UI needs a bit of updating. I really like Halara’s clothes! They are super cute and comfy! The only thing that makes the shopping experience frustrating is how hard it is to add items in my wishlist. There needs to be a more accessible or visible “like” button! When I’m scrolling and see something I like, I want to save it easily but I can never find the button! It takes way too many steps to just add things to the wishlist! Even the profile section at times is a bit confusing to navigate because everything looks so similar that it’s hard to find what you are looking for for! That’s all I think would help with a smoother more enjoyable experience on the app!

Great shopping experience. I particularly love the fact that the models have their sizes listed so I can compare easily. Shipping does take a while for the US but it’s come directly from China. Customer service read my reviews and actually reached out to resolve an issue of a missing hair tie! My only concern is the app crashes and closes sometimes. The size charts seem accurate to me so far.

Best Leggings!. Halara has quickly become my go-to clothing brand. The fit is unreal, the styles are so flattering and the tummy control is a total confidence boost, especially as a mama of three getting back into my groove after having twins. What I love most is how versatile their pieces are. I wear Halara to work out, for extreme sports, running errands, and just everyday life. Everything stays in place, feels comfortable and still looks cute which is honestly hard to find. I was hesitant to order from TikTok Shop but I’m so glad I did. The leggings literally changed my life and now I refuse to wear anything else. I’ve since tried their tops and business line too and they’ve become staples in my closet. Halara just gets it.

Eh. The app itself has issues. Every time you open the app, you are greeted with a 5 second ad for whatever product they want to push on you. The returns system is strange and sometimes broken. You must take a photo of the product in the original packaging. I’m fine with that, but it becomes a problem when you want to return multiple items and the photos will only upload to one item. As for the store, I’m disappointed with that too. I ordered some shorts and joggers. The joggers I bought did not look anything like the photo. They were a different shade of blue and were more like baggy leggings than joggers. I am now returning them. The only problem I have is that there are not free return shipping. The other shorts I am returning simply don’t fit right on me, so I’m ok with paying for return shipping. However, for the joggers, it feels a little wrong to ask me to pay for return shipping when they don’t look anything like the photo. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. It isn’t exactly a scam, but it feels scammy. If you want cheap clothes, I would honestly try the SHEIN lottery. Sometimes the quality is far below HALARA, but sometimes it is on par. At least SHEIN gives you free return shipping.

Halara Flex - I’m so glad I found this company!. I absolutely love my Halara Flex Baggy Pants! They’re incredibly soft and comfortable and don’t feel like jeans at all—more like wearing your favorite cozy pants while still looking put together. Every time I wear them, I get so many compliments. I also want to mention their customer service: I made a mistake with my first order, and once I reached out, they were more than accommodating and helped me immediately. I was honestly surprised by how easy and pleasant the experience was. Highly recommend!

Customer Support. Halara has been great to work with, I was excited to try there leggings, I ordered 2 pair and unfortunately ordered the wrong size, customer service was so quick to get me instructions on how to handle my return, they also gave me the option to receive a gift card via email (within 24 hours) or receive the funds back on my card which would take up to 7 days. The GC was a great option because I just wanted to exchange and order a bigger size

FIVE STARS!!!. I am addicted to HALARA clothing. The quality is over the top! The fit is almost always true to size. Just take your measurements. Even then, the material is super stretchy, soft, and comfortable. I always get compliments on items that I wear from HALARA. They are unique, yet timeless. I honestly can’t say enough about this company. You’ve gotta try them for yourself. Just try one item, you’ll see, then you’ll be hooked too.

All money on ads and none on service or returns. For a company that spends tons of money on social media advertising, they handle customer returns like they are a fly-by-night company. I have ordered at least 10 pieces from Halara and it’s great quality. However; their return process is a nightmare. If you don’t return for store credit then don’t expect to ever receive a refund. They don’t provide prepaid shipping labels or even labels you can use that they’ll deduct the cost from the return. NOPE! Instead they have you the customer go out and pay for your own postage to ship the return to a literal boat dock. Then you have to email Halara the tracking info and make sure they receive it. And if you’ve mad it that far; too bad because they’ll forget to refund it anyway. I’m dealing with a $70 return from April right now. Again, for a company that chucks a ton of money into advertising, their return and customer service process is embarrassing and enough to where I literally won’t buy from Halara anymore. Was great while it lasted.

