Scammers. This app is full of scammers. They let the clock run out and don’t even answer the questions you ask. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and report the scammer but they don’t seem to care. They said that the customer can “end the chat” at any time. It’s a complete waste of money. Stick to Kasamba.

Save your money. There are better apps out there.. Reader didn’t answer any of my questions clearly, and purposely didn’t respond until my time ran out when I asked follow up questions. And, the response was confirming they were still connected. I contacted support, and they declined to refund or credit me. I waited thinking the reader was putting my answer together. If the readers are legit, why would I think otherwise? If readers are legit, that timer option would only need to be used when the reading is done and you still have credits to save for another time. There are better apps on the market.

100% accurate. Yesterday I downloaded this app and based on reviews I picked lumi Angelina to do a reading for me. I asked her to do a love reading for me and the guy I like, never mentioned any of my concerns or how the guy is behaving... she nailed it was very accurate !!! Extremely Acurate, hoping predictions come true, will return. To update

Idea. I really like this app although I do miss when they would have a daily check in where you can earn points that you use to get a reading.

Tech support. I like this app but I’m having trouble getting more coins added ... I don’t understand why, but it’s not allowing me to see how much coins I get or have it just stays the same number 37. Can you please help? I’ve tried refreshing it and nothing is working. Thank you

Do not recommend. I would not recommend going to this app they claim that they are fluent in English but when you get a reading then there English is all over the place you can’t understand what they are saying. Also some readers are accurate and some readers are not I had a reader tell me she don’t trust the cards on here so she is using her own cards for tarot which tells me this app is trying to scam people and I appreciate her for telling me that the cards on the computer is not accurate. Do not waste your money on this time I’m tired of having to report some of these readers then requesting a refund they won’t even give you a refund on your card they will give you coins instead !

Love it💖. I love this app honestly I got readings from a lot of amazing people and from a lot of none amazing people not gonna say no names but yeahhh. Alana luckey is my absolute favoriteeeee she is always spot on in any reading I get from her.. I usually go to her for her to connect with someone that’s very close to me that has passed 10 months ago it just helps me cope with it and it’s also like therapy hearing from him idk his words always soothes me. Anyways I recommend this app very much the credits are cheap and there are a lot of amazing psychics that share their beautiful gifts.

Buggy app. This app is extremely buggy I paid for a reading and I can’t even view it because the app won’t let me. Also I purchased coins full price then the next day you have a 50% off sale. Really?

Accurate Advisors...HIGHLY recommend!. I’ve had a great experience with this app. The UI is easy to navigate and the psychics are very accurate. I recommend Ian Brooks. Been reading with him for a while and he is on-point with my situation. Customer service is also helpful when you experience technical difficulties. Give Binnaz a try! You won’t regret it.

Ripped off !!. You have psychics who aren’t real on your app and it’s not fair to others for wasting their time on giving them credits . Also I’ve been waiting for a reader ( Luna York )she stole my credits and never did my reading . With your app please make sure these people are actually people and not somebody who Isn’t real, wasting other people times with not true Readers .

Customer support. Customer support does not respond to your complaints. They advertise astrology and palm Reading but the reader just tells you what they feel about you. I guess it’s meant to be intuitive. A few readers are really good but don’t pick the specialized reading because they will just ignore it and send you a message about what they are feeling about you.

Disappointed ☹️. I really enjoyed this app I have a few favorite readers that I know are genuine and good and I had some unfortunate readings by some not so good readers heck I’ve spent credits on a reader that didn’t even respond to me at all! I was like okay I guess I’ll deal considering how it was spent on the free credit wheel that I loved and I deeply miss . I’ll hold onto this app for now but I’ll be deleting if the wheel doesn’t come back that was the best part of this app and the few awesome readers on here I really like 😣 would’ve loved to have given a 5 star but I can’t right now

Very expensive readings. I love this app but the only thing is that is very expensive to have readings with psychics 😐 you need to have a credit of 1,500 or 2,500 in order to have a reading that is like $15 or $27 or more in just one reading 😩 why is getting expensive every time ? it wasn’t like this before!

Inaccurate info. A Binnaz psychic revealed in her reading to me that I would meet a significant other, and I am trying to be careful by staying single as a lifelong goal. I did not ask for a reading about my love life and it’s none of Binnaz’s business. I need to seek compensation for my emotional distress.

Does not work. Unable to connect. Spent money and was unable to contact with a reader. Kept getting rejecting with a notice informing me that the readers: did not have connection. Even though they were marked as available. I hope I get my money back.

