Room for improvement.. Would be nice if they had text bullets for hand positions and form tips in the demo videos but otherwise a decent app.

VT rip trainer. Love the VT trainer apps. So easy to customize. Rip needs more exercises though. It's really lacking compared to VT suspension. Please update soon.

Good but could be better. I like this app but the one thing that is missing is what muscles are being targeted with each exercise. The addition of this information would make this app worthy of 5 stars in my opinion.

Waste!. Waste of money. Not enough excercises, only videos. Keep away!

Mrs. Not bad. However, you can look up the same videos online. Would have been better if it would provide you with set up and more detail on how to execute each exercise.

Good solid app. I found this app to be good for both cardio and resistance training. I only wish their were more workouts so that I could give it a five star.

Good start. Good app to start using RIP trainer. Easy to search for specific exercises & good videos. Need to expand list of exercises.

Not very good. There is no sound. Very limited in number of exercises. Does not allow for no rest between left and right hand change that is shorter than rest between sets. I would not spend the $5 on it and purchase a video rip workout instead.

Rip Trainer. Great value. Just starting out? Very nice collection of exercises and demonstration videos. You can pick your areas of emphasis and the program will return appropriate movements. Quite possible you will not need any additional exercises for some time. This app inspired me to look at some of their other products. I'm very pleased with the basics this provides and would recommend. Good luck.

TRX Rip trainer must have!. What an amazing job on this app. Great demonstrations on the exercises and works very well to get u in shape! Easy to follow along to!

Great Tool. Awesome tool, but needs more exercises and more movements. But a great start.

Good App. Simple and clean. Very easy to build your own workouts. Exactly what I was looking for.

Solid but more exercises needed & integrate. I prefer the VT app because it has so many more exercises. It would also be great if the point system for the two apps could be integrated for total points for the week, month, etc.

TRX Rip Trainer. Great app! Allows you to go right through the workout with a clock. Shows the next set while you rest. Set your workout for what you want. Would like to hear sounds when time to rest etc. allowing music to play through it would be nice. Overall really basic yet good.

Minimal but effective. The rip trainer is in itself very versatile. These are basic but effective videos. Although I would like to see more advanced videos or different levels of difficulty.

Superb Functionality. I have had my Rip Trainer for a month now. VT_Rip provides me with the necessary tools to work out effectively. The timers are great. You can choose from Standard, Tabata, HIIT and Circle. The HD quality is stunning. At the end of my 30s - 10s x 4 workout, I'm soaked. The app is easy to use and the tracking system can keep you motivated. I have 3 suggstions: a. Include a quick audio review of the proper technique with demos. b. Include use of TRX's safety strap. c. By merging this app with, say, the VT_Suspension Trainer and VT_Kettlebell Trainer y ou could then create a super fusion VT workout that would blow away anythig on the market. Keep up the great work.
