That's it!. First I used the trial version for the small event and then decided to upgrade. Smooth sync, easy to use. It meets my expectations.

Great for Church Activities. I use it every Saturday (Sabbath) to pass attendance at church services and submit attendance reports to Elders and Pastors We need an upgrade as the limit of meetings Rea he it’s ending list. The first symptom was the new meeting was not listed. After deleting a few meetings, the application did not start any longer. Please help I need this to work. Great app but…. Must be connected to iCal and Google or Apple maps. Also I would like to invite person directly from the app. Is there any option?

Highly recommend. This app is great! It imports contacts to quickly add guests. You can add a plus 1 (or more) to keep track of how many people will attend in each family. Saves time and keeps me organized.

Great App .. But dated;(. I really enjoy the app it's pretty functional. However it's really dated the look it self needs an update I would like to see a more clean simple look. Perhaps offer more options to customize.

Good. It's a simple app for creating events and lists of invited people. Really handy to create reports based on people who accepted or declined invitation.

Love this app!. I used this app to keep big wedding guests organized. I like that you can move information to different events then typing it in a thousand times. And editing is easy. I recommend this app for small and big events.

Disappointing invitation. After paying for the pro app. I learned that you can only send emails and not SMS (text) invitations to the party. Which is what most people use these days. I do not even have most of my Guest List email addresses because most people say their email boxes are so loaded down with junk mail and will not give their email address. This app looks good. But I sure hope they can get it updated fast for what the trends are today.

Party Planning Need. So easy to keep track of guests, invitations and RSVPs. I greatly dislike organizing parties, but this made it super easy. I’m excited to plan another one.

Nice guest list manager. This app really helps me with event organizing. No need to carry a huge notebook with additional sheets and cutaways which are lost in an inopportune moment. Everything is in one place, organized and in one-tap access.

Efficient app. Awesome! You don't need to go to some websites, get an acc or register in 10 steps. This app use iCloud to sync my devices and that's really handy.

Love it!. I'm using this app to track weekly attendance of my youth group students. It keeps all invitees I save, I can take a photo of a visitor and save their pic to their name, pull from contacts and Facebook, and run full reports. The get to click on their name when they enter the room, kind of like VIP status! My review gets 4/5 because I wish it would export into excel so i could create reports that track attendance over time, see who is consistent, who needs a phone call, etc. I also wish it would load Facebook contacts faster and remember my FB ussr info. Great app tho!

Great, user friendly App!. I was initially frustrated with this app when I prepared to email or print my list. It took me a second to realize that I could customize the report to include the info I wanted. I also like that if I need to create another event, I don't have to re-enter guest info. I can just import contacts from a previous event. This has been great for planning my wedding guest list, bachelorette party & bridal shower. Go for the paid version if you have several events to plan. It's worth it!

Great tool. Using this app for planning my wedding ands been pretty good so far. I am Able to make different lists for showers and bachelorette parties using a master guest list. Only thing I wish it would it had was a function to update the personal information for each guest across all event have them listed under. I added some email addresses for guests under my "save the date" event but when I went to those names under the shower list I had to re-type it in. Other than that, awesome app

Event Planner on the GO. I assisted my aunt with her guest list during her wedding! I was able to add and delete guest. Assign reserved seats and I JUST LOVE this app! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Works fine. Really fast working app. Use it for about a year for organizing different types of events and I like it's new interface. Great addition to my work.

Needs one more thing. I have found this app very useful in planning both a 50th and an 18th birthday parties. It syncs up beautifully between my iPad and iPhone so I can keep track of RSVP's where ever I am. My one request is that another check box be added for "Declined". Right now, there is a column for invited, confirmed, and attended. It would be very helpful to be able to keep track of those who aren't planning to attend so that the "Unconfirmed" list is truly accurate.

Good App - Enhancements could make it great!. I have only had the app for a few days, but it will do. There are some improvements I would like to see, better reporting. It would be great if the customized fields would populate for all of the guest and not have to do it individually. Also, if the reports were more customizable and include added fields would be great. The file format .GLF is difficult to find an app to open up your report. Overall this work well as a check in app for an event but the reports feature can be more robust.

Great event app. The app works great and very user friendly. There are many options available for reports and its super easy to check someone in. The one thing that could be added is for events that require an entry fee to have a way to send the guest an email receipt of their payment when they check in. This is great for those that turn in expense reports so they can keep track of their records.

Good item to have. I have only used it for one day so far, but it seems right up to par with keeping you organized.

Wedding planning made easy. Made organizing my guest list so simple and even helped me track the RSVPs and group guests so I didn’t duplicate invitations to the same address. Oh and it helped me group guests by table too. Perfect. I think a bride made this app lol or at least helped!

