BEST PLACE TO BUY NEW CLOTHES. I love this app just bought 4 new things and it was a really good purchase. The way this app is set up is perfect makes finding things so easy!!

Shipping Takes Entirely Too Long. Do not count on receiving your order as promised. Despite the shipping arrival window I received (on my first ever order with Halara), it is now two weeks later than what was promised and I STILL do not have my items. Such a lengthy wait time undermines credibility, especially when there’s no communication from the company to explain or rectify the delay. I will not order again.

Sold my information immediately. I was going to buy those good looking dresses I saw in Insta… so I gambled and downloaded the app. While I was browsing, I received 3 spam emails immediately. I did not download anything else but this app. If they already sold my email address to some garbage company to send me spam, how can I trust them with any other info? Deleted right away.

I love HALARA. I LOVE my new dress , leggings , and criss cross back top. I was a little hesitant to order at first , but had to know what the hype was all about. I love all the colors , styles & how comfortable all of my items are ! I would 11/10 recommend this brand !

Payment problem. I'm making my first purchase, I added a discount coupon and instead of the purchase amount decreasing was that the 20% was added to my order almost $50 more. Every cupom I try to use happen the same.

Order still not received. I’m holding out on stars because Ys been quite a while and I can’t even get any info on when it might be delivered…..or even shipped. It just says my order is Confirmed….meaning they have my money. If I could just get order updates I would be happy.

Best Brand Ever. These are the most comfortable clothes I’ve ever owned. And dang, they cute too. So many compliments got you feeling yourself when you’re wearing them too. Y’all need some of them…brand ambassadors over here??😆and yes, I’ll take the free t-shirt. The easy user friendly app is just an added bonus.

Customer service is not good. I ordered a pair of joggers and when they came they didn’t fit as expected, so I initiated a return so I could reorder my size. The return has been “pending” on my account for almost two weeks. I tried to reach out with no response. I’m the type of person that likes to buy products from companies that have excellent customer service and while the leggings were good quality, I won’t buy from Halara again.

Best Workout Clothes!!. I’ve been trying to find new gym clothes for a long time. Been comparing different sites and brands and have found nothing that’s affordable and also great quality….until I found HALARA! Their clothes are amazingly soft and fit me perfectly. I love everything I’ve gotten so far. I’ve found my new favorite online store 🥰 Can’t wait to try their other clothing!

Sent defective item and refuse to replace. They sent me a skirt with a cut in the fabric. They offered a gift card to replace it, but didn’t offer to cover the shipping.. which means I have to pay out of pocket for shipping to have a new one sent. I tried explaining to them several times that this was unreasonable but they kept ignoring the shipping and just asking if I want a refund or a gift card. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Great Experience Every Time. I feel like I buy a couple more items every month on the app. The workout clothing is so soft, durable and very affordable. I work early mornings at Trader Joe’s unloading trucks and stocking shelves- I feel like every day I’m in my Halara pants or always wearing their cropped workout tops as a bra. The sizing seems pretty legit but I know for bras I need a size XL for sport tops even though I’m a scrawny white girl- I got some Nordic ribs or something! But size charts are legit. Shipping is fast for China, I’m not the biggest fan of it being Chinese but these days it’s just as good if not better than US products. I refer my friends and coworkers all day every day!

Terrible. Do not buy!! Caution!. Great marketing. Terrible quality and materials. Very disappointing. Worse yet is the unnecessarily cumbersome return policy. Where you have to take a picture of items you want to return. Ridiculous. Never again!The pants are nothing like the images or videos. This company should be shut down for false advertising!

High-Waisted Joggers. When I tell you I wish I could live in these joggers, believe me. They are so soft and comfortable! I have an extensive wardrobe and they are my favorite part of it! I have 7 pair. I only wish they came in more colors. Some of the colors I really love do not come in regular.

