Matthew. The game gives a good and traditional atmosphere for a haunted house game. I also enjoyed deciphering the combination of symbols to unlock the door at the beginning of the game. However, I did not enjoy the stone-rearranging puzzle.

Pay for the full game or don't bother. I wish they told you that you can't even play for five minutes before you hit the end of the "trial version", wasted my time downloading that!

It was good. It was good but I always hate it when it only allows you to play like 3 levels, which is what happened here. Urgh so annoying!!!

One lousy room in the demo. Not worth the download for 5 minutes of play with a few easy puzzles. Couldn't get enough of a feel for the game to know whether I wanted to buy the full version, so I didn't bother.

Full version. I loved the game. But I feel simply because of the false advertisement I should get the full version for free.. Because it says "haunted manor full version now free, click to download" well I clicked that link over and over and it won't give it to me for free..?

Trash. Game is horrible leave u stuck in a room with 3 blocked doors and two useless view points throw the whole game away

Cookie Clicker. Truthfully, I just wanted cookies on cookie clicker and my little brother also wanted to play it. He seemed to enjoy it but 10 minutes later I came back and he was crying because you can't Acually play the "game" it's just a waste of time..

Yup just for the cookies XD. If you don't have cookie clicker search it up on the a store. It will be boring the 1st 2 mins but it's worth it

Short demos. The problem with games that initially cost money but offer a demo version is that the developer tends to give too short of a demo. This is one of these cases. The game demo was good but short, leaving me not impressed and I was not craving more. I wish honestly there was more to look at.

Great puzzles. I have been waiting quite some time and i am not at all let down by the second story so far!

Update. This needs to be updated. At the end it says the full version is free. It is not free. I was hoping to continue in the "free" full version but it is not free.

Great Game. I normally don't like gory looking games this one wasn't that bad for free! iPhone compatible. Wasn't hard but took me little but to maneuver things. I won't pay the full version. Cause I like the Ena Escape Games I play for free. This game just happened to be in the list when I typed in Ena Escape games. Good job on graphics! For those buying games go for it! Seems really cool to play. And I read reviews saying cookie clickers..I have no ideal what that is! So regardless this short version or paid I think all will like it!! And it's only .99 cents but if I paid for all games I liked I'd be one broke granny!

Anti climax. Can't tell if its just buggy or if it's a 'trial' thing but you don't even get passed the first level. Looks like text is supposed to appear but there's nothing. Wouldn't buy the full version because why would I buy something I don't even know works? Disappointing!

Crashes on first puzzle. Played Haunted Manor 2 (trial) great game. Went to HM original and it crashes, glad i never payed to play.... Guess i wont risk full version HM 2 in case of crashes, sadly.....

😒😣😔 I only got it for the cookies, AND GOT NO COOKIES.. I got this game for the cookies on Cookie Clicker, BUT GOT NO COOKIES FOR IT! I don't know if there was an error or something like that when it was sending me the cookies or if I have to beat the game to get the cookies, but... Just don't get this game. It was good at first, (For about 2 minutes.) but I've tried EVERYTHING to get past 1 part of the game... Still can't beat it! I love scary games and all... But... This just isn't the type I'd recommend to anyone! I'm sorry, but if you want to get a great game by the same company... Get Cookie Clicker!!!!

So far so good.. Really liked the trial version, although it was short. A recommendation would be to add either a hint feature, or a strategy guide. Good graphics & puzzles. For a first game for the developers, it's better than others out there that have been doing this for a while. :)

I think it is buggy. Good game but I'm only part way through the full version and am totally stuck despite solving all the puzzles so far. The last 2 puzzles didn't do anything after I solved them. I think there's a bug or two. Doesn't seem to be a way to contact for help. Wish I hadn't paid for this.

I downloaded it for the cookies but....... I was going to just download this game for the cookies on cookie clickers thinking it was a total buzz kill then I tried the game just for fun....... And it turned out to be totally fricken AWESOME!!!! I loved it a great challenge by the way I 100% recommend this game although for people who are not completely interested in gore and blood than not so much..... But then again who doesn't like gore right!!!l🎉

Meh. Was ok but short and the graphics leave a lot to be desired. The puzzles were moderate and some of there wasn't a lot of a rhyme nor reason to finding a lot of the clues. Wasn't horrible, just....Meh

Pretty but can't get past first puzzle!. Graphics are decent, but the fun ends there. The first puzzle is a door with about 8 meaningless symbols that light up when you touch them and a doorknob that clicks like it's locked when you touch it. Obviously you're supposed to do something with the symbols to open the door, but there are no clues on what that is! A clue for the designers - not everyone knows what you're thinking! Did you even try having someone else play the game?

Figured it out!. You have to make sure that the numbers on the tile match the numbers exactly. The numbers are 4863.

Haunted Manor, the secret of the lost soul. Only played the first step and had to buy the game. Love the start of the game but very upsetting because I have to pay to keep going. I guess we have to pay for what we want even when it's says FREE. :(

Fun but... This game has pretty good graphics. The game is fun from what I could play but, I have only two issues with it: 1) It's a trial, a very short trial at that, 2 rooms, 3 items you can pick up & 3 "puzzles". 2) English translation isn't horrible, but, it was poor. To the reviewer below complaining about not being able to do anything. Isn't that the point of a puzzle game is to find the "hidden" stuff. Here's your hint: pay attention to when the flash from the lightning strike happens, you just might see something. :)

Wouldnt even let me play. Once i downloaded it-directlyy after, i tryed to open it several times and it just kept saying "new version availble" and would only let me click "ok" which would send me to a diamond puzzle game, sorta frustrating they need to fix that

Excennent graphics, nice puzzles. It took me a while to figure out the front door. I was thinking the lightnings were just a cool animation effect but.... Great graphics, nice sound effects, nice puzzles and good gloomy horror mood. I like the effort to include many languages such as French, German, Italian etc. Overall good game. I look forward to the final version!

A little less spoon-feeding, please. I was eagerly awaiting this release for the past few months, since playing the teaser version. But although they've improved the English, they now hit you over the head with every clue. Rarely giving you a chance to figure things out on your own, it literally spells it out for you at every turn: "this is a clue. I better put it in my notebook." That said, the actual puzzles are difficult and they don't give you the solutions, which is nice. Definitely worth playing, but they should let you figure out more clues without help.

Love this stuff!!. I can't get enough of these scavenger hunt type games! I can't WAIT for this one to come out!! I love all the funny quips this one has in it, they are great and keep it enjoyable even when you're struggling to figure it out.
