Sound problem. I love the app but today I only get sound on the Bommarito commercials that play before each story!

Too much advertising. There is very little news and a ton of advertising. And if that were not bad enough, the ads are set up so when you are trying to scroll through a story, you can’t help but to touch an ad. Which then causes the web browser to open. You have to click out of that. Make sure you actually close that web page, and then go back to the app. And if you are not paying attention and being careful, it happens all over again. It is just not user friendly. Filled with click baits. If you want to see their news articles, go to the website.

Rating. Is this app able too tell us where have all the cowboys gone?

Too much advertising. So much advertisement you can’t find the story. Live tv is the same commercial over and over. If you leave the screen video won’t restart.

Useless. The bloated layout of the ads make it nearly impossible to navigate any news story. Whoever stuffed the app reviews with 5 stars must be working for the developer. Absolutely horrible app.

Amazing service. Fox 2 News St Louis is by far one of my favorite apps to use. It’s almost as good as watching the news live!

Fox 2 news app, St. Louis. I’m not sure if you changed the format for this app, if you did please change it back! The articles letters are huge and all run together horizontally, it’s horrible! This app used to be my favorite, I’ve tried everything to get it back to normal, nothing seems to work.

News at your fingertips!. The Fox2 app really brings late breaking news and weather to your fingertips! Just one tap and all the latest and greatest unfolds before you. Being able to watch live broadcasts is especially helpful when you don’t have access to a television or computer.

Annoying tabs. Often when opening a tab article to read it, it instantly opens to a KOHL’S add which is very annoying.

Crashes. Update: months later and a new iphone the app crashes every time I use it. Goes unresponsive as you scroll the stories. I finally had to delete the app from my phone this version keeps crashing on my new iPhone. I give up.

Repeated crashes on iPad2. I have left numerous messages about this app constantly crashing on both my iPad2 and my wife's iPad2. I have done a factory reset on both iPads and installed nothing else other than the Fox2 app. My messages have been ignored. I even volunteered to bring these iPads to Fox2 so I could demonstrate the crash in front of them. I have the KMOV app and the KSDK app and these do not crash. It is very aggravating to have to reopen the app only to have it crash within seconds . Very poor coding and even worse support.

Was good now not so much. The app loads video so slowly. Instead of giving option to play video or read text just loads video and slows down the whole app. Don’t have time for every story to load. Bring back the choice to play video or read text. And make it load quicker

I love fox2. This is the best Saint Louis news site. Hands down!!! It’s reliable, real, and the broadcasters be on top of there job. 😎

Very user friendly. Very user friendly. Some spleen got issues but app is good.

Needs work. The app was generally good. The last major update introduced bugs including one where the “view more” button doesn’t work. The support channels/requests don’t seem to be monitored, so it hasn’t been fixed in months. So only a fraction of the stories are visible.

Denounce Trump; Quit enabling. Until Fox news across the country denounces President Trumps role in the D.C. Capital Insurrection with a full throated pull of any support toward the far right, I will not retain the local news apps, or watch the Trump and far right extremist enabling, which Fox has helped foment over the last 4 yrs of the Trump Presidency. Fox helped fuel the fire and lies. They need to come out and say they were wrong and refrain their hosts and journalists from perpetuating the Trump lies that helped insight the far right furry and violence in DC. Stop the lies Fox! Pull your right wing support and let the world know you will not stand for it. Cumulus Media has pulled their funding and directed their stations to not foment these lies. You can and should also.

X. Lost all of my saved stories with the latest update. When there is breaking news and you have to click to continue reading, the click doesn’t work (nor did it before the update). I have tried to contact them through the app and that doesn’t work either (old and new versions). I give up and will use another app. Tired of fighting it

Doesn’t Work. App won’t load on my iPhone with 17.3. Freezes when trying to install. Other news channels in St. Louis load and operate with no problems. Used to be my favorite site, but not anymore. Plus, when trying to confirm, every nickname is taken.

Human interest. I like the stories about the poor little people who get fired by political powerful people and then fight back. The inspector general in the sec of state office threatened battery against an employee before he interviewed her. Director then agreed. Employee is suing in s Ill fed court. Can’t wait to read more. Fox 2 News in the Morning App is #1. I love watching Pertzborn & Naughton and the app helps me enjoy more of Fox 2

Quick News Alerts/ App needs to be updated.. I enjoy the alerts that get sent to my phone with the latest news. However, this app needs to get updated in the worst way. It CONSTANTLY freezes and crashes when you are using it. It’s becoming more and more frequent I can’t even read an article without me having to force quit the app and open it back up. Hopefully changes come soon or i’ll start looking for a new app to use.