Took to long. Didn’t receive purchase in time for what I needed. It took 2 weeks. They are nice very thick material not breathable for active wear. Unable to return them bc they don’t offer it. Was on sale bought 2 pair. Unless your skinny with a perfect body they want look very good. I have a tummy from a c-section and the top of pants aren’t wide enough to cover lower abdominal area so it pooches out. They do feel good but only for cooler weather. To expensive to order and not be able to return easily. So I probably will not order again.

App sent through 5 orders while saying “card declined”. When I went to order I assumed I put something in wrong with my card info, as it kept declining but was working elsewhere. But apparently it sent through five orders (almost $1,000) while giving me that error message. Now I’ve contacted customer service through Facebook, the app and email but there’s no prompt way to contact them and if I don’t contact them before it’s shipped I’ll be charged. This is NOT OKAY.

Halara. This app is super good for leggings, I’ve ordered like 5 so far and all of them fit perfectly. I’m normally a medium but I ordered small because they stretch and it fit perfectly. Also if your normal size is like a large get a medium because the legging stretch and it’ll fit good.

Many unique finds. I never gave much thought to ordering from this app again when I once did for some phone accessories. It did take a long time to arrive so I never really looked at it again. But quite recently, I found some amazing “Lego” sets in which can probably never find anywhere. Although knockoff, they’re just like the original! We found some cool Minecrăft themes, Octonauts, etc! So excited! And I started buying more stuff and some quality were amazing. I like this app - and don’t mind so much about when it arrives anymore. Some of the items (esp clothing) are not so great quality but non-wearables have been awesome!!!

Doesn’t deliver. After waiting 10 business days I finally reached out to see where my order was. It was until then that I finally received a tracking number. Then it said it was delivered 4 days later but it wasn’t. I asked for a refund or a replacement of the items and all they offered was store credit. Complete rip off.

Love it. I received my first order so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. The items I got were beautiful. The fit perfect. I just ordered two more items. Keep up the good work and I will keep ordering 😉

Great but a recommendation. I love the app, easy to use, clothes are great quality for good prices. I think it would be a great idea to have a wishlist or favorites option. So I can go back and get things I want when they have my size again

Won’t use again. Returns and exchanges are extremely difficult (doesn’t look like you can even do it inside of the app) plus they charge you for return shipping. I will not be ordering from them again. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually liked the socks I ordered.

Amazing. I am 7 months pregnant and came across the dress with built in shorts and OMG it is amazing!!!! It’s so stretchy and comfortable (when i feel like nothing is comfortable), i highly recommend and not needing a bra with this and still feel supported just tops it off!!! Thank you for making this dress i will wear it everywhere😁

Great clothes. I find that usually when I buy online the company has terrible clothes or terrible customer service or both. Halara has great clothes and their customer service support answers quickly and with a great resolution to the problem. I am overly pleased with them and have now placed multiple orders. As far as returns go which for some people seems to be a issue - I found that their response was very reasonable. They ask for a lot of photos but this is all part of shopping online. You can’t go to the store give back the item and show them why you are returning or exchanging. So this company like many others online ask to see the item and tags and bag it comes in so they know you aren’t wearing it and just saying you want the return. It took me about 2-3 min to apply for my return . They answered me in the same day and I was very happy with the response . Great company great prices the clothes are all made well and fabrics are so soft and wash easily and well . They hold their shape and the sizes are true to size. Also the variety of colors is awesome.

Eh. The app itself has issues. Every time you open the app, you are greeted with a 5 second ad for whatever product they want to push on you. The returns system is strange and sometimes broken. You must take a photo of the product in the original packaging. I’m fine with that, but it becomes a problem when you want to return multiple items and the photos will only upload to one item. As for the store, I’m disappointed with that too. I ordered some shorts and joggers. The joggers I bought did not look anything like the photo. They were a different shade of blue and were more like baggy leggings than joggers. I am now returning them. The only problem I have is that there are not free return shipping. The other shorts I am returning simply don’t fit right on me, so I’m ok with paying for return shipping. However, for the joggers, it feels a little wrong to ask me to pay for return shipping when they don’t look anything like the photo. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. It isn’t exactly a scam, but it feels scammy. If you want cheap clothes, I would honestly try the SHEIN lottery. Sometimes the quality is far below HALARA, but sometimes it is on par. At least SHEIN gives you free return shipping.

