Bigger pile of crap than my dog leaves. Bought and filled out all my info and uploaded to their "cloud" then tried to synchronize with my iPhone from ipad. Wouldn't work no matter how many times I tried. Tried downloading from their "cloud" said information didn't exist. Tried contacting support, link doesn't work, went to web, none of the links work. Can't log into account in web either. Don't waste your money on this ripoff app! Filed for a refund.

Don’t waste your $2.99. This app is very buggy, features don’t work as they should, and the interface is confusing. Don’t waste $2.99.

Lost Everything. The app used to be a great place to store information about your pets. I spent a long time entering vaccines and other health info four my four pets for several years with no issues. However, since the app was updated and the icon has changed, all of my data is now gone.

The best but I had higher expectations. This is the best pet record app I have found to date, but I have found it to be very buggy and missing some important elements. I would love to see a training section. It either freezes or closes when I add photos. The insurance information doesn't have the options for health, wellness or even the most common insurance companies (VPI). I can't set a reminder that syncs with my calendar that repeats (like flea meds). Under medications you can choose "Heartgard" but if you use frontline you need to look it up as its main ingredient. My incidents are assigned to health events from the wrong pet. These kinds of bugs after taking the hours to put in information are incredibly frustrating. I think this app could be fantastic with some tweaking.

Great app!. I just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to be very useful. I'm really forgetful so it will help to know when my dog & cats got all their shots last and what they've been to the vet for without having to search through paperwork for it!

Great tool!. We have 5 dogs and 3 cats and this is a great place for me to keep track of everything about them along with being able to take it with me and have it for consulting with the vets.

My Pet. Great app. Pretty easy to understand and add items. Excellent response from creator. I asked to have a length track added to the dashboard and,,,,,here it is! Wonderful response. Now I can track my pup's growth. I love this app.

WAY TOO DIFFICULT. This app looks really slick but it is extremely difficult to navigate. Worse: it has features I don't need for my 4 dogs. I spent over two hours just trying to enter vet records on one dog, kept losing my place and having to find where I needed to go on nearly every other entry, then repeat for 3 more dogs. At least it was only $1.99!

Love this App. I love this app!!!! Perfect for any one with multiple pets and it's the perfect way to keep vet records with you if you are traveling. There's a place to put microchip number and even record heat cycles. Oh and an expense record to see how much you spend on your dog each month year or a total. This app is awesome and I love it!!!

Frustrated. I just bought this app, and as soon as I opened it, I knew there would be a problem. I tried to enter one of my pets but the photo icon dominated the screen. It covered a couple of the category titles and I had to guess what they were. But the most frustrating part was there was no place to enter my pet's name. Strange right? This caused more problems bc I couldn't save any of my data, nor explore the other elements of this app without a Pete's name. I was a little hesitant to buy this because it had no other reviews. I figure it was new and my have one or two bugs. I was willing to take the risk, but I'll admit, I didn't foresee a problem with entering my pet's name. If you have an iPhone 5, you may have more luck. I have an iPhone 4. However, when it works, it's great.

Better than keeping papers. I love this app I can keep track of any and all items and health. It keeps me informed of when the vet appointment is due, tracking health cost and food cost

Not bad. Took a little bit of time to figure out how to do everything in this app but once I did I like it

Pretty good but bizarre sync between devices. As far as functionality and features this app is pretty good, maybe the best of the apps I’ve tried. But I have one minor and one major gripe. Minor: There is a lot of data and options, this can lead to a confusing user experience. It’s pretty good all things considered but its sometimes hard to find what you want and there are inconsistencies like some kinds of records can have expenses attached but things like vaccinations do not. Major: The data sync in this app is bonkers. You can use their “cloud” or you can use iCloud. iCloud never worked for me. There’s also a web portal which is awesome BUT; you have to manually “sync” from one device to either the [device] cloud or the web portal, then on another device you must import this data from either the portal or the other device. Synchronization implies that this just happens and is seamless which is definitely not the case here. You’re asking families to constantly be push/pulling data and hope their copy is the most current.

Awesome. Great for keeping on top of doctor appointments, meds, surgeries (my poor Baby), vital data...everything you need. Even more so, if something happened to me and someone took over her care. Even better for people with multiple pets because you can enter them all but keep their records separate from the others. Well planned by the developer, user friendly.

Love this app!!!. As a dog trainer and owner of five dogs, I love this app!!! I love having so many records right at my finger tips. I would like to see an option to add more training tasks to the list though.

