Bills Monitor - Bill Reminder App Reviews

Malfunctioning. Installed on my 13 Pro Max. Added 6 bills before the app made me watch a video add to have the ability to add more bills. After watching the video ad I get a dialog box that says “You have 1 chance to add 20 bills”. I then add one bill, when I go to add my second it says “You have zero bills remaining”. Watching a video ad is supposed to allow “20 bills” but I’m stuck in this cycle of watching 1 video ad for EVERY BILL AFTER 6. FIX THIS. My girlfriend has the app on a 12 Pro Max, has not paid for premium but somehow she can add 176 bills, and gets no video ads after multiple attempts to add more bills.

Terrible Update. The new update is horrible. The black and dark blue colors are awful. The number pad should pop up automatically when you go to the pay bill screen. There’s no reason why you should have to tap on the Pay Amount field first. The decimal place should be automatic. Your “fixes” never seem to be an improvement.

Monthly fixed bills. The app is very good but there are sone drawbacks. Overlapping expenses like card payment and the bills paid using card. Another problem is you cannot insert monthly bills that are fixed at one go. You have to input them every month

Love it. This app is great. Very simple to set up. Once done, you are ready to be informed. No more forgetting a bill (or forgetting auto-withdraw for a bill). It has helped me keep the cash flow balanced and has removed any unwanted surprises due to life’s distractions.

Been using for years. I love the simplistic nature, but yet can do complex bill reminders. All I need is a place to list my bills where I can see what I haven’t paid yet and this does that. Does have ads in the free version which pop up on opening, which is only slightly annoying when popping in and out during a bill paying session. Only improvement I would want to make is recurring bills that hit their end date would be highlighted so I could push the date out further. Right now I compare to the previous month for the number of bills.

Great Bill Organizer. If you like reminders of when bills are due or like to budget in advance this app does just that. You will never be late on a bill and you can adjust setting to remind you months into the future. You can also repeat bills monthly or yearly. I highly recommend this app i will never get a late fee again.

Reminder option no longer available. I have used this app for years, but the most recent redesign has removed one of the most useful features. Under the old design, I could choose a pop up reminder with an audible cue. I knew every morning at 9 whether I had an upcoming bill to pay. I’ve been late with some of the utility bills because this features no longer exists. Searching for a new app today.

Useful and easy. So I really like the way I can add and remove my bills and all of the organization it provides. As I have become more budget conscious and want to avoid missing bills, this app becomes more and more helpful. It allows me to add/edit categories which is great! Seeing everything at a glance and scheduling reminders makes this so easy for a quick reference! I highly recommend.

Crappy set up. Really unproductive set up that makes it way to complicated to log in information. So many requirements when I literally just want to type in "(utility name) is due on (date)" with the amount due. I do that and then they require you to give a payment method, and then there's a required notes section and a required end date. Very irritating and definitely the man reason I will not be using this app

Accessibility. Love this app! I love how icons are easy to see with black background for the visually impaired. This has helped me pay my bills on time, with being able to set reminder (ie 1,3,7 days...) bill is due. Wish there was a way to enlarge font size of individual bill details & enter my income.

Great App!. I had an app that tracked my bills. But it wasn’t updated for the new iOS’. After a long search, I came upon this app. It does the same thing as my old one, but much better, with a few added features.

Best app so far. I for one was always late paying and keeping up with my bills, and going paperless it got even worse all the late fees, now all my bills get paid in time I don't have to keep reminding myself what's due the bill reminder does it for me thanks so much for this app, I did try others but this was the one for me

Wifi backup and restore does not work. The app is very functional. But the wifi backup and restore of the app does not work. I tried contacting support but that link does not work either.

Good App. Good app, it does its job. Only thing I would suggest is to make it easier to update the bills once you have created them. I tried making changes and it was a bit challenging to do so.

