. Need more updates though!! And if you want to make it slightly harder, try to mix it up a little bit by not putting "screws" and "nails" right next to each other on the word line up. Or "lips" and "kiss", because your already on that train of thought already waiting for update 3!

Annoying. It really aggravates me how people only rate this app 5 stars because they get free coins. If youre reading this, THIS APP IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT SEEMS. Would be a really fun game, but the bouncing red thing that goes off every 5 seconds when im playing gets REALLY annoying, even with the sound off. We know its there. Its not necessary to have it jump and make a stupid noise over and over and over. Maybe one time at the beginning of each round? Also the daily notifications that i get saying "long time no see!" Is the very reason i dont want to play every day. I liked this app for While but i deleted it because its way too annoying.

It's Fun! 😝. I was a little upset at first, because after only playing enough games to earn 30 some coins, I got a hard one & didn't have enough coins to get a hint or help. I think the 1st time you need help you shouldn't be required to pay. That being said, after a week or so of coming back & trying to et the answer I finally did! I do like it & I finally earned enough coins for help the next time I get stumped.

Would rather be doing anything else. 90% its too easy. 50% of it isn't even 4 different pictures. I don't understand the point if every picture is of the exact same thing.. That doesn't make it interesting, it doesn't help in clues, and it makes me think that the creator is incredibly lazy. Might as well show my one picture, give me random letters and tell me how many letter there are supposed to be and just have me guess it. It just seems like it could be more challenging and that they could use more different pictures. The word was "bale" It literally showed 4 different pictures of close ups on bales of hay all rolled up.. Like they weren't the same picture 4 times.. But they were all the same. Technically one of the pictures was a horrible drawing of hay rolled up. Or 4 pictures of the same bird. Nothing really else.. Just a bird standing in water, one standing in a tree, the other too real close ups on their heads.. The word was beak..

H. The only reason so many people give it 5 stars is because you can 100 free coins. Seriously though, it's an ok game, but the words that really get you stuck and frustrated, there's no other option to skip or get more FREE coins. I swear, I've deleted this game like 4 times already because I don't want to get my credit card out. I'm all for paying for things but if I download a game, I at least want to have fun. Enough said.

Love this game!. I love this game. Even better, my 4 year old loves this game! It is fun and challenging to play alone or with her. She begs to play it... Meanwhile she's learning so much. She likes to hold the phone and describe the pictures to me. I often tell her the answer, but sometimes I help her figure it out or she guesses. Then I prompt her with each sound while she figures out the letters that go with the sound and types them in. Plus we're taking turns, working together, introducing new vocabulary and concepts, etc.

Fun. It's a great game I have only played just a couple of rounds. My friend has it and I help her it can be hard and challenging but it's fun. Sometimes it's so hard not even the adults can figure it out. So if you like thinking and getting focused on something this is the perfect game to get. Sorry if that sounded like an add but at my school that's what we are working on so I'm used to it. Once again it's probably one of my favorite games. Sometimes it gets so hard it makes me wanna 😮,scream.:)

Infuriatingly addictive. This game is fun but addictive. Some puzzles are easy and quick, some are clever and you congratulate yourself for figuring it out. Others are so difficult your only hope is just to unscramble the letters and hope something makes sense. If I find myself getting frustrated with one, I can set it down and mull it over while doing other things. Or if I come back to it later the word might just come to me! Caution: you may get your friends addicted so you can work on them together!!

AWSOME!. I couldn't find a nick name that was GOOD because everyone I thought of was gone but that's not the point! This game is the best one I have! My mom said I had to get off my IPod TILL she saw it! And my dad loves it! This is AWSOME! But I'm stuck on one of the questions! I'm gonna give you five stars! Review. To be honest, most of us our writing a review because the app is offering 100 coins if you give it a five star rating. Although, this may be the case for some, I am truly giving this a five star rating. Starting to lose interest.... Most of the pictures in this new update have little to nothing to do with each other. It's almost to the point where I want to delete the app because I have to go to google to find the answer 90% of the time. It's just about stopped being fun. If you want to make it hard, fine. But at least make the harder words worth more points when we finally get them! Or at least make it so we can shuffle the letters. I mean seriously, throw us a bone here. The game is great and I don't want to delete it, but if something doesn't change, I'm over it. And I know several people that agree.

Honest rating!. Despite the 250 coins the game offers to write a 5 star rating. Honestly, the game is lame. I'll be playing fine then out of nowhere it gives a word no one uses regularly. I haven't seen or said "cyan" or "hash" in past decade. Doubt many people guessed these words without cheating. Another complaint is that most of the pics very vaguely relate. There are confusing differences that are greatly distracting. & the game offers no way to skip a pic so that maybe you could have a chance to win without getting help on a word. Is the game meant for adults or children? It isn't appropriate for either. Some words are insultingly easy, but then the next word may be a random word that few people use.

