Build & play isn’t working. Bought this app couple weeks ago. The build and play isn’t working.

Difficult to operate, glitches, costs even more money. My 3 year old son is usually able to navigate new games on his own. Not only did he get very frustrated with this game, but after purchasing this app he kept getting stuck with prompts to buy even more things within the app. Obviously he doesn't understand why he can't have all the options to play is game and have fun. I regret this purchase...

Great App - needs polishing. My kids love this app. In fact I find it entertaining as well. However the app crashes a lot and is very choppy. Keep up the work on it and thanks for providing a free version. Consider making the paid for version a little cheaper, you'd get a lot more interest...

Just skip it. The free version has almost no functionality. You can choose one or two things but everything else is locked and the price is almost 10 bucks. And, the app keeps dumping my child into the buy it screen. This one is getting deleted.

Needs fixing. The game gets stuck a lot and it needs more than one free game or cheaper games. My kids love it but I always have to fix it.

Says "free...". It says free, but unless you pay, there really isn't much you can do. And it will keep trying to push you to buy. Downloading, as well as helping my son try to play, was a waste of time. Deleting immediately.

Boring and not what expected. The game lets you free play and drive around with is fun but there are building spots blocking every path almost. And the fun you do have is in the ONE adventure that takes three minutes. And to get more you have to pay. The whole app becomes a total of $16 almost.

constant lockups. Nice game but constantly locks up for no reason on brand new ipad, leave game running and come back later, game is locked up and you have to reboot the ipad, no way to stop the app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, SKIP

He was crying for hours and this is ALL YOUR FAULT. This is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR YOU AND I THINK YOUR TEAM AS A WHOLE SHOULD REALLY WORK ON THIS GAME. I can just imagine all the children you have made sob uncontrollably because of your game crashing. Listen bud, if you want your game to stay back up, please FIX IT. Rip off. Within five minutes my children were complaining because they couldn't do anything but ride the rails and put down rocks. This one is going, going, gone.

Great, but.... ... the app constantly gets to a point where my daughter (3) faces the choice to buy something and having to type in numbers to do so... or the request to leave a review. That's ridiculous and disturbs her gameplay. It's an app for kids. Add a parent section if you will, but stop the constant distractions.

Fun game but very buggy. My son loves this game but it has bugged out in a way I can’t fix and now it isn’t recognizing the fact that I purchased the full version and everything is locked again. Can’t play because the whole game is stuck.

10 bucks for a game with not much features.. Update: i have not been able to get on this game for a very long time. I paid ten dollars for the game and now it hasnt been updating to stay with ipad updates and now it doesnt even work. And my daughter is upset and doesnt understand why the game we paid for can no longer be played. Fix it or refund me. I have paid way less for way more. I was expecting a little more for 10 bucks. Chuggington. This game is so fun and it really helps kids learn

Why $6.99?. My 2 year old son loves this game, and I would be willing to upgrade for a minimal fee, but not $6.99! That stinks. Toddlers lose interest so quickly, so I cannot justify paying $6.99 for a game every time he wants something new. 4 stars for the game -1 for the price tag!

Freezes up. I purchased the full app thinking the "freezing up" was because it was free. Not very happy with the performance of this $10. App!

Fun. This game is very entertaining for my two year old! Zappy, how old are you? If you find it boring then your probably older then five! My son just loves it! Definitely worth it

Could be good but crashes. My son loves this app but it's has persistent issues with crashing before you get to play. I keep deleting and re-downloading and sometimes that helps, but soon I will be deleting it completely and telling him we give up on these guys.

Hi budge. So In build and play I found a bug so I drive the chugger in to the coal hopper token my chugger drives in to the token not collecting it please fix that

Great value lovely graphics. We have had this app for 18 months now and master 3 still picks it first nearly every time he is allowed to play the iPad. Budge are fabulous and I recently bought a new device and when I contacted them by email for advice on previous purchases they were prompt, friendly and understanding, would recommend to any parent who's child likes the TV series.

