My new favorite shop. I LOVE ASOS!! I used to shop at brands like f21 and others but the quality of those clothes were always poor and they never fit me properly. However ASOS is just my go to for absolutely anything and everything. Their shoes, clothes, jewelry and even makeup are exceptional quality and price range is reasonable and worth it! I FINALLY found clothes that fit me well, especially because I’m an average height, skinny girl. Every single item I got from here became my favorite and I get so many compliments. Quality is just perfect. They even ship so fast! Best part, free returns and student discounts. I’ve never discovered a shop that is my one stop for all my fashion cravings. I recommended this app to all my friends and even my boyfriend approves of my purchases! I’m so happy! Thank you ASOS! Forever your customer. Please keep up the amazing quality and sizing!!

Love ASOS but browsing is a pain. I absolutely love ASOS and over the years never had a purchase I was unhappy with. Quality is always great and I love how detailed and accurate item descriptions are. Unfortunately with the massive number of options they have browsing is a nightmare. Any search produces thousands of results and instead of being able to browse page by page it’s endless scrolling and you never know when it’s gonna end. On the top of it - if you lose the window by accident- you gotta start from the beginning! No idea why ASOS thinks this is a good idea. At least they added the info that item is available in different colors. Previously I bought something few times just to learn later that there are other colors I’d prefer. I get it - they pictures are cool and not as uptight like many catalogues but sometimes models are making such “unique” poses you can’t really tell what the item looks like.

Love ASOS and the app ain’t bad either. Been shopping with ASOS for at least 7 years. I have at least 1/3 of my wardrobe from this site. I find that the shampooing is easy and convenient since I don’t like store shopping sometimes with traveling to the location, waiting in line, and the variety is not as great in stores unless you go to a mall. ASOS have great variety, beautiful patterns and selections in sizes and materials. Reasonable prices and frequent sales which I love the most. I like the detailed description of the items. However I would suggest more videos of the models wearing the clothes in motion because people move in their clothes all the time and stagnant shots can be deceiving. Also more motion or angle shots of models wearing the sunglasses or eyewear from various angles on the face, same for the shoes (more angle or videos to see how the feet move in the shoes). Also please have models wear underwear (at least a bra) when modeling the clothes some of them look floppy and much is moving around under the clothes, not a neat look. Also most of the models are in their 20s it seems. Please add some older models. I am an aged woman and would like to see someone wearing some of the items that represent me. Lastly please include more clothes that don’t expose all of the upper and lower back and deep cut décolleté, a neckline cut to the navel is not cute or ladylike especially in a day dress or work dress, not appropriate. Thank you

Truly the Worst Online Shopping Experience. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I found some boots I adore that I can’t find anywhere else. I tried ordering it 7+ times but the order would fail every time. I chatted with probably 10 different agents over the last week trying to get help going through, but they’d all give me bare minimum answers, always telling me to do something I’d already tried. It seemed like they were just eager to get me off the chat. I did everything they suggested and more. I’ve been as patient as possible and done everything I could to troubleshoot, even contacted my bank and switched payment options to make sure it wasn’t on my end. After all the troubleshooting and chatting, the issue is obviously on ASOS’s end and the agents knew it but would always send me away with no solution and wouldn’t bother to escalate the issue. I asked for someone to take a look at my account to ACTUALLY see why it wasn’t going through and the agent just said sorry, just try ordering again in an hour. Now, the boots are sold out in my size because they constantly would send me away and now I can’t get them. I’m so frustrated and sad because I can’t find them anywhere else and ASOS customer service couldn’t care less.

No customer service and they blame customers for theft. This company has so many problems. First, they don’t have a customer service line and require using a crappy chat bot to reach support. They also contract with cheap lazy delivery set. My package was stolen because their delivery service left the package outside my building in view of the street rancher than actually delivering to my apartment. I live in Manhattan, it’s obvious that leaving a package outside will be stolen. Then when I contacted for support, they blamed me for the theft. I had to contact them 4 times over 3 weeks to get a refund while they “investigated “. They also just completely forgot to do the “investigation “ and left me having to start all over again with the process. Horrible experience. They hire lazy delivery contractors. They blame customers for theft caused by the delivery contractors. They require customers to run around in circles for weeks to get a refund. And they refuse to talk to customers over the phone. Very unethical and disrespectful company.

They ripped me off and then banned me. I have shopped with ASOS for years. I have only had two instances were I have reached out to customer service due to issues with my order. The second inquiry I made with customer service they BANNED ME. I have always made substantial orders from ASOS because they're e-commerce and it’s the only way to try stuff on. However, I made an x-large order because I got a new job and needed different clothes for it. I had not received it after 28 days. I reached out to customer service about my missing package. They said they were sorry and I should receive a refund in a couple of days. However, I did not receive a refund. I instead received an email informing me that my account was flagged as suspicious and that it did not follow their terms and conditions and that they have now banned me from shopping with them ever again. I emailed them one time and I asked for clarification on what terms and conditions I had broken. They then proceeded to tell me that any and all other emails from me will be deleted and they will not accept any further communication from me. They branded a loyal and considerate customer as a fraudulent customer with no justification. This company and its customer service is beyond disappointing.

Love hate. Pay the $20/year for 2day shipping fee or suffer the consequences of long shipping or lost items. I live in Hawaii in shipping always takes longer but I get my things here within 3 working days👍🏾 Note that their shoes/heels etc never seemed to fit right I ordered a hand full of times changing the size and I still never get a Perfect fit. Darn it!! Jewelry is nice but you MUST check sizes. Customer service is horrible! They really don’t give a shhh! I have been a customer for a several years now and they still haven’t offered me any valued customer discounts. If they muck up your order the representative will flip it on you somehow. I would say they have one good representative out of three! I have premier shipping (2-day) why in the world would I still have to choose an option of standard or two days? I talked to a representative and she slipped by saying they were unusually busy so they changed their shipping options... it’s so shady! Basically, I feel they give a “choice” knowing Premier holders would never check because they “pay” for the faster shipment. Underhanded. As for the clothes, it’s true to size However, you must do your research by blowing up the pic to see how the material looks like and the fit on model closely. Sometimes I order stuff and 1 out of 5 times it looks horrible on me lol I keep coming back because there aren’t many options for big girls that have good quality. Love the clothing options hate everything else!

New customer. I just bought my first outfit from here. I had heard about this store through other people but never committed. I love that they are US based and now that I’ve bought something I can see that they also have quality clothes. They have a help find your size thing that you can do and it’s way better then the other ones that always ask for a brand. I don’t wear name brand things most the time so I can never finish those ones in particular. Which frustrates me more since I don’t want to have to send anything back and pay any restock fees or extra shipping fees. Best of all their size me calculator was right! I didn’t see reviews on clothes so I was a tad hesitant to buy but it all worked out. Everything fits me perfectly, they are now going to be my go to place to shop online! Thank you ASOS.

Plus size clothing in EUROPE!!. I was terrified after moving from the US over to the Portuguese Azores that I would never be able to buy clothes again without a major shipping hassle from the US. I am 6’ tall and US size 26 so yeah. I tower over everyone here! Lol. Found ASOS and am thrilled! Have ordered numerous times and EVERY SINGLE order has been correct, of good quality, proper packaging, and delivered promptly (usually within 10 days). Sizing is true to US numbers, even a bit more generous most times. Pricing is fair. Sweaters haven’t pilled, no noticeable shrinkage, colors are true to photographs. Love the plus size models as well! So happy to know that I will not be left naked here on the island!!! Website also works well! Kudos to ASOS!

Something feels awry. It’s weird, but definitely noticeable. You can scour through your filters, but sometimes you will not see something unless you go into another item and search through the “related items” field. You’ll scratch your head as to why that product you like that’s in your size NEVER showed up on the original filter when everything else is the same save for a minor difference. I get the AI is supposed to be smart, but this just feels like you miss out on gems. Like I’ll find things better doing a Google search that brings me to ASOS vice just going on ASOS initially. And contacting customer service is a joke. Can’t do it through the app. You go into the app only to be redirected to a website that wants all the information the app already had. Make that make sense. Warn people that you will charge them a foreign transaction fee. Especially since I’m ordering from the US store. I expect the cost to be what I see it to be. Not some foreign additional fee you see on your card cause ASOS doesn’t tell you that ANYWHERE in the small print.

Few missing key features would make this app 5 stars. Love the app overall, especially the easy and quick buying process. I’ve bought a lot since I discovered Asos a few weeks ago, but I would certainly buy more if it had these features: 1. Add notifications for when a “saved” item (with a specific size), that was out of stock, becomes available again (otherwise I have to remember to go in the app and check my saved list) 2. Show me if a saved item (that is out of stock in the size I saved it in) has a size higher or lower available (I would definitely buy it to see if it would fit) 3. Add ability to see if an item is available in other colors!!! There is a color picker, but there is always only ONE color in the list. Yet I know that that item exists in multiple colors. Why does the color picker not work? 4. While searching, would be helpful to have an icon or similar to indicate: a) I’ve looked at this item already, and b) I’ve bought this item already to make my buying experience even more efficient. 5. Sometimes I use Saved items to check for price drops or tracking if different sizes become available, which means my Saved items list is LONG. The sort function recently added was very helpful. Give us the ability to organize/categorize our saved items — this will be a game changer. Thank you anyway for an app that has revolutionized my shopping experience (goodbye Zara, Mango, etc...hello Asos)!

HOAX ALERT: Premium Feature for Free Next Day Delivery Doesn’t Work. I unintentionally selected this option upon checkout, but the items didn’t come next day… or the next 2 days or the next 3. Not even within the next 4 days: the order didn’t arrive until well after I left town, which I was ordering the items for. Instead I received apology emails from Asos everyday for 3 days asking to excuse their inability to deliver as I paid. After the 3rd day, Asos stopped emailing me their apologies and the order casually arrived roughly 8 days after purchased. I attempted to contact Asos to cancel this ridiculous free delivery feature via their customer service, yet, to date Asos has not contacted me back nor refunded me for this ridiculous program. Asos should be held accountable for these extremely deceptive practices. Again, no one has yet contacted me back as of this note. The order fulfilled was well over $300 not to mention I’ve been a consistent customer for several years (just never bought into their “programs,”).

Ordered and paid for 6 items, received 2.. I made an order of 10 items, my order came to my door with the bag ripped open and only 9 items inside. They sent a replacement, it’s not here yet, who knows if it will come. Another order, 6 items. Package arrived, literally 2 of the items inside. Other 4 nowhere to be found. They don’t have a phone number for customer service. Obviously because they know they would get ringed out. How in the world do you send out a package of 2 items to someone who purchased 6 items? Like this is the most incapable fulfillment center, company, and customer service. I’m completely shocked they are in business. The clothes are nice, if you get them! Then they barely respond to emails about order problems. The first 36 hours after emailing about getting robbed on my order, I got 1 email back asking what was missing. Another 24 hours, no email back. What kind of company is this? It’s so absurd. Another 24 hours and I’m contacting my bank.

Felt like I just got my money stolen.. I order off the app cause they have good looking clothes. When I placed my order. My package was supposed to be coming in on July 5. Somehow the delivery company they contracted with said that they delivered my package on June 30. I never got anything and I was home all day. No one rang my door, not one single knocked. So I contacted their “customer care team” through email seems like that the only way to contact them.. They kept prolonging to call me to fix the situation. They still haven’t called me and it’s been a week. They have not yet give me my refund since I asked for it. They haven’t even told me they would be investigating my order to see if the delivery had actually even been delivered. It’s like they don’t care. They want your money and everything after that your on your own. If you had no problem with your delivery you’re one of the lucky ones. God forbid something goes wrong with your order. ASOS customer care team won’t do ANYTHING to help you with your order.

I think it’s great clothing app. There’s only two recommendations I’d give from a petite person’s perspective. It would be so great if in the comment section of products, people had to include their height so we can use that as a reference to figure out if the clothes would fit. Second thing is that not all petite women have short legs a lot of us have some quite long legs and would appreciate it SO MUCH if in the petite section of the store there were more non-high waisted jeans. Mid-rise or around that area. Because the high waisted jeans are basically the only ones available and it doesn’t fit well on long legged petites. They tend to drop down and makes our torsos look short and weird. They also get baggy around the booty area because they drop down.

