Freo. Not enough information given compared to other teams apps

Up the tempo. Could be a lot more articles/interviews. In particular the new sign ons(draftees). Getting to know our new young players would be great for supporters and also a way to get around and make those players feel welcomed. Photos of training sessions seem slow to come to light at times.

Freo fanatic. Love this club nearly as much as I love my wife. She might read this lol. So super proud of our freo girls and that’s why we are loyal and passionate members. The way they back each other and never give in. A tight nit group who play for each other and never get frustrated like you see in the men’s comp some times. Dont get me wrong, I am a harbour master member and been a member of the AFL freo boys for 16 years and can’t wait for us to hold that cup together, but the feeling I get from the women’s team is United as one and sooo playing for the jumper. Let’s take it all the way ladies, you deserve it. #bleedpurple#

Web Page. Hard to find buttons

Crashing. Every time I go to open the app it crashes, only a recent issue and needs fixing.

Photos can’t be seen in all iPads versions. I have San older version iPad and iPhone and I can’t view the photos that are taken of the group when they are posted on the website. It’s pretty poor user experience. Someone isn’t testing the end product. Even this feedback response I can’t see what I’m typing because the font is white over a white background. I have no idea how this message is going to turn out nor can I check what I have written. Again pretty poor!!!

The Purple Haze. Great club, great modus operandi and now we just need a premiership or five. And soon because I need one before I die!!!👍👍👍👍

Sign In Option On Home Page. I think the sign in option should be on the home page rather than having to find it somewhere else.

Sometimes it’s too much. Some people want important communication others no doubt love the keep you in the loop, I prefer just important communications

Second rate, 30 years on.. The web site is rubbish, it never refreshes.. photos from training day are always frozen and not able to be accessed. Second rate, just like the team..

Fremantle. As a Fremantle fan, this app means so much to me. I check here every day. I’m proud to be a Fremantle fan. Who cares if we have no premierships.

Freo is the best. I love the Dockers they are so unlucky, they have some of the best Players but can’t seem to get a win. Keep trying guys, I will stay With you ⚓️⚓️⚓️

Player and coach profile updates.. I get very frustrated when the list of players are not updated after they are either added to the list or depart for whatever reason. There should not be any reason why this cannot be updated much more regularly than it is. Sometimes months pass with players leaving that their profile still remains. It is the same with the coaching list.

New coach please. What a disaster. The team matchups even from the start were not even close to a serious attempt to compete. What are our coaching staff doing in their nice quiet hub. A blind man could see we needed change from the first 10 minutes. The efficiency of our effort was also atrocious. The team should be made to run home across the Nullarbor. Then ask themselves if they want to play football or be observers.

Show more of young recruits and how they have fitted in at the Dockers!. I want to know about all player injuries and likely position’s they will play,when selected. Freo my team

Tickets. I could not access my ticket for yesterday’s game & lucky my wife was ill she sent me her ticket at the ground. Not the first time ticket stuff up & im sure won’t be the last. Bring back the card. Older people are not as tech savvy as the young so I found the whole experience at the gate stressful . Philip Logan

New Fremantle App. The App is good but still found it logs out each time you try and view another section , it should stay logged in until you log out. Overtime I am sure it will get better. Regards

Very good. As a Freo fan I love the fact that you can get an app and know everything you need to know. I also love how easy it is to use because it is set out so great.

Good app currently broken. Normally reliable way of checking the team. It broken at the moment as it keeps saying there is a new version, but there is no update available. Even deleting and reinstalling didn't fix this.

Website site disaster. Is it possible to make a complex website. The site is so convoluted it’s scary. I gave up making any sense out of it years ago. It need a simple directions page immediately. I have never heard a positive comment about the website Go and look at organisations that know what they are doing. Have more interactive competitions etc If not get rid of the manager immediately and pinch one from the competition Cheers

Injuries. The only thing bad about the app is reading about all the injuries this sporting team has , year after year , week after week , it’s virtually 50% of the stories on the app

Freo. Very good to be kept up to date with what is happening within our club

Review. Have been enjoying DockerTV on the App and the personal interviews of the new players, would also love to here the football stories of the older players as well as some of the past players whom may still be involved in football or what they maybe doing now. Have also enjoyed Ross Lyons interviews which have given a wonderful insight into him and his direction for the players and the club

FFC. Love the info. Love the club and what they are doing - and what they are achieving. The only downside of the app is the same for all apps - the inability for vision impaired people like me to be able to increase the print size.