This game was good until updated. My son loved this game and we had purchased all in app levels, but after recent update all the purchased items became locked again. I have tried to contact the app designer but unfortunately have not had any correspondence. When clicking on the already purchased button the game just refreshes and goes back to the start and locked items are still locked..........

Paid. 2 years ago I had everything for free but now it’s just boring to 1 chugger and 1 cargo and 1 mission please fix it and add multiplayer and a feature when you have a new button to have ai trains driving around and friends

Language setting needed. I had played this game for years and I just re-download the game for nostalgia and got the US language when I’m used to the UK version because I’m Australian, can here be a setting in the IOS settings or in the game itself so I can go back to the UK language Other than that’s it’s a fun game

Pop Ups & Ads - Going to delete. About to delete as my Son gets frustrated with it as every step of the way there is an ad or a click on the in app purchase and I need to click it back. We have around 20 games for him but only this game constantly - constantly does that. You can not play it unless you pay $15 for full app, and even then I read it still has them ...

Dissatisfied. This is such a frustrating game! How do I get my money back? Literally can’t figure it out, it gives you no idea on how to even play? DO NOT PAY TO UPGRADE!!!. We bought the Brewster Pack yesterday. Less than 24 hours later, the game is stuck in the build and play mode (the items for sale menu cannot be dismissed) and the game is unplayable. Unless you want to incite tantrums in your three year old DO NOT BUY THE UPGRADES!

Chuggi-:(. My daughter loved the free part of the app. I thought I would give her a treat and buy Koko. The additional part to the app worked fine and then after about a month it started to have problems. Very disappointing.

Waste of money. I recently purchased all packages for my child. This was great until I had to update my ipad. Now everything is reset and I have lost all inapp purchases. Support did not give a crap about the problem. They have my money and are happy. My child is very upset. I suggest no one purchase anything from this developer. I tried the in game recovery and no use. I wish there was a negative star rating.

Aggressive in-app purchase. Had high hopes for this app. The train set idea is good and Chuggington is a hit, of course. Will be deleting the app due to the aggressive in-app purchase prompts which cause much frustration. Would prefer to buy a scaled back version for less than to have play constantly interrupted with 'buy now!'

horrible ads but great game. HORRIBLE ADS EVEN IN THE PAID VERSION I can't find a place to remove the horrible ads for my three year old. Vampire dolls popping up as he plays and who knows what other adds. I also purchased the 12 dollar app. I have written to customer support but we will see what their response is. I love the game but will delete the app if the ads can not be removed. I loved the game until I saw the ads.

Bought the app but inusable since about january 2914. Was awesome, but no longer usable since beginning of this year, have to uninstall re install, re do the inapp purchase....my little one is in tears because this no longer work. Crashing as soon as starting build and play.....bad bad bad...are we back on PC ? ....disapointing as well from apple and the app editor....

Bugs need to be fixed. Purchased the full bundle. Game froze so we reloaded and now it won't allow us access to all the mini games even though we paid for them. I've contacted the developer hopefully they can fix this. Very frustrating as my son loves this app!!

Was great. This was a great app, until it started to close out shortly after opening "build and play". Checked for updates - none. Deleted and reinstalled now the full pack I purchased over a year ago is no longer there. I clicked on "already purchased", entered my iTunes information and no change! So now I'm super disappointed. But not nearly 1/2 as disappointed as my son will be when he sees "Chuggington is still broken".

Terrible!!! Avoid at all cost. Please do not download this app. It is far far too big, incredibly slow on loading and in the minimal amount of gameplay that is accessible, and will be a severe disappointment for your child. It is very hard to determine what is in fact free - there are endless traps that your child will intentionally or accidentally end up in which attempt to get you to buy up into additional packs - so many of these sidetracks that it is nearly impossible to actually play. I have a host of apps and this may be the worst I've ever seen.

Do NOT Buy this for Your Children. Most exasperating and money-focused game I have ever played with my grandson. Although he loves Chuggington, you cannot play this game for more than 5 seconds without everything stopping for a 'coin' that forces you to place on item on the tracks, or worse hit one of the 'buy now' buttons that the kids invariably hit - at $2.99 a pop. Clearly written by someone who has NOTHING to do with young children.