Awesome Company. I absolutely love their pants. I get the cargo pants and they are so soft and comfortable. Today I got my order and I bought a new sticker pant and I got a light color.. I put them on and they just didn’t fit the way I liked. I wrote the company and told them about it and they gave me a gift card for the purchase price of the pants, let me keep the pants and I bought another pair of the cargo pants !! Now that is great customer service!!

Good clothes but not the best shipping. I order from HALARA pretty frequently, but have been reluctant to continue ordering from them for a few reasons. One being that they advertise a size small being size 4-6 women but this is not so, their clothes run much larger than advertised. Second issue being their refund/return policy: they require you to pay your shipping label fee if you want an exchange which is ridiculous. My third and biggest issue with HALARA is how incredibly long it takes for their items to ship and actually be delivered. For instance, I ordered over $100 of clothes from HALARA over 3 weeks ago, and my order has not moved from a shipping warehouse for 3 days. They initially sent me a 10% discount for the ALREADY delayed shipping but now my order is not expected to deliver for another 1-2 weeks. I understand that shipping overseas is a somewhat lengthy process, but 5-6 weeks before it’s delivered is ridiculous. I can understand if the package moved every day through tracking and if a clear effort is being made to get my order to me, but for my order to wait in limbo somewhere for 3-4 days with no movement or effort to get it to its next destination??? That is too much. I love HALARA clothes and their brand, but issues like these make me not want to give them my hard earned money any longer. Just a disclaimer for anyone interested in ordering through HALARA: order ahead of time!! If you need something by a certain time for a certain event, order 2 months in advance because you never know when they will actually get your order delivered to you.

Sleek Comfortable Style. I absolutely love the variety of options available! The collection offers both sleek, modern designs and timeless, classic styles — all with an incredibly comfortable fit. There are so many choices to suit every body type and age, which makes shopping feel inclusive and enjoyable. The website is also very easy to navigate, making the entire experience seamless. It’s the perfect combination of style and comfort!

Sketchy on many levels. They store your payment/bank information automatically even if you don’t mark the box to do so. When you ask the customer service agents to delete that information, the miraculously disappear from the chat service and never reply to you again. Also, I find their return policy horrible. Especially when you look at the reviews of the different clothing pieces, and almost all of them say it looks different in person. I wouldn’t mind spending a lot more if I knew I could return items I do not care for. But not for a company who doesn’t back up their pieces with free returns. So many other better places to shop where they make it easy for you. Why bother with this app?

Best Workout Clothes!!. I’ve been trying to find new gym clothes for a long time. Been comparing different sites and brands and have found nothing that’s affordable and also great quality….until I found HALARA! Their clothes are amazingly soft and fit me perfectly. I love everything I’ve gotten so far. I’ve found my new favorite online store 🥰 Can’t wait to try their other clothing!

Return is giving scam. Like other reviews have said. The returns process is a nightmare. They force you to create and account and you have to accept all kinds of invasive cookies to do so. If you don’t go that route you can get store credit, or you can make your own return label, and pay not only return shipping but ALSO if you got free shipping originally, you have to pay that back to the company too. Nevermind that I spent over $100 and am only returning a few items. I have never heard of having to pay back free shipping. The clothes are okay but this return nonsense is very much like any scammy website that is really in it to steal your info and keep your money

Great customer service. I had gotten a pair of pants that I had some issues with and one day I made a comment on a Facebook post basically just wondering if I was the only one that experienced it. Within minutes they had sent me a message and a gift card for the price of those pants!! So now I got me some new ones on the way because I really do love their stuff!! Knowing now how the customer service is I love it even more!!!👌🏻♥️

The Absolute Best Leggings I've Ever Owned!. I honestly can't recommend these enough—they are easily the best pair of leggings I've found for both workouts and everyday wear. From the moment I put them on, the material felt buttery soft and incredibly comfortable. The fit is flawless. The high-waistband stays perfectly in place without rolling down or digging into my skin, offering fantastic support. I've worn these for everything from long runs to heavy lifting, and they stay put no matter what. Crucially, they are 100% squat-proof (zero sheerness!), which is essential for gym confidence. They feel lightweight, yet the fabric is wonderfully durable, and they wash incredibly well with no fading or shrinking. If you're debating whether to buy them, just do it. OBSESSED!!!. I’ve really never worn Halara til this year, honestly I felt awful about myself & had to lose weight, I’ve lost a good bit, but I’m still like a 16ish, so I just decided to break down & get a couple of leggings. I Love them, is an understatement! They actually made me like my body again and I’m now Obsessed, so I ordered several more pieces & I love everything, shorts, skirts, Everything!! I’ll Always wear Halara!!! Love it!!

