Not very good 😂. This app is a very good idea but is not ready for prime time 👎 My ballot won't scroll through for long. You had better hurry up and see what you want past the first page because very quickly you will only see the first page and it will not scroll down.

Election Day and the “service is unavailable”. Utterly ridiculous and useless!!

Notifications. The app is great but what would make it better is the app giving you notifications about upcoming elections, so you remember to go vote.

Lost my info. Have to vote October 13. Went looked up all the details and info on who all I wanted to vote for. Logged back in and everything I had saved and looked up was gone. Do not trust!!!

Is it still working?. Last year I would have rated this app a 5 but I know there is a election coming up soon and nothing is showing on my app. Is it because of the party I am registered with? I will have to google the elections. There are signs showing up in yards but the candidates don’t usually advertise the dates anymore so they can reuse their signs.

App blocked at intro screen. Cannot login with latest update. Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail

Great App!. This is a great tool. I wish it had one additional feature- in the What's on my ballot section, a way to "check off" which items to vote for instead of having to print out or write it down when there are a lot of things on the ballot for ease and speed in the actual voting process- that's assuming we are allowed to take our electronic devices in and use them as a tool when voting!

Good for Election Seasons!. i liked having the election information when i needed it.

Voice over (Speech program). The current version does not allow the program to work with voiceover, which is a speech program for the blind.

Of course it doesn’t work. Downloaded to find out where to vote early and it won’t load the parishes. Hey at least I now know how I’m voting in the Secretary race☠️

Geaux Vote App. This new app is very confusing. It is not user friendly. We cannot find out where you can find other voters.

Update is wrong. Before the update my ballot was in place. After the update, there is nothing showing in my ballot. Please fix this.

I Love this app - convenient and wonderful!. This app is so helpful! I'm always on the go between my family/kids, job, etc. It's great to get all of my voting info in an instant when I need it. Great job Louisiana - keep up the good work!

Linked to Voter Records. While using this app I accidentally entered in the wrong address and noticed that the sample ballot provided only listed the nominees of a certain party and did not provide any information of the other nominees. Once I entered my correct address the application listed only the nominees for the party I registered to back when I turned 18. This app should not be limiting information like this.

Great app. This is a great way to keep voters informed of their elected officials.

Great app. Improvement suggestions: make a voters cheater sheet, that I can check on, and use when I go to the booth. Make a link to info telling what each candidate stands for On day we will be voting from some iPhone app!! :)

Bad app. Can’t get any info on this app. It tells me there is no voter info. I’ve voted in every election and it can’t find me. Need to fix the app or get rid of it!

Great App👍🏻. Great app that informs me of everything I need to know about an upcoming election and gives me results of the election.

Ideas for improvement. On the sample ballot can you include a hyperlink to the complete text PDF of the proposed amendment, law, or tax for state, parish, and city? It’s nearly impossible to find some of these online. Having a link to the PDF would make for a more informed voter.

Nice app, a lot on the ballot this November. This app pulls everything together for the ballot in your location

Update. The new update is terrible! May as well shut the app down. Was much better prior to last update. Now you can’t look up voter information without date of birth. 😡

Now requires personal info. You can no longer use this app unless you give your personal information. No thanks. App deleted.

Not working. Went to vote today and was excited about using the app. Could not log on the app. Network error. Really!

Helpful app for local election. Very helpful app for letting me know who is on my ballot and keeping track of which candidate I favor while researching them. Would have liked some outside links to their platforms, but that's nothing a quick Google search couldn't cure.

Only republican candidates shown. There is an election coming up soon and only republican candidates are being shown on the app.

spying. Version 4 want to much personal information to use.

Unavailable on Election Day. When I got to the poll booth and tried to open the app, I see “unavailable for service “. So, all of the saved choices I made ahead of time were not available for me to see and I had to rely on memory. Neither useful nor reliable for its intended purpose.

Gets the job done!. Great little app that tells you pretty much everything you need to know.

On Election Day the Service is Unavailable. We've been advertising all month long on the news that I should fill out my ballot in advance using this app since I'll have a limited amount of time in the booth. Yet, on the day of the election I can't get to *any* of my information I keyed into the app because it's been saying for the past hour and a half that the service is unavailable. My message to the Secretary of State's office is that you should fix the app to where when I fill out a ballot it saves the information directly to my device at least until after the polls close. Otherwise, this app is completely worthless! If it wasn't for the hard copy card I received in the mail, I wouldn't even be able to see where I'm supposed to go vote today! Fix this horrible piece of an app or take it off the market and stop fooling the people!

Excellent. This app allows users to generate their ballot, lists representatives of districts, follows election results for any Parish and lists contact info for all elected officials in your specific area. I'd like to be able to print from it but hopefully that's coming soon!

Voting day. This helps us commissioners on voting day when there is confusion about where person A is supposed to vote. Takes seconds to use and is accurate.

