English?. Once again, no English after update. This app is useless since the last update. Total garbage. Crashes constantly.

Language. How can we change language to english?

Superb!. I don't like to write a review but this product gave me a big WOW! and I want to share how impressed I am with this app. I love love love this app! My brother installed an ip-camera at my mom's house and told me to download the pnp cam so we all can help watching my mom who just recovered from stroke last year. Sometimes she stays at the house alone and this app allow us to see her and talk to her anytime/everyday, more importantly we can get help to her as fast as we can, if needed. I can zoom, pan and adjust the camera angle directly from my iPhone. Being away from my country and I finally can see and talk to my mom everyday who lives oversea, that's AMAZING. It gives our parent and us peace of mind.

Chinese???. Suddenly my app is in Chinese. One of my camera with lower firmware is not working. I dont want to upgrade firmware since its cost me brick one of my camera already. Please fix it.

ENGLISH!!!!. Please.

All Chinese letters in App. The app doesn't have Language setting. And It's default in Chinese language. It makes us lots of problem to identify the setting buttons. Please update the language setting and the new design form.

Suddenly everything is in Chinese. The cameras themselves work well once you figure out how to set them up. The software is usually quirky, but functional - however, suddenly the app is displaying everything in Chinese! Rendered useless as I am not a man from China - nor do I play one on radio or television.... Can't find any settings (that not reading Chinese thing) to fix this.

Lack playback video control. Need to include the video player control to fast forward and reverse video. Also, does not retrieve all recorded video.

English text gone missing. What happen to the English text in the latest update?

Not up to date. This app didn't work with my iPhone 5s or my wife's iPhone 7. I can see the video but cannot control where the camera looks. Also won't send alerts when there is motion

Don't change the password. Once I changed it, the wireless and recording option is not working.

Nothing works anymore. This app was never working correctly but since the update even more is broken now. Do you even test the app? Try saving camera settings, it doesn't work.

Language issues. App is good but after latest update to version 2.7.5 it all turned to Chinese.

Just keeps going out of app. Had app working good a few years ago. Went to use it again and wouldn’t connect with camera so deleted and reloaded and now just goes out of app after a few seconds

Needs immediate rectification. Unable to upgrade firmware and alter recording settings, immediate rectification needed.

Does not work with ESCAM QF100. The app was suggested by the ESCAM QF100 manual and did not work when off wifi. I kept getting "Invalid Id". The app looks and works great when on the wifi network though. If you want the app that works with QF100 you need to get the same developer's other app ESCAM EYE.