Great game BUT.... My 4 year old loves this game. There's not a lot of variety to it but he plays it constantly. But.... There's bugs. At least once a day it loses my purchased trains/sections. I keep the iPad offline because my son is on it. So I have to go back online and somehow that resets itself. With a very impatient 4 year old. Please get this fixed.

Great game. You have to buy the packs to get any use out of this game, but my son has played with this more than any other. He's gotten many hours out of it. I hope they release more packs, I'd buy them.

How is this for little kids?. Wow, call me a sucker, but I have shelled out over $16 in the hopes that buying just one more train car package would somehow allow this train to move on its own without having to be dragged around the track or somehow be simple enough for my 2-yr-old to use. I mean let's face it: choo-choo trains are for toddlers; pre-schoolers are too old to be interested in talking trains. So, why on earth is this app so complicated that my toddler, who has practically mastered every other function on my iPhone, cannot even enjoy it? Because the people who created this app fail to recognize how young its target audience is. I don't usually bother to write reviews, but I am REALLY disappointed in this app and realize I have been RIPPED OFF by this point. No more Chuggington ANYTHING for us - besides, I've just forgotten it's just a Thomas the Tank Engine knock-off anyway.

Bait and switch, kinda. Great app, well made. However, all adventures WERE free when i downloaded it as a free features app somewhere. Then suddenly, more than half the adventures changed to paid. Bad form I say. Yes, they need to make money but then it should have been this way from the start and it was not. They said, hey here's a free app! Enjoy! And then said, oh yeah that game? Well it's mostly free now. We decided to change it so people would pay us. It's just not right.

My little girl is crazy about it. This game is amazing, incredible graphics and sounds. A lot of love must have gone into it to create. My girl cannot wait to be allowed again to play this, she adores chuggington and his pals. I got some of the other adventures for her as well, absolutely worth it! I wish more games for younger children were as well done as this one.

Needs improvement. Cute and fun BUT for all the money spent to make this a full app there is very little extra! The trains say the same thing over and over again! Seriously a disappointment. This app is surely not cheap! Please do a little more with it or don't charge so much!

“Wow! Cool!”.... …is what my daughter said after seeing this app. She loves it and keeps coming back to it on the iPad. The app is beautiful. And who doesn’t love trains? There isn’t much more I can ask from this app. Very nice.

I admit... ive played my kids app a bit and enjoyed it. Okay, so having two kids downloading a Chuggington app was a no brainer - but I tried it out and actually found myself playing it for a few minutes before I scolded myself for playing with a kids app! Too much fun!

Kids love this game!. My son adores this game. He is a little disappointed that it randomly closes currently. Had a problem restoring purchases too. I contacted the developer and they gave me a work around for the restoring purchases problem and assured me they were working on an update to fix the issues. Excellent customer service and response. Looking forward to the update!

Um add more trains. Add chuggers like Calley and Emery and add the boxcar and the passenger car and the crane car and calley’s underground garage and the elevated track and the rolling stock yard, the farm, the recycling yard, and the repair shed and lastly safari park. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😩😠😠

Thought it was great, until.... I purchased some of the add on packs now the app restarts frequently and locks my son out of the already purchased material! I have to enter my iTunes information several times when he wants to play. This needs to be fixed!!! I can't take a little one in tears because his action chugger is broken too many more times.

Used to be great. My son used to love this app. We even spent over $10 on in-app purchases. With the most recent update, they broke their app. 95% of the time the app crashes upon trying to open it. The few times we are able to get it to open, our $10+ in purchases are gone. Just ridiculous. Don't buy until the developers get their act together.

Limited game play and in app purchases are costly!. This was downloaded for my 3 year old baby cousin. It was fun for him but he could only do 2 things. Everything else cost money. He kept asking if he could do this or that and I was not going to buy it. He was upset when he could not do it. Please make more than 2 things that are free of the 5 or 6 that is in the game.
