smh. I liked the old version of this game, where you sit then down, then you prepared there food and brought it out to them, and then you would drag them to the bathroom, and you could decorate you place how you wanted! I remember when the entire game wasn't made to make you have to pay money. I remember when the game was acctuly fun and peaceful. I remember when I was a kid. Because apparently with all these updates, all you have done is down graded the game into something that is barely worth playing with out paying. You have made this a demo wich you must go back in time to play the full version. You have disappointed me, and everyone else who remembers playing this game as a young kid. SHAMEFULL.

theirs a problem. i downloaded the game and i finished my first day in the game and got the report that i did good for the first day i waited like an hour for a customer to walk in the cafe and nothing happened so can the developer of the game to fix this problem or is there a way to fix this in the game cause my screen is frozen only in my game . also i already tried closing it and then opening it and the same thing happens , the only thing that seems to work is the introduction of the game and when it’s loading, when i press “start” my then my screen froze. (it’s like a cycle that never ends) PLEASE FIX THIS

I’m back with my childhood game and I miss the old version.. I realized there’s bug when I recently downloaded the game. I’d be frozen when you end the round, so the hint is just turn on the airplane mode on your phone whenever you play this game, and the game will be smoothly as it supposed to be. However, this new version not allow us to decorate our cafe like before. We can’t buy different windows, tables, or chairs. There’s no restroom and the music player anymore. I was upset about them and I really wish the developers will be back to fix the bug and bring those things back. But this game seems to be forgot...

Pay-to-win!. the upgrades are way too expensive to possibly achieve in one level without buying add-ons. It seems a bit unfair to those who can't possibly afford to pay to win. That being said, it improved significantly after the update! It's no longer impossible to keep up with the customers, but you do earn less hearts each level than you used to. Edit: I previously gave this 4 stars, but now I give it 1. At a certain level (level 5, I think) you have to start using hearts in order to upgrade the tables and characters, which is absolutely ridiculous as you only earn 2 hearts each round (it used to be 3!). If you have to pay in hearts, then the characters should be giving you more hearts when you upgrade so it doesn't take 80 years to upgrade ONE (20 rounds per table to be exact, less if you earn hearts spinning the wheel). Please stop trying to make people pay to progress in your game, it's fun and incredibly enjoyable- but at times it's hard to keep up with customers and earn enough to upgrade anything when you can't afford the ridiculous upgrade prices. And there's no point in leveling up because the rewards you get are quite literally nothing compared to what you need to upgrade things. Please fix this, it's my favorite game 😥

Fun and Frustrating. It’s obviously designed to get you to spend money. I get that. It’s a matter of resisting and earning your way slowly. The biggest complain I have is that when you upgrade it doesn’t seem to actually help. Like upgrading to get them to move faster or so the chairs make them more patient don’t seem to work. It would be more rewarding and reinforcing if you felt some degree of success for a bit of time before the make it impossible again. I liked it but I won’t last too long because it’s too frustrating. This is about my third round with this game. It’s cute and fun and mine numbing in a good way but when it’s constantly frustrating with no reprieve then it’s like too much trouble.

Game freezes!!. Game freezes after first level! Tried force closing the app many times, still frozen! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, replay first level, and then happens again!! And yes, I also tried playing on airplane mode like a couple of reviews said on here, but that didn’t work for me either! My guess is the developers don’t ever do anything for this game, hence why I see this game hasn’t been updated in 5 years! Such a shame because I used to love this game WAY back when I had my iPod touch and iPhone 4s! They have not updated it to support today’s new iPhones and newer iOS versions!

Found a solution?. So I also had that thing where it was frozen after day 1. I happened to try it with airplane mode on, and it was fine! I’m not sure if it just miraculously worked or if airplane mode really does work. Hope it works for anyone that reads this! So happy to have my childhood game back. Now the actual game, I liked the version where you bring food to the table better, but I still love this game. I feel like the game was designed to be hard to get characters which I understand, but I wish it would be a little easier. I’m past day 100 and I just got Lala and it was so so so tedious that I even got stressed from all the angry customers and chaos. I know the game wants to make money, but still, after I got Lala, the game was so much easier. Anyways, thanks so much for this game <3 I really hope you update it and keep it as a working app, I would be so sad if it was gone!!