Psychic kitty. I had a psychic reading from psychic kitty she was very detailed and spot on she was straight forward and very honest towards me and she has helped me and given me the guidance i needed and has told me things no one else knows thank you psychic kitty

I hate this. So i was really excited to get this and i did then i whent in the game just to know what there is and the things you can do. So then i presed on a tarot reader and you need to sign in and i do not have the information to sine in beacuse my parents have the information abd I asked then if they can sin in and they said NO so i would rate this 5 starts if you do not need to sighn in. So do not get this app if you can sighn in. Thank you if you read the whole thing from start to finish.

Refund. I just paid for a reading and when asked to update my profile and save I continue to get a technical error message that request I try again later. I would like a refund since I am not able to complete the required information to receive my reading

You have to pay. So I downloaded this app and I try to get a reading. I am very disappointed to find out that you have to pay for credits which you need for everything. So unless you want to pay money for these things, I would not recommend this app

Platform needs work. Most of the readers are legit - but the actual platform this app is using needs work. There are lag times between direct messages - which causes the user (who os paying per min) to incur extra charges. Messages get out of order as well. Very frustrating.

Fraud psychics. The app was doing well for me, until they started adding “new psychics”. I tried one of them and couldn’t believe how careless and empathy lacking my reading was. I was too disappointed I couldn’t help but continuously observe the psychic’s rating bar, only to notice a massive drop from 100 to 75 after 7 fortunes!! I reported my issue and tried to reach out to binnaz and received no feedback to this day. I’m utterly disappointed.

Real psychics. Been using the app for a few years and they are real readers not fake psychics. Without knowing anything about the people asked about they will describe and pick up on specifics! I recommend.

Update. Even though I faced a technical difficulty, the support team helped me quick. Overall this is a very great app and some of the psychics are accurate.

Help with recent transaction. Hi, I just used the Faladdin special offer for credits on Binnaz, however, the credits do not appear on my app. Please reach out to me, this is very confusing as I do not understand the language in the app.

So they ask you what you wanna know about and then it’s repeated multiple times throughout their reading text and the English is so broken you can barely understand it in the first place I would not waste any more money on this app and I recommend that nobody waste any money on this app

Robotic responses. So if you look at the responses the developers send it’s almost always the same and one time it was saying they were disappointed in the app and they hated it and they said something like. I’m glad you’re enjoying the app but you know they weren’t what the heck? This is a scam stay away DONT BUY CREDITS THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME

I can’t get my free coins anymore. It was doing so well until I could get anymore free coins every day I got in the app. It always says that I already got my free coins and I haven’t been able to get my readings anymore. To me it would have been 5 star but after that it’s just a 2 star. I would fix my rating if I’m able to get my free coins once again

Scam.. PLEASE BE WARE of seeing a psychic reader saying they speak English make sure you read the reviews first before buying . I had this problem 4 times where it saids English under there profile but when you get a reading from there they jumble up their words and it will be all over the place . There’s also some readers who won’t even answer your questions. If you see a reader with high credits go to them not the readers with low credits.

A complete joke. This app is a joke; I found a highly-rated reader and paid around 80 credits per min. He gave me a reading that didn’t make any sense at all; it was 100% inaccurate and kind of a joke. There have to be evaluation procedures from the App owner; they should allow reading only to those qualified with extensive experience in reading fortune or palm.

Good apps. But do not use the reader “Umut Isik”. Binnaz is def a good app. There are some very accurate psychics on this app. But do NOT use the reader “ Umut Isik”. This sick person “Umut Isik” is not a psychic and only try to scam money.

Complete scam. Do not fall for this it is a complete scam. First of all there is no such thing as a psychic, everyone should know this. I went on here because they also offered therapy and psychiatry. Not one was ever even available. If you don’t believe that this is a scam then just simply ask any of these so called readers to prove they are who they say they are and watch them go silent. Don’t waste your time or money.

ON POINT. Gave this a try...as somewhat skeptic, but with an open mind found my 3 readings quite accurate, and cannot is wait for a follow up!

Do not go to this reader !. I had gotten a reading from this reader name Jennifer Green and she was really disrespectful towards me for no reason at all. I had asked her a question on when I will get car because Im having a hard time finding a job and someone who can take me to and from work and she called me entitled with capital letters. She went off on me throughout the whole reading being disrespectful she told me to stop running late then maybe you will get a car like girl I don’t even have a job so how am I running late this reader is a scammer and have this nastiest attitude I ever seen on here. I already reported her to customer service. Im here to warn everyone to not go to her so she won’t do this to someone else and this was my first time going to her.

Not good at all!. So far off it’s not even funny. Fair enough if you can’t get the future spot on but for people who are supposedly “psychic” you couldn’t even get my past and present right! Lol. Also it seems to me that the reading is just dragged out to make up the 500 words so something which could be put into one sentence is pretty much a paragraph.