Don’t buy here. Update- Customer service offered a gift card for the one item broken. Clothes only lasted less than 6 months before the zippers break and the customer service won’t repair or replace the clothing. All the items I purchased have zippers that have become faulty. I sent them an email and they were…”too bad.” Good luck but if you want to spend $30-40 for one piece that will break, might want to buy from Temu instead.

Took FOREVER. So, I bought 3 of the exact same items in just different colors. Simple order, right? I ordered this on May 22, 2024 and it is June 15, 2024 and I still don’t have my order yet. I go on vacation in 5 days and now I’m stressing if I will even get my package on time. I have all my outfits planned out and I’m just waiting on these 3 simple items and now I might have to try to find something last minute. No emails or updates about delays or anything. I keep checking the tracker in the website and it has been in the same place for 5 days now. It took 9 whole days for them to even create a label!! 0/5 will not order from here again.

Best leggings. Love the yoga pants. I wear l yoga pants at work everyday and Halara has best fit. The leggings last a longer time and don’t fall apart or lose their shape becoming ill fitted. The yoga pants are very comfortable. The various styles of the pants is what draws me back as a repeat costumer. I wear my halara dress pants and jeans over my other brands in my closet just because they not only look good but are more comfortable than any other pants in the closet. There are many brands of yoga pants but if it’s not made right they just don’t live up to the expectation that halara meets. Halara has set the new bar for yoga pants.

Really really bad. Finally got my first purchase delivered after 3 weeks and unfortunately not a fan. The clothes smell weird, fit weird, and feel weird. I wish I read the return policy before buying because you have to take pictures, pay for return shipping, and don’t get refunded until they receive and inspect. Also wish I read more reviews because a ton of people never get refunded after they return. IMO the clothes are expensive, poor quality, long wait on delivery, complicated and frustrating returns with a seemingly small chance of refund after paying to return. Super bummed:(

Great Experience Every Time. I feel like I buy a couple more items every month on the app. The workout clothing is so soft, durable and very affordable. I work early mornings at Trader Joe’s unloading trucks and stocking shelves- I feel like every day I’m in my Halara pants or always wearing their cropped workout tops as a bra. The sizing seems pretty legit but I know for bras I need a size XL for sport tops even though I’m a scrawny white girl- I got some Nordic ribs or something! But size charts are legit. Shipping is fast for China, I’m not the biggest fan of it being Chinese but these days it’s just as good if not better than US products. I refer my friends and coworkers all day every day!

Fast Fashion. When I first ordered from halara I was really impressed with the quality and unique designs of their shirts and rompers with pocketed skirts. I think they should have stuck with that. They’ve branched out to create leggings, athletic tops, and other clothing, and the design of the products seems to have something flawed more often than not. The leggings feel comfy but don’t fit right or fall down or have fabric bunch oddly. The sports tops I would say are better, but they originally shrunk in the wash, so I sized up when I ordered again and they didn’t seem to shrink as much. Overall - I’d rather spend more money on less items and get better quality than end up disappointed in over half of what I order. I will say their customer service is good and they have potential to be good. It feels like leaning too heavily into fast fashion, producing as much as they can for cheap without doing real quality checks.

Took to long. Didn’t receive purchase in time for what I needed. It took 2 weeks. They are nice very thick material not breathable for active wear. Unable to return them bc they don’t offer it. Was on sale bought 2 pair. Unless your skinny with a perfect body they want look very good. I have a tummy from a c-section and the top of pants aren’t wide enough to cover lower abdominal area so it pooches out. They do feel good but only for cooler weather. To expensive to order and not be able to return easily. So I probably will not order again.