Love!! 🥰🥰🥰. As some of the reviewers say, this game is the bomb! I love playing this game because as you increase your level, you get more things and an increase in difficulty. Although, I’ve read some reviews that give this game a one star, and I totally disagree with that. THIS GAME IS SOOOOO ADDICTING!!! I can never stop playing it! It’s soooooo good! Brings Me Nostalgia, I Love It. When I was super young, probably around 5-7, I would always play this game on my moms phone. I remember absolutely loving it, I always loved Hello Kitty, and the thought of a Hello Kitty Cafe was amazing to me! Eventually my mom got a new phone and I forgot about the game. Just recently it popped into my head out of nowhere and I was wondering if it was still around. I searched it up and came to find out that it is! I decided to get it and play it and I love it, it gives me such good nostalgia as some of my best memories were from playing this game. The game is still just as amazing and fun as I remembered and I love it.

Great game, but what happened to the little bar?. Hello, Hello Kitty Developers. I love your game, and I have a question. When I was a few years younger, I had this game on a different device. I recently downloaded it again and noticed something different. When I had it when I was younger, instead of sending customers to a table with a specific food, you sent customers to a table and gave them food based on what they wanted. You'd do that by dragging a cake or ice cream from a table in the bottom right corner, but it isn't there anymore! I was wondering if you took it off the game, but I noticed a picture of it in your description of the game. Please answer!

I wish it wouldn’t have been changed. I absolutely love hello kitty cafe, i’m 16 and have been playing it since i was 7. It’s so cute and i’ve always adored Sanrio, but i’m a little upset about the most recent update. A few things were changed, such as decorating, having to make the food and drag it to the seated customers, having to drag customers to bathroom, and a music machine that would temporarily calm down the customers. I really liked the old version and i’m also disappointed because it takes away some of the nostalgia. I also miss the old music, it was so cute and now it plays a different soundtrack. I would love it if the creators brought back some of the old features, this game means a lot to me. -Melody

Fun to play again, but I miss the old version. I played this game on an iPod touch when I was in third grade and I absolutely loved it! Now, as a junior in high school, I felt like downloading it again. I still enjoy it, but I immediately noticed that many features were taken away. No more customization, no more food stations, no music player, no bathroom? Why? I understand that games are updated and it wouldn’t be exactly the same, but why such a drastic change? I know that this game hasn’t been updated for two years, but if its creators do see this, I love this game. I do. I just want the little things back.

fun but a bit short. I really enjoy playing Hello Kitty Cafe! i am making this review after playing it for a while so i kinda know what to expect at this point i know there are a lot of reviews about it being pay-to-win and stuff, but i've been playing for free the whole time and i've found that it's a lot easier than the other version to get premium currency (you get some every in-game cafe day you finish, you get to spin a roulette every in-game day, and you have renewable login bonuses that cycle every six hours, sixteen, thirty-two, etc) and it's totally feasible to play without paying money if you're willing to grind for it. The regular currency becomes obsolete after a little while, though, and everything just starts costing premium currency, plus the cafe maxes out at level 9 and there are no achievements, so it doesn't take too long to really run out of content. i also am able to maintain my cafe without any impatient customers at the max level without the maximum amount of upgrades and workers so it makes me wonder why there are so many upgrades if you don't even need all of them to do well at the hardest difficulty. But overall, super cute and fun game to play, i got a whole lot of entertainment out of it without paying for anything c:

Love the game, there’s a bug though.. I love this game! It’s very cute and I love to grind, and this game actually rewards you for grinding. However, I’m at stage 7 and every other game or so a very fast tall cat comes in and all the patrons leave. This is fine because I’m assuming that’s what’s supposed to happen as he usually pays 1000+ coins. Except, he usually makes one of my server characters glitch and never stop serving a table, even when a customer is not there. When a customer is there, however, this makes the game not end and I have to save and quit. If he happens to be the character the server glitches on, no other patrons enter the building and he never leaves. It hasn’t effected me too bad, as again I just have to save and quit. But it is annoying. Otherwise great game!