Thank goodness I didn’t buy. I paid to be able to use across all my apple products. I also am not able to send emails, it’ll tell you it sent it, but it never gets to its destination.

Guest List Pro is the VIP. I have a small event run entirely by volunteered for roughly 33 people total. All I needed was a guest list that I could check off and verify their contact info (maybe a few notes. This app delivered with elegant simplicity! The person using it can be minimally inclined with technology. It’s worth it for the sheer convenience alone!

Great idea needs more guest options. I think this app is great! However I found it frustrating that when I would sync my contacts, for example a friend, you can not just add a guest, it has to be a guest from your contact list. And if you have two people under one contact you can't make it count as two people, which for me is confusing when creating a head count for a party. You can put it in manually however with 150 guest you have already typed into your contact, it would be a lot easier to have this feature!

Great app. I love the app. I just wish it would collect the info from our groups as well. We are getting ready for our family reunion and it's awesome for keeping track but doesn't pull the names over from my Facebook group. I have most family members on my group but not on my personal page.

Two thumbs up. The app will help me organize my up coming parties. Everything is nicely in one place. I love the way it keeps track who is and not attending. It beats keeping track with paper and pencil. I wish I found this sooner.

Can’t Import Lists. Looks like it can only import from Contacts. Not helpful. I need to import from an excel or csv file.

Best attendance app so far. I just wanted an app to take attendance at club meetings. Something that worked with my contact list. This is more for parties but it works pretty good and reliably for club attendance. The other apps available were not as good as this one.

Crash and burn. App is constantly crashing when adding a new entry. Use to be a great app and not sure what is going on but it needs to be fixed asap!

Crashing. App keeps crashing when trying to remove guests. Very frustrating as I can not edit lists

Refund. I would like a refund after finding out after purchasing that the app is no longer compatible with Facebook despite it still saying so all over your app that it is!!

Guest list. Easy to use. Great tool for master guests list. It would be great if you can sort by surname once you export your file on email.

No good. Downloaded the "lite" version which clearly states it will use your FB contacts and address book but when you try to do this you have to upgrade and pay! So I did, tried to add FB contacts which seemed to work at first, ticked all the ones I wanted to add then nothing. So back I went to do it agin and now it is frozen with an applet of my FB page stuck in the middle of the screen. Useless app! Not easy to use, not intuitive.

Great app for event guest lists. Using this for planning fundraising events and keeping track of attendees. So fare haven't had a problem and surpasses anything other party planning app I have tried so far.

Good. Found this app easy to use, imported friends from fb no prob. Liked how you can add the guests that are coming with the person and not have to add them to actual list, good if your having children at wedding.

Pointless. Facebook doesn't stay logged in on this app and once it logs out, you can't log back in. Also, when I selected over 90 Facebook contacts to add to an event, the app got rid of them all. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

COLOSSAL WASTE OF MONEY!. Would be faster with a pen and paper. FB friend import is utterly useless! Not user friendly at all and will not search FB friends, you have to scroll through them - pretty annoying when you have almost 2000 FB friends! Want my money back.

Not impressed. Not impressed with this app...not friendly to use! When transferring guest over it doesn't. Went to print off my guest list after hours of inputting and none of the address showed up. Even paid for the upgrade and it wasn't worth the money! Waste of time and a waste of money considering I have to redo my wedding list of 300+ people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

Yup, app is cool. Great little event organizer. After enabling iCloud sync I get started in minutes. Like the detailed reports and the way I can manage them. Other notable features is the way I can add custom fileds and ""guests with"" to already invited people

It's ok..... It's an ok app. As a stand alone guest list it's fine but you can only sync between devices on the same iCloud account. We were hoping to use this in our wedding planning and be able to add guests from her contacts list on her account and some from my contact list but this program doesn't do that.

Amazing!!!. This app works great for us. I'm a youth Pastor and I had my youth leaders download the app to take attendance in their groups. I just wish there was a way for QR quick scan, other than that I love it.

Good. Would highly recommend a guest template that you could customize for each event. You can customize/add individual fields for guests but does not carry forward to all new guests you add to the same event so it's a lot of extra work to add the same exact fields to every guest. Also would recommend a spreadsheet report for data sorting in addition to the PDF report...then it would be 5 stars!

Great App. So far this app is working very well. 4 stars not 5 because it does crash. But I understand in creating an event with 180 church servants, pulling from a 3,000 contact list may make it slow. When I printed the report, I noticed that some servants lost their table assignment. It would be nice if I can rename the column headers, and sort by any column, I.e. Tables. All in all, I think I have a good app.