Return. I purchased so far $400 from this company and their quality is amazing love their designs too! But they should understand for the online business stand pint, there will be returns involve since ppl can’t try the items On, at the time of purchase!! They keep asking for 1 to 3 pictures for every single item you returning and with the busy life is very hard to take that much time for a return. Plus how should I take a picture of the item that is small and I can’t even completely cover myself with it!! Loll

Lunas fault. To tight and to revealing most the FLARED ones. I think you should break up with the girl to spare her from your trust issues. She probably just dress as she likes, and your insecurity is going to hurt the relationship at some point. Let her go now. Then find a therapist, and with some help try to figure out where your trust issues comes from and why they might relate to how another person chooses to dress; and make a plan for getting better before you get another girlfriend.

I like the app layout and easy to use!. Seen this in ins and downloaded it. This is good for me to use and I can also shop many fashion athletic element with high quality. Easy to read and fresh outlook.

Great shopping experience. I particularly love the fact that the models have their sizes listed so I can compare easily. Shipping does take a while for the US but it’s come directly from China. Customer service read my reviews and actually reached out to resolve an issue of a missing hair tie! My only concern is the app crashes and closes sometimes. The size charts seem accurate to me so far.

Great customer service. I had gotten a pair of pants that I had some issues with and one day I made a comment on a Facebook post basically just wondering if I was the only one that experienced it. Within minutes they had sent me a message and a gift card for the price of those pants!! So now I got me some new ones on the way because I really do love their stuff!! Quality good but... Every time I order from this app, the quality of the clothing that I get is very good. I get nice comfy, stretchy jeans that are perfect for work. I can actually move around in them however, everything takes absolutely forever to actually be delivered. That is my only problem is that the delivery time is way too long.

Skeptical at first. After seeing all the reviews on social media I decided to give it a try. I’m curvy, 5’2 size 8-10 and order a medium. It looked small when I opened it up, but when I slipped it on it felt amazing. Fits perfectly and feels like butter. I ordered three and ended up order three more of the Cloudful Crossover Pain with pockets. I wash it on gentle and hang dry. Ended up cutting off the tags, comes in a cute bag as well.

Best place to shop for athletic wear 100%!!. I got some black leggings and the mesh crossed shorts and there both the absolute best! 🤩 Soft but still good quality and AFFORDABLE! Legitimately just like lulu lemon 🍋 but MUCH cheaper. Highly, highly,highly recommend! The app also makes it so much easier to get money off all your orders! I wanna be sponsored lol.

Loved the clothes but. But I was only allowed to make one purchase of a dress and shorts, then I went to place another purchase but my fraud company asked if I made the purchase which I did; and I can’t make any purchases which means deleted..

Non-inclusive sizing. I saw an add for a cute pair of pants, so I downloaded the app only to find out that the largest available size is XL (14). Personally I don’t think that is an accurate size label. So I begrudgingly went to the ‘curve’ section to find pants in a size 16, and there were only 10 options 🤦‍♀️. Separating clothing by curve or plus size is not only inefficient and unnecessary, but it promotes negative body image, especially when the clothes are targeted towards teenage girls. And, in most cases, the plus section offers fewer, baggier, options. It’s time we just make the same clothes in a wide range of sizes, the companies would make more money anyways.

Very hard to navigate.. This app is almost impossible to navigate! For heaven’s sake, where is the “back” button or the “home” button to go from the product back to the category or the home page? (I am using the app on an iPad Pro, just for reference) I love the clothing but I am so tired of trying to navigate the app that I am going back to shopping via my web browser. HALARA has great clothing at reasonable prices. Don’t lose business by pushing a badly designed app!