Disgusting. I literally don’t know who is running the customer service or the Order and delivery team but they need to fire who ever it is because they are just going around closing accounts and canceling ASOS orders and definitely making asos lose money, it was my first time shopping here because I came across it and liked the site so I ordered 2 items and a couple hours later I get an email saying “Your order was unsuccessful.... Your order has been canceled because it didn’t pass our validation checks. Customer security is really important to us at ASOS, and in order to protect our customers, all orders are subject to security checks to verify the information provided.” Like what!!!? And didn’t even mention that the payment was declined or anything because the payment definitely went through and surprisingly after talking to a stranger they also mentioned when they first came across Asos and ordered something Asos canceled their order and closed their account out of nowhere..... way to give a first impression to new customers...

NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS. Love the clothes that are on here and have bought a few items. My main concern is the customer service aspect. I recently bought a few items and before purchased I was told that I would receive the items on the estimated date of the 26th of July which is perfect because I need them before the 28th and once I purchased, after a few minutes it tells me that the estimated date is Monday, July 29th. I try to cancel but there was no option for me to do so even though it was in the 15 time limit you have to cancel for the two day delivery option. I attempted to try and find a help option but it was way too difficult to find one and there are no customer service lines; there is only a chat option (which takes forever for them to respond) and an email option. The representative that assisted me through email completely disregarded my message and proceeded to tell me “double check” before I purchase next time. If there is a way to have more personable customer service experiences than having to deal with bots most of the time, it would make everything much better.

Worst Company - DON’T BUY. Seriously the worst shopping + customer service experience ever! I bought a dress 3x, each time my ordered was cancelled (after purchase was made) due to it being “out of stock”. But each time I went back to the item after it was cancelled - it says it’s in stock. I went to customer service every time my order was cancelled (before I repurchased again) and they assured me it was in stock. The third time I ordered it, I even paid MORE than the original price since it wasn’t on sale anymore. I am STILL waiting on refunds totaling over $100 and have no dress to show for it. The only “help” they could give me was to say “it’s out of our control” and “we’ll alert our warehouse”. They even told me I could order it AGAIN and they would “refund me the difference of the price increase once I receive it”?? Yeah, no. This is so unprofessional and I’m never shopping ASOS again. I don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews ever, but I’m hoping someone else can learn from my mistakes. DON’T DO IT. Please find a better business to support who can deliver or at least offer a resolution to huge mistakes like this. You’ll get nothing but trouble with ASOS!

Absolute negligence of customer service!. If I can rate any lower I would. I’m always skeptical about deliveries so the first thing I always do is check a companies policies on delivery. Asos has policy that says they require a signature and if no one answers the door they will leave it with the neighbor or leave a note if they can’t do either or for rescheduled pick up, I placed a 200+ dollar order with them and one day I get a email saying it was delivered when I go to look at the delivery there’s literally nothing in the picture like it’s just a blur the person that took the picture just literally took a picture of nothing and so I contacted them and they disputed the charges for me and said they would refund me and then send me an email four days later saying that they were no longer going to commit to giving me a refund even though they already reviewed my case and granted me a refund. They then went back on their word and said due to my suspicious activity on my account, I was going to be blocked from future purchases and not be awarded my refund and now I have no access to anything. For better examples go look online about ASOS scams and then tell me if you’re comfortable buying from this company they absolutely treated me less than human.

Favorite Shopping App Ever. The ASOS app is absolutely, hands-down, my favorite shopping app EVER. And I do plenty of online clothing shopping... I am hooked on ASOS. I can find just about anything I want. My favorite features and details include tall options, how the height of the model is included, their back-in-stock notifications, awesome discounts, and 2-day shopping for only $19 a year! And major bonus, free returns! It does not get any better than that. There’s only a few things I wish they had, filtering by model height, notifications when items on my saved list go on sale, and a little bit better customer service. Overall, ASOS is always my go-to and I always have a great shopping experience with the app. I might be their biggest fan...

THEY STOLE MONEY. ASOS banned my account because I reach out to the customer service due to the missing of items in my delivery. I legitimate provide a screenshot of the tracking number that they provide to me through the app. That three of my items is not showing any update through the tracking system. I have been waiting for those items for almost half a month then I reach out to them for the customer service. And during the conversation they ask if I want refund or getting my items but it’s been too long so I ask for a refund and BY THE WAY I have purchased one of those fast shipping things I think it’s like $10 or something it’s supposed to ship your items in the next day. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME BACK MY 300+ dollars worth of clothes or refunds THEY SEND ME A EMAIL INFORMS ME THEY BANNED MY ACCOUNT. If you cannot run a business properly, then don’t run a business. This is unacceptable behavior for a company to their customer, you wasted my time wasted my energy trying to contact with you and also stole my money. And now I still have to use my time to write this review because I don’t want anyone else to waste their money on your business.

I love the store. I am 205cm, skinnier guy, and it has never been easier for me to buy the sizes I need. There is bunch of stuff on there for everyone and anyone, so you can find things that are low quality, make sure you read the description and reviews. I am very satisfied with the clothes I am getting from ASOS, but I did return back some clothes that were poor quality. Customer service team behind refunds and issues are also always on point, I was resolving things via chat mostly. Returns are easy to do, you just have to print the label the app sends you, reseal the bag you got the clothes in, tape the label on the bag and bring it to ups. They just take the bag from you there. Overall easy to use, price convenient, huge inventory to chose from for any style and vibe.

International ordering. I loved ASOS ... all my clothes and shoes are from them. I even got my kids into them so the whole house style is on 10! However I had to delete the app and no longer be a customer due to a recent site update. I am stationed in Germany but would shop from their UK website because i prefer the UK clothes style, it comes quicker than ordering from the US but mainly because the language is in English unlike ordering from the German site. I can’t use the German website because I don’t speak or understand the language and there is no option to change the language and using Google translate is a pain. Customer service said they think the site updated and change that option I had before . It’s very unfortunate so I guess I take it as a sign to look for another store or stop shopping and save money. I wish they fix this I or change it back cause they just lost a customer ( and more fellow military customers).Well good ASOS

Only used for a day but I love!. I’ve always been scared to venture out in clothing and always stuck to the same things but since browsing this website, I’ve found that my tastes need to be expanded and I’m excited to do so. Thank you to the show Euphoria for driving me here after seeing Kat’s outfits and Rue’s as well! I’ve added about $6000 worth of clothes to my wishlist and I definitely plan on buying as much as I can. Most of it it somewhat affordable but even the more expensive things look worth it. I’m excited for my purchase (I also bought the two day delivery for a year for $19). Also - they give discounts to college students but it’s only $10. Still, though - saved money is saved money no matter how much.

Should be 5 stars. I ordered a Black Friday order and after I did I realized that it was going to the wrong address. I then canceled the order and changed the shipping address to the correct address and tried to reorder but I didn’t have the funds in my account for the reorder to process, so I had to wait for the funds to return to my bank account and by that time the Black Friday deal was over so I completely missed out. For situations like this, the app should have a section where you can pause the shipment for a short time and edit the address or a button option to change the shipping address within a certain amount of time after ordering. Or a person should at least be able to reorder at the same discount as the original order. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a some items that ended being to big, after I returned it, I didn’t even get half of the refund I was supposed to get. There is no number to call on their website so I had to chat. The person I chatted with was horrible, telling me that I didn’t all my refund because I got a discount. For example, If an item originally cost $40 and I get it at a discounted rate of $21, if I return the item, I should the $21 I paid but I didn’t. I’m not sure how they explained it but they stripped the discount off the other items and deducted it from my refund like they were punishing me for returning items. They don’t even do exchanges so I couldn’t replace the items with the right size or even just the items back that I returned. I was extremely dissatisfied and the person I was chatting with absolutely didn’t care. I have chatted with multiple people from their service area and got the terrible service every time. I will be honest, their clothes are nice but make sure you buy the right size because I would not recommend that you return anything. If it doesn’t fit it right, you are better off keeping it or giving it away.

ASOS is trash. So i ordered 200$ worth of clothes for an event i had on the 17th because the site said i would receive it on the 16th. So needless to say i didn’t receive it in time. Now i go out of town tomorrow without my clothes when all day the site told me that it was out for delivery. At the last minute it changes and says check Tomorrow for updated delivery details ... so i contact customer service only to be told I’ll get my things in a week and then i can return them..... i returned a pair of pants before which i never got a refund for but didn’t really care because it was only 30 dollars ..... so now i have no clothes for the event i have to cough up another 200 to purchase something from the mall and am feeling like i won’t be getting a refund for this if i ever get it. I’ve been shopping with ASOS for years and pay for the yearly free delivery and all that jazz. I find it very disheartening that’s there’s nothing that can be done for me in this situation

Horrible customer service!!. I recently order a few items that were never delivered. I reached out to customer service to see where my order was and they kept saying that they will deliver at a certain date and time and if it doesn’t arrive, to let them know. I did let them know and when I did, they immediately refunded my order without my consent??? Why would you refund a customers order rather than send out a new order and investigate what happened to the old order. Is that not customer service??? Well I found out the truth. I called FEDEX and they said they don’t know what happened to the order. Instead of ASOS calling FedEx to see what happened, they instead string the customer along till they can find a fix and then when they can’t refund them. The sad thing is this was my FIRST order with them! Well they lost me as a customer. I was hoping this would work but a company with new customer support is a dead company. In retail it’s so important today to have great service.

INCREDIBLY USER FRIENDLY. The Asos App is incredibly user friendly. They literally make it so easy for you to shop. The search history never gets erased, they have a “boards” section to create an aesthetic to your liking, they have a Camera/Camera Roll option to upload a photo of a piece of clothing which they can then find something similar off the app, they have diverse sizing such as hourglass, petite and tall, they give relevant suggestions to create a similar vibe based off things you’ve looked at or saved, they also have an option to Shop the models look so that way you don’t have to scour the app trying to find it, they have amazing sales, and the layout of the app is just super simple and easy to use. I wish every clothing app would be like this!!

Never Order From Here!!!. I ordered from here for the first time, I was leaving for vacation and paid extra for express shipping. I waited till the estimated delivery date and nothing had changed in the tracking information. I then reached out to customer support to ask if I was going to receive the package on time because I had items specifically ordered for this trip. She assured me the delivery company delivers till 9 and that it would be there. I waited till 11pm and it never arrived. I then talked with another agent who told me I needed to talk to someone the next day, I explained to them it was already 11 pm and almost the next day so I don’t understand why I had to wait an hour to talk to someone else. I was getting very frustrated because my package was not there on the correct date despite paying extra. They all kept giving me the run around. I asked them multiple times what time it would be there because I was leaving for vacation and now the package had to sit on my porch for a week on a busy street. It probably has been stolen. They customer service was terrible and I will never be shopping with this company again.

ASOS is great app! Plus sizes, shoes, great accessories!. I love Asos - they are so easy to shop AND return with free( I always spend enough to get free shipping. Have “ on trend” items in every category . One of THE best places for plus or oversized items - when they say it’s oversized it is! Only wish is they’d be specific in descriptions. I have been shopping ( along with 1 plus size daughter and 1- regular size daughter for years and always have good luck!! Feel confident shopping on asos Bc it’s so easy to return!(and shipping is very fast right now- which is nice bc other stores are taking forever. I’m a size 22, 5’5” tall and usually get a size 22 or 3x but in a lot of things I end up sending back for smaller size . GREAT ONLINE STORE!!

No customer service???. In the past I never had a problem ordering with ASOS until now. I was going to a wedding and I decided to get my ENTIRE outfit from ASOS since they carry my size, and like I said I’ve never had a problem in the past. My total ended up being about $90 something. Well when my parcel finally arrived I literally got 4 BRACELETS!! I immediately tried to find a number to contact them but nope!! They only have online customer service, so I start a conversation with representative and he tells me to send pictures of the box and each picture I sent was wrong and blah blah blah ughhh. Long story short he told me the right parcel was delivered and it was on time so it was nothing he could do for me….. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!! I absolutely love the styles on the site, but I can not take a chance with my hard earned money during these trying times. The customer needs some kind of insurance or something needs to be put in place where things like this won’t happen. Please proceed with caution you guys.

Above & Beyond. I will forever be an ASOS customer! They are literally my go to for EVERYTHING! The compliments I receive are to die for. Literally the best online shopping experience ever. I’ve been a faithful customer for almost a decade. The quality of the products provided, the variety and the customer service provided is beyond exceptional. I was having a mental crisis preparing for my Grandmother’s funeral last December and really needed my dress to arrive within 2 days. I always apply 2 day shipping but on this particular day I failed to take into account the time/zone difference. It was a Thursday afternoon and I was hoping to receive the dress Saturday morning but because of the time of day I was told it would not arrive until Monday. 4 days? I was heartbroken. After speaking with someone via chat and being told there was nothing that could be done, I was very surprised to receive my dress the morning of (2 days later as desired). An angel provided overnight shipping and saved the day. That is the true definition of above and beyond. Thank you so much!