One complaint. I love the game and I’ve been playing it for at least a year or longer. I only have one complaint. After so long, you have to use the tokens to start upgrading or buying characters or tables. It takes a significantly long time to earn these heart tokens and the characters cost hundreds of tokens. Since you have to use tokens to buy things, your coins pile up after so long. I have almost 400,000 coins that I have nothing to do with and they’ll just continue to build. I think there should be a feature where you can buy tokens with the coins that you have saved up. Maybe 20,000 for 10 tokens or so. It’s very bothering to have so many coins that I literally can’t use and so little tokens that I absolutely have to use. And saving up the tokens takes so much time that when you finally reach your goal you don’t even want to spend them because you know how long it’ll take to reach that again. It’s bothersome and it definitely can be fixed by trading coins for tokens.

the bug. I downloaded this game last year and I absolutely loved playing it. But up until a couple months ago, my game froze and was stuck on the last round. I thought it was maybe a problem on my end, so I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. I lost my progress (I was on day 678 and I maxed out half the characters,, I was an addict,,) and the bug was still there, not letting me go past the end of round 1. Reading the other reviews, I realize I am not the only one with this problem. I also sent an email but I got no response. I’m not sure if the bug will be fixed or this game will be updated at all, since the last update was 3 years ago, but quite a lot of people still play this game and it would be greatly appreciated if something could be done! This bug practically renders the game useless and unplayable.

Game freezing up. It’s a good game but it recently started freezing up on me when I tried moving to the next level I did give it a hour and tried again and it would still freeze up so I decided to just delete the game and re download it and it still did the same thing I did that a good 3 times but it still has been freezing up on me I tried giving it like 2 days without playing seeing if it was a glitch or something but now I just can’t play it hopefully u guys can fix it soon

Freezes way to much to enjoy. I loved this game when I was little it popped into my head the other day out of nowhere and I decided to look for it I was so excited when I saw that it was still around and that you could still download it I was even more excited when I downloaded it and the game was actually working that was until you had to switch days the game just freezes it doesn’t even give you the options to shop for new characters or more supplies it just freezes! i’ve had to delete the game five times just to get past day two and when it finally did it froze on day three 😂

Good game but there’s an issue. So I downloaded this game and it’s pretty fun so far but I was only able to make it to round 1 after that it froze. I tried closing and reopening the game and it didn’t work, so I deleted the app and downloaded it again. It restarted me to round 1 which I did it again and it just froze after again. I’m not sure exactly why but I think there’s a bug in the game because it keeps freezing so that definitely needs to be fixed.

Airplane mode!!. I discovered this game many years ago, and like others, time passed & I forgot about it. Now as an adult, it’s nostalgic and fun. A lot of people have said they can’t get past the first day because it freezes however PUT YOUR PHONE ON AIRPLANE MODE THEN CLOSE THE APP! When you open it again, it will work! If it freezes during a new day/game, repeat the process. Close the app, switch on airplane mode, then open the app and you can play!

Love ❤️. I’ve had this game for about a day and i am totally obsessed with it 😍 the game stops working after you complete a couple of days but if you just turn on airplane mode on your device it will start working! People are saying its another “Pay to play” game but i haven’t spent any money on this game at all, you have a wheel you can spin that you can get money from every in game day and lots more!

Hello, I enjoy this game, but it freezes, normally when this happens I just check if my device needs a update, then It works, but I just got it updated before I got this game, and it freezes, it’s so annoying, even when I exit out and re enter the game it just freezes .First it shows me the day reports I had last time I played then it freezes. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, I really enjoy this game, but I can’t even play it with the freezes. I apologize for the caps on the title, I was just getting developers to read my review, because usually, when I send reviews and check later, it just deletes like I never send a review before, i don’t know if that’s because they’re deleting my review and think it’s too long, or it just happened as another glitch. Once again I apologize for the caps. Please fix the app as soon as possible.

It’s okay. The game is okay, it’s pretty fun to play. You give out orders to the customers and you have to work quickly. The one thing i don’t like is the price of the characters. The price is either way to high or the way to earn heart coins are way to hard. But honestly it’s not that big of a deal because it makes the game more hard and i rather something be difficult and be earned rather then something easy and earned quickly. Other than that the game is very enjoyable. I don’t play games much just because i’m older but this is a good game to play when your bored.

Difficult, and breaks at level 88. The game itself is ungodly difficult, and about the only way to somewhat beat it is camp out on the daily rewards and save up for the next character, which takes approximately months of work for one small game.(yes I have an outside life, I’m not that pathetic…maybe) and, just after purchasing another character and making the game easier, the game decided to break on level 88. When I click off of the “End of Round” screen, everything is frozen in place. I can’t touch the pause button, no other buttons are showing up, etc. Fortunately the curse that is this game upon my life has been lifted. If you really want to try and beat this game, go ahead man, nobody’s stopping you. Just know that it’s a very time consuming task.