Ramnarine. It's really good. Plus it makes you smarter with solving things in life. I love it. The only thing I don't like about it is the $$$. I am sorry I said that I said that it is just really expensive. Aside from that you should get it. Enjoy the game and for tips have a game with your mother, dad, sister,or brother . Trust me having your family way to get you and always support you Is amazing . Another tip and last is get a snack. The reason why is that once you play this game you won't stop until you turn old. Glitchy. This game is fun and challenging. One of the most challenging parts is that "theme packs" and the newly released "fathers day" packs don't really work. You get about 1/3 through them and they say you're done. Some let you finish, then others quit suddenly. Was playing the "US states and cities" pack. Got 29/30 and it said I was done. Kept trying till suddenly it showed me the last puzzle. Entered what I was sure was the answer... Game said "no". Showed my son. He agreed with me. I tried SAME answer about 6 times. Suddenly it said it was right. The Father's Day pack apparently is for a limited time (just a few days). Would b great if they could get their act together and de-bug this thing.

It helps me pass the time, it is also a great game to play with friends and family because if you get stumped you can have people help you I also think it is a great game for kids it will keep them busy wail having fun. Expensive. Game really screws you on in app purchases. If you get stuck and are outta cash you either have to pay, cheat by using a word scrambler app, or the game is over. Plus after you finish the game you can't play it at all unless you delete it and start over. Really sick of apps that charge a ton for in app purchases. It really isn't fair to the consumer. I'd rather pay a one time fee then continuously keep shelling out cash for an app that really isn't worth it. Really enjoyed the game but some of the answers were just ridiculous. Like who the F is going to think of the word "area" for four pictures of random places.

Needs more puzzles!. If you are looking for occasional fun, this might interest you. But don't get hooked, because this game won't be able to keep up with you. Just as I purchased coins, because as many have mentioned, the hints are expensive and there is no option to pass, the game ran out of puzzles. I've been waiting for 2 days now, and it keeps telling me to check back later. It could at least shuffle things up and give me repeats. The game creator had a good idea, but not enough material I suppose. It's been disappointing, and a waste of money (for coins I can't use to solve problems they don't have).

Annoyed. I really wanted to like this game but some words are way too difficult to guess. For example, one picture was of a woman hiding a wedding dress and another picture was of a hand with lots of bandaids. And the word was 'dress,' how do these two pictures even remotely correlate? I find myself googling what's the word answers all the time, it's frustrating. And a agree with another reviewer, if you're going to make the words THAT challenging, then create a pass button. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because I think the concept of this game is great!

OK. As long as you recognize what's being represented in the photo, you'll do well, but if 3 photos come up that baffle you, you'll need to rely on your word jumble skills to come up with logical choices. Also, that fan icon is annoying in the way that it jumps up frequently. What is that anyway? I'm afraid to touch it for fear it's a hint and will deduct coins. No guide after brief tutorial to consult. The theme packs are nice and coins are used to purchase, but coins can be earned as well as bought with real currency.

Great game. Just a couple of suggestions for an update.. I just wish there was an option to skip the picture that we are stuck on and can come back later to solve it. Also I think it would be nice if the hints were less points, or if we earned more points for solved pictures. Like maybe we can earn more points based on how quickly we solve the problem. Nice app. The only thing I can't stand about this app is that the pictures can be very misleading and hard to tell. I suggest have a wide vocabulary. If you don't you will be looking up almost every answer. One more thing I dislike is you can't skip the levels. With things like this I usually finish the easy ones first then go back and complete the more difficult ones. But this is just an opinion.

What's the word. It's a fun game ill give it that. But after a while, the images become extremely difficult. Some of them don't make any sense at all and it just gets annoying. Not to mention the daily reminders that you haven't played today. It get very annoying. If you want your phone constantly buzzing just to tell you to play a game and you enjoy puzzles that don't make any sense at all and often lack a clear answer (Sometimes you have to figure it out just by the letters they gave you) then sure play the game.

Unique way of getting 5 star reviews. I like the concept of the game, it's fun! But, an error your spelling of defenSe was very problematic . One set of pics led me to the answer PEAK, it was right. My son in law sent me a screen shot of the same set for my help. Although the letters were there to spell peak the game says WRONG. He is STUCK. I deleted the game, reinstalled, played the game again up to same point, same pics , different letters, no K, tried apex, still wrong. I'm stuck now where I had gotten to the end before.

Needs a lot of work. This game could be a lot of fun but it needs so much refining. First and most important is the fact that some pictures are shown that have no relevance to the word. More coins need to be awarded, 2 coins is absurd. Players should be able to skip the words or something similar because sometimes it is so hard to get the word, mainly as a result of the irrelevance. There should be difficulty levels, the ability to play with friends. Other than that the game is fun and I am playing it all the time.