ASOS. While the ASOS brand represents cheaper more disposable and trendier fashion, the app itself goes above and beyond in tailoring the merchandise to users interests. This is one of the most detailed oriented fashion brand applications I have even seen. Not only does it cover the basics such as the product description and a gallery of images for each selected item but short videos of the model wearing the item are provided as well as a description of the model’s physical dimensions giving shoppers an even better idea of how the product might fit them. The app also employs a very detailed filter covering price, category and even if an item is eco conscious. Navigation within the app is made easy as the app never feels too cluttered or confusing in getting where you want. For those who shop the brand regularly this is a must download.

LOVE this app! My FAVORITE !! :). Asos always has cute styles with affordable prices. They have clothes for both men and women and sell accessories, shoes, stationary items and other things. They have tall, plus size, petite, and curvy/hourglass options as well, which is great for someone like me who is quite short haha. The app has an appealing and easy to use interface. What more could you ask for? You can also put as many things as you want onto your wish list and create private boards to organize your saved items. It is also pretty common on there that they have videos of the models wearing the clothes so you can see how the clothes look being worn and from all different angles! They app lets you write and view comments, rate clothes you’ve bought, track your parcels, and allows for accommodating payment options, such as using Klarna, After Pay, or Pay Pal. Honestly, this really is the best clothes app I’ve ever seen and used. I wish other clothes apps would follow ASOS with the nice features their app has! Overall, I would 1000% recommend anyone this app. It has something for everyone, and with how easy their user ability is, even your granny will love it!

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING. I got face products that arrived smashed and spilled allover including a shirt. Such a mess. Worst is I can’t get hold of someone to talk to neither I can send an email. After million trials of trying the chat option now they loaded an email service that is making matters worse as it seems nothings can be done right! It’s frustrating and beyond annoying. App is terrible, takes forever to log in with error messages, doesn’t have a chat or contact like other companies. It’s like everything is a mission impossible.. even a hardwood to review something.. it’s a terrible experience and I am beyond disappointed. This is the least someone would need when spending a hard earned money during a hard period to have finally being able to buy something. These people need to learn from others! I can’t believe it that in 2021 there’s a company that no one can reach. Shortage of staff .. hire them.. there are many in need for jobs. If u can’t live up to the promises don’t operate. I’m sorry not at the cost of our nerves and frustration and things can be understood but not to this extend.

One of the best Mens Clothing Apps, period.. Their clothes are top notch and amazing quality. I have ordered several times within the past 4 months and have not been disappointed in the quality of the shirts and the consistent discounts and sales they offer. They even got after pay offers for you to pay in increments even when spending over $100 on clothing. I haven't shopped anywhere else more than Uniqlo, Asos, and Pacsun the past couple months and I have not been disappointed in the slightest by All 3. Asos has been my go to though, from the 3. I’ve been obsessed with the color blocking shirts, oversized shirts, the Japanese shirts, and will be purchasing more and more as time goes on. Definitely a MUST for men. And their Jewelry!!! I have a $200 silver cuban chain and Asos sells one similar for about $15-25 and its the same exact weight and shines bright just like my $200 chain. It’s incredible.

:(. I’m not a person who leaves reviews often but in this case I though it’s necessary. I like this app, the styles and clothes seem stylish, cute and unique. I appreciate that this app offers diverse brands and recommends clothes based on your history and personal opinion. However, I haven’t ordered nothing because shipping is WAY too high for me, I understand this varies depending on where you live but I can’t even use valid coupons because they’re not approved in the selected delivery country I chose. I wish these valid coupons could be used internationally, in EVERY region. I personally don’t know if this could be an option I just wish somehow this could be possible:( On other note, I wish they could have a section of reviews of clients, this is EXTREMELY helpful when you’re buying anything online. Besides that I haven’t experienced any crashes or further glitches with the app.

Customer service gets an F. I cannot believe how horrible ASOS customer service has become. I love shopping ASOS, it's literally my favorite place to shop, but lately I've had missing packages, packages with other people's items, packages without my items, wrong sizes etc. The worst part about having so many problems with packages is that it takes days even weeks to get a hold of customer service on Twitter or Facebook. Then when they finally message you it's not a consistent conversation back and forth, you have to wait another couple days or a week for them to respond. It's absolutely draining and these issues are making me think twice about shopping with ASOS. Please ASOS improve your customer service now before you lose faithful customers and please send people the correct items. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is just ridiculous! With customer service the way that it is now I cannot recommend ASOS.

Talk about worst Christmas. I have ordered from ASOS for a long time. I’m 6’6, 250lbs and they have big and tall. I told my girlfriend to order everything off there for Christmas. She did and only received two things in the order. She messaged them about the missing items. They said wait 8-10 business days and they would look into it. She waited. Then emailed them again and they said wait again. Finally, she then talked to someone and they said you’ll get an email in 24 hours. Instead of resending the products she ordered they emailed back saying that never happens and that she won’t be getting any of the missing items or she will not be able to order again. Also that she will never be able to order again from them and If she sent a email to them it would be automatically deleted. Honestly I was so taken back by all of this. Thanks ASOS. Not only did you rip my girlfriend off, but my Christmas was a huge hassle because of you. I will never order from you again and I tell all of my friends not to order from you either. If you want to order clothes go somewhere else these guys are an awful company.

Okay for the most part but recently dissatisfied. I won’t make this long but I’ve used the same address for 4 different items and have received my packages. But for some reason I use the same on two recent ones and they say my address is "unknown". When trying to get the item sent back they can’t do that and instead schedule a Refund. Why is it that when I use the same address a packages are delivered but in my last two recent ones they’re not? And on top of that they get sent back immediately without even calling my number to discuss delivery issues? I think that if there is an issue with delivery and you express that to asos they should redeliver your package instead of giving you a refund for a item you may never be able to buy again because it’s out of stock. I loved asos but recently it’s been a bummer.

Soo customer friendly!!. I love shopping on this app! To begin, I love their products and brand in general. They have a large range of sizing, including a petite section that has a wide variety of products and styles. I find this cool as it is hard to picture myself wearing some things when I know the model wearing it is nearly a foot taller than me. Also it is rare to find a store that has a petite section with common styles and variety. But the app in specific is super user friendly! Online shopping can be hard due to different brands sizing but their size guide is more helpful and advanced than any other website/store I’ve ever seen. You can choose your size in certain brands and it helps you figure out your right size for their products! And it works because I’ve ordered from both petites and general sizing and loved everything. Also their shipping is amazing!!! So fast and easily trackable! I had express shipping on my last order for only $7. I never use express shipping because normally its ridiculous! The only thing I would suggest to improve the store and make the experience even better is to create some kind of rewards program! Urban outfitters has a decent one and since I’m a frequent buyer from ASOS it would serve me well! :)

Adore ASOS & App ... but please bring back Brand Feature!!. ASOS is my go to place to shop. I adore this store and the app is so so helpful. I used to wish it included user product reviews, but that’s changed because ASOS makes the return process so easy. Now, I actually enjoy ordering, trying on, and forming my own opinion about an item (without buyer’s regret.. bc I can return!). It’s easy on other sites to overly rely on user reviews. My one thing is... please consider bringing back the brand click through functionality! What I’m talking about is: select a product > Product Information > [text reads something like] “Blazer by ASOS EDITION” ^ some time ago, you used to be able to click “ASOS EDITION” and it would pull up all items by that brand. I LOVED that function and maybe was one of few who used it, but I would love to see it return. (Probably a lot of work for devs to re-link all that tho.) I bring it up bc one of my favorite things about ASOS is all the fun brands. I read about their history and where they’re from and I just love it. I know I could go back and filter myself (and I do that) but just wanted to peep over and say I miss the function! Love you ASOS thanks for the great app

There are pros and cons. What I do enjoy about the ASOS app is that there is so much to choose from and the items are actually really nice. They also have some pretty awesome sales and they offer Afterpay which makes it a little easier on your wallet if you can’t pay it all up front. What I dislike is the fact they don’t offer exchanges. Which is frustrating when the item you receive either shows up damaged or you got the wrong size and you go to see if you can get the right item but it’s low in stock. However you can’t get your money back until they “inspect” the item first once it’s returned. The shipping takes forever, I’m actually shocked at how long it takes to receive your items. It’s slower then the regular mail and your items are being shipped typically through FedEx. So be prepared to wait a couple weeks for your items and have multiple dates thrown your way of when it might arrive. I do think they should allow exchanges especially when you’re ordering such expensive stuff. So while this is my second time ordering through ASOS I might give them one more try but I am extremely hesitant.

ASOS app. What can I say. ASOS is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. Orders are always on time. They arrive in a decent timely manner. Each order comes exactly how you see it in the picture. I’ve been ordering from ASOS for years and have never in the 6 years I’ve been a customer I have never been disappointed. ASOS truly is the definition of what an excellent company is. I appreciate their merchandise and I would shop here before any other company. They have quality and quantity. They give the best discounted prices making it affordable for people to shop. They cater to the to the customer in every way. Between time of receiving merchandise, customer care, service to the customer, prices, and respect by the quality of what they put out. ASOS is truly the best!

Horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from the company several times and each time there’s something shady from the conversion rates to shipping. When you contact them you get generic responses that don’t address you as an individual. I think keywords in your emails trigger topics sent to you as if you’re being responded to. I place an order and things change about my order and when I contact them they just send me a link to some associated article for me to read what happened and why they charged me conversion prices when on my app it clearly shows USD I would be careful as you may by something that says one price and then you’re charged another price. I even sent them screenshot of my order with the price I was shown and they kind of gave me a oh well response it is what it is and made no attempts to fix it or compensate the exchange. After like my 4th order I’ve realized this company just doesn’t care that much. Im sorry I’ll have to take by mushiness elsewhere

Could be so good. The app itself is really, really good. No navigational issues, everything is laid out really well, and the favorites feature is great. Great job app developers. My issue is with the company itself... Generally speaking, they have many, many average items that would look alright. But all of their really sick items are constantly out of stock. Like, constantly. I have had at least 7 items saved in my favorites that I have been checking back on for the past ~3 months. Still not in stock. And there is no timeline as to when they will be back in stock either. This is particularly true for Men’s Tall items. I have ordered from ASOS in the past, and my products have all been great! But if you are never in stock with your good items that customers actually want, then what’s the point. I get that you can go out of stock of certain items, but not having those items back in stock after 3+ months just seems unreasonable to me.

Selection and video shots of products on models are priceless. I freaking love ASOS!! The selection is there, the categories are all filled to the max, functionality and movement throughout the website and app are user friendly and flawless. Shipping is fast, from the IS and 2 day shipping is available as well. They have a full range of styles, sizes, shapes and they stay update on trends for all those trendy dressers. I know there’s a lot of products and that, at times, it can be overwhelming for some. ASOS has awesome filters and sorter options so you can really customize your search, you know, just in case you don’t want to look at everything (trust me, find time to look through everything.) one of the best places to shop online!

Love Your Products but Customer Service Needs Work. I love everything about ASOS but their customer service and shipping department need work. I pay for the 2-day shipping membership and sometimes I get my stuff on time yet sometimes i don’t. Customer service has NEVER been helpful to me. Generic answers to my questions with no real help. Highly irritating. Lately the shipping has been suspect. My last 3 orders never arrived when they said they would…took an extra couple of days which is annoying. I pay the subscription so I get my stuff quicker and that just doesn’t always happen. Get it together ASOS! Stop using ontrac!!! As they are never on track with their deliveries. I’m on a delayed day 3 notification of “delayed in transit” on an order I paid for expedited shipping. Probably won’t get it until the middle of next week now and I was supposed to get it this past Tuesday. Highly irritating!!!

Disappointed. Honestly I’m very disappointed with ASOS. They keep talking about free shipping if you add this or that but I opted for a pick up option and even tho they said delivery was free when I went to an UPS store to pick up they still charged me 5$ plus change for DELIVERY!! WTH is this trickery?? They never mentioned to me UPS would charge it. ALSO THEIR SIZING IS NOT WESTERN COSTUMARY!!! IT IS ASIAN, ALWAYS ORDER A BIGGER SIZE FROM YOUR REGULAR FITTING IT IS NOT THE SAME!!!!! Clothes are made in Cambodia and that’s probably why. Fabric in some clothes are not very good either. NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR THINGS. Wait for discounts. Full price is not worth it. ASOS wanna charge high prices in their own designs but it’s not worth it the quality. DONT BE FOOLED!!! They trick their costumers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I spent about 1k in 2 weeks because of holidays etc. I’m very disappointed. I’ll never recommend anyone ever and only continued shopping on here online because of the pandemic. Will NEVER be coming back. They should be embarrassed for treating a new costumer like me this poorly. DONT SUPPORT ASOS!!!! I rather shop at Marshall’s and Ross. Seriously!!!