Privacy!!!!!. So I got the app because i like their clothes obviously! Buttttt I wanna know why they need full access to my photos to be able to refer a friend? Which says *” access to photos associated metadata, such as location and depth information. “ what do you need that for? I won’t be referring anyone to this app. Plus the app has so many problems with loading anything!

Good quality. The color and fit were spot on the picture and size chart. I’m 5’4 155 lbs got med and by the chart I may should have gone w L so that is on me. But overall pleased

Never Received My Order. I bought several items that were on sale for my daughter’s birthday to send to her university and we never received them. I ordered on August 24. The package is lost somewhere in Marbleton, Georgia and arrive there on September 4. No one seems to know where my order is not only that but I’ve now lost those sale items, so for me to purchase them again it’s going to cost a lot more than when I purchased them in August. Very disappointed.

Return Process is a Nightmare. I’m growing very frustrated with the return process. I think the owners have forgotten that purchasing clothes online is a gamble. The pants I received were great quality but I didn’t like the fit. I’m now jumping through hoops via email back and forth multiple times to try to return them, and this is Halara’s official return process. Whatever you buy, be certain you’ll like it or else you’ll be stuck doing the same thing. Technology has progressed so far; it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Halara app. This app makes online shopping so much easier. It works well and stays up to date on product. Orders are easy to track as well.

Amazing Customer Service. Halara has amazing customer service! When one of my packages said it was delivered but I never received it I reached out to customer service and they offered to let me choose if I wanted to be given a gift card for the amount of my order, send me another package with the same items, or provide me with a refund.

Superior Customer Service. I had an issue with the fit on some of the dresses I recently bought. The team at Halara were super accommodating and had many solutions to the problem. I Definitely will be a life long customer.

Frustrating. I downloaded this app because I saw 14,000 ads on tiktok and finally said “what the heck, I’ll check it out”. Had the app, clothes interested me, but I needed to take a better look when I had some free time to give it my full attention. A couple hours later I had a notification indicator on the app. (The little red “1” that appears in the top corner and in the folder corner for iPhones) Now, there are two types of iPhone owners… those with tons of these indicators on their screen (probably 1578 unread emails too)… and those with not a single indicator on their screen. They address it as soon as one appears to eliminate it from their screen. Blatantly, I’m the latter. So this indicator shows up. I open the app to address it, and it’s over this little envelope thing in the corner. Click that and it wants me to sign in or sign up. Now, I’ve only had this app for a couple hours and I’m not ready to commit to years of ad emails from this company. So I back out of this screen and close the app. But the indicator is still there! I can not get rid of this without signing up! I’m miffed! I close my phone and try to enjoy my day, knowing there is an indicator on my screen! Then, A SECOND INDICATOR! That’s it! I tried to address it again, more thoroughly. No option to fix this without signing up! That’s it! So I deleted the app! If this is gonna be an all in or all out relationship from the start, I’m out. Good luck, I will be “see less of this”ing your ads on tiktok from here on out.

Back button.. Make it bigger. Ridiculous!

Never get my refund. Nothing was fitting me so I asked for a refund. I filled up the form on the website, I sent back the clothes in a package to the address they gave me which cost me over $20 to ship back and more than a month later, I still haven’t received my refund. Also when I go on my profil on the website, there’s no sign of my order or return. I would not recommend buying from them still you might not see your money back if your order doesn’t fit.

Best pants ever!!!. I ordered the black joggers in medium. They arrived today and fit perfectly. Super comfortable and flattering. I went online afterwards trying them on and bought 3 more pairs. Love them !!e

I have ordered so much here. Forever a halara girl. Just read the reviews of each product and pay attention to the photos of the other girls reviews to see around what size you need to get, I’ve never had anything not fit. I’ve been ordering for 2 years now. I got some lulu’s for Christmas, wore them twice and the seams were damaged. My halara leggings I’ve had 2 years? They look and feel brand new, and I have shorts and skirts and tops from here too. Way more affordable but better quality somehow then Lululemon or Athleta or Aerie or Aritzia. They ship so fast, and I just honestly adore them. I recommend to everyone.