Problem. There are a lot of ads recently and it never used to be like that, but I am not complaining about that. I'm concerned with the fact that when you are in a puzzle and I exit the puzzle by either going to another application or by hitting the home button and then I come back to the puzzle by opening the what's the word again it resets back to the main menu screen. Please change this. I would prefer when you come back to the puzzle it doesn't reset back to main menu.

Keeps you thinking. I saw pictures uploaded to a Facebook friends profile and although people were helping him solve his riddles, he would never solve ours and tell us the name of the game.. So I threatened him in my ever so loving way and I was provided the game name.. Not by him though, through one of the posters. I play this game every chance I get.. Looks like WWF is out and WTW is IN! Lol. However, sometimes the connections through you off, especially if you're not used to some things, like "hash", for instance, never had it, never knew what it was...

Great brain game. This game is very fun but also really challenging. However- I kind of wish there was more to it... As in, I wish there was just more the chew on.... It seems very basic... However- thus is a great game and I would definitely recommend it. Just a last little word real fast... In the app you get 100 coins for giving the app a five- star review here.... So a lot of five star reviews were probably given due to this. However, it's a great game in my opinion anyways so it doesn't matter too much.

Rudimentary. Not impresses with this game. It seems like there should be a time limit or a penalty for how many times the word is guessed incorrectly, and then the game should keep moving forward. If you're stumped (because even on the easy boards, the pictures are obscure and the words are vague) and you don't have enough points to buy a letter etc, then you're stuck on the picture! Sometimes for days! Maybe creating such a boring free version is this company's way of forcing the player to buy a more dynamic version, but I'm not impressed enough to do that.

Fun until you get stuck. This game was fun for awhile but once you get stuck on a word and you don't have any coins, there isn't a way to move on. I can't continue to play the game because I can't figure out the word. What's the point in that? There should be a pass option or after several wrong tries you reveal the answer. not playing this again since I can't move on.

I think this game is fun and eddicational and I really like it because it gets your Mind going and it's a fun little game to play when you are bored or have a car ride that's really far away then you can play the game on your way so I like the game you should get it and try it out if you don't like it you can delete it but it starts out easy an gets really hard so just a little hint well get the game and enjoy it :):):):)

Great Pass-time. It's a great game, and I would give it 5 stars, but.... I hate how if you can't figure out the word, you're stuck there until you do. Like, there was one where it was like a blue clock, a blue lightbulb, a girl in blue, and a blue cup (along with two other color cups). I couldn't figure out what it was because the letters for "blue" weren't available. I was stuck on it for two days until I finally had to BUY some coins. Turns out the word was "Cyan"... CYAN?? WHAT??

Skips. I think we should have a skipp button so we can come back to it if we don't knoe what that one is . I am not saying just skip all the way . Like so we can come back and retry so we can refresh our minds but still keep playing the game. Because when I play the game and I don't knoe the next one i just never play the game until I ask someone who knows what the answer is . In conclusion just make skips so we can come back to them after we have rested our minds .

Freemium garbage.. If there is one thing I hate, it's apps like this that require constant micropurchases just to function in the way it was originally advertised. Buy a hint when you're stuck on an ungodly hard problem. Buy theme packs for game types that are advertised in the free listening. Etc Etc Etc. This game is admittedly fun, but after awhile the constant nickel and diming just becomes ridiculous and you stop playing. Oh, that's when the constant push reminders begin popping up, demanding you play more until you just delete the stupid app to silence the reminders. Don't waste your time. Go play words with friends or something else instead.

Lots of fun, but could be even better!. Found this game because stumped friends were posting screenshots of tricky words, hoping for some help! I really like this little game, but it could be improved. Some pictures are very ambiguous and don't really represent the word at all. Also, I quickly passed all the levels, and now I'm just waiting for the update to be released so I can play more...hope it comes out soon! Update: passed all the levels again...wish there was a way to keep progressing through without an update to the app!

Great game!. If your looking for a game to get thinking then this is the game for you. This is one of my favorite games. I'm glad I heard about. Also don't forget to turn off the oven because we are going to Alaska right after that and we need to finish our daily routines of giggling at woodchucks and walkers dying. We want to be like the group from The Walking Dead and I get to be Rick and Sarah can be Claire but Claire is from Lost and she had a peanut butter craving which obviously means that this app is very fun and addictive

Challenging but fun. Starts out easy then becomes challenging. No real problems just a couple of areas for improvement: I wish it would let you skip levels that you aren't able to complete without having to use coins to buy a cheat. I also wish it would just continue on the the next level without going to a separate screen that you have to press continue on.

Definitely holds your attention. I was hooked on this game when my mom first showed it to me! I like games where you have to use some critical thinking skills. The only sucky part is that if you get stuck on a puzzle there is no option to skip or pass. If you've exhausted all of your points earned in each round, then you would have to purchase more points to afford you more clues in order to pass to the next puzzle
