Technology…ugh!. Had to reinstall the app and now it won’t even connect to the store to restore my purchases.

Good for the beginner. This magazine is wonderful for the beginning photographer, but contains very little for someone who started out in film and now shoots in digital. Most of the articles lack substance and do not cater to real specialties. I'm sorry to say this, but one can find better content on the Internet.

Enjoying it but. My original iPad was damage and time warner charge to spectrum and I lost of of my subscriptions and had to start over. Which was to expensive.

Great Magazine. Yes, you have to purchase the magazine after you download the free app. However, if you use a Nikon camera and want to learn how to take better photos, I highly recommend NPhoto. It's a great magazine.

Best purchase on my iPad!. This is by far the best purchase that I have had on my iPad ever. It's a magazine that's alive with great stories, reviews, training, and just about everything Nikon!

Overall, great magazine!. Provides good advice with practical cases for amateur photographers. Good review of Nikon products. Issues download quite fast compared to other magazines. The only issue is that when you switch pages, it takes time for the images to get clearer and has blue boxes, that go away, on the parts of the article. But generally, is a good magazine.

Great app. I have found this a very good access to a magazine that has filled my bookcase with many printed copies. I now have digital access with me to read at any time and can see all my back issues at any time.

Way Too Expensive!!!!!. My gosh! $65 for digital subscription! $7 per copy!? I find the content pretty good but I can get hard copies of similar subscriptions for less than $20. I have several digital subscriptions to magazines and none more than $25 and those are luxuries. Come up with a reasonable price and Ill join in but no way @$65!!!!

Bookmarks Gone!!!!!. Subscriber for several years. Bookmarks are gone with the latest upgrade. How do I get them back????

Warning. Warning if you download this app you can't delete it

Too expensive, weak design. $7 for a digital magazine is way too expensive and so on for the various subscription levels/prices. Beyond price the mag design is weak. Reminds me of Popular Photography. Way too busy. Any given page layout makes me feel like I am in the printed equivalent of the subway at rush hour or a mall at Christmas. Not an enjoyable experience.

Overpriced and does not work. What is it with this publishing company? Still can't download issues from within the app, no access to cover mounted materials and $7 per issue. Wait, they have a bargain. A yearly subscription for $65. While Zinio offers the same sub for $28. What gives? It's too bad these publishing companies are trying to extract such high profits from digital content, which costs way less to publish than hard copies.

Slow loading & now a offer banner pops up?. I purchased the NPhoto subscription through iTunes & it's been working fine. Now, when opening the app, a offer banner displays and I cannot cancel it and/or select the button bar that points to the offer details. This needs fixing!

App needs work. If you're a Nikon shooter, the magazine content is great. But the app crashes. A lot. Usually during page turns, but sometimes randomly. Needs fixing before this is worth buying.

Fresh Approach. Just started with this but I think I learned something from each article.

Sometimes it's very good, latest version is unstable. I've enjoyed this magazine, writing is professional without being stuffy, articles are often helpful, but the latest version crashes continually, and It won't stay open long enough to read anything.

Best Magazine. Nikon Magazine provides the best resource for camera guides, and tips I have read anywhere!

App Stopped Downloading. I have been using this app since it was first released and now for some reason it has stopped updating and showing the latest issues that my subscription has paid for. At this point it looks like I have to cancel my subscription

N-Photo magazine. I subscribe the printed edition, but eventually get some publications also on my IPad, found them very handy.

Best I've Found. As a Nikon owner (D5200) I like having an iPad subscription to a magazine that gives me great ideas and great instruction on how to be a better photographer. So far, NPhoto is the best I've found.

Useless. I purchased Ultimate Nikon handbook via this app. Later following an update alert, I updated and since then their store displays "No Products Found" message and when I tried to access my purchased copy, their Library is empty. Following the advise from their customer service, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and tried to restore my purchase. It was of NO USE and still I face this issue, without any response from the seller of this app. Useless app and worst service ever from a seller through App Store.

Hands down, best e-magazine!. Without a doubt the best interactive e-magazine I have seen. Love the articles with great insight and plenty of tips for all levels of expertise. I would love a lower price though. This is the most expensive magazine subscription I have purchased, so the quality must be up kept if you want to demand this premium pricing.

Must have app for any photographer.. Even if you don't use Nikon, this is the best magazine app about photography I've ever seen. The vast amount of video content, is truly amazing and right on point for the beginner to the professional. The illustrations make complicated ideas clear. My only bad experience is the so call photoshop app that was entirely about Elements. This was not clearly labeled and the app was lame to boot.

Thank you Nphoto. This is a great app & I've never had a problem with it crashing. Thank you Nphoto for adding the videos that come when u buy the physical copy. Only thing I don't like is the cost of a yearly subscription.