Multiple device fail. After using this app for a year now I unfortunately can not find one to replace it yet. The problem is not just the bugs that will transfer data between pets. That one I can deal with. The problem is the user name and syncing between multiple devices. We have 4 devices that at any time could be at the vet with a pet. But as the app is currently only one device has the necessary information and app. I have tried multiple times to set up the same user name on different devices. It always fails. I do not recommend this app as it is now for a reliable vet/pet record for users that use multiple devices or multiple pet caretakers.

Awesome. What a great way to keep all of your pets' information. Combination of pictures documents and notetaking is amazing. I love this app. I would recommend it and have recommended to many pet owners.

I love this app!. I have never reviewed an app...EVER...However, this one is worth my time to do so! It is very helpful! I can keep all my litter records on my phone and print directly from it to give new puppy owners their puppy’s records. In lieu of printing, I can also email them the data. Very well put together and thought out app!

Pretty dang good.. Really comprehensive. Finally an app where you can keep track of ALL your pet's info. I have two complaints and one feature request: First, the graphics need to be updated. They look terrible on an iPhone 6. Second, the organization needs a little refinement. I feel like clicking on your pet in the "pet" tab should take you straight to their dashboard, with an option from there to view the profile, and the "medical" tab is a bit redundant. I do like the notifications list in the home page and all the different info you can enter and track. My feature request: copy Vitus Vet's ability to share/sync your pets with family members. Between that and some updated graphics, this app would truly be perfect.

Something is wrong. This app worked great before the update. But now it won't let me add notifications. I want to set up monthly reminders for heart worm meds. But I can't figure out how to do it. There should be more instructions or a help menu.

Good organization!. I have three dogs and this app has really helped keep track of everything they need at the vet, and the grooming place, etc. especially at their grooming place which requires updated vaccination information EVERY time I go, I just pull out this app and show them the dates and which vaccinations are up to date :-)

Very good. I got this app originally so I could monitor the weight of my elderly cats. The dashboard weight track option is excellent for that purpose. I have been using it more and more to keep all records of all my cats.

Update Messed Everything Up. My phone got the update for this app and it had previously been a great way to keep on track of all 10 of my pets stuff and now half my data is missing, and nothing has labels so I’m blindly clicking to try and add a vaccine my cat just got.

Best pet app I have found. I rarely write reviews, but for this app I feel compelled to do so. I have tried numerous pet apps and none are as thorough or reliable as this one. I have 12 pets (and have had more) and one of my kitties is over 18. She requires close monitoring and this app is flexible enough to track everything. Support always responds very quickly, are helpful and they appreciate suggestions. The cloud backup is a great feature as well, I know my data is safe. Overall, the best pet app I have found!

Great app. I had another pet app but it stopped working. So searching I found this and it is much better than my first one, allows more pictures, medical info and a better contact list. There are a few things not necessary like the meal tracker and the medical section should be a free field rather than choose from the drop down.

Really hard to set up. I am not as smart as I used to be. As a result, this app was so hard to set up correctly that I just gave up and deleted it.

Good app for kennel owner. I have a kennel of beagles. This is a good tool for keeping track of vaccinations, worming schedule, heat cycles, expenses, and so much more. Good value. Wish it would have entry for sure and Dam and the ability to link dogs and create pedigrees. Maybe a breeders version! I'd pay more for this functionality. As is, it is very good app. Should market this app to dog hunters. Think coon dogs, bird dogs, retrievers, beagles, etc... I'll put a post on one of our dog hunting pages for you. More could benefit from this app.

Five stars for service. I had 6 years of weekly weigh in data for 3 cats and 9 months of daily weigh in data for 2 cats. I contacted the developers of 3 pet data apps to see if their app could import that data from a csv or excel file. This app was the only one who replied and while the app couldn’t import it, they offered to do so over the web access portal. Absolutely awesome. Now I have all my cats’ weights over time in an app that is meant for them. I love the weight chart and the little up/down/same symbols for each entry. I had to be told “Admin” was the same as the “settings” I was looking for but once there I was able to change it to 2 decimal places and lbs. If I was to improve the app I would make it so on the pets page, tapping the pet would bring you to all the medical records and places to enter them vs going to the medical record you want to add (like weight) and tapping the pet there, but that is just the way my mind works. The app is perfectly fine the way it is—just a little hard for me personally to wrap my mind around it. PS. This is the first app I’ve ever written a review for. I was that impressed by the service.