New update. I’ve been playing this game for the longest time, I got a new phone and re downloaded the app but when I went in the app there’s a new update that I don’t like, I miss the old one where you can make food for the people just placing people to tables where food is already done is kinda boring, I wanted to download the older version but I don’t know how or if that’s even possible and the fact that you can’t decorate the cafe yourself is very irritating I like the new spin update but the coins that pop up randomly make me a bit uncomfortable I don’t have as much options as I used, this update isn’t very pleasing to me and I don’t like it at all.

HELP!. I have tried reaching out to customer support with no success. Does anyone know if there’s a way to restart this game? It’s boring now that I’ve gotten everything I can with coins, and only need things with the heart coin thingies, which r very hard to get. Seriously, I’ll give this game an extra star just for customer service responding. Update:no response. Minus a star. Customer service stinks. Update:will probably not get a response for this either, but when a game is pay to advance (and it is, despite what they may claim) ya kinda need the getting coins part to, oh idk, work. In other words, I paid $2 and it won’t give me my coins. Deleting game.

Unreasonably Difficult. To be completely honest, I really expected this game to be fun, cute, and a little challenging... and don't get me wrong, it IS cute! But as for challenging, it takes that to a whole new level. I found it practically impossible to play the levels without the majority of the customers leaving extremely disappointed, as my character was far to slow to be able to reasonably serve all the customers in time. Its practically impossible! I did try grinding the levels over and over again to be able to have enough money to upgrade my character, thus making it supposedly faster, but it really takes way too long to get currency by playing. All in all, a cute game but rather disappointing, though I'm sure those that don't mind repeating levels over and over again with only slight gain each time will enjoy this game.

not what it use to be😕. i played this game a few years ago.. i re downloaded it, and have been playing for a year.. i may delete. the changes they have made encourage you to pay to win. you constantly earn money.... but by level 8 you need gold tokens more than money. everything seem like it becomes higher than 100 tokens but you only get two tokens per game played. so it’s very difficult to upgrade workers or buy new ones.. all the workers cost about 300 and up. i miss the older version with the record player it calmed the customers down. i also wish they would do more up dates... there are changes that need to be made. not saying make the game easier.. but you could at least give more tokens and switch up the food imagery/ restaurant decor. maybe change the characters outfits after so many upgrades.... and please bring the record player back

Grandpa Glitch?. I’ve been playing this game ((too much)) for a little while since I got it. It’s gotten very hard very fast but I’ve been managing, lol. But something weird started happening and I wanna know if it’s happened to anyone else; every time Grandpa (Kitty’s grandfather of course :P) comes into the cafe, all the other customers leave, any servers that were actively working are frozen in their serving animation, and any customer that you put with said server is also frozen until you save and quit and restart the game. (Even Grandpa) It’s really weird but also kind of amusing? XD Other than that, this is a great (almost semi-impossible) game c:

Please fix this issue!. Hi I was just playing Hello Kitty Cafe, and I am really kinda annoyed that this game that I simply enjoy keeps freezing non-stop. I was playing it this morning on my iPad, I was trying to pass level 1 or round 1 but it kept freezing every time I tried going to the next level or round. So I thought maybe it was just my iPad and decided to delete the app. Then today I decided to redownload the game AGAIN, on my phone to see if my screen would freeze again. So once I passed the level or round the same ISSUE had happened AGAIN. So then I figured that it was time to say something. Please fix this issue! I really enjoy this game! Please fix it!

Love the game but.... Hello! I am not new to this game. I had played this game a long time ago with I was little I am 15 now and I’m kinda confused on what has happened to the game. What happened to how it used to be when you had to run over to the costumer take their order and cook the food at the little stations? I really miss that and I hope y’all could bring it back cause I love that it adds more difficulty to the game and know when to be ready for a costumer. Great game.. I am 20 years old and love this game. Why? 1. Its difficulty increases by the level, BUT YOU CAN WIN. It is not impossible. I actually see myself finishing this whole game. Yes, its the first one. 2. YOU CAN EARN CHARACTERS, PLACES, CHAIRS, TABLES, EVERYTHING WITH GOOD SKILLS ON THE GAME (you don’t have to put in your money to pass levels) 3. Its difficulty is very loyal to the level you’re at in the game. Im on the levels 50’s. 4. Its for everyone. I’m 20 years old and love this game, but an 7 yr old would too. 5. It barely has any adds. I don't know how they did it, but they did and I LOVE IT. 6. Its very loyal to the whole Hello Kitty world. Many characters that fans love. 7. I can easily play this game for more than 3 horas straight. 8. It isn't repetitive because you have to upgrade the characters skills, chairs, tables, utensils and the difficulty increases, so you’ll have to be smarter and faster about everything. 9. You can win money, tokens and hearts by just following the game’s instructions. You wont need to watch no add or earn them by buying them with your money. 10. It stays the same. It doesn't upgrade or change per week like most games around here.. Please please download it, its worth it!!! Honestly? My favorite game here by now.