Good app. It does everything as it should, everything.

Easy to use. This app is very easy to use, no complaints

Garbage. This app is garbage. Sound does not work all of the times like others have said if you can even get anything to view/play. When you really want to see something you hardly ever can. I absolutely love when I get a breaking headline or something to ‘watch now’ and nothing loads. I have never wrote a review before but this app makes me frustrated enough to do so.

Channel2. I love channel 2 News I always said they get the news first and plus I love Chris Regnier Fox 2 news love him and how he says his name will love to meet him

WAY too buggy after update!. Ads take up the entire screen, if you try to scroll you get a tine one or 2 line opening at the bottom to read! If you try and rotate your tablet, half the article text is cutoff. Don’t waste your time with it!

App quite working. They updated this app and it won’t open at all after the first week. I hate the new update and now that it won’t open I’m deleting it!! I have an iPhone XS or something, so my phone is not outdated yet!

Good but not great. It has the necessary information but has a homemade appearance and the functionality is not very innovative. Also, videos take forever to load if they ever load.

Easy. I find your news app very easy to use. I look here first thing every morning.

Crashes constantly. I do not like the format of the new app, as titles are hard to read. But it doesn’t matter since it crashes every 2 minutes. It’s always crashed often but since the new update, it is so much worse.

Ads not news. Be very careful not to touch the screen anywhere close to the numerous ads cause it will take you to the ads page. If you lucky enough not to hit the ad the app will freeze up so you have to force close and restart app. They have the best news on tv but the app is more about ads and not news

Missing 1/2 the news. In the morning I would watch this in the bathroom and getting ready, and you don’t hear half the news because it’s “embarked information” you hear the ads 20 times more do you hear the news

Live. Why is there no longer a LIVE feature?

Lousy app update preferences.. I no longer live in the St. Louis area but still enjoy getting the news from there. Since you have updated the app it won’t let me get past the weather toggle. I don’t need the weather from there just want the news. I had the old app ever since we moved and liked it. Now I can’t get the app because of the weather notifications which I don’t need and won’t let me choose to to use the weather selection. What’s up with that. I have since deleted ur app and moved onto KSDK 5. Your loss

Excessive Breaking News. Please re-evaluate your criteria for what is worthy of a breaking news alert. I would like to keep notifications on for major news such as interstates closing, officer involved shootings or natural disaster updates. Things that will impact the lives of St. Louis metro citizens. However, 90% of the breaking news notifications I receive on a daily basis consist of nothing but celebrity gossip, tabloid trash. Nobody cares and it has gotten incredibly annoying. Please change this or make your notification settings more customizable to each person.

Constantly freezes / bugs. I used to really like this app, but is has been freezing up and has been acting very buggy over the past few months. When I click on any alerts that I received over the last few weeks, it will not open the alert after the app opens, I can’t find it within the “top stories” and it will freeze up while I am searching for it.

Well. I’m normally not a Fox person. But this app is pretty darn good in getting the timely news needed during this pandemic. Thank you

News. This was my go to app for local news. With every update it gets worse & has the largest most annoying pop up ad of all. Have to watch some videos whether I want to or not. Considering deleting it.

News coverage is good, but .... The weather radar part of app doesn’t work and notifications switch doesn’t work.

Easy to use. Very user friendly. Information is easy to locate. Headlines are in a nice bold font making selected articles easy to find. Layout of app easy to navigate.

Love Fox 2. Only News channel I truly trust for the facts and real news. Not only informative but interesting. Their local reporting is fact based, and their nationwide reporting is news worthy and interesting. Great Application

Buggy corporate app. Always broken. Unfortunately this corporate app is usually broken, especially after updates. My favorite is when I press a breaking news push notification and it opens up to a blank screen, never loading the content it sent me. Sigh. On to KSDK CH 5’s app now.

Politically Biased. One more so called news reporting agency that does not report the new unbiased. The new should always be unbiased. We do not need to know your opinion on matters, just report the news factually. Offer your opinions only on articles labeled opinions, leave them out of the news.