Halara supporting through weight loss journey!. I’ve been wearing Halara’s UltraSculpt High Waisted Tummy Control leggings w/ pockets for over two years now; starting with size L and currently in a size small. They are comfortable, excellent price point, colors are beautiful and they last forever. They do roll down slightly but only if you’re between sizes or in the wrong size. They give your body shape, while also not giving that fake bum appearance ;) Being on a journey to a healthier me Halara has been my go-to for all my active wear. Now that my CE is 138 from SW 204 - I’ve also started buying the matching UltraSculpt sports bras - I have 4 different colors and feel so good wearing them to the gym. I’m telling you buy the leggings you’ll love them; buy the bra’s - they’ll make you want to be active ❤️

Great Company, Great Quality. I have bought from this company for 7-8 months and everything has always been great. I have a problem finding pants long enough for me. Halara is my go to for any pants from now on. I got my mom some jeans for her birthday. They didn’t fit so I had to return them. They were super easy, and super quick to resolve this problem. All in all a great company, great customer service, and great products.

Best brand ever!. It started with a single TikTok purchase. Then some bibs…then is was introduced to the Halara app…then I was done for. They slowly taking over my whole wardrobe. The fit, the comfort, the quality…all of it. I’ve even started buying my 14 year old daughter the legging. The moment she put on the no seam…she came out in absolutely amazement…she said they were the best and so comfortable! LOVE Halar❣️

Great clothes!. I started buying clothes from Halara in September 2024. They were having a BOGO and yes I purchased more than I should have. I thought that I would be pleased with maybe 40% of the clothes that I purchased but I was so wrong. The material is approximately thick, high waisted and wide leg items fit great. I’m 5’7” & was 190 lbs when I ordered large sizes. I’m 180 now the mediums fit great. The large pants are loose and need to be pulled up often. I will get them tailored before I give them away. With that being said the bootleg pants are not my favs. My thighs are 22.5” & flare/bootleg pants thighs fit me too tight, which makes them shorter than I prefer. This is an issue with both medium and large. I also have several jumpsuits. They are very comfortable and complimentary to my body shape. Highly recommend!

❤️ loveeee. I have placed a few orders and truly have loved every single item I’ve received! Not only that but their customer service is absolutely stellar! The ONLY issue I’ve had is the time it’s taken for packages to arrive. It says on their app orders are shipped within 7 days. That has not been my experience. The last order I placed took 3 weeks to arrive due to a few of the items being part of a pre-order. My suggestion would be to split the pre-order items up from the rest of the order and ship them separately. I didn’t like having to wait so long for everything to come. Other than that, I’d give them 5 ⭐️! They’ve become my fav place to shop! And, the sales and discounts are great, too.

App and Desktop Don’t Sync. I love Halara but there are feature on the app that you cannot see on desktop and vice versa. For example, even when logged into my account on both, I can’t view favorites or my cart on desktop. Also, you can only view the product features (I.e pockets, padding, etc) on the desktop website (or requesting desktop site on mobile). It is very annoying going back and forth while shopping especially if I’m using Halara links from videos.

Best Clothes Ever. I have the tummy pouch from years of surgeries and not being able to workout. It is extremely challenging to find clothing that not only looks good but fits and feels good. Halara’s shorts, shirts, and dresses have hidden my pouch and made me feel so incredibly comfortable in them. So much that I feel pretty in them. I am so happy I listened to my annoying instagram ad!!!!

Buyer beware. I just got done placing an order, very substantial one only to discover with the email that they sent me that my order is going to sit in their warehouse until the end of the month 3+ weeks before they will begin the process to ship it out. Come to find out at least half of my order is listed as pre-sale items. This was not disclosed in the ordering process. They will now wait until those items have been made and received before shipping my order out. Even with Suoer Express shipping it will continue to take 5 to 10 business days. This is unacceptable in my opinion so please buy your beware.

Great customer service. I love their products especially being a tall girly it’shard to find nice quality tall pants so they got a customer for life. I also ordered a few more items and after I was reviewing it I seen that I ordered the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they said that they would update it immediately. It was fast. It was easy 10 out of 10.

