Rain chances are often wrong. The radar and warnings from this app is phenomenal, however, it seems the precipitation chances are always way off and sometimes the temperatures. Everywhere else will be saying 50% or 90% chance of rain and this app will say 0%. Makes no sense

Pretty much only useful for the alerts. I appreciate the alerts the app gives me but I usually go to my weather channel app for details about storms. There’s a filter for hurricanes (which we don’t get too many of in Oklahoma) but no overlay for hail which is a much bigger threat. There is no discrepancy in the app between a run of the mill thunderstorm or one that is expected to have hail or tornadoes. The alerts are useful but the interface is clunky and unhelpful. I’d rate it as a “meh, it keeps me alive but does it unwillingly.”

Trash. What happened to this app? The radar hasn’t been accurate AT ALL for months. Keep checking for an update fixing it but nothing. Why even have the app? Trash app with (apparently) trash management/owners. Aaron Tuttles app is better hahaha

Missing cities. I’ve noticed that lately when I view the radar the cities are not indicated on the map.

No lock screen preview. I’m not able to get the lock banners to show up and widgets also.

New update. Won’t open most of the time have deleted it and reloaded it on my iPhone five times works a few times and then it will not open. Never had this problem before the latest update

Continuous upgrade status. The app is continually saying to update on an iPad 4 running iOS 10.3.3 then says the new version will not run and do I want to load the version that will run on that iOS version.

Can’t trust the conflicting forecast within the app. The weather daily forecast will indicate a daily high or low. However, when viewing the “hourly” forcast, it will often be different. For instance, today the high/low shows 51/39. But the hourly forecast within the app shows that the low will be 32 degrees for several hours of the forecast. It doesn’t match... If I had not looked at the hourly, I would not be aware of the possible freeze to cover my plants! Frustrating how often this occurs.

App won’t load. This app is the first one I go to for radar updates. Over the past weeks I have had trouble getting it to load here and there, but the last 2-3 days it has gotten worse and I haven’t been able to access the active radar. The main parts of the radar pulls up but there is no activity on it. We had severe storms and tornadoes today, it is frustrating and infuriating when the app you have used for years to be weather aware with, no longer works correctly! I’m going to delete app and see if it corrects itself. I haven’t ever had to do this with other apps, so it’s frustrating having to take these steps. Just fix your app!!

What happened???. In the last two days, the app just opens to a skyline type picture but I'm unable to get any actual weather information!!

What happened???. This app has gone downhill in recent months. I have to manually stop the app every time I use it. It's currently a piece of junk. I wouldn’t depend on it to keep safe!

Unreliable. Used to be real good. But lately, I’ve had to delete it, then download again to get a reliable radar. My husband has the same problem with his phone. The radar sometimes shows storms that aren’t really there. Then sometimes it is blank, when at the same the live cast on tv shows a dangerous line of storms. I’ve just now deleted it again, then will download it again later. Last chance, channel 4 !!!

A good app now uselesss. Tis used to be a fairly good weather app. The latest update has introduced obtrusive ads that that suddenly take over your entire screen and move you to the app store selling additional weather apps. So obnoxious I am deleting it immediately.

Love this app. Great, clear radar with options you can pick to display. Easy to navigate. I also use the extended forecast option to view the upcoming weather for the week. 👍👍

Annoying until it needs to work, then it doesn’t. I am sitting here in a severe thunderstorm with lightning and heavy rain that it directly on top of us. The problem is the app For some time now any time I go to open the app it WILL NOT show the storms at all anytime in the future. Period It is not telling me about the scary close lightning strikes that sound very important, or anything other than 40 minutes ago there was a huge nasty storm. But guess what with a little wish and the power of God, it’s gone in under 2 minutes!! This has gotten SO annoying, that I don’t even care anymore! I might just delete the app and continue with life knowing that I don’t have to delete this app.

Video is rough. For a news channel that specializes in broadcasting, their video component is rough. While watching a forecast, an alarm on my phone paused the video. Instead of restarting where it left off, it restarted from the beginning (after playing an ad). When I tried to move the slider to where I was in the video, it restarted from the beginning (after playing an ad). I've never encountered an app with such a sensitive rotation issue, either. I usually watch in landscape so I can see it more clearly. If you breathe on it, it rotates back to portrait. Otherwise, I like the info.

Liked the app until. I had to look at freddo every time i opened it. What a loser.