What’s in a name?. I’ve been a Freon supporter since the beginning. But although the ream is looking really positive this year, off the field there are signs of a kind of illogical decay. I was taken aback by its new name. As Shakespeare said, “what’s in a name?; that which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet.” So if Fremantle would “smell as sweet”, if called either by its birth name or by any other, why bother to change its name to something - however meaningful to some - to a name quite unfamiliar, known by very few and meaningless to most? It’s a hollow gesture. As a long term and loyal fan, I am surprised, disappointed and betrayed. Ralph

Going well but really need to sort out the goal kicking tips soon!. I reckon coach Longmuir is doing a great job re forming the team. Even though not having wins the boys are working really hard and learning every game. Don’t take any notice of the negative media!

Photos. Sometimes,in fact often, I can’t scroll through the training session photos because I can only see part of the photo. I have an iPad mini but I don’t think the problem is there. Nonetheless I like the app.

Easy app. This app makes it so easy to access what I mostly need - fixtures and ticket transfer - but I also enjoy the player/training notes. I am a member of another professional sporting club with clunky access to tickets - they could learn a lot from Freo's app .

Redeeming tickets. Password been reset by the dockers office after waiting for 30 mins plus on the phone can see my tickets but they won’t download! Frustrating

My Beloved Dockers.. I love my Dockers . I am proud of the new guys they are doing a great job to be thrown in afl so soon. With more opportunities and time their skills will get even better. We just need to be able to kick more goals. And get stronger bodies. It will eventually happen. Go Freo.😊thought I sent this before. I am a number 1 fan.💜💜💜💜

Clunky and Buggy. Love the Dockers, don’t get me wrong. But the app is so unnecessarily buggy, you seriously need to revise it. I have an iPhone 11 which struggles to use this app at a reasonable speed. It’s plagued by slow response times and glitches when trying to sync with Ticketmaster. The worst part of this app is that in the last several months, I have had to delete and re-install it in order to load the latest game tickets. This causes unnecessary headaches when arriving at the Optus only to have poor reception coupled with an app that refuses to load the tickets. It’s an easy fix guys. Just reduce the content of the app to the core components people use it for (tickets, song voting, player stats, events). We all have Facebook and are more than capable of keeping up with game/player news on that platform.

Membership Numbers & Forum. I think it would be a positive move on the part of the club to state the number of Freo members we have. It would also be nice to know how many are interstate, international, premium, standard, whatever! It shows openness on the part of the management & could be used as a form of encouraging greater numbers to join & if, we are lacking in areas it would indicate where we need to perform better! An open forum or chat site (members only) where we can voice our opinions officially. I know this would mean a lot of negative comments from some members but, you have to take the good with the bad! Fantastic app, but -. Fantastically informative and beautifully functioning app. Broad spectrum of options from AFLM and AFLW club news, injury updates, team and individual stats to interviews, podcasts, fun stuff, inner sanctum stuff, videos and celebration of the game-changing marks, tackles, goals and other highlights. One thing I would love to see is an entire section devoted to past club players and Champions, coaches, club origins and history, finals and Grand Final appearances. Memorable wins should be remembered.

Needs updating. App continuously asks for you to sign on as you switch between each menu item. The link to the shop asks you to creat a new account every time you try to open it. Over all it is good for news and updates but horrendous to try and navigate.

My thoughts. Had a great time. Memories of last year on the run home. Keep up the great work. The boys were so switched on it was a joy to watch.

App is Unstable. Often the app will close down. Difficult to view video news and other items.

Good but can be better. The experience using the app is not great. Unfortunately I think this is more AFL design driven than Freo. Picture galleries in particular don’t expand to full screen.

Ticketing Shemozzle. Even if you update the Dockers app, and finally get your Ticketmaster password sorted, it doesn’t work. So you have to delete the app and start again. Finally all the tickets appear. All good you think, but no. Go back to the app a couple of days later, and your tickets are gone again. You would think their IT staff and consultants would be all over this for the start of a new season. Very disappointing. Please get your act together.