Monitors My Bills. Starting a new life, on my own. This app helps me keep track of money I’m spending and when bills are due and how much. Once all of the information is plugged in I get reminders and am aware how much money I am spending, and where. I’ve rid myself of unused subscriptions, and monitor last months payments to the next months payments. This app is keeping me honest, so that I am paying only for the things I truly want, and I quickly catch when I’ve been over charged, or heading toward spending more than I should. It’s all in one place.

Great financial tool!. Love this app and it had done wonders for me paying bills on time and having an snapshot of how my bills are for that month! However, I do not like the fact there is an advertisement planted right in the string with my bills and NO “X” Mark to close it. I’m afraid I’ll accidentally click it and get spammed for the “100th” time from many ads! Otherwise this is a great app!

grrrrrreat. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Reminds me to pay a bill and checks it off when paid. No bells. No whistles. I didn’t want a money management app, just a bill pay app!

Great. Had two apps for bills and when I updated to iOS 11 - the apps had no updates and didn’t work so the apps were useless. Downloaded this one and worked better then the others I had. Excellent app

Why did you change the layout???. I loved bill monitor bc it was straight forward and easy to quickly see what I needed to pay. It had a total of all the bills owing at the bottom and adjusted after a bill was paid. Now it's complicated and hard to see all the bills I need to pay at a quick glance. The change should have been optional and not automatic! I hate it!!

Awesome. Very well put together I’ve tried just about every program out there nothing is more simply put better directed implemented in a more concise way which everybody can use very good programming skills on this one I like the layout in the way you did it great program thank you very much you do an unbelievable job and I have a good taste and I’ve seen them all

Amazing Organization. I am in love with this app. I am so unorganized and forget what bills are due when. This app has fixed that. I can budget accordingly and can see what will come out of each check so I know what will be left over. I highly recommend this app.

Loved it!!. From day one I found it super helpful and easy to use. I would love to have an option to add the money coming in versus what I have to pay or the necessary balance to pay all the bills (I manage a lot of transactions so it’s hard to keep up some times) but still love it

One of the most helpful apps I’ve ever used.. And with it, I can easily keep track of upcoming bills that are due. Super simple to use. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Moved up in ratings. So I had previously wrote about ads and how many there were but it’s been a couple months since then and I am redoing this to give a four star. Haven’t had any annoying ads like they used to. Great job and thank you for keeping me organized. The only problem I have noticed is that sometimes if I don’t visit the app for awhile it won’t alert me of bills due.

Only 4 bills allowed before an upgrade. Was prompted to download the upgraded version after adding only 4 bills. The box pops up and says only 50 bills can be added in the free version. Obviously not. Please fix! 1 star for the nice looking app though.

Pretty Good!. It’s been decent so far. I’ve had it about a month and wanted to test it for my re-occurring bills. I really like how each month it automatically adds in the due dates and payment options. It notifies me when a bill is due like a day before and day of... pretty cool. I’ll keep using.

Love. I love this app. I have been using the paid version for years now and I love that I can see what bills are due. My biggest wish for this app is that I can add another person's bills to it, but keep there bills and my bills separate. I pay my mom's bills and I had to download another app to keep track of her bills. I don't like the other app very much. Please think about doing something like this.

Works well. The app works well for my needs. I use it to make sure i don’t miss a bill and know when it needs to be paid. It took a while to set up but after that is easy to use. Sometimes difficult to understand how to do things as the help section is lacking in useful explanations. Still, for a free app it works well

Excellent bill manager. Very easy and intuitive way to add and show the bills. After using BillMinder for years and since the app stop working, I’m been trying to look soooo many others app for track bills and this is the one that I can said is my go to.

Could use improvements. This is a decent app. I use it to track bills I need to pay. I found I couldn’t edit the date if I made a mistake and didn’t notice right away. I would like to see all my upcoming bills on one page with the option to separate by month. The view now makes you change months when you want to see your next month’s bills. I like that I don’t have to input the decimal when entering amounts. Is there a way to set a reminder time for all bills instead of setting it with each bill?