Love love love. I love using the ASOS app, it’s so easy to use! The search and refine options are so functional, the layout is easy to navigate and to browse! I have only ever had a few minor issues with ASOS which I have contacted them about or sent back, and they have always worked to make the issue as easy as possible or help to fix the issue as best they can! Postage is always on time, and so exciting when it arrives! And although the sizing can on occasion be small perhaps due to an overseas brand, it’s usually alway spot on!

Login issues.. Love ordering from here once I’ve eventually logged in. Products are great, lots of variety. Delivery’s pretty good.... but logging in is painful. Save my password- never works. Have to go through countless “prove you are not a robot” pictures to discover I have to reset it, then have to repeat the process all over again. One or two robot pics, sure. But 50+ is ridiculous.

Customer Return. I have been buying from Asos now for about a couple of years. 80% of my wardrobe is Asos. Quality of the stuff is great-ish. Most of the time. Some of the shirts are weak and they get holes easily. The fabrics aren’t the greatest but the style is perfect.(only for buttoned up patterned shirts. Everything else I have never had a problem with) however, being a loyal customer for years I find that they lack recognition for those loyal customers that always come back for more (like me) I’m sure there is a lot of you out there thinking the same thing. I feel like their should be another platform for vip customers who don’t have to pay for “premium” they get offers and discounts just to say ‘Thanks for being a loyal customer’ I at least spend 200 to 300 dollars weekly on Asos so I’m just feeling they’re lacking the connection for their loyal customers.

Won't recommend it to anyone!. I dropped off the items on 23Dec 2022 and Asos received them on 28Dec2022, after opening a dispute on PayPal and several emails back and forth, Asos finally accepted to refund the amount according to the last email on 20 Jan 2023, but they didn't! I have the tracking number and everything. I’ve been their customer for several years and this time is not even their first time. Each time I have to contact them for fixing their refund issues. Poor quality and faulty items. Ive ordered from asos many times in the past and have never had any complaints. I always liked their free returns and felt the the quality of products was quite good for the price(especially asos design). I ordered from them last week for the first time in a while and o received my package quite quickly. However, i found that all of the items were terrible quality and cheaply made with awful fabric that looks terrible in real life. Of the 8 items i ordered, there were three that i liked. One of those was a pair of boots, and I was incredibly disappointed to find that they had sent me two left feet. Now i have to pay for returns for everything (they only do free returns for faulty items if they’re by themselves) and if i decide to purchase the boots again, i have to pay for the product and the shipping. I read the FAQs and it states that they will not replace faulty items, which i think is a complete scam. This company has clearly gone downhill in the last couple of years since i ordered from them last time. I tried to reach out to the customer service chat multiple times and got disconnected each time. So disappointed as i used this used to be my favourite place to shop.

This app has EVERYTHING… DISCOUNTS all the time, shows my own history of clothing items on the homepage … I can keep Boards of my wishlist clothing item….& easy to see similar items if the one I want is out of stock….Great selection & choice of colours without having to leave the item listing. Great app with great range of clothing. Have ordered 5-6 times now from ASOS and I’m very happy. They have a wide selection of clothing items and I often find great clothing that I love on sale. Delivery times are great (although sometimes express can be pricey if you’re only ordering a few items). Regardless, ASOS is a great place to find any clothing item you’re looking for. Highly recommend

Easy to use, a hugeee selection. This app is the best one out there for clothes shopping. It has everything. You can organise it into the categories you want be it dresses, accessories, bags etc and it does not freeze up when you go back nor does it automatically go to the top of the screen again (when you have to scroll back down to see where you were before you checked an item) Deliveries are quick, sales on most of the time and it’s just perfect. It’s the only place I get clothes from now!

Cheats people with the promotion. I purchase base on the promotion ’MYHAUL’. Spend $250 get $70 off. After purchase and when items arrive there was a missing item from the purchase. After asking them to investigate i was advise that the system made a mistake and would get a refund. After waiting more than 2 weeks no refund and emailing them back. I was advised that since this was a promotion I would get anything back. I was mislead to purchase items that was not availble in the system. Entice by a promotion with empty promises. Nobody got back to me. Nobody inform me that they did not have the items in stock and no refund! What a load of rubbish. This is not the way to do business. Best quality clothes for best price. I have been shopping with ASOS and as the name says as seen on screen, the product is 95% match on most of the times. Excellent designs and very rare collections which is not found else where. You get more for the price you pay. These guys make fashion easy for even people who don’t know fashion. Read description and buy, you will not fail most of the times. I would continue to shop with these guys. My request would be to try and bring more premium and luxury brands.

Glad I found ASOS. Happy with the brands and keen to keep exploring. The notification app is handy especially if you have had your eye on something, hoping it comes back in stock. A few more discounts for customers who are liking the stuff and purchasing a fair bit would be nice. perfect - EXCEPT constant logouts. Great easy to use app - I was hoping the latest update would fix the most frustrating thing about it , but no... It still logs you out after a super short amount of time, and then requires you to sign in again to retrieve your saved items etc. SO annoying. Can't it just be a fingerprint login or just leave you logged in like every other non-banking app on my phone? There's really no need for this level of security. Other than that the app is great to use and service is always good from asos.

SCAM ALERT. As customer I had bad experience every single time shopping , so before deleting the app I would like to help people to stay away from this scam app (ASOS) if you don’t want headache -I can’t even say bad customer service because they don’t even have customer service , no actual real person to talk in regards any issue -has a fake “ contact us now” icon on app and website , that doesn’t lead to anywhere but going in circle with bunch of rubbish information -items/stocks they send are not as shown in picture and they send completely fake and cheap version -haven’t processed my refund after 40 days and no one I can talk to ,

Skin Care Products. I brought $400 worth skin care products off this company. The price was great. The shipping was fast. But.. when I received the products. The box was damaged and had a hole in it. The product were not stored appropriately as there was no padding for safety or the shipping journey. When I opened the box. All products looked like they were tampered with. They were open. The lid had exploded on the face cream and half the bottle was waisted. I thought a few products were damaged but it was just the cream on a lot of it. The creams were open as the sealed plastic was ripped. I am very disgusted in receiving items that are damaged and very disappointed as it was a gift for my daughter. As mentioned above I spend a lot of money on these products. I will not purchase anything from ASOS ever again. Thankyou for your time.

Misleading information regarding returns. Previous order came with information slip and claimed I had 45 days to return items. This was misleading information and upon returning at 35 days was told I would only get a voucher. I am trying to get the writing changed for all information slips going forward as this is extremely frustrating and on this occasion I have requested I have a full refund.

I won’t be shopping with ASOS anymore. Today I received my parcel of t-shirts I had waited SIX WEEKS for! I had the completely wrong t-shirt in one of the parcels. It was over-sized and completely different to the picture. When I contacted customer service they told me the only option I had was to return the hideous garment to get a refund. The post is slow at the moment and I voiced my concerns about the return not getting back in the specified period. This made no difference. I wasn’t put through to anyone who could help me, I just kept getting told the same thing from the same girl. Liana. It wasn’t her fault, but the whole poxie company has some pretty terrible customer care, especially for long time customers. I am sorely disappointed and won’t be shopping with ASOS ever again. Super disappointed and salty after this experience.

Really awesome app but there’s a bug. I love using the app because it’s so convenient and made in a way that’s efficient to use if I’m not shopping on a laptop. But there is a bug with the refine product search; when I refine my selection for example: if I’m choosing petite for the range and dresses for the product type, it works but as I scroll down it reverts back to including all the ranges and all products. Hope you can fix this soon because I really enjoy using the app: sometimes even more than the website.

Customer service. It is very frustrating. The customer service is a real crab!!! I returned my order 5 weeks ago. Still haven't got feedback. It's on hold on the Aus post app but the customer service asked me to follow up with post. It's not my prob it's the prob between Asos and post office!!! The app say it was picked up by Asos 3 days after I returned!!! Where is my refund!!! I am a regular customer as you see in my profile but want to mention my regret and never ever recommend Asos online app

Worst customer service. My order got lost and I couldn’t get a resolution from anyone at ASOS within a reasonable time. There is no contact number to call. When I would try to reach out on messenger, the ASOS would ask me a question, I would answer the qn but then someone else would take over the enquiry days later and ask me the same question the previous person had asked, not even bothering to scroll up to read the conversation. The live chat was the only way I was able to have a meaningful discussion with someone about my issue, or so I thought, only to wait for days and the matter still not resolved, then I would speak to someone else on chat and refer to my previous chat discussion and provide the reference number, only to be told they couldn’t access the discussion because it had been closed. What’s the point of a chat reference number then?! ASOS have really gone down hill, terrible customer service

False advertising. Be aware that your account can be deactivated without any explanation or warning or any kind of notification. After months of purchasing and spending thousands bucks for ASOS, my account had been closed even before my most recent order can be delivered. What made me furious the most is how this vendor treat their customer, they block my email or simply terminate the chat, leaving me waiting for responses for hour. Such a waste of time and disgusting service from UK.

Amazing premier deliver and tall range. The main reason why I continuously shop with this site is because they have a tall range which is so rare to come by and makes my life so much easier and I feel so confident and great in the clothes that actually fit! As I’m a regular shopper, the premier membership is so worth the money, with express deliver but mainly the free returns. I like the assurance that I can return anything that doesn’t fit with little effort! I shop with confidence. I also love that they are partnered with uni days, as promo codes make everything a little easier when being a uni student with an online shopping addiction. If you’re questioning whether to shop with ASOS just give it a go! I don’t think you’ll regret it.

Customer Service is Disgusting. I ordered an item and upon receiving the email confirmation realised that I had forgot to input the literal ‘Street Number’ to my delivery address. I immediately contacted customer service to inform them, only to have a reply say ‘we are sorry to hear that you have put the wrong address and there is nothing we can do about that’. How is my item going to get delivered without the street number?

Customer service is frustrating as they are bots. I ordered two coats and both ended up having faults after only two weeks. I love both coats and only wanted to return them and be sent new ones. I was using the customer service chat (robot) and they kept repeating they will send a refund once I return the items. I mentioned that I don’t want a refund I want new items to be sent to me once the faulty coats are returned. Automatic reply was that they can’t as basically they’re just a robot chat. I can’t seem to find any way to contact ASOS so I can’t talk to a real person about this. It’s really frustrating how limited you are in contacting and resolving issues. Super disappointed.

Browse. Purchase. Repeat. Simply put...I won’t shop anywhere else for clothes (and very few other online retailers for accessories) I’m a bigger girl so tend towards the killer “plus size” collection ASOS has on offer. I also love the fact they have a “wide fit” shoe option. Stock is always being updated - meaning you’ll never get bored w their product lines. Quality vs price point is fantastic. On the ONE occasion I experienced a default w a single item the ASOS team were super quick to issue an refund - no questions asked. Refund process is soooooo easy to organise (and its FREE) meaning I don’t have to second guess any purchase.....if it doesn’t fit quiet right or I don’t like the look of it on, I know I can return (and use the refund money to shop my next ASOS splurge - cos you know there’s always going to be another one!!!)

customer care support. There is no such thing as customer support i have been trying to contact you guys through chat since long time but i recently found out it is all fake that they have a customer care support team. so sad that this big fashion company is lies about customer care chat system. 🤮

Amazing. Amazing customer service. Extremely nice & their shoe line is honestly my favourite. The price point and all the amazing shoes to choose from is great. I’ve been looking for a place to buy boots in Australia that isn’t overly expensive. They have good quality and really care about their customers if there is an issue. Their clothes are amazing too , genuinely a great place to buy unique trendy items.

Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes which I received the wrong size. I sent them back and reordered them but to my amazement they sent the wrong size again. I just ordered them for the 3rd time. Let’s hope the right size arrives this tome. I emailed them to express my disappointment and to see if they can send the 3rd pair express shipping for free but of course I never got a reply back.

Still the best clothing store app out there. Excellent app, and always improving. Easy to search for what you want without having to look at hundreds of things you don’t. Quick to browse through and if you select an item to look at closer it takes you back to your original scroll spot in your search results if you hit “back” - a lot of fashion apps don’t do this which is super annoying. The customer reviews section is a great addition. Well done ASOS.