Forget about it. They take your money without problems but then you can't download anything after that. Same complaint has been voiced multiple times for this company's website but they have done nothing to correct problem.

Great App for The Nikon User or General Photographer. This magazine app, is awesome! It's a wealth of knowledge! Remember if you're a Nikon user, this app is meant for you! If you're a generalist in photography this app is for you!

App keeps shutting down. I love the magazine and the app itself. After reading for 5 minutes the app usually shuts down. Very frustrating!

Great for Nikon Users. This is a great magazine, especially if you shoot Nikon. It helps make difficult subjects or topics relating to camera controls, very easy to grasp.

App Crashes. I have not been able to read the past three issues of N-Photo due to the app continually crashing upon launch. Is apple going to reimburse those who have paid subscriptions to this magazine? Or maybe they work on fixing the buggy app.

awesome Nikon only content. anyone who trashes this app does so because their equipment was poorly reviewed inside I'm sure. this magazine is awesome. content is interesting and clearly written. the images will blow your mind. there are tons of ideas on new places to shot. ANY Nikon shooter will love this. it is priced STUPIDLY . but so are all iDevice digital magazines. and frankly I don't care about spending a few dollars.

Great magazine, ridiculous price. This is a fantastic magazine for Nikon photographers. Filled with great tips and informative articles. Unfortunately the ridiculously-expensive subscription cost of $65 is the downfall of this publication. As much as I enjoy the content, I cannot justify a cost that is three times that of similar publications. 5 stars for content...1 star for price.

Layout Needs Work and Subscription Cost to High. I was very excited about this digital magazine and the promo sounded great. After purchasing a 90-day subscription (wished I had purchased the 1 now) and downloading the first issue I was disappointed with the layout. I have to zoom in to read the articles. The layout puts to much content on each page. If they would have up and down scrolling like Popular Photography does and enlarge the fonts this could be a great application. My other issue with this application is the subscription cost. This is way to expensive for a digital magazine! Fix these issues please and by all means lower the subscription cost!

Best app ever!. I love this app! I use it more than any other and have learned so much from it it! Had a problem after installing OS 8, emailed them and they just had me reinstall and restart my iPad and it works great! If you love photography you'll love this app! Btw One of the reviewers said you can't delete it that's wrong.

Great magazine. Great app.. Pure and simple. The magazine is always packed with useful content and the app makes it all easy to read and access.

Great magazine. Saw a paper issue in Barnes and Noble. Liked the looks so I tracked down this app. Read the current issue and was impressed. Of course I then had to buy the back issues.

Great magazine. I have learned some really neat ideas just from the trial subscription. Will explore a subscription to this mag. Quick download and easy to understand from a novice's perspective.

Seems too rushed of a title. The overall magazine content and interactive design seems unrefined and rushed. It includes links and prices for US and UK, and sometimes only UK. That's cool, but I'm reading and purchasing in the US. Please keep US and UK as separate issues. At $65, I won't be purchasing a subscription. I'd rather spend that much on 3 separate titles covering a greater breadth of content.

sale prices. I just found this magazine and made purchases at their half price sale this weekend. Now I see that their regular price for back issues is 4.99, but sale prices were 3.99. The math is off! So far have only received automated response from app support.

Magazine is great, app less so.. This is the best photography magazine I have ever read. The only improvement I could suggest is when it gets into Photoshop projects and has things like 'set a to 12, b to 3.5,... without explaining any rational for them. The app sometimes has problems with downloading magazines. Occasionally one has to delete the app and redownload it. Just had to do that and it forgot about one of my in-app purchases and wants me to pay for it again. I emailed the magazine several days ago and hope someday they will reply.

Great App. I really like this app. I love the print version of the magazine also. I only wish the app was better at scaling the content for a small screen. That was the only thing that cause me to take away one star.i I love the magazine, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. I've experienced multiple crashes that require me to download all of my content each time. The app needs a lot of work.

You don't loose old copies. Previous purchases are still available. Open magazine and then tap screen and then go back to library here you will see all copies and any new ones to download. I must admit not the easiest thing to navigate like Zino is.

Great mag!. Great magazine, it is slow to load but with so many photos I imagine that is the reason!

N-Photo Magazine e-version. I've been reading this mag for about 8 months and find the content fabulous. Due to the delay in obtaining the real mag from news agents here in Oz, I've just subscribed to the e-version for my iPad. The 1st thing I went to do was watch the movie on the iPad version. Sadly, I'm not getting sound so either I'm doing something wrong or it won't work on my iPad which is a mk1. Could this be the case? I see others give feedback re the download speed. I don't have an issue with it.

None.. there's got to be a way we can archive our purchases made through newsstand on our macs. 64 GB isn't that much space

Good magazine horrible app. The app crashes all the time and you have to start re-downloading magazines from scratch. Only advice from customer support is to delete and reinstall the app, this dies not work and deletes any of the magazines that you have already spent hours downloading because the file sizes are huge! This app needs a significant overhaul!