Great product, crap customer service. I was really excited to order from Halara after reading great reviews and seeing how much more affordable they are compared to other well known athletic wear. I placed my first order in February and got 3-5 day shipping on it. A week later, there had been no updates. I messaged customer service and, granted, they did respond. However, they did not offer much information, seemed a little dodgy, and basically just told me an item I had ordered was out of stock even though no items in the large order I placed had said that when I purchased them. I decided to give them a good two weeks after that since that is when they said it would be restocked. I got an email saying it had been and the whole order would be shipped out in 3-5 days. Another week went by and I received no information. I once again reached out to customer service and they informed me the item I had ordered was once again out of stock. How? I’m still not sure considering it had been a month since I had ordered this all in the first place. I was very disappointed. I had to ask them to ship the rest of my order out separately before everything just never got to me. They eventually did comply with that and I have finally received my whole order. What bothers me most about this is that there was never an attempt to explain nor make up for the problems this company had with my order. I can understand them being overwhelmed with many orders and there being upsets in business, but when I was getting insta ads all the time for this company and not even hearing back about what was the hold up with my items, I was very disappointed. I really wish I could say I would order from them again but I just don’t think I will. The quality of what I got (when I finally got it) was actually really good and was true to size. I really like what I purchased and wish I could return to them in the future, but it was not worth the fight I had to go through. Do with this info what you will. I would say to buy from them if you know what you want and are willing to wait 1+ months for your order. And if you are willing to bring up problems to their customer service bc God only knows how long I would have had to wait if I never said anything.

Skeptical at first. After seeing all the reviews on social media I decided to give it a try. I’m curvy, 5’2 size 8-10 and order a medium. It looked small when I opened it up, but when I slipped it on it felt amazing. Fits perfectly and feels like butter. I ordered three and ended up order three more of the Cloudful Crossover Pain with pockets. I wash it on gentle and hang dry. Ended up cutting off the tags, comes in a cute bag as well.

Omg I love it. I am almost exclusively getting all my clothes from Halara and hope that I can promote them at some point as the clothes are off the hook. Great deals too and wow the fabrics are so expensive feeling. I got a 42$ jumpsuit on and it feels like a 150$ jumpsuit. They have built in bras which actually hold you in! They never do! I can wear clothes from here that I never could have dreamt of in my life. Thank you Halara for making clothes for every body type and woman!

Very bad Customer service!!. Sizes runs weird for different style. I had reached out to customer service for return and it took several email back to back and no return detail to be found in spam or junk folder as they mention to check it. I was given gift card as a refund option and I made another purchase with it. I places order a week ago and still not processed. My review is based on the customer service and I didn’t find it easy way to contact them. It was STRESSFUL just to do return process. I didn’t feel they value their customers for more business!!!!

AN ACTUAL SCAM. Absolutely worst store I’ve ever shopped from. Your customer service does not want to give you a refund or return. It is very difficult to get them to agree to that. In my case in specific, they told me that if I did a return, I would be responsible for shipment in any other charges or fee fees delays or if they never received the package I would be liable. They said another option is that they could give me a $76 credit to my account well I use the $76 credit and somehow the things I bought this time around we’re even worse than the things I bought the first time around the sizing guide is absolute garbage and the quality of the clothes is trash.

Return Experience. During the return experience, they expect a photo to support your return. Ok, so I’m 172 #… 5’3”… not athletic. I’m 50… i’m in menopause… engaged and about to be married… I’m fat… not terribly… but fat. Should I have ordered from this company… maybe not… APPARENTLY NOT…I already feel uncomfortable going to be judged in prospective wedding dresses… and I ordered up in size knowing it was probably going to be snug… I tried to put this on… I felt like a shrink wrapped whale because well, I ordered the wrong size. My fault… but really!? I didn’t even want to show my fiancé let alone take a photo looking like that. So I posted my son With a fishing pole because well, I may as well tried to fit into the shrink wrap that pole came in… don’t ask for a photo… trust your clients know they look like a sausage… don’t ask for photo proof. I won’t order from here ever again. That was humiliating. Oh and the “free” scrunchy or gold heart necklace… keep it… both are junk. I don’t want free junk. If it’s free make it worth while.

Unhappy with shipping. Great products, but the shipping time is unacceptable. I placed my order before the China tariffs, so there’s no excuse for it to take nearly three months to arrive. I had to reach out to customer service just to confirm it wasn’t lost or backordered. The lack of communication is frustrating—especially when no one mentions the extended wait times up front. If free shipping means waiting for months, that should be clearly stated in the ad. Most of us would gladly pay for shipping to get our items in a reasonable timeframe. Honestly, I thought this was a scam site like Wish until the package finally arrived—long after I forgot I even placed the order. I would’ve happily given five stars for the quality alone, but the delay knocked it down. Three months is not okay.