Deceitful promotions. They are not truthful with their promotional discounts. Eg) said I would have 15% off when I downloaded the app and then it was no where to be found. It also said I would have $10 off if I used PayPal but it was never applied and no code was given

Halara pants. I really love my Halara pants- I keep ordering more! They are super comfortable and stretchy, while still looking beautiful and classy. My only complaint is that I can’t search pant styles by ‘petite’ on the App, which means that when I find a style I like I’m often disappointed (most styles don’t have petite sizing). I hope they can fix that soon. I would be buying way more if I could get them all in one search!

Returns. Absolutely impossible to return any items. They make you take photos AND submit all your body measurements before they’ll issue a refund. That’s a breach of privacy and against the law to ask ANYONE to submit this private info just to get a refund on clothing. Disgusting!!

It’s all good until when you have to do returns. I love this brand initially. Product was good and quality is decent. However everything is good until you have to deal with customer service and returns. First of all, I received no notification or message when they received my returned items. I have to chase them to check the status of my return package. When they found it, they can’t find any of my order information. When we finally straighten that out, they cannot find my method of payment. Took more time with that. Then they ended up issuing me a gift card. Then I try to use the gift card credit. The card/code is not even valid. I am still in the process of chasing my refund. I have to keep emailing them to remind them not to forget about me. It has been MONTHS. Waste of my time. I originally want to purchase more of their products. But after this experience I do not recommend this brand.

Has been “delayed “ for days… now says delivered… nope! Received nothing! The worst!. Never received my order, even after delays … say’s was delivered, home all day with cameras… nothing!

Great product, crap customer service. I was really excited to order from Halara after reading great reviews and seeing how much more affordable they are compared to other well known athletic wear. I placed my first order in February and got 3-5 day shipping on it. A week later, there had been no updates. I messaged customer service and, granted, they did respond. However, they did not offer much information, seemed a little dodgy, and basically just told me an item I had ordered was out of stock even though no items in the large order I placed had said that when I purchased them. I decided to give them a good two weeks after that since that is when they said it would be restocked. I got an email saying it had been and the whole order would be shipped out in 3-5 days. Another week went by and I received no information. I once again reached out to customer service and they informed me the item I had ordered was once again out of stock. How? I’m still not sure considering it had been a month since I had ordered this all in the first place. I was very disappointed. I had to ask them to ship the rest of my order out separately before everything just never got to me. They eventually did comply with that and I have finally received my whole order. What bothers me most about this is that there was never an attempt to explain nor make up for the problems this company had with my order. I can understand them being overwhelmed with many orders and there being upsets in business, but when I was getting insta ads all the time for this company and not even hearing back about what was the hold up with my items, I was very disappointed. I really wish I could say I would order from them again but I just don’t think I will. The quality of what I got (when I finally got it) was actually really good and was true to size. I really like what I purchased and wish I could return to them in the future, but it was not worth the fight I had to go through. Do with this info what you will. I would say to buy from them if you know what you want and are willing to wait 1+ months for your order. And if you are willing to bring up problems to their customer service bc God only knows how long I would have had to wait if I never said anything.

Did not receive order. My order said it was delivered to my mailbox but it is not here. Post office says the tracking number is not even valid. Looks like I got ripped off

Slow shipping. Estimated shipping is way off. Two weeks and one day… still no delivery. The app interface is decent. They should give an estimated delivery date if they can’t even come close to it. The package tracking is full of “delay beyond our control”… over and over. No biggie. The prices were good.

No customer service??. I ordered 6 days ago and my order still hasn’t shipped. I tried to message customer service and there was no option to do so. I tried to send a “ticket” but it said message failed. Is this app fake?