Categories !!!. There are not many pet record apps out there and the few I downloaded and tried were lacking to say the least. Many had only dog or cat as the pet category and others weren’t even updated to fit the screen. This app is comprehensive and includes several pet categories, dogs cats ferrets birds cows hamsters, you name it. Medical information is detailed to include medications, microchip info, you name it. I don’t write many reviews and do so only for the apps that I feel are exceptional. This app is exceptional. UPDATE- I’ve had this app months now, it’s better and better. Had suggestions for the dev and he updated the app. The dev is very responsive. Even more categories now and has EVERYTHING you want or need in a pet app!

Best Pet Health App Out There!. I love this app -- it's the best of the 3 or 4 I've tried. It gets a solid 4 stars, as it still needs some tweaking. Keep up the great work and improvements! Here is some feedback: - Copy entry: for those who have multiple pets, it would be nice to enter something (vaccinations, etc) once, and then copy and add to another pet. Or, as another reviewer has suggested, add the entry, then add the pets that it applies to. - Consolidate records: it gets tiresome and confusing to enter multiple items for the same visit. Would help to be able to add everything done during a visit into the same entry, e.g., Clinic Visit: Physical Exam + Fecal exam + Deworming + Vaccination. - Should have specific categories for prevention meds: heartworm and flea/tick meds. I can appreciate how much work has gone into this app, and I'm confident that it will continue to improve. It's well worth the price, esp compared to some of the terrible apps in this category.

I Love the app. I have two dogs and keeping their records on paper is hard. We travel and having all the records on my phone for vets, grooming and other things is great. I love that you can email information to care givers of the fur babies. Both my fur babies have allergies. I now tell every fur baby parent this is a You Gotta have app!!

Needed App. I have been searching for this app, a place to record EVERYTHING you need to keep your loving pet safe, happy & healthy.

I really wanted to like this app. I really hoped it would work, but after having numerous problems trying get data to sync between the app and server, the sync purging all of my data and the convoluted efforts required to view certain data, I have moved on to another app. And yes, I realize it is an inexpensive app, but if you state that an app does certain things, you expect those things to work.

Looks promising but doesn't deliver.. App was unstable. I would enter information and press save only to get an eye that a field I had entered "couldn't be blank." Very frustrating and unstable. At this point I'm just fed up with it and unfortunately can't request a refund. Not worth the money in my opinion.

A great one stop shop for my pet's records. I find this app to be super convenient with discussions with the vet. I upload every event.

Doesn't work. I downloaded this ap, put all my pet's info into it, they had an update and all my info was lost. So every update I have to to renter all info ?

Don’t buy. Crashes frequently, don’t inconsistencies make it hard to use (white text on white background), pages close for no reason. Horrible. Want my 2.99 back.

Love it. I love this app it helps me keep track all animal needs i use it to remind me every month when it's time to feed my snakes and i use it to keep track of my cat and dog vaccinations i love that if they have a medical issue i can put it in so when we go to the vet i have that information handy... my only issue i have is I would like to be able to customize the animals home screen there are things i use more then others and some not at all I would like to be able to move them and hide the ones I don't use

Too Much for Too Little. This app has great intentions! It’s very thorough. The problems is finding what you want is like walking a maze. I find all kinds of great things along the way- just not what I needed when I needed it. Keep it simple. Give each pet his or her own home page with a few options. Done. Everything else is just noise.

Good app for multiple pet owners. This is a good app for keeping all pet records at your fingertips. I would like to see a push option to email info to Vets, etc.

Good so far. I just downloaded this app and so far it seems great. I wish the notes didn't have character limit and had spell check. The food list is not complete and the search option is faulty, but this is the best app I've found to-date

Horrible App Don’t waste your money!. This app is not functioning as described. I don’t receive an email when I try to link my userid and email. The app doesn’t save information properly and after hitting save all my information is lost when I go back in. The app is adding multiples when selecting deworming medication and then adds the types of parasites to the vaccine list in addition to the parasite list.

Great for keeping track of all my animals. My only issue is trying to remember how to sync the information from my iPhone to iPad. Seems rather complicated

Great app but useless. I’ve never been able to share or print any of the health records at a vet or doggy day care. What good is the info if you can’t share it.

My Pet works for my pets. What a great app to keep track of all the health issues my older cats have. No more guessing about what we did last year.