Halara clothing. I just had to write a review as I’m unpacking my Halara order and as usual I’m absolutely loving everything I ordered, I’m always a little nervous when I order clothes online because as hard as I try to read the details and make sure I’ve followed the sizing guide …. It’s not always a success story. I’ve ordered from Halara a few times and it is by far my favorite site and never disappoints with their quality being second to none, the material, the rich and vibrant colors and the fit has been spot on for me. I’m 4 foot 11 & 1/4 inches tall and 115 lbs. 5 stars on everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I also appreciate the discounts they offer depending on what you spend …along with the fun little gifts.

My review. This is my second purchase from Halara, my first purchase was over the summer, I have loved everything that I purchased. Everything is made very well, they’re comfortable and I will definitely be buying more. I just purchased two pairs of jeans and I can’t wait to get them because I’ve heard nothing but good things about these jeans

Poor app design, great clothes. The app doesn’t include an ability to form a wishlist (what?! Do you WANT your inventory skewed by people loading their carts full of things they don’t intend to buy anytime soon? There’s a good reason every single solitary other shopping app, clothing or not, has a wishlist option!). Also, apparently women can’t be 5’10 or 5’11? The height wheel to select your measurements goes from 4’0 to 7’0, skipping 5’10 and 5’11 only. So I have to choose to enter a height one inch too short or two inches too tall. Tried to contact support about it, but the automated ChatBox was useless and had to be asked about four times for a human representative, “Omar Issam Mohammad,” who was also completely unhelpful. Get it together, y’all.

Do not order from here. I ordered 3 dresses for my wife’s birthday, specifically because it said they shipped from a local warehouse and would be delivered in 2-7 days in time for her birthday. One dress was delivered in the time frame and the other two were changed to “presale” and stated they wouldn’t ship until almost a month after I placed the order. I tried contacting customer service and the only solution they have given me is 12% off my next order of $90. If you are ordering any of these dresses for any specific occasion, I suggest not. Because they are not helpful at all and change shipping information after you have placed the order.

Never Received Merchandise. I ordered some pants and a shirt almost a month ago. I got an email saying it was delayed. Then I got another email saying it was delayed and if I wanted I could reply to that email to cancel and get a refund. I replied to the email and it came back as undeliverable, I tried three more times. I finally replied to the email and CC’d customer service to request the refund that was offered to me in the email they sent. Customer service said they couldn’t cancel it cause it was processed. Keep in mind it has been “processing” for a month now, and hasn’t even been boxed up to be sent. I replied back telling them to look at the email THEY SENT, offering me a refund and I heard nothing back. I tried their chat feature … nothing … I don’t have hours to waste trying to contact you to fix your mistake. I eventually had to dispute the charge through my CC company.

Fan of Halara. I was introduced to Halara by my teenage daughter. We love their leggings! The fabric feels like butter. Great value compared to the other overhyped brand! I recently bought 6 summer dresses with the connected shorts and a pocket for cell phone. The colors are beautiful and the fabric is like butter. Excellent quality! It's very flattering on this middle-aged body! One last review on customer service. I bought two dresses but they were too big. Halara's customer service was awesome! It was super easy to get a credit! I'm a forever fan!

Cute clothes, quality fabric, and great customer service. I’ve been satisfied with every piece I’ve bought from Halara, they’ve held up well over time, and their sizing is very accurate. The patterns are flattering too, as someone who has worn a few different styles and sizes. The app is easy to navigate, and the customer service is accessible and reliable. The customer service reps I spoke with responded quickly, were kind, and resolved the situation within a few messages. I would definitely recommend Halara to a friend looking for fun, cute, and quality activewear, loungewear, and more.

Non-inclusive sizing. I saw an add for a cute pair of pants, so I downloaded the app only to find out that the largest available size is XL (14). Personally I don’t think that is an accurate size label. So I begrudgingly went to the ‘curve’ section to find pants in a size 16, and there were only 10 options 🤦‍♀️. Separating clothing by curve or plus size is not only inefficient and unnecessary, but it promotes negative body image, especially when the clothes are targeted towards teenage girls. And, in most cases, the plus section offers fewer, baggier, options. It’s time we just make the same clothes in a wide range of sizes, the companies would make more money anyways.

