I have been a devoted Paperless Post fan for years but am sad to watch steady decline in quality of designs and functionality of app. Impossible to track rsvps now on the iPhone - used to be a breeze. So sad - success breeds complacency.
Really buggy app..key presses don't register, scheduling doesn't work, frequent connection issues with their server etc etc etc
This app has very pretty designs and lots of options but it is NOT user friendly. I tried several times to adjust and add to the guest list and it's almost impossible. I would've given up and used a different service if I hadn't already bought "coins"
It would hardly allow me to create a card. It was working terribly! Dunno why!!
The app takes a long time to load, doesn't update new cards in "human time" - the user experience for such a simple (but useful) idea is awful. PM teams should be embarrassed.
Paperless post is amazing. I have ordered cards to be mailed, bought cards with coins, and used many free cards. No trouble easy to use. Thanks. I think evite is awful with adds. No adds on paperless post.
First off your only job is to tally invites and responses. Your app doesn’t match the numbers of responses on the event page. Are idiots running this app?
I use this app every year for my parties. While I wish some of the cards could be customized more, it has always worked for me. It saves my contacts for me so I just have to click a button for who I want to invite. It's easy and quick. It keeps track of your rsvp's so you don't have to.
I use my iPad primarily with a keyboard attachment. Given that part of designing and invitation includes typing, I find it extremely inconvenient that I cannot use my iPad keyboard attachment to design an invitation. When I try to design on the website (which allows for horizontal), it directs me to “design on the app”. Extremely frustrating. This seems like laziness that they don’t want to deal with screens rotating and makes the user experience horrible. Substituting an iPad for a laptop is becoming more possible and easier for users. As the the iPad continues increase in functionality, we need the apps we use to catch up!
I didn’t know this until I’d already invited my first ten people. What a sham. Never using this again. Also the mobile app doesn’t allow you to add invitees - it insists on grabbing your entire Contact list. Not today, Satan. Not today.
I like this app but I had a frustrating experience with it due to time zones. Firstly, there was no option to choose my time zone (Western Australia) so I had to choose Hong Kong as it's the same. Then, because I created the invitation in Sydney for a party in Perth, the app automatically adjusted to the wrong time (3 hours too early) so I had to email everyone to confirm the correct time. One guest turned up at 8am and was not happy. You need to fix this and then the app will be great.
So easy to use. Heaps of free invites that are so easy to send direct from the app. So happy with the end result.
Works best in App!! Great choice of designs.Very happy with the app!!
Great invitations, thank you notes and more. Also very easy to use.
This app is brilliant for sending out invitations and tracking responses. Good range of cards, many of which are free to send. Just great!
Clean layout easy to use
Easy to use, lots of choice & easy to track!
Lovely designs and an easy to use app.
Great easy to use
Easy to use, thank you!
I was a long time subscriber to Hallmark online cards but recently received a birthday card from a family member using PaperlessPost and was immediately drawn to the unique designs and quality look of the cards. Needless to say ... I have a new home for online cards!!
Great selection. Inexpensive. Fun!
Very easy and fun way to send invites, etc
Really poor user experience. Cursor lags and jumps around when editing text, guest email addresses are not recognized as valid, guest updates are not current. Just yuck.
I use this app every time we have dinner with friends, need to invite folks to an event, or just to say hi. It's quite impressive and always remarked upon.
Downloaded the app, but once I logged in, I was forced to rate - then asked to write a review. I didn't, but the app never loaded after I logged in.
I love that they partner with Rifle Paper Co. for print options :)
Very easy to use. Great choices of styles.
This app is a disaster. Work in it for a few minutes and a pop up asks you to rate it. Whether you rate it or not, you're stuck there and cannot move on to do anything else. Go elsewhere for online invitations!
