Weather. This app is my go to when weather is changing and we are in need of getting ready to buckle down or evacuate!

Would be 5 stars but videos on Home Screen are gone. What happened to the forecast videos on the home screen? Used to be a great app but 1 star now that the forecast videos are gone. I have to go to the website for that....so what’s the point of the app. Bring back the forecast videos and let’s get back to a 5 star rating.

Good news. Always on time. Great forecast / with explanations. Informative news. Very good sports coverage. Good working application, both on news and weather. What else is needed out of a news crew.

Weather. I look to see the weather before I start driving. I don’t know why the weather is 7 or 8 hours away when the news on the weather has been on since 5:00

Great news. This station’s is the best for weather conditions as they become to our area.

Unreliable. The upgrade needs a lot of improvement. Radar isn’t accurate. It shows that it’s raining in our area, but i isn’t. Terrible upgrade.

Splash Screen should read temp. The opening screen should have the days “at-a-look” stats displayed. I want to see the temp and humidity and rain chance without having to fish for it.

Weather app. Keeps freezing on my iPad Pro and telling me it can’t connect, to check my internet connection or that Airplane Mode is not on. Neither is applicable. Works on my iPhone fine. Here I have to delete the app and download it again.

Great App. Great app but would be better if you could add a widget........ It would be nice to slide to see temp, rain chance, and wind speed...... I have two weather app’s; Fox is my go to , the other for the widget only......

Radar. Use the radar everyday, for project work schedules and safety.

Worse Weather App Ever!. The only App worse than this is their News App! All Adds No content!

Weather radar. I love my weather radar fox 8

Garbage app. Worse one ever!!. If you are depending on this app to keep you updated on severe weather in your area, you would do better to consult a crystal ball, or fortune teller. The forecast videos are anywhere from 8 to 18 hours behind. Sometimes all thats available is the marine forecast. Ads, Ads and more Ads. If severe weather is occurring it will give a push notification, but if you click to see the “live” forecast, you will get something 8 hours old.’ Or it will freeze up, or you might get the live news, from the day before. All In all too infuriating to deal with.

My Go To Weather Forecast!. FOX 8 Weather App is easy to read and keeps me informed daily. It is my go to app!

Accurate. Love it always shows what to expect!

Any app. We were told for many years if you loose power go to your phone and turn to your app. Well this has proven NOT because even though you have a generator the cell towers quit working so we found out we are in no better shape since Katrina sad to say because technology has improved beyond anyone’s imagination. So as it speaks now you better have a little transistor radio close by. The only station on was WWL radio 870 . But the only thing they wanted to talk about was the small talk about neighborhoods. We need to learn from this and let technology hopefully lead the way. God bless the poor souls of LOUSISIANA we need help ???

Weather. The fact that when you go on the app now they’re crossing over each other so you can’t hear the latest one you hear both of them at the same time.

Fox 8. It’s good but it takes to long to load and I like channel 6 one better

Please fix the app on Chromecast TV app Because It does not work. The Chromecast TV app does not work it just is blank when you go into it just a white picture please sexy

Such a Helpful Weather APP. I appreciate the fact that I get a brief “heads up” notification on a daily basis. In addition, the doppler radar is a feature I mostly refer to, especially during stormy weather in our New Orleans area. I realize the APP is supported through advertising but unlike many other Weather APPs, the user is not bombarded with advertisements that tend to dominate and even delay immediate access to valuable weather information and alerts. Thank you!

Fox 8 weather. We prefer Fox 8 because of David Bernard’s professionalism; why don’t you all have live closed captioning instead of the pre-recorded playing during the live telecast ?

News. Best news channel around 👍🏻

Dental implants. Let me tell you there’s nothing more infuriating than watching an ad before I can see live coverage of a tornado touchdown near my home. Seconds are difference between life and death sometimes. But hey your smile could look amazing when you die!

Review. Fox 8 is by far the most informative and accurate in all aspects.

Always like Fox 8 weather. Fox 8 Weather is my preferred weather reports. I like the way that the Poplarville area is covered in the broadcast. I especially like to see the radar footage that shows what times the storms will likely hit Poplarville. Sometimes I would like for the radar view to move a little slower across the screen with the times showing at the top so that I can better see what time a storm will hit us. Sometimes I have to keep rewinding that part over and over so that I can actually see when the storm moves into Pearl River County Mississippi. I appreciate you including Mississippi in your broadcast. We are kind of in No Mans Land as far as coverage of news events in our area. These weather reports that you provide help me to plan my days as far as shopping, mowing my yard, and planning family get togethers. Fox 8 Weather is the best!

Problems with the app. Hi I love the weather app but when I get alerts on the weather it does not talk anymore. Please please help. I don’t know what I did.

Weather predictions. I follow different apps for my weather and they are all 50% accurate. That includes Fox! With all the sophisticated instruments and computer modeling 50% is poor. Wish I was a meteorologist. I would get fired from my job if I was a 50 percentor

Location Changes. The app is constantly defaulting to New Orleans even after deleting it when reopening the app.

Says not available in my location. Normally a great app, but lately I keep getting “app not available in your location” when I just used it and have used it for years! Don’t know how to make it stop that.