Return. I purchased so far $400 from this company and their quality is amazing love their designs too! But they should understand for the online business stand pint, there will be returns involve since ppl can’t try the items On, at the time of purchase!! They keep asking for 1 to 3 pictures for every single item you returning and with the busy life is very hard to take that much time for a return. Plus how should I take a picture of the item that is small and I can’t even completely cover myself with it!! Loll

Great clothes. I find that usually when I buy online the company has terrible clothes or terrible customer service or both. Halara has great clothes and their customer service support answers quickly and with a great resolution to the problem. I am overly pleased with them and have now placed multiple orders. As far as returns go which for some people seems to be a issue - I found that their response was very reasonable. They ask for a lot of photos but this is all part of shopping online. You can’t go to the store give back the item and show them why you are returning or exchanging. So this company like many others online ask to see the item and tags and bag it comes in so they know you aren’t wearing it and just saying you want the return. It took me about 2-3 min to apply for my return . They answered me in the same day and I was very happy with the response . Great company great prices the clothes are all made well and fabrics are so soft and wash easily and well . They hold their shape and the sizes are true to size. Also the variety of colors is awesome.

I was hesitant buying from here as I have been bitten before from SHEIN and the other cheap online stores, Halara’s quality is fantastic if you know your size and order based on their chart sizing you will get it right each time, the only negative I have is that every thing is plain. I wish they would branch out into patterned materials and maybe some casual wear or evening wear tops/ boho styles also with patterns or prints, but don’t ever compromise your quality Halara it’s awesome.

Scam!!. Do not purchase from this. Total scam. Waited over a month for my order, was told it was delayed twice, was given a tracking number that showed the package was never shipped. When contacting Customer Service there was a ‘glitch’ so they could not refund. Still don’t have my clothes or my money. Do not download. Do not purchase.

Low rise jeans. The size chart said I would be a large but there is so much stretch the L was a bit big. I reordered a medium.

Horrible experience end-to-end. I don’t understand all the positive reviews. Of all the shopping platforms I’ve used, this is the worst experience. Finding things is challenging, matching up deals is frustrating, and that’s just the start. Every order is a problem. 90% of my orders never ship. Customer service is near non-existent. I have screen captures documenting some of the most atrociously long wait times for response. I tried them twice, both times things ended up in failure. They’ve never successfully completed an order. And I’m in Toronto!

Won’t allow return bc Canadian. I thought Halara CANADA was Canadian and felt good ordering considering all of the reviews. I’m being denied a return for an item that was not as described. It’s a white skirt with a very blue tint, doesn’t match other white items or listing. Their customer service is just Ai generated responses and I don’t know how else to speak to someone

Never get my refund. Nothing was fitting me so I asked for a refund. I filled up the form on the website, I sent back the clothes in a package to the address they gave me which cost me over $20 to ship back and more than a month later, I still haven’t received my refund. Also when I go on my profil on the website, there’s no sign of my order or return. I would not recommend buying from them still you might not see your money back if your order doesn’t fit.

It’s all good until when you have to do returns. I love this brand initially. Product was good and quality is decent. However everything is good until you have to deal with customer service and returns. First of all, I received no notification or message when they received my returned items. I have to chase them to check the status of my return package. When they found it, they can’t find any of my order information. When we finally straighten that out, they cannot find my method of payment. Took more time with that. Then they ended up issuing me a gift card. Then I try to use the gift card credit. The card/code is not even valid. I am still in the process of chasing my refund. I have to keep emailing them to remind them not to forget about me. It has been MONTHS. Waste of my time. I originally want to purchase more of their products. But after this experience I do not recommend this brand.

Returns. Absolutely impossible to return any items. They make you take photos AND submit all your body measurements before they’ll issue a refund. That’s a breach of privacy and against the law to ask ANYONE to submit this private info just to get a refund on clothing. Disgusting!!

Returns. I needed to return an item. I paid a little over 50 for the item. Cost me 25 to return the item. I did. Paid the tracking thank goodness because when I called about my refund (a couple months later)they claimed to not have received the item. I scrambled to find my receipt scanned it to them and finally was issued a refund within a day. The item was misplaced in the warehouse I was told. If returning ,keep your receipt handy until you actually receive your refund.