Great Tool. What an awesome tool to find out about upcoming elections and our elected officials and their contact info. Definitely sharing!!!

Useful and easy to use app. Well designed and very useful app. Easy to use, works like it's supposed to and puts all of the info you need as a voter at your fingertips. Nice to see government get something right for a change!

Good app...could be better. App would only show my sample ballot when searched by address, not by my name. Agree that it would be more beneficial if you could select and save your choices to use in the voting booth. Like that the amendments are in full text.

Super convenient. This app is awesome! More convenient than printing out the ballot and I really like the "full text" option so I can read more about the amendments than just the titles. One suggestion is if we could somehow select and save what we want to vote on so we have it ready (on our devices) when we go to the polls.

Needs a reminder feature. This is a very smart and simple app. One upgrade I would recommend to increase voter turnout is an election day reminder or notification for elections in the users specific district/ward.

Poor App. We have elections in Louisiana and my ballot has NO names for any office that are up for the election. What is the deal?

Needs printing capabilities!!!. Great app, has worked well. But please allow me to print the various screens. I’d like to be able to print the sample ballot, my district, my officials, voter info, etc....

Not seeing Republican Candidates on Ballots. Filing a complaint with Secretary of State. Not seeing Republican candidates until I get to the ballot box. Also difficult to navigate. This use to be a good app.

Geaux where?. Completely unreliable for polling locations. I only use it for reading amendments beforehand now.

Not reliable. Warning: do NOT count on this app to work at the polls, and be sure to write down your choices as a backup. I’d have given this 4 or 5 stars before I went to vote today. I’d entered my choices and the app showed them when I left my house. When I arrived at the poll, the app was not functioning (I forget the error message). I tried repeatedly, restarted my phone, finally deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the same error message appeared. A sympathetic poll worker could access the app on her phone, but (security feature) my votes were not marked. Now, three hours later, it’s working again but my choices were not saved.

I’m missing. I loved this app until the last update, now I’m unable to pull up my information! Please fix!! B

Useful App. Real useful to get ur research done before u get behind the curtain. Don't be that person that everyone wishes would hurry up and pull the lever. Get ur ballot done with this app, push the buttons, make sure ur selections didn't change to something u didn't choose, and get on with ur life.

Used to be a great app. Pretty angry when I noticed that 2016 presidential ballot is not in alphabetical order but all The other races are? Seriously?? How did Jill Stein end up second after Hillary?? Secret agenda? Disappointed! The app restarts when I go to google or FBee trying to research different candidates. It needs to stay put ... 😡😡😡😡😡

Works great. App does what I need from an app. It gives me a listing of candidates and things we will be voting on such as proposed taxes, constitutional amendments, etc. when the final ballot has been determined. I can do a sample ballot on my phone which stays on my phone, not shared with anyone and use when casting my vote. Then as election results are reported to the state and tabulated I have automatic updates within the app. There is a very short learning curve to be able enjoy all the benefits of the app. But even with a deficit in my vision, I easily get the info I need MUCH faster than from the news media. And targeted to my precinct, parish or statewide. That way I do not have to listen to essentially irrelevant election results repeatedly to hear what I need to know.

My Ballot truncated. Ability to stay logged in feature added in the last update appears to be working, but 'My Ballot' is cut off and will not load completely. 😕

Update. Please expand your explanation of the update. What does data service charges mean?

Beware- Personal Identity Information is Exposed. 11/10/23- I checked the status of an absentee ballot sent and was shocked. Upon entering the required sign on information required by the State another person’s name was on MY ballot with all personal voter registration information visible. I do not think there is an active attempt to defraud anyone by the State. This is another example of poor training or incompetency which has grave consequences for the individual. No wonder identity theft is rampart .

Voter Registration was rigged.. Went to vote in Lafayette , LA. at the Public Library on Johnston Street. It wouldn’t let me cast my vote. Was informed as well as other voter’s that we were registered Democratic. They told me and other ladies the same thing. I went around 7:20 P.M. The lady that signed me in said, you have to go and change it at geauxvote.com. Been trying and it doesn’t work. I will go to the Tax Assessor Office tomorrow and change it and get a receipt. Our vote doesn’t count it is all rigged.

Broken promises. I downloaded this bc it claimed to show the ballot in my district. After downloading and looking myself up, I go to view my ballot and it says that info isn't available. :/

Please Include Check Boxes. For an election with a long ballot, it would be helpful to have check boxes next to the different elections so I can remember my votes. As well, it would be nice to be able to save my ballot so I can view it in the voting booth. Please update!

And / or. For some reason to view my ballot I am now required to enter first/last name & zip code and/or birth month & year. To top that off the and/or does not register. You can not skip the month/year as it puts you into that selection and if you get out of it, it puts a wrong a month/year in for you. Do you continue with the improper information or correct it and continue?