Zero stars! Didn’t receive items. Didn’t receive my order, got someone else in error. Told ASOS team will return wrong parcel but will not pay for postage as it’s the packing team error but I get someone from customer care who can’t read English or understand English, keeps asking me which items I didn’t receive. When I clearly wrote I have not received any of my items from my order but I receive three dresses that do not belong to me. I even took pictures to show them. I still got a reply with someone who can’t reading or understand English. Very frustrated and unprofessional off ASOS. Issue still not resolved!!!! zero stars and three thumbs down do not buy from ASOS. Very mad :o(

I’m so proud of ASOS. I have to say I have seen the changes ASOS has made in the models and I am so proud at how a company can provide real looking women and they are so beautiful! I feel so much comfortable buying from here due to inclusion of everyone. It’s incredible how much more I use this clothing app due to feeling like oh wow they look like I do and they look good in what their wearing. It’s honest and like I said I’m just so incredibly proud. Great job ASOS.

Impressed. The style on this site is amazing compare to Australian clothing lines. I’ve been looking for a style totally different and cheap and something that also makes me feel comfortable. The reason I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 was because I only just ordered so I haven’t tried on the clothes yet, but also because of size options. For weeks most of the clothes are either xxs or xxxL. Needs a restock ASAP for my next buy. Thankyou. (Ps the jewellery and sunglasses are so cute)

Poorest customer service!!. First credit where its due.. Great collection and in vogue. I logged in updated my address from where I used to live to a new address add things to cart and checkout. To my surprise the app picks up the address my old address even thought it was deleted. Quite bamboozled I tried to cancel but couldn’t. Nervously and frantically I get on the chat and person from the get go lacks basic courtesy ans empathy. To make matters worse ‘Callum’ says you will need to get the person who lives at that address to send the package back to Asos or wit till the delivery date which is in 3 weeks has passed for them to investigate. I asked him if he cant amend the delivery details to please cancel it. I was told to end the chat as he had nothing more to say. If you’re going to be an online business you need ro back it up with not incredibly but basic service. Will probably never use this site again.

Love love LOVE. I’ve always struggled buying stuff online, mostly because I am that person who’s been scammed multiple times and now can’t trust anything, but this site is completely different. As my first purchase I bought a yellow wrap dress and it fit perfectly. Not going to lie, it has a low v neck and it’s pretty short, but that’s personal preference, even then I loved the dress so much I kept ordering more and more stuff, and I haven’t once been disappointed. The good thing about this site is that you can exchange/return if there’s ever an issue, and they either send back the right size or give your money back. 10/10 will shop here all the time, and the prices are soooooo affordable for such great quality. My only complaint is that their restock is kinda annoying, I’ve been wanting these really cute bikini bottoms and have been waiting over 4 month for them to be restocked, and nothing, but apart from that, it’s a great and reliable online store

Very cheeky. It was advertised that if you got the app for ASOS and used Apple Pay that you would get 20% off your full priced item. I downloaded Apple Pay and the ASOS app. I had various things in my cart that were full price (over $150) and some on sale. I get to checkout and try a pay Apple Pay but the things in my cart were apparently not considered to be applicable for the discount. I had read the terms and conditions and nothing was said there about any of the full priced clothing not being applicable for the discount. I understand the sale items were not applicable. I have now feel like I have been conned into downloading there app because of this promotion. Also I have downloaded Apple Pay which I will now delete and continue purchasing with PayPal which is possibly the safest way to pay for goods online. Not a fan of this online store.

Love it!. ASOS is my favourite online store and their app is amazing! In love You need to change the wish list to not expire, it’s so annoying! I loose the items I save after a certain amount of time. My other favourite websites have wish lists with no expiry date and that’s something that makes me buy cause the things I want are always available so I remember them

Stolen goods. I ordered the Barbera Sturn skin care pack $345AU. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She opened it to find it had been emptied of all the Sturn products and replaced with used cheap dirty make up. When I tried to create return it said I had already returned this order. Customer care offered me a 15% discount off my next order and a refund. There are dirty thieving dishonest staff amongst you ASOS and I hope they get caught and charged. Christmas ruined!! So thanks to the germ who stole it.. This is not the first time products have been taken from an order. Very disappointed to say the least.

ASOS - out of touch. I love ASOS design and products but the app is too temperamental, download the app to use afterpay?. Ok did that uhm, still no afterpay option. Plenty of afterpay info but no option to pay this way at checkout. I use an iPad to access ASOS and all my online shopping preferences and ASOS is the only one I have drama after drama with. If I didn’t love the variety of brands etc I’d just stop shopping with them however, until I find a site that meets my wants and needs better ASOS has me by the short and curly’s!. Which I really resent!.

Delivery. I ordered 11 items from this store on 7th december using premier delivery. It was expected to come by 16th december but has still not arrived and passed the due date by 4 days. I tried to track it but the tracking page also did not confirm the expected date. So, i got in with the chat team and the person told me the delivery is expected to arrive by 30th december. I do understand because its coming from overseas it might take time and can be delayed but 14 days more ? That is ridiculous. Therefore, i am very unsatisfied and disappointed because i have paid for premier delivery and also the expected date has delayed to 14 days more. I made this order to give presents to my friends on christmas but looks like it’s not going to happen at all. Very disappointed and won’t order again from this clothing store.

ASOS best online store since 2000 launch. I have been with ASOS since they launched the website in 2000, the best online store, best fashion store. Wish things wouldn’t go out of stock so quickly, guess that’s how popular it is, although it comes back in stock it doesn’t remain for too long. Please bring back primer in Australia, things are arriving super late, I use to get my parcels within 2 days but now it’s like 2 weeks and if I want it in 5 days I have to pay $14 odd dollars which you won’t get back if you return the item. The only other thing I wish they offered more payment options in Australia, Afterpay is awesome but ASOS could include openpay, Humm, laybuy pay as well. Love you ASOS forever xox

Best Online Store EVER!!. Such a huge range of clothes and gifts! I have to shop there at least once a month 😬 it’s kinda getting unhealthy 😂. The returns process is the easiest return process out there - very impressed! And I’m loving the student discount; especially since online shopping is my obsession - makes my stressful years in high school manageable. I’ve also gotten many compliments on my outfits and my friends are getting sick of me answering with ‘oh, it’s from ASOS!’. But I have also gotten two of my best friends addicted too 😊. I would 100% recommend this online shop to everyone - the website is very easy to navigate as everything is laid out nicely (I’m also loving the 3D view for certain items 👌) Thanks for being awesome ASOS!! PS And the app update descriptions get me every time 😂

Going down hill. Asos used to be great! Now you have to pay an arm and a leg for express postage which isn’t even guaranteed. When I first started shopping with Asos, if I spent over a certain amount I’d get free express shipping, though I feel I would receive my goods within 3 working days with or without express postage. My all round experience with them as of late has been mostly negative. Mix up of sizes, mix up of products, order failing to go through yet still being charged (having to wait 10 working days to be reimbursed) parcels taking two weeks to arrive, whatever they’re trying to do isn’t working.

Nearly Great. On a whole this app is pretty darn good! Easy to use, intuitive and well displayed. However, it would be awesome to have more filtering options when viewing items. They’re already are quite a lot which are great just a few more in the ‘fit’ drop down to really hone in on the desired item. I’d even be ecstatic with just one extra filter - one that can get rid of longline/extreme longline/superlongline etc.. cos they’re rather.. unpleasant. On anyone. Thankya ✌🏻

Blocked with no explanation. I love ordering from ASOS and love the fact they deliver here to Australia! I don’t love the fact that after spending thousands of dollars with them and being a regular/loyal customer that my account has been blocked with absolutely zero explanation other than ‘suspicious activity’. Tried to contact the call centre whom copy and paste T&C’s from the website and give no ACTUAL explanation and email them again with the same response. From reading up on forums it looks like this happens a lot and it seems my only guess is to do with order returns, which are inevitable being an online platform and ASOS needs to recognise this! For myself mostly I keep items but there are times where you do have to return items due to sizing etc and being in Australia having no way of trying these items on! So disappointed as I love the range they offer!! Please don’t penalise your loyal customers for the minority that don’t stick to the rules!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEU. I tried to purchase a few items from this company almost 3 weeks ago and was debited from my account although then told that the purchase never went through and told to speak with my bank. They still have not returned my money after multiple attempts to contact them and let them know I have spoken to my bank multiple time and that they have confirmed that the money has been transferred into their account. Stay away! They have literally stolen my money. Modern day robbery. I will be contacting fair trading to resolve this matter. Don’t put yourself in the same position.

Losing checkout. Hi, just had a frustrating experience where I’d spent a while searching for a few items and entered all my stuff for afterpay only to be directed back to ASOS saying there was a problem with payment and you’ve lost everything in your cart. This happened twice before I just paid it all upfront which wasn’t what I really wanted to do. I understand it may have been an afterpay issue but to lose all items in cart and go through the whole check out process three times has taken so long and annoying.

Huge Range, Great Prices!. ASOS is fast becoming my ‘go to’ for online shopping. Their product and category range is huge and affordable! All items I have orders have been of the expected, high quality. There is always a Promotion to consider when making a purchase and the Free Shipping is a nice bonus! Highly recommend having a look, you won’t regret it!

Horrible return experience. When things go wrong ASOS is s#!t. Trying to get to a chat functionality is really hard as they just want to redirect you to FAQs instead. Chat window is really bad, have had to contact multiple times just to be able to send my order back. Have received no refund, tried chasing on chat and the person just opened the chat and then closed it. Will have to chase again. Context for my return: I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they sent me 3 incorrect sizes. I can’t ask for the correct sizes, I’ve been directed to just order again in my size which is what I did the first time... 0/5 stars if possible.

My number 1. When ever I want something new and different, I always head to ASOS. The sizes are true to size, of what I have purchased anyway. And I adore that the sizes are a lot more inclusive than a lot of fashion brands. It’s really disheartening when you filter to your size and the number of products dwindles from 100 to 13. ASOS doesn’t have that! There’s such a good range of bigger sizes and it makes me really happy! Always will return to ASOS.

shipping and quality of material. i ordered jeans from asos, it had shein level quality. it was not worth the price at all!!! returning items from asos is an even bigger. the item wasn’t even shipped to my location i had to go all the way to canada post to receive my item. i’m deleting the app after this.

There are better clothing apps. Don’t use if you’re in Canada. The quality is about what you’d expect but the return policy is garbage. Stick with SHEIN.

Buyer beware. This is the first and last time I shop here. My clothes were shipped in two separate packages and I had to pay two separate customs fees for each package. The second package arrived much much much later than the expected delivery date. I didn’t know about the discount code for Canadian customers, and when I asked for the discount, especially considering how late my package was being shipped, I was told NO. They wouldn’t apply the discount to my purchase after I had paid. This is ridiculous. Worst customer service ever.

Garbage website garbage app. Error message, use virtual assistant, instructs to take a screenshot, no way to post the screenshot in chat. “Please contact us again in 2-3 hours while we fix the ability to post pictures” yeah doubtful. Unable to place order “oops unable to ship to Canada from asos Canada” “no panic you can still deliver to your selected destination by switching to asos shop for Canada” push the button nothing happens

Terrible. I just paid a whopping 172.00 shipping and taxes & every other F&$king tax because I am Canadian? for items that are poorly made and I may have to return and I will never get that money back !!!!!!! And ASOS doesn’t even notify me that this is a thing!! It a Is so irresponsible of them to not notify the Canadians on a Canadian app that they are shipping from US!! I am so angry.

Crap. When you check the return policy it says that the return is free but in reality it costs like 25$. After, there are not saying it but for a purchase of 300$ it costs 100$ of custom fees. Finally when you try to return items, it takes like 2 months to give you a refund. I tought this was a good site, but it’s a big scam, don’t buy there

Great app - never have any issues whatsoever:). I am guilty for paroozing around on clothing websites daily, adding items to my cart, with no money to buy anything of course, but to pretend while essentially window shopping. Nothing ever freezes up or kicks you out of a page! Well done! LOVE ASOS and anything to do with it!!

If you live in Canada please DO NOT order!. No warning about possible duty fees and I got hit with $30 on top of my $10 I already paid for shipping. Ridiculous.

Shipping. You guys need to work on your shipping. Not sure about other countries, but when you ship to Canada my packages take longer than they should and honestly that’s annoying.

Bad Return Policy & Expensive Customs Cost. For a $100 order, I paid $50 for customs which is insane, and I needed to return some of the items, which I had to pay return shipping for. It was $45 for return shipping and I need to fight to get part of my customs payment back.