AI customer service blows.. My account glitched and my country was stuck on Guam which is not my country of residence. It was also set to charge me shipping fees but my order was big enough that it should have been free. I tried everything to fix it on my own - even tried checking out with PayPal in the hopes it would override the shipping address but no luck. I tried customer service but the stupid thing will not forward you to a human if you don’t have an order number but how are you supposed to have an order number if the checkout system is broken?? I finally had to uninstall the app and set up a whole new account but I lost all my order history and 676 points. If I didn’t like your clothes so much I would not be bothering with your company. Your AI bot is infuriating. I hope you fix it!

Good clothes but not the best shipping. I order from HALARA pretty frequently, but have been reluctant to continue ordering from them for a few reasons. One being that they advertise a size small being size 4-6 women but this is not so, their clothes run much larger than advertised. Second issue being their refund/return policy: they require you to pay your shipping label fee if you want an exchange which is ridiculous. My third and biggest issue with HALARA is how incredibly long it takes for their items to ship and actually be delivered. For instance, I ordered over $100 of clothes from HALARA over 3 weeks ago, and my order has not moved from a shipping warehouse for 3 days. They initially sent me a 10% discount for the ALREADY delayed shipping but now my order is not expected to deliver for another 1-2 weeks. I understand that shipping overseas is a somewhat lengthy process, but 5-6 weeks before it’s delivered is ridiculous. I can understand if the package moved every day through tracking and if a clear effort is being made to get my order to me, but for my order to wait in limbo somewhere for 3-4 days with no movement or effort to get it to its next destination??? That is too much. I love HALARA clothes and their brand, but issues like these make me not want to give them my hard earned money any longer. Just a disclaimer for anyone interested in ordering through HALARA: order ahead of time!! If you need something by a certain time for a certain event, order 2 months in advance because you never know when they will actually get your order delivered to you.

Great product, crap customer service. I was really excited to order from Halara after reading great reviews and seeing how much more affordable they are compared to other well known athletic wear. I placed my first order in February and got 3-5 day shipping on it. A week later, there had been no updates. I messaged customer service and, granted, they did respond. However, they did not offer much information, seemed a little dodgy, and basically just told me an item I had ordered was out of stock even though no items in the large order I placed had said that when I purchased them. I decided to give them a good two weeks after that since that is when they said it would be restocked. I got an email saying it had been and the whole order would be shipped out in 3-5 days. Another week went by and I received no information. I once again reached out to customer service and they informed me the item I had ordered was once again out of stock. How? I’m still not sure considering it had been a month since I had ordered this all in the first place. I was very disappointed. I had to ask them to ship the rest of my order out separately before everything just never got to me. They eventually did comply with that and I have finally received my whole order. What bothers me most about this is that there was never an attempt to explain nor make up for the problems this company had with my order. I can understand them being overwhelmed with many orders and there being upsets in business, but when I was getting insta ads all the time for this company and not even hearing back about what was the hold up with my items, I was very disappointed. I really wish I could say I would order from them again but I just don’t think I will. The quality of what I got (when I finally got it) was actually really good and was true to size. I really like what I purchased and wish I could return to them in the future, but it was not worth the fight I had to go through. Do with this info what you will. I would say to buy from them if you know what you want and are willing to wait 1+ months for your order. And if you are willing to bring up problems to their customer service bc God only knows how long I would have had to wait if I never said anything.

Just no. If you’ve ordered from shein you know it takes around 2 weeks to receive your package in the mail. I ordered a singular item from Halara, March 28, and my shein package a day after. I received my shein package with 11 items April 7. And I’m still waiting on the singular item from Halara April 10. All i can say is this better be worth it.

Worst app EVER!. First of all, it doesn’t even size to fit my iPad. I have to keep flipping it back-and-forth to get a full image and the women’s butts are so incredibly large, I can’t even get the entire bum on my screen! It’s also nearly impossible to move from one atom to another, without having to close the app and reopen it. Where is the toggle to go back or to search again? If I wasn’t offered free shipping for using the app, I would put it in the dirt and kick it with Michaels. Do better.

Takes forever to arrive. It will say it takes 8-10 business days but it ships from china. So it has to go through customs which takes a few weeks. So it’s a scam and the quality is within question

Slow shipping. Estimated shipping is way off. Two weeks and one day… still no delivery. The app interface is decent. They should give an estimated delivery date if they can’t even come close to it.