Great mag terrible app. The magazine is great but the app is terrible! File sizes are huge and so slow to download. The app foes not allow for background downloading nor can you read an episode while it downloads. The downloads frequently time out or become corrupted which requires a reinstall of the whole app and necessitates restarting the horrendous download process again. Customer support gives only automated replies. I now have editions that I have paid for and can not read as I can't download a full magazine. Avoid this app.

Download speed. The mag is grate but the download process and functionality of this app is poor. Downloading a mag over unrestricted wifi or 3G takes an appalling length of time (+6 hours), and the download restarts if you transition from wifi to 3G or visa versa. Additionally you need to keep the device active for the download to continue (don't let the device sleep). Furthermore, when a download is interrupted the app experiences an unresolvable download error and the download cannot be recommended, instead you need to go through the restore process, how long do you think it will take to download multiple editions when this occurs? Needs to be fixed.

Great content. This mag has great articles & info on all the new gear on my new Nikon DSLR. Also great tips to better my ever increasing photographical skills.

Nikon N magazine. The magazine content has gone downhill. I am interested in photographic ideas not looking/reading page after page of some photographer. The magazine is getting harder and harder to download. I has to delete the app and then reinstall it. Naturally all previous magazines are now gone and have to be reinstalled. Not very happy at all.

Love it!. This magazine app is fabulous. It has really helped me to progress with my technique as it is comprehensive. I love the auto archive feature and that I can access the complete back catalogue of magazines.

Wayne. I wasn't aware that when you download a new monthly mag you lose the old one? Why is this? I use the old hard copy mags as references, if I knew this I would not have paid for the subscription, I may as well go to the shop and buy the copy. The magazine is great but a waste of money if I have cannot read old ones.

Nikon heaven!. This is the mag you need if you have a Nikon. It is packed with tips, reviews, technical info etc. it is independent. Recommended!

Nphoto delight. I've always found the App works well, even on the few occasions I've loaded in public wifi zones. At home it takes only a few minutes. The photos are excellent resolution, so such a rapid upload must mean good compression. The magazine has taught me so much about good photography and using Nikon equipment. I'm also pleased it is honest about alternatives, especially lens comparisons.

Great Mag for Nikon Users. As a Nikon user this is the perfect magazine for me, the articles are easy to follow for Amateurs and Semi-Profesionals alike, and the layout is well put together

Frustrating downloads. I wish I had purchased this magazine on another platform rather than this app. Like many other people here, I have been frustrated by the download process. The downloads are slow and often get stuck as ‘queued’. You have to keep refreshing the purchase to get the download to start again. Don’t let your iPad fall asleep during a download -as others have pointed out - because it often causes the download to revert to ‘queued’ where it seems to get stuck until you refresh the purchase. But, I love the magazine layout and content.

Used to work now crashes. I had all the digital issues, now they have disappeared, they do not restore and the app keeps crashing and returning an error

Please update for new iPad. Loved this magazine until I got the new iPad. Now, pages load very slowly, and it's just not a good reading experience. Hoping they update soon to reduce loading times.

Fantastic!. The articles are very informative, and the images are crisp, sharp and inspirational! And going digital means no more pilings of magazines building up! Definitely worth it!

Excellent app and content. Have been reading this magazine from issue 1. Switched from the paper to digital version 6 months ago. Now I have excellent content always available on my IPad. Best of both worlds.

Crashes continually. Now have four downloads and can't read any of them as the program now crashes on every attempt to open a magazine.

The only magazine I need. It is always a pain to read magazine with Canon examples. Not anymore. I love The Apprentice section.

Fix for the mag not showing up in newsstand. The adobe Photoshop CS6 Previews gums up the app and prevents N-Photo from being viewed in newsstand. Delete it from newsstand and redownload N-Photo

N = Nope, no mag for you. I purchased a volume of the mag. It shows up as purchased and downloaded, but does not appear in the newsstand. Can't redownload and all my other mag subscriptions work fine. Very frustrating.

Good. Love being able to watch the videos associated with the articles, without having to mess with a CD.

Would love to see anything!. The app just keeps loading and will not show any issues or subscriptions, but will show help and every other tab!

Does not work under iOS 8. Crashes on launch almost every time, on an iPad 3. Restarting iPad makes no difference. Rarely crashed under iOS 7.

Broken. No magazine ever loads nor is there any options to buy any...I don't really get the point of having the app - it does nothing.

Does not work, but they take $$$. I'd avoid these people. They refuse support referring to Apple, but Apple offers no support for in-app purchases. Talk about a scam!

Great mag...terrible pricing!. I love the magazine but it is ridiculous that you can get an annual subscription on zinio for $28 and it's over twice that through newsstand! Lesson learned I guess...
