Great App. What more could you ask for? Solid app!

Great App!. Amazing! Sitting here in New York, and didn't realize that there was an Airport lounge right here. It's worth the free coffee alone!

Great updates. Very excited to see the new features - tip advice/calculator will be perfect for my upcoming trip. Most international tip advice apps cost $$. Nice to see Diners Club making big strides in the mobile world.

Outdated.... Diners club is behind the times...this app isn't much if you can't pay or bill or see charges.

Online-only is a bummer. I find this app helpful, but it’s nowhere near as good as it could be for the simple fact that you cannot use it offline. That’s pretty much useless when you touch down in a new airport and don’t know where the lounge is, because in most places you won’t have wifi access until you get to the lounge. So…can’t the developers make this offline-capable? I have to take screen shots of each lounge location before I leave home for my trip as it is. Also, I went to Muscat in Oman this last weekend and went to the lounge listed on this app, only to be told that they stopped accepted international Diners cards a month ago. Would’ve been nice if the app had updated that info.

Useless. Useless card, even more useless app. Not logical, much harder than any other competitor card. Why bother. Only use this card b/c for some reason, company insists on it. Never found it so difficult to pay a bill or reset password/login for anything.

Pathetic. There can only be two possible explanations for how bad this app is. 1. The folks at Diners are complete tech morons. 2. The folks at Diners are as cheap as you can find, and someone said you need an app, and they threw $500 towards its development after an 8 hour Board debate. My guess it is a little of both.

Unreal. How can a credit card company not offer account access on a mobile app? Totally unacceptable.

Great. iPhone X support. I love the tipping feature for different countries. Great. Please add iPhone X support!

No account access. Come on Diners! There is no reason not to have a full service app like all other credit card companies offer! Poor service.

Kept closing. I just installed the app. It is not responsive and it keeps closing. I’ll try it again eventually but it’s having some issues now.

Good. So helpful with lounge locator and tip calculator. Like the local deal search. App is pretty and fast.

Waste of time.. I use to think Diners Club was old folks. Now I see, I was right and the same old folks that had them in 70’s. Must have created this app. It’s useless as it is trying to find someone that accepts Diners Club now.

Great update. I use this when traveling to find restaurants I can get discounts on with my Diners Club card. Pretty handy!

Unable to link BMO issued Diner Club cards. Cannot look up account information for BMO issued credit cards.

No Account Access. The most basic info one would need from a credit card company is not available

No app payment option!. It seems a little ridiculous that you still can not pay your bill from the app. Why have it if there is not even the most basic of options available? Zero stars would be a better rating.

Buggy a useless. The app restarts in many scenarios and in general doesn't provide any useful info which I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere.

Awful sums it up. Can’t look up your balance and pay the bill… useless …. The lounges (in the States) have below average rankings and most airports don’t have them. Pointless app

Great app for international travel. I travel a lot internationally and this app has been very helpful. Appreciate knowing how to locate Diners Club airport lounges and find local deals.

Good features. Having the tip calculator on mobile is very handy. Good addition.

Not much here. I found this app to be useless. There is no access to your account data like other credit card and banking apps have.

Convenient app!. Yeah, ok, you can't access your account, but it is definitely helpful! The ATM and lounge locator helps a lot, I love the currency exchange rate guide, and the extras rock!

So little. Honestly Diners!! - forget tips advice and 5% discounts on private jets. You should be bringing out an online banking application before you have no market share left to worry about! Annoyances - listing UK pounds under P for Pounds Sterling instead of United Kingdom Pounds ... Installed & deleted in 5 minutes!

Broke the lounges feature :-(. As you cannot search for anywhere but your present location ... and the rest of the app is painful to use on an iPad

Out of date. A shop which closed 3 years ago is the only merchant that accepts diners club in my town

Wrong information makes app useless. I used this app to look up Toronto lounges. According to the app, they’re open until 12:30-1:00, depending on the lounge. I tried to access multiple lounges when I got to the airport at 11pm; they were all closed and clearly had been for a while. No staff around other than one cleaning person at one of them.