Great app. I love this app it is just what I was look for . Put in all your bills and set the reminder and it lets you know when bill is due. It will tell you how much you are spending in bills. I would recommend it to everyone!!!!

Totally worth it !!. Absolutely love this app ! Reminds me of my bills, shows how much I spend paying bills just for the month it even marks my paid bills. No issues, doesn’t lag and it’s free !

THE BEST EVER. I am the WORST at keeping track of bills. This is simple, clean and doesn't have passive aggressive reminders (Mint😒) you can repeat your bills for every month and then just update the amount due each time you get a new bill. PLUS it actually makes it kind of fun and fulfilling to check off each bill. 100 STARS

Easy to use. App is very clean and easy to use. They limit the free version to 500 bills, so to get the hang of it I made each bill only last a years time. One suggestion I would have would be to integrate a section that lets you know what bills are due within a certain time frame (3day, 5days, 1 week) and then have the app display a notification once the bill falls in that range. Sometimes it’s hard to remember to constantly check the app for what’s due. Other than that, great app that serves its purpose.

Clunky. This app has been hard to use and clunky. Setup was difficult and lengthy, and the reminders for upcoming bills are almost useless. The reminders (which is a major reason I need a bill pay app) are one time only, and often don't appear unless I actually open the app. Once a bill is paid, finding the payment info and confirmation number is difficult as well. Some of my bills are variable amounts each month, but the app is clunky to use here, too. It does allow you to save just for this bill or for future bills, but sometimes I've found it has changed the PREVIOUS bill to that amount, and now says I still owe for a previous month when that bill was paid in full. Awkward setup. I continue to use this app only until I can find a better one.

Good app. One thing would make it better.. This app works really well for me. The only thing I wish I could do is put the entire amount owed on loans or credit cards, then have the minimum monthly payment show as what is due. Then have it deduct what pay each month.

I love it !!. I’ve been trying to do this in my day planner and it is just way to much to remember! This app is perfect it let me add all my bills and I love you can pick the reminder tone ! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!

Saves my budget and credit!. This app is my absolute favorite. The ads are a little tedious, but it’s free! Being able to look at how much I need to set aside BEFORE it’s due keeps me from overspending - and seeing the due dates makes sure I never miss payments. Highly recommend!

Helpful and very easy to use!. I just got this app about an hour ago I’m already very satisfied. Simple to use for keeping track of due dates and payments and only some basic information is required for each bill. (No account numbers needed). Although, you can put in all the info for each account if you want. There were so many apps to choose from and this is the first I’ve tried but it will keep track of everything I need it to.

Good Free Bills App. This is a good and reliable free bills app. I use it as a stand-alone (not linked to bank and accounts) way to track my bills. You can set-up recurring bills like utilities to roll-off every month or manually mark them as paid. The limitations of the free version is not being able to add very many bills even if they are recurring, think it’s limited to a 100.

Pretty good app buuuuttt.... I love the app, there's just a few things I have to work around which isn't a big deal, however I am not happy with the fact I have to pay for it twice! I have it on my phone but when I need to sit down on a larger screen (like my tablet) I have to pay for the iPad version of the app. I'm a little miffed at that since I don't like looking at such a small screen when budget planning.

So simple. I love this. It simply lets me keep track of my bills. It’s really easy to use. I didn’t like all those other apps that wanted me to add all my accounts information and bank information. I can just see what’s due and when with this app. They do ask for account number on one part but I was able to just override that by inserting random numbers. Thank you so much I really appreciate the simplicity of this app

Just ok. Wish there was an option for income and a calendar view. Didn’t realize Autopay meant it would automatically get checked as paid on the due date. I took it to mean the bill would come out of my account without my having to physically pay it... sometimes it doesn’t happen on the exact date so I would like to check those off as paid manually. A pain to fix them all. However, this app is still better than most of the others I tried. Grateful I don’t have to link accounts and that it’s ACTUALLY free.

