Worst banking app I have seen/used. This is absolutely the worst and primitive banking app I have ever used. Could not believe a bank would put out a system like this.

Doesn't work. The login button doesn't work after I enter my credentials. Anyone else having this problem?!
Very limited. You can only basically view transactions, accounts and transfer money to pre-determined accounts. App is not optimized for plus-sized screens and does not show my credit cards. Not really that useful

Poor user experience. Can not believe such a big bank tolerates such a poorly developed app. Having that said it is also understandable, HSBC has been failing in many aspects, it is no harm to fail another time.