Take the app down from the store, it’s been abandoned. I was only able to play day one before it froze. I tried closing the app and opening it up again and the results page from day one pops up again, but it goes back to an empty room with the duck in a T pose with no way to level up or advance to the next day, stuck in limbo. From the looks of other recent reviews, it seems I’m not the only one so it’s definitely some kind of bug. Seeing as the game hasn’t been updated in five years and the technical report button takes you to a site that no longer exists, it might be best if Apple takes the app down from the App Store.

C'MON PEOPLE!!!. This is the best game ever!!! And I have TONS of games. People say that you have to "pay-to-win" but that's not true. My sister does stuff just like this. And boy can it be a tuff job. It gets so crowded in there! And I figured out a way to help you not loose people in your cafe. And believe me when I say this. STAY CALM. No matter what happens, just stay calm. Try to have 3-4 people (animals) serve people. And you may think that the crowd comes in all at once, but it doesn't. It goes the same speed. Maybe it comes in just a little faster, but not much. You just get nervous. And don't upgrade too much. Or It'll be a conundrum for you! And remember, stay calm and have fun!

Would give 5 stars but game won’t work lately. I used to love this game and recently downloaded it again and have been enjoying it for the past few months up until about a week ago when it froze up and hasn’t allowed me to play at all since. I’ve tried closing out and refreshing it with no luck. For the past ten days or so all I get it the stuff it usually shows you after finishing a round of the game with absolutley no option to start another round or upgrade the characters or anything. I would love if this was fixed so I could play again because so far I’ve had no luck getting the game started again. :(

How to fix!. How to fix!! Super easy, just turn on airplane mode while you are playing the app! This game is about hello kitty and her friends starting A cafe. You start out with a duck and take orders. After a few levels you can buy new characters, and items, and food. You can also level up your food, chairs, and characters! Sometimes special customers come in that pay more for food. (Small warning, this game does get a bit to hard for younger kids once you pass more levels.) I hope this helped bye bye!

Is it an update?. When I was younger, I’d play this game on a iPad. You could serve the food from another table to the costumers like in the first photo showed for this app, also changing the tables and adding decor. Now that I have a iPhone, it’s different. Not in a really bad way though, I can’t customize the cafe like I used to. Is it because I have a phone and not a bigger screen? Or is it an update for Easter? One question I ask is for you guys to tell me what I’m doing wrong. And if it really is an update, can you please bring back the old version of the app? One last thing, don’t tell me to talk to some one else. You guys need to tell me directly what is going on just by replying to this because I don’t have time for that stuff, I have work. Addicting game but.... Okay so I’m in love with this game. I’ve been a hello kitty fanatic since I was a little girl so this game is amazing. It’s really fun and addicting however I’ve discovered a new bug. I can’t like play the game anymore. When I try to start a new day the screen stays frozen on my characters just standing there and I don’t know what to do :(. I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this but it’s very disappointing. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if it would fix but it’s the exact same and I lost all my progress 🥺. Please fix this! Update: it’s almost 2023 and it’s till not fixed🤧. I miss this game. It’s such a fun and addicting game but it’s not playable anymore☹️

Goodbye hello kitty cafe :(. I’ve been playing this game since I was literally 7 years old. I had so much kibble saved up and I had made so much progress. I used to play this game religiously and it was by far my favorite app on my phone. But then some stupid glitch happened a couple months ago and my screen kept freezing on my previous round. I was infuriated because I could play the game anymore. The only option was to delete the app and reinstall it and hope that it would make things normal again. Boy was I wrong. Not only did I lose all my progress, I also had the same issue that I was having before deleting the app. It just kept freezing. I read some other reviews and apparently I’m not the only one with this issue. So disappointed. Goodbye hello kitty cafe.