Besssssst Ever!!!!. I’ve used this app for years. It handles all of my bill monitoring, budgeting, reminders, at-a-glance spending habits, tracking credit card purchases, and much more! Don’t know what I’d do without it. I don’t understand any of the low ratings on here—AT ALL. 5 STAR all the way.

Car Insurance Payment Options. Love the app been using it for five years. I’m asking can you add a different payment options to car insurance. Monthly, Quarterly, Every six months or twice year & Annual. Please & Thank You

Good app for budgeting. I actually think this app is really handy for reminders and organization. I set up multiple reminders just to make sure I don’t snooze and forget it. I work full time and I love having a calendar that only shows bills and payments. I recommend it for this who also like to have their expenses organized in calendars. What’s great about it is that you can set it up to show payments on the same date (ie the 5th) for each month. That’s exactly what I needed.

Love the new upgrade!. Been using this for years and absolutely love the new look! Makes it much easier! And to everyone saying that it asks for your account info, you don’t have to put any numbers in. You can bypass that. You just gotta put what kind of account it is. I’ve NEVER put any account numbers in and it works flawlessly without them.

Looooove it!!!. I went through about 5 other apps before finally getting to this one and instantly fell in love. The others only let you add one or two bills but this one I have added 8, all for free! And unlike Mint, you don't have to create a login. I haven't set up any of my bank accounts or any personal info because I only needed an app to keep track of when my bills are due and when I pay them. I recently thought I was up to date on my bills when, in fact, I was behind two months on one. I like that you can set reminders for different times in advance and it keeps you in the know how many days late or days until your next payment. So far this app is wonderful!!

Good reminder. A good tool to organize your bills.... I just hope they had an overall annual total expenses for each bill account, but still an excellent reminder

Average. Poor alerts it does not let you know if you have missed.

SAVE DATA. I like the app very useful however it hasn't the way to save the data like droppox, google in case that the device will get missing so u lost everything

App. App is easy to use and quite like how you can customise added bills and expenses. However would be nice to have an easy quick tick on paid monitored payments rather than having to enter value amount paid manually prior to having it marked paid.

The App works well. It is a well thought through App, simple to master and use. Most of all, it can be relied on since few month ago I accidentally factory reset my iPhone and after restoring all my apps to my surprise, all my previous and recurring bills data was restored 😊 I recommend it to anyone who needs a tool to remind them of bills due date and the data certainly help with budgeting and cash flow monitoring too👏👏

Bills Monitor Review. I downloaded the APP “Bills Monitor” because at this time I have a few streaming services as well as cell bills that have a variety of dates that are automatically charged to my credit card. The program is easy to use and by setting up reminders I won’t miss any upcoming payments.

Simple App that Works.... This has been great add - create list of bills and when you want to pay - can easily adjust amounts and create reminders. Love it.

New User - Excellent Tracking App. I love that this app is laid out in a way that does not require you to record every transaction and budget every dollar. It simply holds all of your bill due dates in one place and reminds you to make your payments. Very customizable and easy to use!

Keep Control. This is a great app to Keep Control of bill payments . I wish it had an easy tutorial to help setup. The only thing this app doesn’t help with is making the money. It’s a truly my best friend.

Fairly good app. I personally think its a pretty good platform ,There is a few things they could add and change but other then that its solid .been using it for a few years now.

Good but I expected some templating feature. Since a lot of bills are of the recurring type, I was expecting to be able to define templates for my various bills. So that I can re-use the information and just enter the amount and due date, instead of having to re-enter everything from scratch. Also by linking together the monthly bills from the same service provider via the template, it would open up the possibilities for additional features like searching by service provider, automated calculated average bill amount per provider, etc.

Organizers dream. Keeps me so organized and on top of my finances. I can keep everyone money bill organized, and know where a yearly bill is going to pop up as well.