Received the wrong item. April 23rd, 2021 I had ordered a pair of black Nike leggings paid for express shipping. I got the notification that my order was in and needed to take my slip to the location of pick up out of town at that - I go to pick it up and needed to put more on top of that - I open the parcel to my surprise what I got was ASOS DESIGN Tall embroidered halter pleated Colour GREY Size UK 10 so I thought I was given the wrong parcel I look at the name right name address everything- so I look on the site for return and I enter my information to be told that my information was wrong so I go chat with a representative and then tell her what had happened she looked into it she tells me it’s delivered I said yes what I got wasn’t what I ordered. Tell her what I ordered and what I got then continues to tell me that I can go to any Canada post to make a return within 28 days to get my refund - I had asked twice or more if I need to make a return slip before I go and she finally gave me the link for the site to tell me I entered the wrong information- ASOS’s I’ll take the loss and hope you use the extra money to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else I am completely not happy at all with my experience and will NOT be ordering through this site anymore. Good luck to those who do

Registration funnel stupidity. I don’t know who was the marketing genius who decided that users can’t order or favourite without registration. I just wanted to buy a freaking shirt, not register another account in the list of countless accounts I already have. Just give me an opportunity to put stuff in the cart and checkout with my credit card. I can’t even do that. I’m going to your competitor who allows that. Hope you’ll see a significant drop in revenue due to this.

Horrendous Customer Service. First & last time shopping here. I purchased nearly $500 worth of items, and set it to standard shipping so I do not pay any additional fees. As per the app and website, that was my total and that was also the amount I got charged on my credit card. Fast forward a few days later on the day I am supposed to receive my package, I get a notice instead.. telling me to pick it up at the post office. I go to the post office to hear them not release it unless I paid a customs charge of $160.. which was NOT shown anywhere when purchasing these items. Absolute scammers. Very poor treatment to your Canadian customers all whilst using a Canadian App. When talking to chat agents, I simply kept getting “sorry’s” as they are confused themselves as to why these guidelines are placed. Horrendous treatment by a company who claims they’re about customer service 👎🏽

I’m frustrated with your business - I’m tired of getting clothing that is too big or too small, poor quality, paying custom fees when I pick up and order- and still having to pay to return anything. And I can’t even review your items to give feedback- all feels sketchy

Ok for cheaper clothes. They have a lot of variety but canadian customers be aware youre going to have to Pay more import fees. I spent 300 dollars on my order and then i had to pay another 120 for import fees. Complete garbage and they dont even tell you on the app you will have to pay. 2/5 for me and probably deleting this app

I feel it tooooo expensive. How can a dress that u can find at urban or SHEIN for a least expensive around 25$,31$,22,17$ here is 145$ or more and the funny thing is that it mostly tha same outfit are u serious that tooo much for a price Specially it the same material 🤔 I don’t recommend this app

DONT BUY IF CANADIAN. There seems to be a lot of issues for Canadians trying to order from here, I’m glad I never got my order than cause I wasn’t gonna pay the extra fees when the delivery is already so much. Anyways in February I ordered jeans and it said it was shipped but it never came the day it said it would and after a few days the customer service kept telling me the same things how if I don’t get it after this amount of time contact them again so I received a refund because they said apparently my order was out of stock even tho it never said it was online but then in March I ordered the same jeans and the same thing happened!! So disappointed I really wanted the item but it seems nothing has been working for Canadians. I told the customer service perosn I didn’t want a refund and just my orders and she then emailed me and said how it’s out of stock now and sent me back my money. So annoyed I’m never going to order from this company again.

Canadians turn back now!. If you are Canadian and are thinking of shopping with this retailer, I urge you to reconsider. Duty fees aren’t worth it, especially when it’s based on the total value of goods you buy for items that will most likely NOT be available/shipped after you’ve purchased them online. So unless you want to file complicated CBSA claims that don’t guarantee a refund, deal with a user unfriendly interface and customer service portal, supplies that aren’t accurately reflected and wait for your refund, then shop at your own risk. I’m going to stick with Zara.

Useless tracking number. This is basically a new level of scam. Honestly, try it yourself and see how bad they are. It's like a hit or miss for your order to come on time, but it's more of a miss. Unreachable customer support, outrageous custom fees (they'll say free shipping on order $150.00 and it's gonna be faster but once you receive it you'll pay another $150 for your orders), and lastly, useless tracking number. So you're choice, get scammed and try to figure out where your package is, they'll give you an expected date, but honestly, add another month to it because it's basically a scam. Oh no, I said it again. A scam.

DONT USE IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA. These guys are absolute scammers!! They didn’t mention anything about COD amount and they don’t even deliver to your door!!!! They’ll send you a card and make you go to the post office to pay for it. They also charge you for a return which is another sign of greed coming from this scam of a company. Overall I am very disappointed and would rate 0 stars if given the option.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE. I purchased a pair of 75$ +tx CAD and was charged 40$ of customs because it shipped out of England without me knowing or them notifying me. They refused to refund me that charge plus returning them costs 22$ so I kind of have to keep them… Never again! They lost a customer.

Customs code for Canada does not work. The service is quite poor, customer service does not fix issues. And you’re loosing Canadian business.

ASOS collect so much expensive on they so called COD Remittance upon collecting you parcel , though they said its free shipping . For my 3parcel total amount of my order is $ 776 , I pay on canada post total amount of $216 it’s says on my receipt COD Remittance!!! I Don’t know how it works. The Truth. love the app ,but when i Order from Canada the charge us COD ‘’Cash On Delivery’’ and ASOS tell cmCanadian customers that it’s customs and it not true because i had to return a parcel that was wrongly shipped to me by ASOS and when i contacted the customs office to return my customs, they told me; that money called COD and they give it to ASOS but ASOS told me that they can’t return that money and the don’t explain why. But HONESTLY THE GOT GREAT STUFF UNLESS THAT COD THING.

Uuumm??. The buttons at the bottom of the page doesn’t say where it will take you and it is hard to determine what each button means. There’s no contact information for customer service. I have an extremely rear or never heard of situation with my order and I can’t seem to get an agent to help me or answer my questions. All the animated Q&A are standard questions and answers like where’s my package but none to answer why my package is being returned by Canada postal service without me receiving it in the first place. The app is not helpful at all.

Not Canadian User Friendly. Pros: - Great selection - Easy site navigation - Good style inspiration Cons: - Returns: if you are returning something from Canada, the shipping back is expensive. The return policy is a bit unclear but I contacted customer service after I had already shipped the items and you can opt for the cheaper $20 shipping and which takes 2 months for it to arrive back in the UK. Unfortunately I read the policy as it needed to be returned in 45 days and thought I had to choose the $50 shipping option. - DHL: You will pay 1/3 of your order in customs. If you need to return something you will need to fill out a B2G form and mail it in to request the taxes back. - Overpriced: brands like boohoo and pretty little thing and double the price on Asos compared to the brand’s direct site which often has a 50% off sale. These sites also have a Canadian return address so my advice is to order from there instead of Asos. Overall, this will be my last time ordering from Asos and I would not recommend to a friend. I have paid $150 in shipping and taxes on a $300 order and am left feeling a bit robbed. Last thing. I’m also put off that this is the only place I could find to review my experience? Disgusted. Be careful, this company is a brazen crook. They had a lot of good promotions on their clothes, as well as interesting items. So I ordered 13 items of which most were promotions. Since it was my first order - shipping was FREE. I waited a MONTH for delivery (from USA to Canada, lol) and ended up writing to their customer service. The customer service guys are so incompetent, each one of them told me different information and no one even tried to figure out my problem. In the end I was offered to reorder based on what was available. I warned at once: if there are too few items out of my 13 items in stock - I do not need this order and it is better to cancel it. Customer service operator assured me that most likely most of the items are available and I will be re-sent most of my order. In the end I was sent 2 ITEMS out of 13! And of course these two items were without discounts. I wrote to customer service again and asked to return all my money and cancel the order, to which the operator said that this is impossible, she returned my money only for 11 non-existent items and to my claims said "well, since you are so troubled - keep the promo code for 20% for future purchases on non-discount items"). I didn't take the promo code as I don't plan to mess with this horrible service anymore. In the end I got those two unfortunate items in the post office, where the final surprise awaited me - I had to pay another $50 for shipping) Asos - despite your interesting items and accessories you are the worst in the North American market. Your shipping, tracking and support service is ridiculous and disgusting, and your promotional offers look like a magic show with magic tricks with orders disappearing and money for them. Never again!

Never order if you’re from Canada!. I made 2 orders for $80 and $116 and got charged $38 and $47 as a COD (payment for shipping and tax). That was the last time I order from this app. Woman in the postal office also said it happened so many time to other people and that is not right. I paid almost twice more. Terrible experience.

Customer Service Sucks!. If I could I would rate this with no stars. I have not received my item. I spent $350.00 and still have not received my dress. The dress was supposed to be my bridal shower dress. It did not make it in time regardless of how early I ordered. When trying to get in contact with an actual person, it kept signing me out. It was my first and definitely my last time shopping through this app! I am hoping to see if I can get in touch with someone to get my money back. But I definitely won’t be holding my breath!! DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE IF YOU ARE ORDERING TO CANADA!!!

Best App Experience for Shopping. I wish big department stores (Nordstrom) and other retailers (Free People) would pay attn to the ASOS app. Perfect scrolling, the back arrow always takes me back to where I left off (never returns me to the top), images always load, I rarely receive error messages when clicking in and out of menus, search and filters are great! I do wish they would focus more on the clothes than the model. Sometimes you never see the full length of shirt because they’re more focused on the model making a face than actually getting her to model the clothes.

Bad customer service and delivery. Let me start off by saying I love their clothes on ASOS and the videos it shows for models to wear the item before you buy so you can see how it looks. But the last few orders have sucked!! One big order was delayed on their end and I called to ask why. They said shipping error and offered a refund..no discount or anything. I ordered again and now my order is back delayed yet once again. I purchased the two day shipping and now getting my orders for over a week is unexceptable and again no discounts or customer loyalty appreciation. I guess I’ll have to find another clothing source now. ASOS lost a great customer who purchased a few times a month on orders. Bye ASOS

No customer loyalty. Their app made a mistake by changing the address to the default when I selected the free 2 day shipping I had to spend over $120 to get...it was a birthday present for a family member, and when I tried to get ahold of them, they have no number for you to call, so how can you get it changed in the hour window or 15minutes if you can’t even call to let them know there was an error. By the time I found a way to contact them they said it was too late and nothing they would do. I asked for a supervisor and there person refused because the manager would say the same thing as her.....if you ask for a supervisor and you’re polite shouldn’t you be able to talk to them? Even if they do say the same thing! Terrible customer service. After 6years and tens of thousands of dollars in money spent here, this is issue is making me not want to ever spend money with this company again.

Terrible customer service on chat. Asos has a great apparel collection but either the customer service on chat is not trained or they don’t care. I faced a very rude person on chat and sought their help on a delivery date change on my dresses which I had purchased for my birthday. There would be literally no use for the dress if it arrives a day later. I explained the situation to the person on chat but they asked me if I have a screenshot of the original delivery date which I obviously didn’t and they said that they cannot change it to express shipping because it has been shipped but on the app it shows me that the item has not been shipped. They don’t have a number to call and I don’t think they care about their customers. If you don’t need any assistance like refund, return, express delivery and other changes to your order you’re good ordering from Asos but otherwise you should reconsider.

Super straightforward, love it!. ASOS is my #1 online shopping app by far. The app’s design itself is aesthetically pleasing, and simple. One of my favorite parts is the ‘more like this’ feature, which basically suggests similar styles based on a specific item. Rather than being too general or based off of what you’ve bought in the past, it actually gives you items that are very similar to the item you’ve selected. This is especially helpful given that the app has thousands of styles to sort through. I don’t see myself stopping the use of this app soon. It has something for everyone and I love it!!

Great app!. Everything runs smoothly and perfectly. I love everything that ASOS offers, especially the feature with the boards. It makes it easier to group everything. I have a suggestion for it, if nobody had brought it up yet - what if an app user could see the total cost of the board? For example, if I were to create a board of things to buy for a specific occasion, it would be cool to have a feature to add everything from the board to the cart, and to be able to see the total cost of the entire board. That way it’s much easier for users to calculate prices and save time. Just a suggestion!