Help??. I played this game when i was younger and was totally obsessed with it, so I decided to download it again. Ive already downloaded it once on my device and redownloaded it, but everytime i get on and play one level, it shows me the "Day 1" report thing and when i try to play the next level it just freezes completely. It doesnt even show the page where you can upgrade your cafe and buy new characters. if theres a way for me to fix this let me know!

It used to be so much better.. Years ago I downloaded this game and loved it so much. The way you could customize your cafe and have the characters make the food themselves made the game enchanting and fun. Now I remember why I kept on deleting this game after I downloaded it over and over again. Now you can’t make the cafe feel like your own and without the character having to make the food this game is starting to feel like every other cooking game in the AppStore. Don’t get me wrong, this game is still very charming and enjoyable, but without those key details the game seems like it is lacking something that could really make it special. I don’t want to give up on this game and I hope the developers will take into consideration what I am saying. Thank you.

Frozen ??. My game froze right after the first day so I came here to see if it was happening to anyone else and it was. Someone said they put airplane mode on which did help but what I realized was the problem was it just needed to have access to local networks Hope this helps And this game is super fun I can play this all day and wouldn’t get bored. Level 7. I have recently gotten to level 7, and let me tell you it does not get easier. The game is fun, cute, and not your typical cafe game. But i am having some problems whenever Papa kitty walks in. I'm all for big spenders, but he walks in and ALL my customers leave. That's thousands of dollars that he costs me, not to mention Purin glitches and stops working. I also wish when you switched levels, you could pick the next design. (i have not spent any money in the game and have still made it 115 rounds)

Game freezes. I used to play this when I was younger (which is where 3/5 of these stars are from), I have fond memories. I tried playing it again today and I could only get through one day. Everytime I try to play, it immediately freezes and I can’t do anything. The music stops and the sound affects don’t play when I touch anything. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I am running it on an IPhone SE (first gen), is it possible that the IOS or phone could be part of the problem? Overall, lovely game (as I can recall from my time playing it beforehand), it’s cute and fun!

I play this all the time. When the male cat comes in my game keeps freezing. Also I wish there was a way I could use the bad dog cafe but there is a option to customize the cafe. I suppose that isn’t the fault of the developer but the current phone models don’t provide much options for playing video games. I am sure in the future, you’ll be able to play video games on your devices like it was a Nintendo 3D. I wish I could keep this game but once you run out of coins / cash, you either reinstall the game, or you keep playing and collecting hearts. It’s too bad that it gets boring after a while when you buy everything! At that point, there is really nothing to win...

GET RID OF THE UPDATE. I used to play this game all the time on my kindle and loved it. Then 4 years later when I lost my kindle I got it on my phone. I like the new prize wheel at the end of each day so that with a little patience you could get special coins that originally you could only get by paying. But when I got the game again, I WAS SO SAD. I loved how the characters made the food and served it and how you could decorate and customized your cafe, BUT THEY CHANGED ALL THAT. please take back the way they make the food and serve it and how you decorate the cafe the way you want it. It’s one of my favorite games and I’m sad to see it change.

Great game!. Overall this game is was surprisingly entertaining. The challenging levels keep you wanting to play more, I can play for hours without getting bored. The prices for upgrades as well as hiring new helpers is a bit too high in my opinion, but overall good game. I wanted to suggest a feature that would allow multiplayer so I can play this game with my friends. It would be cool if we were able to play levels together, and serve the customers together. Please consider adding this feature to the game!

Freezing issue. Keeps freezing and when I tried contacting support, it didn’t even let me. The game is old, I know but at least try to fix the freezing when the day report shows up or you click on the menu or just the freezing in general. It’s annoying how I have to reload my game just for it to do it again.