Important Useful Information. I really think that this app has a lot of useful information, for the owner, vet, pet sitter, etc, who needs to know pretty much everything about your pets.

Best pet recorder. I’ve three cats and trying to remember their vaccine days and medical records is frustrating. The app has options for different medical issues and the developer is responsive.

Favourite app for dog weight and vaccine management. I have two dogs and wanted an app to track their weight as one is getting a bit fat. I checked out a few others and mypet seemed best for me as it had easy access to add pets and track weight. It is also easy to change a reading after it is entered. The graph for weight could do with some gridlines as it is a bit difficult to gauge the timeline. The graph idea is good. I also liked the vaccinations entry. The select list made it easy. Again this could be made a bit easier by being able to select the vaccine name, like Protech C3, instead of selecting the individual vaccines. The web access also works nicely. Being able to add and edit through the web would be good as the ipad is not always the best way to add details. I had a bit of trouble finding the web logon and password which as hidden in settings. The sync stuff could be automated a bit more. Incidents and entering text notes also seemed more complicated than it should be. Overall i like the app more than others for maintaining weight, vaccine and vet visit details.

Most convoluted app ever. Apart from adding my pets to the app, I cannot do anything else. The help instructions are so ambiguous I have no idea how to add even their vaccinations, worming or flea control records.

Love this app, but!. Great app for all your pet information. I found it very easy to enter info and access this info. Only complaint, it’s not designed for Canadian use, it’s designed for USA, Australia and the UK. Some built in features including emergency numbers/hot lines and information, is only available and searchable for these countries. 5 stars if the app is updated for Canada!

Very complex. Although there are numerous features in this app, I personally found it unnecessarily complicated to navigate with ease. Some people may disagree but I just found adding info, changing data and accessing with multiple devices far to time consuming. It needs to be far more intuitive.

FABULOUS. Finally an app that has it all, reminders, alerts, history and more !! The best part it also includes an album for all the fun moments with my fur kid. All other apps are missing one thing or another but NOT this one ... it's Terrific.

Great App!. Love this app. Makes keeping track of 3 dogs easy.

Do not trust your data to this app!. It's OK for basic stuff, but some necessary features are absent. Namely, a user's manual or any sort of instructions. There appears to be no way to create an "incident" (and no real explanation of what an "incident" is supposed to be), and medical records are not searchable for content, only by title. So for example, if your pet was hospitalized for kidney failure and received a blood transfusion, if you named the medical record "kidney failure" you would not be able to locate it by searching for "transfusion". BTW, I'm a veterinarian so maybe I'm expecting too much from this app, but it seems like these are basic functions that should be included. And there is no support from the developer. The app contains no "help" or "contact us" information, and their website is entirely in some Eastern European language that I don't understand. Update: Since the recent version update, I can't even open this app at all! It crashes every time I try to launch it. It is completely frozen and nonfunctional. I'm on an iPhone 5, and have not yet upgraded to the OS 7. I hate to delete and reinstall the app, because I will lose all the information that I so painstakingly entered. Is there any help for me? Update: 10/4/14: after restoring my data from the last crash, only to see it disappear yet again, I am officially giving up and deleting this app! I would not recommend for anyone to trust their pet's valuable information solely to this application, as it seems incapable of maintaining enough stability to preserve what you type into it.

Still Have Issues 1/2/21. (1) When I click on “admin” under the more tab, the app crashes. (2) When download records from iCloud or web, expenses are all zero’ed out. (3) When the “use iCloud Drive to sync” is checked, getting an error message when trying to download from iCloud (I’ve done the failsafe mode troubleshoot) (4) Your email doesn’t work ****isn’t a full app check done before an update is released? If I’m going to continually be the only one providing these feedback I should get compensated for my time!***

No issues thus far. Good app for record keeping. Haven't run into any issues and love that it notifies when inoculations are due.

😠. Bought this because it says it will sync with laptop and other devices but for some reason I wasn't provided the information I needed and when I reach out to the company they ignore my emails

BEWARE!!!. After spending HOURS uploading all of my pet's information earlier this year, I went in to make an update only to learn all of my pet's data was gone. TOTAL waste of time and now I no longer have my pet's medical information.

Incomplete. This app is not worthy of more than one star. Yes the app is easy to use. But any app that requires you to enter a username and password to sync falls far short of being a good app. An app should automatically sync between devices using iCloud or Dropbox. These developers are living in the pass. Add the ability and charge for it but never without develop an app without the ability to automatically syn!