Really incompetent. This would be a great place to shop, if they weren’t so incompetent with the sizing. I bought from this site for the first time to get a pair of vans I’ve been eyeing forever but now are no longer sold. ASOS was one of two places that still had them; decent price too. Now I’m a 5.5 in Men’s sizes as vans often come this way. Ordered them and cannot get my foot into the shoe. Why? Because they gave me a shoe in size 5.5 in womens. My bad I thought. So I reordered in a 6.5. What shows up at my door? Size 6.5 in men’s!! So aggravating. The shoes are mostly sold out and now I’m torn on what do. I’d leave this review on the product but they currently don’t allow reviews on all products. Weird. I give it one extra star, because the packages come sooner than expected. However, I really doubt I’ll be using this site again

I had a bad experience :/. One day I was happily shopping and ordering, the next day I got blocked out of my own account. Then I received an email saying my $200+ purchase was cancelled because ASOS closed my account. I got so worried because I had 3 orders on that account worth $400 and I couldn’t access it. Don’t bother with twitter dms or facebook chats, they’re bots. I also emailed them four times and not once did I receive any response. The live chat is the way to go - there’s actually a person helping me. But the problem is I could only get ahold of them every midnight EST. I was so frustrated for 3 days trying to get my account back, i’m sorry to the two employees I spoke to if I was a bit harsh and thankful for their help, because ASOS email is useless. I would’ve rated ASOS 1 star if it weren’t for those two employees who helped me.

My favorite place to shop!. I love love love the options! I shop online 90% of the time for almost everything but groceries. It’s tricky when you need to return something but not at ASOS. I hardly ever have an issue with purchasing and returning. I am now pregnant with my 3rd child and ASOS is the only place with maternity pants that fit so well! I’ve tried old navy, H&M, target...ugh but none fit like ASOS and the options they give! Thank you so much! (Also I’m so sorry for always returning but that comes with online shopping, thank you for being an amazing business and understanding returns. It’s not easy when you have two toddlers and a third baby on the way)

Horrible Customer Service. Honestly, I was super sad to have an experience like I did after so many years of shopping here. In a single email chain I had to explain myself multiple times because no agent took the time to understand what was happening. I got a different answer every time I talked with an agent - I’ve talked to 10 now. I was assured by the first agent that I would get a voucher from paying with a gift card but now they’ve informed me they’ve refunded the amount to the non-reloadable gift card…. Even when I cleared this up before the return was processed. I’m out over $100 because each agent told me differently and never took the time to understand what was going on and processed the return when they simply could have given me a voucher as every other place did.

COULD BE A FIVE BUT.... Don’t get me wrong the app is great, strongly recommend making an official account to better save selected style pieces. Other than the typical dilema of never truly knowing how the piece is gonna look on you, the app is awesome. EXCEPT... they have this really annoying bug or glitch that anytime I add a piece to my cart the app freezes on me, and i have to once again close and open is again. It’s particularly annoying when i’ve scrolled down quite a bit and have to again start all over. It’s just honestly discouraging when i’m shopping that every time i select a piece into my cart it freezes. If they fix this the app would be a 5/5

Customer service is TRASH!!!!. When checking out my order, I requested next day shipping. I know it’s COVID and the holidays so I expected delays. 15 days later there was no update about the status or whereabouts of my items, and every time I contact customer service they gave me the run around. Finally someone said I should either relieve a shipping update or my package should be delivered by the 31st. I received nothing. After contacting them again to as or a refund, they said they put in a request for one, but since they don’t send you email receipts about your conversation with their customer service team, I was kept in the dark about my refund and had to contact them again. Shopping here has been a real hassle and I wouldn’t recommend, simply based off having to constantly contact them about my order when they could send customers service receipts via email and order updates.

Hate that cart empties out my picks after only 40-60(?) min.. Crazy awesome product choices with lots of brands collected in one app, useful for side-by-side comparisons. But I hate that the cart automatically empty out everything you’d picked after maybe every 30-60-min timeouts (I think). It’s aggravating and dozens of times I gave up ordering because there’s so much to look at, with not enough time to complete a purchase. I get it if a product is sold out while in my cart. But otherwise, don’t remove them, plz! If you’re a careful shopper like me, it takes time to find exact styles you’re looking for. On this app, forget about retuning to your shopping session to pick up where you left off. PS: ATTN: ASOS DEPT EXECs If you force time constraints or rush customers while shopping, spend/order presumably will be nominal; minimal purchases only to qualify for free shipping. The stipulations dramatically reduce the spend/customer; customer loyalty; and eliminate impulse buys when time is so constricted. Online shopping especially is the complete opposite of a restaurant, in that you don’t want a turnover rate that kicks customers off the site. Ideally you’d want them to browse through the website as long as possible and purchase as many products on the way to checkout. That’s just imho.

BEYOND IMPRESSED!!. First time ordering from ASOS and I was nervous.. A) because I didn’t want clothes you wash once and they’re trash.. and B) I recently became disabled and my medication & lack of being able to exercise I went from a size 6/8 to 12/14. They’re CURVE line is freakin the best!! I ordered 12 items from both ASOS Curve & ASOS regular line... EVERY SINGLE ITEM FIT & LOOKED SO CUTE & STYLISH! Also, all the items had nice materials not cheap and really well made!! On top of that, I got FREE next day shipping!! Items arrived on time, no mistakes on my order, and better yet just in time before I leave for vacation!! Needless to say I cannot say enough about ASOS other than I’m sad it took this long to actually place an order from!! Thank you ASOS!!

The Best!!!. I love ASOS I rarely shop anywhere else. They are always up to date with the latest trends and style as well as a variety of clothes that are ASOS exclusive too really help you stand out. This is by far one of the best clothing company anyone could shop at. Also love their size guide and recommendation. Customer service is amazing with a speedy response team and they have always worked and did their best to resolve any issues I’ve had which, honestly with ASOS it’s rare if you run into any issues. My only suggestion is that you buy clothes as quickly as possible because they will get sold out quickly! I love ASOS keep up the great work.

Horrible customer service. I really did enjoy the app at first. They have so many cute items and everything for the most part is reasonably priced, I also liked how quick the items are shipped out. What I didn’t like is receiving an order with a completely wrong item. The customer service is terrible. It took forever for someone to correspond with me and when they did they literally put it on me to ship back the item so that they could issue a refund. Completely ignoring the fact that I didn’t get the item I purchased and providing zero solutions in regards to how I could go about getting the right shirt. It’s sad too because I have purchased three separate orders within a month but going forward I will definitely think twice before purchased again. Sorry not sorry but customer service is everything.

Maybe include more details about the item?. The experience with the app layout was easy to navigate and straight forward. Only thing , that the site has what the app doesn’t have is more info on the size chart of the brand. I noticed some stuff shows waist sizes by inches for example XXL ( 40-42 ) inches though I wished it has it for all different brands so that way the user could have an better idea of what size I’m getting for their purchases however it’s my first time buying a product from you guys and I love it (: so I give you five stars for the quick shipping

App needs work. Starting with the size guide. I tried to figure out what size sports bra would fit best and when I clicked size guide it gave me information on how their tights are sized. Had to go back to leggings I looked at to figure out bust size. Also wish I could set the default to be measurement in inches. No customer reviews on items. Sometimes it’s nice to know how something fits. I’ve ordered pants, used my measurements and the size guide to figure out what to order. Got a size 10. Way too small. Recently ordered pajamas. Size 8 fit a little big. I’m starting to not want to order from ASOS because I don’t know how something is going to fit. Having comments from other buyers that that tell me if an item runs big or small, falls apart after washing, or fits perfect and lasts for years would be nice.

Late/Damaged Item/Poor Customer Service. I recently placed an order with the store and unfortunately, I cannot give them anything more than a 1-star review. My order was not only late, but when I finally received it, the item was damaged beyond repair. The zipper was broken, rendering the item unwearable. When I contacted ASOS to address the issue, their customer service was appalling. Instead of immediately offering a solution, they insisted on inspecting the item to see if it was really damaged. This is absurd considering I live very far from their location and the shipping cost would be significant. Their lack of trust in their customers is extremely disappointing. I am not the type to make false claims or exaggerate an issue just to receive a replacement. It is ridiculous that they would accuse me of this. Their poor customer service and lack of faith in their customers have caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend ASOS to anyone looking to purchase items online. Their incompetence and disregard for their customers' needs is unacceptable. I hope they can learn from their mistakes and improve their service, but until then, I suggest finding another store for all of your online shopping needs.

new forever 21. i LOVE asos, so much as paying for premium shipping. customer service is amazing, i feel like my opinions are valued. theres a wide variety of sizes including tall and petite. plus size/curve are still stylish and inclusive. returns are EXTREMELY easy, and typically dont take longer than a week or two. there are good sales as well as student promo codes. AND the cherry on top? they are working toward becoming earth friendly. right now they are ranked a 3/5 by good on you, a sustainable fashion rating app. asos has trends that are popular at a cheap price, and once those trends go out of style they are put in the sale bin. my only complaint is my app seems to be crashing or freezing every time i use it. thank you!

I love the app but please add some features. I love it and it’s my best place to buy clothes with my tiny sizes. I got an issue though with the new version and 1M new added UK sizes choices, I don’t know anymore what am I looking for and I stopped buying due to that. I’m getting very frustrated to look through all the clothes and never finding my size cause I don’t understand how to filter. I’m not a professional and it’s already hard enough for me to find clothes and now ASOS made it not pleasant for me and unfortunately I will be looking for the new place to buy clothes. It’s completely hard to figure out what am I looking for. Please, please, please... add functionality to “remember my sizes” and “categories” for the sizes so I know if I am looking for: pants size or jacket or shoes. I promise I will be back and continue my happy journey with my best place for clothes ASOS after you add those features. 5 stars for you as you deserve it for being such an amazing store. 1 start for new complexity and disorganized sizes section. I can’t stand it. Sizes section is the most important for me.

Mediocre. This store is super great but I do have a few qualms. 1. I think for people who shop here often, you should get a rewards system thing. Lots of stores have this and I think it would increase shopping. 2. The format is weird and annoying. When yoh click on an item you cannot see the other stuff that the model is wearing in the photo- which is very annoying, and when you click on an item you cannot see the multiple colors of it. If you want to see the rest of the colors you have to keep scrolling- this is very time consuming. This store is quite a fast fashion destination, but at least they have sustainable packaging and are making some efforts to reduce pollution during delivery even though all these clothes are made by child slaves.

Hands down the best. From the amount of styles to the customer service you can’t go wrong. The fact you can order whatever and have it delivered usually free if you spend enough and then whatever you don’t like after trying it on it can be returned for FREE as well, how can you go wrong !? They make it easy to both shop and find things that are stylish and fitting for you and then returning things that don’t suit you. I’m in love with ASOS. Def have a shopping addiction now because of ASOS lol. But I’m not complaining about it. My fashion game has stepped up significantly since finding them.

Shopping is great. Shopping cart and saved items are ok.. I really enjoy the shopping experience. The filters and sorting are great. I also like the personal edit which I hope keeps improving since I shop on asos so often. I would love to be able to easily find items I love based on the style of items I order and look at. I think the saved items page could be better. It is not easy to edit or remove items from the favorites page when sizes/colors are out of stock. Removing items from the shopping bag by swiping right or left is a bit glitchy too. Overall, I enjoy using the app for convenience, and the 'personal edit' but would still probably prefer to shop on the website when I am near a computer.

Really terrible user experience. The app doesn’t have a menu, or an expected way to browse categories. All users can do is search, or aimlessly scroll. It’s a maddeningly annoying app. Which is why I only use the website, because it has a menu and actual categories to browse and sort within, like Tops. And ASOS really needs better art direction and photography. Weird poses and uneven lighting make it very difficult to actually see the details of the garments. Shoppers come to the site and app to view the clothing, accessories, etc., not to look at models contorted into odd poses that obscure the garments. Product photography is supposed to show items clearly, from multiple angles, in lieu of seeing the items in person. ASOS photography seems to want to be “different,” but it’s really just achieving irritation. Conversion fail!

The worst robbers!!. I’ve ordered clothes for my birthday I thought this company was legit. Fast-forward on the day the order was supposed to be delivered it says it was delivered nothing was here. I “chatted” with their “respectable” agent they told me that they’re going to file an investigation with fedex. A week later I contacted fedex they said that the shipper never filled an investigation for missing package!!!. Then I try to reach ASOS back they blocked my account and send me a week later this: After an assessment of your account, we've made the decision to not issue a refund for your claim. “It’s very rare for issues with orders to occur and ASOS have therefore made the decision to not accept any further orders from you” This is so pathetic and ironic. Every successful business stand on reputable customer service and putting the customer first and always right, but this company failed miserably at keeping a decent customer service!!! They somehow think that we’re lying to them smh and so the tens of thousands of people who got ripped off by them. They don’t read any customer’s reviews apparently! Please do not order from them and lose your money like I did because you never going to get back from these thieves!!!