Up to the minute stories that MATTER! ❤️. This station and app is dedicated to bringing local stories to your fingertips in a timely manner. It’s a no brained for St. Louisans to download.

Worse App Ever. Freezes up all the time, the latest update doesn’t work at all, opens with an old video & freezes, needs a complete revision by someone who knows what they are doing!!!!!

Too small to read. The default text and graphics of the new update are too small to read. Deleting this for a different local news app.

Crashes or freezes every time. Fake.. Fox has become worse than CNN. This is just another AP platform with fake news equal to or worse than Turner Broadcasting System. Requires multiple reloads to just read through the main page. Videos that the articles say are provided are not embedded and if they are there they do not play. I have iPhone 11. this app is junk.

I'm ready for an update. It's a really basic app. I get no pictures. And the titles if the news stories are way too long. They run off the side of the page before you can figure out what it's about. I was hoping for something at least as good as Chan 5's app. Guess I'll have live with the weather reports that look like screen shots from the TV. Oh and how about you add traffic so I can know where not to go while i'm driving.

Love fox 2love the app. I give this a 5 it does exactly what it promises. Would like to see video and maybe someday live streaming?? I would b thrilled if I could b anywhere and get my fox fix. . They must have worked out bugs bc I have no problems with it loading so give it a try. It's a new app so give it time to work out issues people. I love the weather graphics it's the screenshots just like on the news. True, moving radar would b nice eventually. Also I hope there is an area for special alerts, like severe weather, amber Alerts, school closings, etc. Possibly even due push notifications with the alerts? Overall, if u like fox2 add this, if u are skeptical add it anyway, i mean its free!! but wait it out they will improve the app soon

Trash. Keeps freezing. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Totally useless at this point.

Awful. Downloaded app to watch Elliot Davis follow the fire dept. live feed says “no feed”. I’ll take this poor showing as a sign of how much care is put into this app. I’ll be deleting this now.

Terrible. Too many ads mixed in with news

Good idea. I think this was a big improvement over the old app. There are still some problems. Within last couple of days there is no sound. Since 2 and 11 have a lot of news through the day I like the ability to see live news. Another complaint would be that the extended weather has 2 different outlooks (sometimes very different). I like KTVI weather better. When the kinks are worked out I'll definitely use it as primary St. Louis news

Traffic?. I downloaded the ksdk app because it said there would be traffic information, there wasn't any. So I figured fox 2 would have traffic, I mean it did say the app would have traffic info in the description, and yet again there wasn't any. Very disappointed that the local news apps are advertising false info. Just as I did with ksdk, I will be deleting this app and continuing my search for a reliable app with local traffic information.

Will not load. I put this app on my phone yesterday and it worked great. For some reason it will not load today. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still will not load. Please fix. It looks like they listened and it is working today. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the good app.

Great News Source ... But. It's buggy. When I get a breaking news alert and go read the article or watch the video the app still displays the badge on the app's icon and it only goes away when it feels like it. Yesterday it went away after I opened the article a third time. Today it didn't go away even after opening the article five times.

Used to be great.. Ever since the update....it went down hill, fast. Actually it was an instant smack into a wall. The new layout was better it's just THE ADS!!! I barely touch one just scrolling down and all of a sudden I'm on some internet site commercial or something. Also they hid ads in with the "Top news" stories making them look like a story just so you click on one. You have to now click on just "News" so ads aren't mixed in...but when you're watching videos you'll still get an AD in the middle out of no where. I got rid of it, maybe channel 5 news app will be better. Sorry Fox...

Really awful...locks up constantly!. So, you find a story you want to read about, click on it, the next window opens that should have the story and it just a sits there, frozen, and locks up completely. You either have to literally put aside your IPad and wait several minutes for the story to appear, or press the "home" button on your IPad in order to shut down the entire news application. This has been going on for months and months! It is pitiful for a news affiliate in a major city.

News Coverage Is Great. The news coverage is great-honest, caring and reliable. The reason for 4 stars is because this app is not very reliable, especially when wanting to watch the live stream. It crashes often or sometimes (like this current month of August) it won't stream at all! Please fix this issue.

Sends notifications in the middle of night! 👎🏼. Why is it necessary to send any notification at 4am??? Ridiculous unless it’s truly urgent.