Help. I am in northeast Ohio and ever since I downloaded the app it has given me Louisiana. I’m not sure how that happened but I don’t know how to fix it to my location. I can see my weather because I put it in there but I am still getting that I’m in La. notifications on there weather alerts not mine.

Accurate forecasting. Living in a mobile home we need to have the best weather forecast to accurately predict the weather so that we’ll know how to properly prepare ourselves. Fox 8 does just that for us. Thanks, Bruce, Nicondra, Zack, Hanna and Amber

Fox Eight. On Mind Videos I Cannot Hear My Videos On Fox Eight I UpDate This App Last Night And I Couldn’t Hear A Videos About The Weather Never Mind It’s Working Now

Please fix the warnings!. Overall, I like having this app. It’s got a decent radar and future cast, I like the daily and hourly forecast, etc. BUT over the last few updates I simply CANNOT turn the warning areas off! This interferes greatly with my ability to see the radar. So wheN the weather is at its worst and I really need to see what’s going on my view is obscured. Please fix this.

I want to give it a 5 but it stopped being wonderful. I loved this app and used it all the time. Over the past month or so, I have to delete it and reinstall it if I want to see anything on the radar. Then it’ll work for an hour or so and then, no more radar! I don’t know what they did to break it but I hope they fix it.

Hate the “alerts” function. This is a great app, but the alerts function is beyond annoying. You have to manually turn off alerts so you can see the radar. Anytime there’s bad weather, there are multiple alerts, and you can’t really decipher what’s going on without turning them off. I wish there was a setting that allowed the user to control it (where they don’t need to be turned off every time.)

Love this app but. There’s one thing that irks me to no end. Could you adjust the sensitivity of the app so the video doesn’t flip so easily.? I like watching in landscape mode but the phone won’t stay in that mode unless it is tilted highly.

Crab Fisherman. Incredibly Accurate, I’m a Crab Fisherman I rely on this App to Let me know any Changes in Weather. It allows me to determine if weather is favorable to go out Crabbing or Not. Thank you very Much for continued updates

I’d come here more if new format was better. Good but no skip for commercials and news format could be easier to read.

Crashes. After installing latest update app crashes opens then closes.

Radar. Radar is difficult to read/see.

No sound on some of the weather videos. Trying to listen and watch the updates on Dorian. Plenty of sound on the ads preceding the videos but dead silence on the actual forecasts. Forecaster’s lips are moving but no sound. I’m watching on iPhone 8 Plus. I guess I’ll go back to WDSU.

I like it but it still needs a few tweaks. I like the alerts on this app but the future radar isn't always correct or doesn't shows the rain and things on the right places as it moves like the Storm App from weather underground.

Hate Ads. I love the app as my local weather app because I watch this news channel. The app is built nice. Give us a way to get rid of the ads and it would be a 5 star app. Since I can't get rid of the ads I have to use another app. Will use it again when I don't have to see the ads

No Landscape View in iPad. Can only get portrait view on iPad. No way to rotate to landscape.

Ads, ads, and more ads. This app is more about ads than weather data. Often times the info I want to see is blocked by an ad. I used this app for over a year, but I’m done with it now.

Crap. The app would be fine if they didn’t make you pay to view unlimited reports it’s complete crap you can’t get the news for free online. So 0/5 stars

No good. It’s the worst weather app I’ve ever used.

Trash. App refuses to recognize where I live. When trying to set weather alerts It changes the name of the city to a nearby city. Deleted app.

Hate the voice update. Bruce Katz is terrible! He couldn’t predict the weather to save his life and career. Awful voice, uninstalled the app.

Delete, reinstall, repeat. Since this new update. Every other time I use the app I have to delete the app and re install it for it to work.

Fox 8 weather forecast and News. They are to many problems with the video playing and also you never know if there is and audio

Temps aren’t ever correct!. There’s a heatwave right now in NOLA and the app is showing 10 DEGREES lower than actuals. Also, when it’s raining at my house, the app radar shows clear.

Excellent Weather App. This app has everything you need to check out the current and forecast weather anywhere. Great radar, cloud, temp, and wind features. It is equal to or better than any weather app I have downloaded. It get a five star thumbs up from me.

Won’t Open. Just updated the app which had been working fine and now it won’t open on my I Phone 8.

Great source of weather info!. Really well-designed app. Lots of map options to see different weather formations. Plus, you can get daily & hourly forecasts, watch a video of the latest forecast for the New Orleans area, and even watch Fox 8 live!

Load screen. Upon opening the app the load screen is way too long. It kills the whole app.

Update. I hate the recent update! I used to open the app and could choose where I wanted to go and that was it. Now I have to scroll through to find what section I am looking for. If you scroll too fast you are back to the beginning. Wastes too much time.

Fox8 ether app.. I have the same problem. Can't find the app in notification center to set weather alerts.

Radar Needs Some Serious Improvements. Every time a big storm comes near the radar will not pull up,, its time for another app,, at the time you really need the radar,, it’s not working,, Weather Channel App came up for me with no problem..

Commercials too long!. Me every tume there us a notification you gotta watch first the same 30 seconds long commercisks! No way! Make thrm shorter!