Great App.. some enhancements needed but I can work without them. A really good reminder app. Needs a bit of enhancements but I can still use them without the enhancement. It’s a free app so I have no complains. The enhancement is that I need to type the name of the biller every time. It should get saved or I should have the option to save it. Apart from that, everything is great

Like the app but can’t add more bills. Like the app, more than willing to watch ads to ad more bills, but I keep watching them so I can add more, but it’s saying I can add a negative amount of bills that goes more negative as I watch videos. Fix this or I will never use it

App is horrible now. This app was great a year ago. Then ads started appearing which was annoying but manageable. Now the app is completely useless. Deleting and going to something better.

So helpful to track all your outgoing payments. This app has been so valuable to keep track of all your payments going out. Easy to use and exactly what I needed.

Love this app. I’ve been looking for an app to track my bills. One important thing I needed out of an app for the ability to track partial payments and I am able to. I also love the reminders.

Intrusive audio ads. Up until the time an ad popped up WITH AUDIO it was pretty good. Will be deleting because of the audio ads. Also you cannot add monies coming in. Screen design is excellent and it’s a pity about those ads, otherwise I would definitely recommend.

So great for tracking my bills. Best ever free App for keeping track of all my bills and expenses. The reminders help me not to forget any payment. I have downloaded other apps thanks to the adds from this app, which I wouldn’t have thought of.

Could be great but it’s a miss. This software would be great if it actually notifies you when a bill is due. If I open the app and one is due THEN it has the bubble over the app icon. If I don’t open the app then I don’t get notified. And yes my notifications are setup correctly. This could be awesome if it actually notifies me.

Just the app I was looking for. All the features I wanted in a well designed interface.

Can't beat this for a free app!. Does what it says! Only wish there were a few directions as to the best way to set things up. Wish my iPhone and iPad could sync the info from this app. Otherwise I'm very pleased!

I like it a lot. I like it a lot, it’s a great app to keep track of your finances and so far there have been no surprise charges or fees.

Great app. I use bill minder backward, I use it to track tenants that owe me monthly rent. It would be great if they made an app to track monies that are due to us as well as what we owe others.

A little confusing at first. Just what I was looking for to keep track of my bills and due dates.

Difficult to navigate. Have had a previous bill monitor(not with this Company) that was much easier to navigate.

Needs A Darker Theme. I’m not liking the new color scheme. It’s just too bright on my eyes. You should at least include options to select what color theme your customers want to use for the main interface. You included one for the settings menu but not the main interface? Who’s bright idea was that?

AMAZING!!!. I’ve had this app for 3 years now and it is outstanding! I love how it breaks down your bills into different sections on a graph, and totals everything up for you a month.

Efficient. I am able to easily keep track of when my bills/payments are due all in one place . As a result , I haven’t made any late payments .

2 Issues. I hate how the adds get mixed in with my bills and to get the bill to reoccur is a little difficult to understand wish is was more straight forward. Other then that pretty good app.

Easy to use!. It’s basic and easy to use. I just needed a app that I could keep track of my outgoing expenses. I wanted nothing too fancy. This does exactly what I need it to do.

Should you trust this app?. The bill tracking app I used for years is no longer in the App Store so I thought I’d try this one. Upon opening the app your taken to a website that says you need to create an account and then verify that account with a credit card. I don’t think so.

Best way to keep payments on track!. I love this app! I use it to keep track of my monthly bills, so all my payments are made on time. Easy to use & love that it repeats every month!

Pretty Good. Good App, does what I want it to do, reminds me when to pay my bills. Looks a little antiquated though, but as long as it gets the job done and it doesn’t spam you with ads.

Very nice app. Nice reminder of when bills are due. You can mark the ones you have paid fir the month.

Great money management!!. I love this app, better then the rest! I had the free version that only allowed for 4 bills at a time but with an update I think they have allowed for more. So thank you for that!! GREAT!! Love it!!

Great. This app is awesome! I love how I can remind myself of a bill each day/week/month for as many years as I need to! The tally of how much has been paid and how much is remaining is so helpful!