Bring old app back. I hate the new updated app!! I loved the old version better, because of the weather app. Its radar was awesome. I could zoom in and see exactly where rain or hail etc was at. Down to the road it was at. And it took up most of my screen. NOW its very small cant zoom in as much. Hard to navigate

Having connections problems. The app is great and informative when it works. I’ve had problems since the last update, it keeps saying I’m not connected to WiFi when I am, and then it’s not working when I don’t have a WiFi connection-which shouldn’t matter since I’m on an LTE network. I’ve tried deleting it and attempted to re download it but nothing has worked. About to just delete it and be done with it at this point.

Bring back old GUI. Fantastic app, but the deviation from the format of your website to the new look of the map and storm front symbols is tragic. The colors are not as distinctive complete with less precision. Please at least give an option for a legacy look to be consistent with your website. The new look is terrible! Other than that, please keep up the otherwise great work!

2 of 5. Great app, when it works. Again WHEN IT WORKS!!! Problem is it only works 20% of the time.

Update has me frustrated. The app was ok until the latest update. It is NOT user friendly and confusing how to change things. The radar is frustrating to adjust.

Excellent app. I really like the interface for this app. I do like that there is a live broadcast. A countdown doing the breaks of the live broadcast would be a good feature.

Weather App. Just loaded and looked around your weather app !! Excellent graphics !! The whole app is very nicely done !!! I’ve been watching you on KFOR for years — now I can take you with me !!! What a happy day !!! Mike Morgan is #1 !!! Started watching him on KOCO decades ago !!!

Ruined. Why did you ruin 4WarnMe app with those stupid idiotic ads?? I will be finding a new app. I can’t stand that.

Past, Present/Future and Future versions. I updated the app a few days ago and after the update I’m not able to switch views from past, present/future and future versions. It’s stuck on future version. I think there needs to be another update to fix that.

Oh no!. After last update the live view radar doesn’t work; very unhelpful. Didn’t realize how much I relied upon it until it was gone. Please fix!

A thought.. When did channel 4’s show at 9:30 a m on Sunday morning turn into the The Mike Turpin Show.

The best weather app!. If you know Oklahoma you know the weather changes a lot! This is the most up to date and specific app that was ever created! Download it!

DOES NOT ALERT. This is the most horrid, bug-filled app. It will not alert you to tornados until after the freaking warning. Do NOT use this app.

No working properly. I no longer get any notifications despite all being set to on in phone and app settings. We had a very active weather day today and not a single warning came thru.

Pop-up Ads Now???? DELETE. Done with it now. I can tolerate a banner ad, not dealing with full screen pop-up ads. Deleting immediately.

WiFi issues with KFOR app. When storms are approaching the app doesn’t work, just shows the 4Warn screen and never loads. I’ve tried to reload with no success. Guess this faithful 4 fan will have to download another weather app 😕!

Takes 2 Tries. This app never opens the first time I press on it. It will sit on the “Loading” screen. I have to exit out, shut down the app, reopen it a 2nd time, and then the app will work. Everything else works fine, it’s just the initial boot up that doesn’t work.

Not very good. When I open the app the app does bring me to the home screen of the app. I waited 15 min and it still hasn’t loaded. Other than that the app is very helpful. But if I have an emergency then I’m not going to be able to see what’s coming or passed.

Wow, huge loss. This was a great app but recently it just stopped working. Either it was hacked ir they stopped maintaining it? Huge loss. It used to be the best.

No longer receive weather notifications. Used this app for more than five years and only recently do I no longer receive location based weather updates…really not good. I’ve checked all the settings on my phone and the app, and I should be receiving notifications.

KFOR weather. This app is so frustrating! It is getting to be so unreliable. It won’t open when I really need to see what’s going on weather wise in our area. I have deleted it & reloaded it numerous times in the last month. Can’t you guys fix it??!!

Best weather app out there!. This is the only weather app I trust. I have downloaded weather bug, channel 5, 9, and fox, but I gave found 4 Warm Me to be most accurate. I even watch it for my sister in northern KS when they are having bad weather. It’s ALWAYS spot on!!

Weather app. It use to warn me when bad weather comes but it no longer does that, every now and then I get a flood warning. So I’m not sure what happened. I’ve looked to see if KFOR has another app but it keeps giving me this one which really doesn’t work.

Weather Awareness. This is the stated purpose of the app. As a layman, it seems the app, with many users, asks for the most information to be passed over cellular nets during periods of peak bad weather. The app slows noticeably or ceases to update during those times. Therefore it would seem smart for the developers should actively seeks ways to maintain weather awareness while using minimum bandwidth. How hard would it be to stream text only of the 4Warn TV team? On the TV broadcast, they provide street to street or in the hinterlands, location to location, progress of tornadoes. Cellular coverage is worse in the rural regions. The affiliated radio partber, KTOK, has to lower signal strength at dark so rural users lose that source of the repeated signal. NWS radio gives quarter county resolution of stirm conditions at best. Simplify the stream, and provide a text stream for peak demand times that can make it to users. Weather awareness is the point of the app.