Deserves more attention😔. I love this game, I used to play it all the time growing up. I forgot all about it when I finally got my own phone, (because I used to play it on my grandfathers) but I randomly searched it up today since I haven’t played it in a while and thought they took it off the App Store. This game was so addicting really cute to. I only have one problem though, I have a iPhone 12 and when it’s on full screen it doesn’t actually cover my full screen. It's a great game. But.... It is quite challenging and fun to play. The only problem is that the instructions aren't very clear. If you've never played diner dash or similar games you may struggle to understand how to play this game. But overall I think this app is pretty good, could do with a couple of minor improvements :)

Frozen screen. Overall, it’s an amazing game, it’s cute and exciting. It can be frustrating because of how expensive the characters can be. It is hard to earn one if you don’t pay to buy the credit for it. Hello Kitty Cafe Glitch. It was a very good game.. that is for the 2 days I had it. I, and lots of other players have experienced the same glitch where whenever you open the app it freezes, with the music still playing in the background. You cannot do anything about this. This game hasn’t been updated in ages, that explains the re-occurring glitches. Make your game playable and the other four stars are yours.

Used to be fun. I used to play this as a child, i had thought of it again and downloaded it. i got through the first day and it seemed fine, then i got to the second day. it just froze and i tried to delete it, and download it again, didn't work. tried closing the app and opening it back up again, and it once again didn't work. i have been trying to fix it for the past 30 minutes and it hasn't been working at all. not happy at all.

The update is very disappointing.. I played this game for a long time and it was always one of my go to games then eventually my iPad crashed and I upgraded to an iPhone. So of course once I remember I downloaded it without even looking at the new video and let me say it is very disappointing. It used to be difficult but fun and now it’s just sad and really doesn’t make sense, PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION. I know your trying to make everything more modern or whatever but you got rid of the fun. Also you haven’t even updated the old photos, very misleading.

Can’t play past Day 1. I remember playing this game continuously years ago, even spending money to unlock characters. I decided to download it again for old time’s sake and couldn’t play past the first day. I got the day report and then the screen would just freeze with the music playing. Even closing out and restarting did nothing. Then I realized that this app hasn’t been updated in over 5 years, so of course it’s not optimized to run on newer devices. Developers need to either update the game or take it off of the App Store.

I would give this game 5 stars because it is incredibly fun and challenging, but the difficulty level is simply too much. progress is nearly unachievable. though I love grindy games, this is far too hard to keep up with. there should be other ways to earn hearts, and it shouldn’t be pay to win. this game could be very popular if it wasn’t so difficult to advance your gameplay. I really hope something changes because I’ve been a player since my iPod touch days and I’ll be sad to give it up.

Love love love it, but I have a few issues.... Okay, first thing I want to say is that I love this app, and I play it 24/7. But, my only issue is that you have to grind so much just to unlock the cheapest character, or any character at all. I have been grinding for the past month, and I still can’t buy Lala! Overall, great app, but maybe making the characters a little cheaper would be very helpful and make this app even more enjoyable.

Addictive but too expensive!. So this game is really fun and addicting. However, it's a huge turn off that characters and upgrades are so expensive. This makes it nearly impossible to play at a certain point unless you spend real money. Honestly, they need to either reboot the system by making it so that there are other easier ways to earn hearts, either by watching ads or other means, or just make the game a pay once and play. It's fun but not worth it to fork over money all the time just to play.

The game keeps FREEZING. I love this game. It’s amazing. I have so much fun. Frustrating and stressful. I like this game, but the prices are too expensive. I tried to buy more staff because I only have three people, but it’s gonna take me forever to get enough coins. Change it back!. I used to love this game! I had it a fee years back when you would drag and drop food on the tables and you were able to decorate the cafe yourself. It was also easier because you could earn hearts and money by watching ads and stuff. I’m on level 6 and already ready to delete the app. I cant afford to buy anymore characters or upgrade the ones i have unless i spend REAL money to purchase hearts or money. The developers basically force you to buy or delete because at level 6 you’re swamped with customers and not enough staff. CHANGE IT BACK!

Fun game but confused on how to get hearts. I have been playing this game since i was i think 10 years old. I am 12 now and still enjoy the game. I think because it gets harder and fun to play. I am confused on how to get hearts because i play about 5 levels and don’t earn anything. I think now you have to buy the hearts. I think that besides the hearts the game is pretty fun.

But..... I would give this game a 5 star rating but all of the characters are so expensive that I can only buy two of them and the rest are too gosh darn expensive! Awesome Game but crashes :(. I'm a huge sanrio fan, so it's nice that they have apps. but the game lately has been crashing during or after finishing a 'day'. which stinks because you'll lose potential earnings for the day and XP. Outside of that, and that's only started recently, the game is great. it's fun and easy but not too easy, and it's fun saving up to unlock new characters. I do wish there was a way to convert gray coins into gold ones but that's not too pressing.