App does not work well for iPad. If I could rate a zero star I would have. This app just updated and I was excited to see videos that work well. As in you don't have intermittent ads start in the middle of a video. Right after I updated brought up app and the layout is completely sideways and doesn't rotate. Sure I could turn my screen, but why should I when KSDK and KMOV apps work perfectly fine. First world problems at their finest. Do yourself a favor and download the KMOV app. This one is in the immortal words of Shaquille O'neal "Horrawful" (look it up on google)

Very easy to navigate. I really like this app. It is easy to find what is hot, what interests you, etc. I am getting more out of this than any other way. The thumbnails grab my attention so I am getting more news knowledge now. Thanks!

Confused Now. Obviously, they are listening to users, because the ugly icon has changed back and so has the starting screen. But as far as I can tell, there is no difference from before the last update. No "HD" graphics. Videos still are low res, and actual news-related pictures are still small and choppy. I do hope they try to make this app look better, because, as a teacher I would give their news writing a B, and the news from the KSDK app an F. Guys, please try to make our local news look good. You are in the media business.

Too unstable. The app constantly crashes, whether scrolling through the list of stories on the front page or trying to read a story...I enjoy the news coverage (when I can read it). Time to quit fighting the crashes and delete the app

Horrible update. The new update is awful. I am sent to ads often from accidentally touching an ad while scrolling. Even more frustrating is that after reading the news I have to then open up the separate weather so to read the weather blog. Which by the way redirects to safari to see the complete blog. All of this used to be on one user friendly app. I'm not inclined to use this app again unless changes are made in the future.

Great app. Live news stream now overloaded. Love the app. News stream is now overloaded with dish customers trying to see the news causing it to hang. Once this is resolved news streaming should be great again.

Just what I need!. It doesn't crash, doesn't give me notifications constantly and let's me read at my own leisure. I can track the weather, see the live Doppler and watch the daily weather report. The app gives me just what I need, when I need it. Nice!

Fox 2. Love it

Live stream is horrible. Don’t waste your time. All it does is play commercials are recorded promotions. It takes me five times to reset to get to a live stream some days.

A royal pain!. Why did you change an app that worked very good to a piece of junk? I tried to look at in on cellular and it wouldn't open because you have to many ads and large pictures. Speaking of ads, really a large company has to use a free app with ads? I tried to look at it at home on wifi and I couldn't even get to every story without 2 ads opening. I'm dumping this piece of crap app! I wish I could put -5 stars.

Awesome App :o). I'm really enjoying this app. It's so easy to use and has everything from the am show to the best breaking news. It's brought new life to my phone keeping me up to date with everything news worthy in a very slick way! Awesome App :o)

App keeps freezing. About a month or two ago every time I open app to read the news, the app freezes then cuts out completely. I see another reviewer said about the same thing. I'd rather not have to read the liberal apps for my news. Please fix this. It is very irritating and I'm about ready to delete this app! You would think this would've been fixed long ago. Shame on you for not fixing this problem yet. YOUR APP SUCKKKKSSSS!

WOW UPDATE MADE IT 1000x BETTER. I wasn't expecting much from this first update when I saw the one-line description of "layout improvements," but I was blown away by just how much it's been improved. It has been completely redesigned from the ground up. If you preferred the KDSK app, you'll want to compare again to see the difference.

Quality has dropped. They once again have made Ad changes and the Ads cover the entire screen while not providing out options other than closing the entire Ad. The worst is when you are breastfeeding your child at 3am and are reading a news article only to find that they now have random ads with noise! What a great way to wake your child up. They really need to quit changing and making this app worse. The app crashes more now than it ever has. I am really disappointed and hope they make improvements. I will gladly change the ranking if adjustments are made.

Quick,efficient,up to the minute. This app provides exactly what I need concerning up to date news weather and sports info. I travel daily throughout St. Louis from my home in Ferguson incorporating the info provided as an everyday tool. Well worth your time.

Want to love it, but.... This app drives me crazy. Everytime I get a Breaking News badge, I go to read the story, but the badge doesn't go away! I've tried opening every single story on the app, refreshing the app, removing and reinstalling the app - but NOTHING. I still have a red badge sitting there. Fox2Now is my fav news station. How about making my favorite news app? Cause I hate glitches.

What happened?. I installed the latest update and now there is just a black screen.

Life changing!. Will always be a fox watcher.