Temperatures never match any forecast.. This is a bad app to try and plan for temperatures. Not sure who or what supplies the temperatures, but they aren’t locally generated by any meteorologists.

Great. I love the radar on this weather app. It highlights and shows where the warnings are exactly.

Disappointed. Are used to enjoy this app until they started putting Google pop-ups on it.

Irresponsible. The 20 seconds it took to get through an ad just so I could get information on the tornado watch in my area was terrifying!!! Put the ads somewhere else!

Used to be good. Works occasionally for my wife, but radar has been completely messed up on mine for over a year. This app used to be really good. They either changed developers or app development software and it is pretty useless now.

Problem. The app continuously won’t open. Delete it, reopen. Works for a few days then a no go. The other channel 4 app does not have this problem and no other app on my phone does this just 4WarnMe. Fix it.

Do not use this app for weather. This app is not as accurate in predictions compared to fox 25 weather. I would rather judge my week off of that app.

Updates need updated. This app used to work well but lately it doe not load properly. If I open it for the first time, it appears to work, but if I get out of the app and go back in, it doesn’t want to load all the way and the storms on the app flicker. The only way to correct the issue is by closing the app completely and reopening the app. Not very sufficient if your in the center of a supercell and cannot see things quickly.

The app is unusable. I use the app for live viewing of KFOR’s news broadcasts. It repeatedly locks up or freezes video.

Crashing when Needed. Well, first time to use it and it kept crashing! Would be great if it worked when you actually needed it. If a text comes in while watching then it locks up and you have to reload. With all the technology this app should not be this difficult to run.

4 stars. Needs radar some has minor stability issues (only crashed once and came right back) but over all a very good application if you have cell service.

Zero Stars-ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Severe weather all over Oklahoma today, tornado in Norman, no notifications, no push warnings at all. In fact during the worst of it this morning here in Stillwater the "watch live coverage" was showing a map of the entire US. Another one of those great ideas that somebody forgot to check and see if they worked before they posted to iTunes.

Great App!!!. I am so glad I downloaded this app, I was at a baseball game last night and was able to keep track of what was going on!! Love it, love it, love it!!!

Life saver. Tuesday night, as the storm pummeled Nichols Hills, I was stuck with no electricity & no news updates. I turned my 4 warn app on when the storm sirens began to blare. I needed to keep calm for my kids, & the app gave me the info necessary to remain calm in that situation. We were w/ out power for 3 days, but at the end of the day we were safe. Thank you for keeping us safe!

This app still needs more updates. The video works for a short period of time then goes to some ad. And freezes on the add then I have to shut down restart the 4warn app again but doesn't always work also I did not get any push notifications at all I think this could be an awsome app if you could just fix these issues until then I'm in search for a better weather app :-(

Don't depend on it during a tornado!!. I downloaded this app because we were having a night of tornado activity. I needed to able see what was being reported on the news because I had no TV access. It didn't work!! Now that the weather is good, it works great...Wow!! Don't need it now!!

It's working today. Until this morning it was bad but it's working great this morning. I will use this during bad weather for sure!

GREAT!. When there is severe weather, KFOR is the best! This app works amazingly and I was able to watch the report from the cellar. To all of you that have no audio, take your phone off of vibrate! Great app! It's going to save numerous lives!!!

Great app! Works for me!. I love this app! It does what it says! I can even watch the news on my phone or iPad when the weather is good! It is a bit delayed compared to tv, but it works on my iPhone and iPad! Thanks for creating it!

Good but could be better. As others have stated there is a 35 second or so lag in the live feed. I would like to clarify to those using it in the middle of the storms today, kfor isn't responsible for the Internet service during storms as servers get overloaded in busier areas when many are trying to access the cellular data services at the same time, therefore that complaint should be taken to your cellular provider.

Must Have. This is a must have if you live in area where tornado's. I don't write reviews but this one I felt deserved a high rating. I tried this one in my underground storm shelter and found I got excellent live videos. Actually the whole program worked excellent. Many thanks to those that made this program available.

No or delayed push notifications. While I appreciate the concept, it seems there are still some kinks that need to be worked out. While the video and audio work great, I cannot say the same about the push notifications. If they are received at all, they are well past the point of being an alert as the storm has already passed. I received no push notification for the Woodward storm, however my mother (who lives in Arkansas and downloaded the app in order to stay aware of the safety of her family) did receive a push notification. As advertised, the app claims it will alert you to when you need to watch the live feed. From my experience this past weekend however, I would say that is not an accurate claim.