Nostalgic 🥺. I’ve been playing this game for as long as i could remember. I remember when i could only play this on my really old iPad. But now i can play it on my phone. And i’m sooo glad it’s still the same. It still has the same old songs and style to it :D for all these years i’ve never had any problems or frustrations with it. It truly is an amazing game.

Crashing. Hi i agree that this game is very fun and cute! But.. there been problems of the game,Everytime I’m playing and finishing a round my game crashes and I tried fixing it by downloading it 3 times but nothing was fixed! I am on iOS to. but this is a very cute game I give it 5/5 stars But please fix the game crashing if you have time thank you! <3

Nostalgically disappointed. I started playing this game YEARS ago. I remember being able to customize the cafe look and that’s one of the main reasons I went to redownload it.. But that’s no longer a feature. Also, playing this game... every time the professional man hello kitty comes out my game freezes. All of my other customers disappear and my workers who are serving get stuck serving the same customer until the timer runs out.

Love this game!. I LOVE this game! My favorite character is Pom Pom purim! He is soooooo cute! I was wondering if you could add my other favorite,gudatoma? For beginners, 1) at first, it gets REALLY stressful, but when you get a helper or a extra table, I gets less stressful 2)NO ADDS! If you easily get annoyed with ads, play this game! 3) it’s super fun! The characters are soooooooooo cute! :3 4)not a knock off! Most ‘hello kitty’ games are fake, but I think this one is authentic! 5)did I all ready say the characters are cute? 6)the currency. There are 3 types! Coins,heart tokens,and poker thingys! You get coins after you serve a customer, Heart tokens-idk about you, but when I Seat someone at a table, one pops up! Same with poker thingys! Poker thingys are for the wheel! Can’t pass level one. So I just got this game today because I used to play this when I was younger and wanted to feel the nostalgia. I got it and it played well, then after I passed the first level, it wouldn’t let me go to the next level. I tried pressing pause to go to settings but it wouldn’t even open. The duck was just standing there and no customers weren’t coming in. Idk if this is a glitch or it needs to be updated.. I’m sad I can’t play this because I really like it.

PLEASE READ THIS!!. This game is really fun and all but once I finished the first day it showed me my stuff and then it just freezes I don’t know if it’s a glitch but I would really like this fixed because i can’t upgrade or go to the next day Btw I had the same prob as someone else so pls get it fixed!! A lot of people say to turn on airplane mode but it didn’t work I need help with this

Impossible to enjoy. In the beginning all is well and slow. But several level ups into the game and it becomes stressful to play rather than enjoyable. It takes forever to earn enough hearts to level up or buy additional helpers. The customers are always angry and again you need hearts to upgrade the chairs and tables. At no point can you relaxingly enjoy the game. The customers get upset and you rush to play the game and feel frazzled and stressed. Please fix this to make it more enjoyable in a new update. Or else I’m deleting.

Common issue for all. Everyone keeps saying their game freezes after level one, and they’re right! I was playing my game and collected my coins until the day ended. But when I clicked next level, I waited for pekkle to move, but everything froze. Nothing happened. I waited 5 minutes and still no customers. This bug is pretty common I guess.

Good game, hard yo get workers. I really like the game But I am confused about the “pay to win” reviews because I have been playing for a long time and never came across a option to pay for something. I really enjoy the game but I wish the employees were less money because the token that you pay with is so rare and hard to collect! I hope they change the prices soon.

Only works for the first round. Hi, I love this game a lot. It was working properly at first, but after the first round things got out of hand. After I get all my coins and stuff from the first round, the screen freezes and doesn’t let me do anything. I checked to see if there is an update, but there isn’t. Then I closed out the app and shut down my device yet it’s still frozen and not working. I literally can’t play after the first round. It is extremely frustrating. Please fix this.

How to fix freeze glitch. I use to play this as a kid and I decided to redownload it but someone it glitched after the first level but I found out how to fix it if your having this issue. All you need to do is turn off your WiFi and turn on airplane mode hope this helps

Great Game but.... This is an awesome game from my childhood and I love it. But, I am having trouble doing in app purchases. I am concerned about this and it might be a bug. I purchase the items but they won’t transfer to the game because of how long it takes to load them in. Or, the loading screen to purchase won’t pop up where I can confirm the purchase. I feel like this might be happening to others and I recommend you fix it!