Love the site, unhappy with the app. I’ve been using the app for a few years now, and never have run into this sort of problem. Each time I go through my saved items, and select one that’s from the bottom of the list, then go back out to the list, it seems to run into a crash and loses some of the items that were on my list. But each time I close out the app, and return to it, the items are back on the list. It’s frustrating closing the app and having to reopen it, just so I can see the items I have saved altogether back on my list. I’ve noticed that the images sometimes get mixed up with the product name or description. It makes for an inconvenient app experience when there always seems to be some bug or glitch with the app.

Still haven’t gotten my packages. It’s over a week now and I still haven’t gotten my packages yet...ASOS said it would arrive on the 8th of December, FedEx said it’s gonna arrive on the 9th then it was changed to the 11th and now there is no scheduled date for the delivery...I think the package might be lost because the FedEx warehouse is just like 8miles from my house and it’s been on transit since last week Monday...I will give a 4 star because this is the first time I would be experiencing this...And please ASOS your email replies are really slow and you guys should have numbers we can call...I’m sending my message here because I know it’s gonna get replied faster than an email. Please send me a number or at least an email address that will be replied faster..

Quality Clothing at Affordable Prices. You can spend just as much if not more money elsewhere and the items you get won’t be as quality and searching the site will be more frustrating than browsing the ASOS app. I love the “liked items” feature (doesn’t slow the app down to like something) and the app as a whole runs quickly. They have so many ways to refine a search which is something I personally love. This review isn’t sponsored, I just dedicate a lot more time than most to online shopping to find exactly the pieces I want, and the ASOS app is one of my favorite platforms to shop on!

tech issues. The app is fairly easy to use but it is not helpful in customer care and is having technical issues. For whatever reason, the order section on the website and the app are having difficulty loading for the past 4hours. And The app does not provide a contact number or email. Instead it diverts to the website’s FAQs and live chat, but won’t load the live chat or email. I have been charged twice and there’s a delay in confirmation emails. When I try to use the app AND the website to cancel the order with their link/instructions given, it simply will not load. Canceling orders has an hour window which I will not be able to meet because of their technical issues. This app only knows how to take money from you and not help you.

Dissatisfied. I really love all the products they have but this is my second time ordering something that I was looking forward to getting and it wasn’t what I was expecting. First time I ordered some shoes I thought were women’s (they didnt specify whether they were or weren’t on the app) and I get them and they’re men’s… and HUGE.. Second time I ordered some shoes that I love and they send me the wrong size!! And it would be nice if I could just exchange them for the original size I ordered but no.. you have to return and wait for that and then order again and HOPE they send you the right shoes… Just when I thought I love this app, I’ve decided I’m done with it.. I’ll something on this app and go I’ll just look for it and buy it on another website

First ASOS order. Extremely excited for my first ASOS order through the app! I received 15% off in app purchase which I love... however I DO wish free shipping (no minimum) would be granted as a “welcome to the family” type gift when signing up with ASOS. Thought for sure “joining” ASOS with sign in account and everything, I would receive SOME type of voucher - most online stores/services offer free ship on first order or discount of 10-25% off first order or item.... kinda bummed about that one. Gave my review five stars however because I am just so excited about the item coming my way. Let’s pray it fits so I don’t have to pay shipping fees so many times.

Excellent choices and price options. I have found ASOS as my fav online men’s clothes store. Their delivery is great and I love the free shipping with a minimum sale and free returns by simply printing out a return address and taking to local UPS store. Also I love their male models and how they are portrayed in various poses. Very appealing. The items I bought have been very good quality and value. I love their short shorts or choice of slim or skinny shorts. Awesome fit. But need more choice of colors especially brighter and not so many dark choices. Their occasional sales are attracting me to buy with all the deals and reduced prices. I am a very happy customer and urge more males to buy here.

Zero Customer Service Help and Resolution. I would give zero stars if That was an option. I placed an order for several items that I never received. I received a couple of items that were not part my order instead . I’m sure the warehouse made an honest mistake and switched the orders. I understand mistakes can happen and was confident it would be an easy fix once I contacted their help chat. NOPE...they advised me to process the return and mark never received item on the return reason. I followed their instructions and returned the wrong items. I received a $15 credit for an $80 purchase. I tried contacting customer service again through email (as indicated on their site), but never received anything but an automated standard response. I will never order from this company again. I will continue share my experience with anyone and everyone I know. Word of mouth can be your best or worst advertising!!!

Company doesn’t have reliable delivery. This company is not worth ordering from. They have a reputation of having many issues when you order merchandise and the delivery process is very troublesome. I’ve only ordered in two occasions and in both they have screwed me over. I have ordered things that are supposedly on the way but never actually get to my door. I waited the month they recommended and emailed customer service, they helped me well but could only get me a refund. It’s ridiculous that I order something and then they let me know it’s not even in stock, nor was it when I ordered it and when it was supposedly ‘on the way’. It’s a huge scam and I won’t be using this service anymore. I don’t ever write reviews , but this is not a place I would recommend buying from.

Add customer reviews. I use this app to shop for the majority of clothes, and for the most part I like it and there are some really affordable options. However, it would be a lot easier to order items if customers had an option to leave a review on items they’ve purchased. I’ve had to make return and exchanges on multiple orders because of sizing issues and some things run big/small and others are true to size. Also, I have not had any luck with the “Fit Assistant” as every time I’ve used it, the item ended up not being my size. Reviews are what people go by and trust, and to me, items without any reviews take a whole lot more decision making on whether or not to purchase compared to items that do have reviews.

Nothing is ever in stock, the delivery information is inaccurate, and a few other issues. This store used to be pretty solid, but these days I have trouble finding anything in stock, every single item i am ever interested in is always not available in my size. Also I attempted to buy something a few weeks back and I would just get an error message every time I tried to buy it, this wasn’t an issue with the credit card either. Also there customer support is dreadful to use. The customer support is over text and sometimes the person won’t even respond to my messages, and when they finally did they didn’t answer my question. The one time I was actually able to buy something, I purchased a faster shipping method, it costed me 10 more dollars yet it took just as long as the free shipping promised.

Where is my refund. I only ordered from this store twice, the first order went well and the product was beautiful. The second order didn’t go so well, I received the wrong item and still have received a refund. This is said because the item that I ordered was for my engagement photos so I was saddened that the company didn’t make sure that the item matched the product sticker. I took photos of the wrong item sent and the product sticker, which you can clearly see that the item sent doesn’t even come close to the item order. I’m still wondering where, where is my refund??

Really good app. I had heard about ASOS before but just started shopping with them in September. Needless to say I’ve done a little more shopping than I should lol. The app is very clean and simple to use, so much so that I prefer to use my phone instead of my Mac. Love the save feature for things you’d like to check out later, and the size guide is pretty accurate thus far. Only downside is I do believe their measurements are a little larger although they say it’s based on us. I’ve ordered a few shirts in “my size” and was swimming in them. So even with the fit assist, you still have to know fits could be a little different depending on your body type. Besides that it’s pretty much perfect, great range of stuff for men and women, expensive and affordable!

Unbelievable Selection & Quality. I LOVE ASOS selection of midi length dresses, tall length dresses and swimsuits in 36 G. You cannot find this merchandise anywhere else!!! I bought my first bikini separates in years - a 36 G white string bikini top and matching size 12 string bikini bottom! I never thought I would wear a bikini again, especially a string bikini. My fiancé thinks it looks totally HOT. Best of all, I think it looks fabulous and I feel beautiful in it! I AM going to be 58 years old in June! God bless ASOS designers who know that curves do not just mean plus sizes - but old-school curves. The string bikini top is so sexy but with proper coverage for a full bust! THANK to ASOS I am going to be a HOT BABE on the beach at 58 - not foolishly so - but like Helen Mirren!

Discrimination. So, I used to loveee this app- you guys have everything for any occasion! But, for no apparent reason, the minimum order for free del to Macedonia changed from €30 to €55 and the delivery cost if you are below that changed from €3 to €10. First of all for every order above €50 I have to pay customs, and might as well I do, at least I am not giving you those €10 for nothing! I dont know what has caused this change and only for delivering to macedonia (believe me I checked for other countries). This is pure discrimination and I will never order from this app again! It costs me a small fortune. Let me give you an eg. So imagine a dress is €50, I cant order it without paying 10 for del, and on top of that because it’s 50 I have to pay customs, and its usually 20-25%. So I actually payed 75-80 euros to a dress that costs 50. NEVER ordering again! If you change standards change it for everyone! Pure discrimination.

Customer Service. Poor customer service connection. I have been for days trying to find ways of contacting ASOS to explain an error on my shipping as I received a message from Lasership that my package was attempted to be delivered and as I looked back the address is no longer the address I use. I contacted Lasership and to no avail. I cannot get any customer service from them neither. I defaulted the address on you app and sadly I have yet to receive a response from neither company’s. ASOS need’s a 1-800 number or an email for customer’s to address situation’s. I spend a lot of money and no customer service satisfaction is available at all to help me nor other customer’s. I hope this issue can be resolved as I will need to to stop shopping with ASOS and take purchase from other store’s. Truly disappointed…

Been buying from asos for YEARS!. When it comes to clothing im only getting from asos. Throughout the years i saw them improving and declining and now they are only but improving! I gave them a bad edited review years ago after they didnt refund me for over a month on an item i sent back in the beginning of covid, after they noticed that they apologized and refunded me, but now its time for me to change that back to a positive. And im glad to see them back on the right track, with weekly deals and fast shipping and good customer service, i wouldnt know what ill do without them.

My experience. There were no problems with this site until a specific order. The order was placed and 2 days delivery cost me free, I expected my order within a specified time, but this did not happen. I wrote to the customer service, where I was told to wait another 6 days explaining that so that not all orders arrive on time. After 6 days my order was never delivered, again I contacted the customer service, they told me to wait 24 hours during which they would contact me, so nobody contacted me, I wrote to them Once again and only after that I was told that my order will be repaid Avlen only after 12 days and then not with all things as some out of stock. It is awful how sometimes you can get in this company and it is not clear, since I have screenshots from the delivery service where it is indicated that the package will be delivered on time, but it turns out she was not even sent from the warehouse.

Beware- worst customer service. WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire 23 years of life. They literally stole my money. I sent a return for about $170 and only got refunded $43x.. which for one item when I returned 4 items. Customer service is almost entirely inaccessible. The only way to get in contact with them is through the chat feature which doesn’t even work, seriously I spent 40 minutes looking for ways to get in contact with them an email, phone number, anything. Not even sherlock homes can find there customer service reps. I actually love asos otherwise not all of the clothing is great quality but a decent amount is and the prices are fair so i’m just in awe of how their customer service can be so poor. i don’t think i’m ever shopping here again after this.

LITERALLY SAVED ME. I have a very weird body to fit, i have giant legs and a small waist. I have wide feet. I have been looking everywhere for shoes that I liked because everywhere else the wide shoes are not my style. Their shoes are amazing and fit my wide feet and are in style. Now time for the jeans... at first I had to return a pair because I ordered the wrong size, but I could tell they would fit well on my big legs!!! and they even fit in my short legs!! i ordered two more pairs in the right size and I am super excited!! I love Asos so much, even though it may not be the best price, it is worth it. thank you measurements (for reference) age - 14 weight - 145 waist - 28 in. inseam - 26. hips - 34. thigh - 22. I never ordered any tops, but i would!! hope this helped you!! ❤️

They still haven’t contacted me about a refund. I ordered some nice chunky high canvas sneakers! Fit great. Except they gave me a pair of two left shoes. Sure. It could be that it’s an honest mistake. But they never contacted me with a refund. Their customer service is so understaffed or incompetent. Also, two skirts I sent in and never refunded. When I called about the shoes, they said that my claim for the two skirts (which fit way too big) was STILL under investigation and until that one was cleared then I can talk to them about the pair of TWO left shoes. . . It was a year ago! And I thought I took an L on that because it must’ve gotten lost in the mail or something. But that knowledge was even worse. Ignorance was bliss. So I’m taking a loss on a pair of $50 shoes too. Dolls Kill, Fashionova, even Shein of all fast fashion stores is more competent and trustworthy then Asos.

Splurge on the delivery. Update: So I had a common last minute buy. But felt assured because of the two day feature. I placed an order on the 6th and tracking indicates I’ll receive it on the 12th. Why spend the extra money if I’m stuck waiting on my purchase like regular delivery? If my item comes from the UK I get within 2 days. If it’s shipping from another state, I’m forced to wait nearly a week. For only $20 you’ll get 2 day delivery! I love this feature that ASOS has added. It truly pays for itself after the first few orders. I’ve been using ASOS for at least 8 or 9 years, back when it was free shipping both ways. And thankfully I’ve never encountered any problems. My returns have always been prompt, customer service has always been helpful and the name brand sales never let me down. I’m delighted to be a customer of so many years.