Greatly Improved. Finally does really well what a weather app for an Oklahoma resident should do. The alerts are there; the doppler radar that can be set to a specific address is there, live streaming video is there (people need to LOOK for it under video). Spent a lot of time in my storm shelter streaming live. Good stuff. I can think about getting rid of 2 other apps now. Please continue to improve...got a good app going.

Sketchy at Best!!!. Man, I am watching the lowerings last night and can't get the thing to work at 3:00am! They advertised that the reason to have it was in case we have a tornado WHILE WE ARE SLEEPING!!!...it is a good thing it was just a lowering and not a full fledged tornado wiping out the neighborhood!!! KFOR, gotta get this right before ya pitch it to the public!!!

Great App If It Worked. Tried to watch live streaming of severe weather today. Picture only lasts about 30 seconds then audio is gone after 60 seconds. Not good when I need to know what's going on with the weather! Please fix this and it will be a great app!

Great app. I don't know what everyones problem is with the app I have had no problems so far. It has worked flawlessly and I have watched live streaming many times great app kfor.

Not so bad. This app worked great and kept me updated during the storms last night. The people who pulled up the LIVE stream and heard nothing but static overlaid over a map apparently don't know what commercials are. The only thing I recommend is a constant live radar feed updated with trajectory and circulation, etc. that would really make a difference for getting use out of the app the second it is opened, instead of having to wait for something to happen on the live stream.

Needs work.. Was watching "live" and in the middle of lots of weather activity the app crashed. Now it won't work, tried deleted it and reinstalling but still won't show video. Fail when it's needed. Live radar would be nice. Screen shots don't help. Would like it to notify you when there are alerts going on.

Could be better. Thought it'd have a radar. It has an imagine of the radar an above says last 4 hours. Well in the past 4 hours there's been a tornado on the ground and the image shows no rain in our state!

No freaking audio!. As others have stated numerous times... No audio! It get two stars because at least we can WATCH the weatherman in front of his map and draw our own conclusions on what's trying to conveyed. But with severe weather like ours, they shouldn't leave us to read lips during life threatening weather!

Video works fine on IPhone. Just downloaded on April 11. Watched 10:00 PM (10:17) weather broadcast LIVE on iPhone. Was only about 30 seconds behind actual TV broadcast. Video did not skip or stutter at all. Have not explored app fully yet, but seems to have some neat things, including the ability to instantly send a severe weather photo to the newsroom.

Great app. Weather Channel used to be my "go to" app for Oklahoma but this one replaces it now! Sure is nice to know which direction the storms are moving. I really like seeing the earthquakes on a map also. Sweet! Keep up the good work!

This app 4got to 4warn me!. I thought it was just my phone until I read all the reviews. This app is horrible! The radar for the last 4 & 12 hours hasn't changed since I downloaded this crappy app last week. Most of the time the live streaming isn't streaming anything. And most importantly, where was my 4warning last night as the tornado warning was near my house? I'm deleting this app, and trying the one the news9 has. Sorry, but I'm only giving something that tells me it can save my families life and then fails, one chance!! Too bad you have to give this app at least one star. That is too high of a rating!!!

Want it to work.... Love this app - when it works, which is only about 50% of the time. The live video is spotty at best. I'd like to depend on watching the live video during severe weather when DIRECTV is always out. Also, would like to watch the news in the mornings while I'm getting ready for work, but half of the time the video won't play. I know it's not just my phone because my friends have the same issues at the same times. Hope you can get the bugs fixed.

ThankS for NOT warning me!!!!!!. They say thay it will tell you that it will alart you when danger of tornado is a threat or anything like that.....but woke up to tornado sirens and yet the 4warn me didnt do anything.! didnt do its job. and turns out that that there was a tornado just a few miles away and that the news had its eye on the storm. but nothing. IT DIDNT DO ITS JOB!!!! and this is a matter of life and death.....so this is not a o-well deal. FIX IT!!!!! now that that is siad, the radar & forecast is nothing but pictures of what they have on tv....the forcast ya i can see......but the radar?.....NO....if this is to warn me then have it an active radar....not still pictures that are a day or two old. BAD APP.....BAD.......The live video would be the best part if i needed it and thats it.....but everything else is bad and at this point not even worth free....in truth....if I had be a little north west.....and i mean only about 4 miles.....or little less then who knows. .........................BAD APP.............

Super awesome!. Impress your friends with this fantastic app! When the power is out, look no further. I'm so happy to have this amazing app! Tornado coming through? No problem! I can hide in a closet and have complete radar and coverage from Mike, but that's not all! When your worst fear is at hand turn to this app and thank your lucky stars that the radar is dead. Wait, what? Well at least I can get live coverage on my phone! Nope, that doesn't work either? Well at least I can impress my friends and you can too with the five day forecast!