Just no. If you’ve ordered from shein you know it takes around 2 weeks to receive your package in the mail. I ordered a singular item from Halara, March 28, and my shein package a day after. I received my shein package with 11 items April 7. And I’m still waiting on the singular item from Halara April 10. All i can say is this better be worth it.

App is buggy and will not load product pages on Wi-Fi or cellular. The app will not open product pages- I tried on Wi-Fi and off, I tried reinstalling the app, updating, refreshing it etc. Do better guys

Good clothes but not the best shipping. I order from HALARA pretty frequently, but have been reluctant to continue ordering from them for a few reasons. One being that they advertise a size small being size 4-6 women but this is not so, their clothes run much larger than advertised. Second issue being their refund/return policy: they require you to pay your shipping label fee if you want an exchange which is ridiculous. My third and biggest issue with HALARA is how incredibly long it takes for their items to ship and actually be delivered. For instance, I ordered over $100 of clothes from HALARA over 3 weeks ago, and my order has not moved from a shipping warehouse for 3 days. They initially sent me a 10% discount for the ALREADY delayed shipping but now my order is not expected to deliver for another 1-2 weeks. I understand that shipping overseas is a somewhat lengthy process, but 5-6 weeks before it’s delivered is ridiculous. I can understand if the package moved every day through tracking and if a clear effort is being made to get my order to me, but for my order to wait in limbo somewhere for 3-4 days with no movement or effort to get it to its next destination??? That is too much. I love HALARA clothes and their brand, but issues like these make me not want to give them my hard earned money any longer. Just a disclaimer for anyone interested in ordering through HALARA: order ahead of time!! If you need something by a certain time for a certain event, order 2 months in advance because you never know when they will actually get your order delivered to you.

Shipping takes forever. I needed my package by a certain date, so i bought express shipping and its still not here . Its been like 1-2 weeks now

I do not trust this company.. As far as I can tell there isn’t any customer support. My items are being held for insufficient address. And I can not fix it. I refuse to click on a random link. So in addition to not receiving items I’m being sent a link that I am sure will lead to a scam. I do not trust this company.

Pretty good. Yellow spot on my white skirt, order took a lot longer because it was lost in process. One of the pants were super long but for petite. Otherwise they’re cute and fit good. It won’t let me submit a review on the app.

Did not get my product. No answer on my request for cancellation before shipment and then when it said delivered I received nothing poor customer service

Disappointed. I bought a pair of denim bell bottoms and they snag and where the seam is there’s holes. For as expensive as they are you think they wouldn’t do that!!

Workout pants. Absolutely love these workout pants they are so comfy and the pockets add such a brilliant added touch

Worst app EVER!. First of all, it doesn’t even size to fit my iPad. I have to keep flipping it back-and-forth to get a full image and the women’s butts are so incredibly large, I can’t even get the entire bum on my screen! It’s also nearly impossible to move from one atom to another, without having to close the app and reopen it. Where is the toggle to go back or to search again? If I wasn’t offered free shipping for using the app, I would put it in the dirt and kick it with Michaels. Do better.

HALARA really?. I love HALARA clothing but I have 52 notifications from this app. Seriously 52? A person can only own so many pieces of clothing and every day I get more notifications about sales and deals.

Takes forever to arrive. It will say it takes 8-10 business days but it ships from china. So it has to go through customs which takes a few weeks. So it’s a scam and the quality is within question

Bad service. I am very sad and I feel cheated because my order never arrived. I have sent emails and they answer me with the same thing that my package was delivered to my mail and that is not true. I want my money back because this is a scam.

Sir.. It doesn’t let you return at all, they’ve made it so it’s literally impossible to return stuff even tho they say u can, im sorry but this app is actually such a scam

TERRIBLE!. This company was not the quality it advertised, and when I asked to return the item they tried to offer me a store credit for almost $20 LESS than what I paid. You also have to cover your own shipping for a return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Scam. Don’t order any clothing from this app. It’s a scam! Ordered something waited a month they said the item was out of stock but others were still able to order the products the claim are out of stock. They take your money but won’t send you the items.