Not working. Help

No video. I can watch maybe 10 seconds of video , then screen goes black. I can still have audio but no video. This is better than nothing but wish I could get video. Tried turning off vibrate as previous review recommended for audio but still NO VISUAL. Anyone have any suggestions? I have the iPhone 4.

Works for me..... You might want to use your WiFi and if you have already tried try getting a real Internet connection :) Live streaming and radar in my storm shelter with no issues. So far no crashes...using a iPhone 4. Using the 5.1.1 software if that helps. I will say it is hard to find a good local app that works for weather but maybe they will get this one up to par.

No live streaming!!?????!!. I had you at 5 stars, without live streaming it's worthless. I work at okc airport and when power goes out and or lose TV feeds, I rely on the live stream you had. Please please please bring back the live feed option and I will rate the app with 5 stars again. My families safety relies on that feed when no other option is available.

Excellent. Great weather app for Oklahoma users. I watched kfor wx coverage when my satellite tv went off and I was extremely thankful for this product. It offers live streaming during major events which is incredibly important here in tornado alley

Great app. This is the best weather app I've used. It's very accurate with a plethora of info. A little heavy on the alerts by default, but that can be easily adjusted in the settings. It was highly recommended to me and I will definitely refer it to others.

So helpful!!!. This app is so great, if u lose power u still have a way of watching live news cast. Especially here in OKC you want to be covered every way possible, best app I've ever downloaded!!! Thank you KFOR!!!

Good app. Love this app, I was so upset when my cable company dropped you, I depend on your weather team in Lone Grove, thank you channel 4, now I have dependable weather and can be 4 warned on my iPhone, gotta love technology....

Love this app. Don't care what anyone says. I love this app. Listened to the live feed all the way home from work today while they were giving reports of Norman tornado. Made me feel much safer with the 4warn team riding along with me.

LOVE this App!. This app helped me as I was running to take shelter during the Norman tornado! I had no idea there was a tornado until I turned on this app and saw the live broadcast! It kept myself and everyone hiding out at homeland safe!

Life Saving App!!!. This is a MUST HAVE app if you live in Oklahoma!!! We have the best weather reporters in the world! This app turns your phone into a little TV! You get to see live TV reporting of the storm coverage as it is occurring! Thank you Channel 4! I have recommended this app to several!

Needs work!. The two things I don't like is that the video times out so I can't see what is going on but I can still here it and the radar images don't update. Other than that it is just fine for me especially while sitting at my desk at work. It took forever to load today during bad weather. You guys can do better than this.

Excellent. What's better than having Mike Morgan in your pocket? Nothing! Get this app. I think news 4 is doing a great service by offering this app. Going above and beyond to keep people alerted and informed.

Works great. With this app, I can finally confirm how bad the weather is at my house when I am on the road. I have a different app that notifies me quicker and use a different app that provides better radar but this one is the clincher! The power went out at my house during the hail storm and she was able to watch the app to keep up to date on the storm. I am glad someone finally figured out how to provide video during storms.

Poor weather app. The video feature times out when I try to watch live video. The weather maps are just snapshots of images that I see on TV weather report or website. Nothing live. Last 4 hour radar image shows no time frame. It certainly isn't current because there are thunderstorms near my home now but the radar image in the app is clear across the state. Very disappointing that a top notch group lead by Mike Morgan would put their name and reputation on this app. Good thing it was free. Guess you get what you pay for. I'm going to delete this app now and look at my premium apps like RadarScope for realtime interactive radar that is well worth the price.

Life saver. When the power went down in Woodward & sirens failed. It was the live stream that kept us informed & safe

50/50. The app works and streamed well yesterday while I was hunkered for the Norman tornado. The radar maps, however did not help. The images were never updated! If the power went out I would use this app. I like the weather channel app and the general K4 Go4It app.

Great live TV app!!. Great live app! Nice to have live weather coverage on your smart phone! I don't care about the radar images that people are complaining about. If you want a good radar app buy Radarscope or use The Weather Channel app.

Great concept, a little tweak. 1. To the no audio reviewers. This is for my phone (4s), audio doesn't work when your phone is set to silent but works when ringer is on. I don't know if this is a general thing or I was just lucky that my audio works. 2. This app is a great concept. There are a few bugs that need to be fixed but this has great potential!

Wonderful App. During all the severe weather I was able to keep watch on where they were located & what I needed to do or where I needed to go. Not perfect but does exactly as advertised. Glad I had it last weekend!
